03/06/2026This was my first time in Milan, I’ve eaten at multiple restaurants before this one and Fresco & Cimmino was by far the best experience and food I’ve had! Staff was kind, food was amazing and drinks were even better. Add this spot to your must-go list!!!!

17/05/2026They charge a hidden service fee of €4 per person which is not mentioned anywhere on the menu or at the entrance. On top of that, the "receipt" they give you is not even an actual fiscal receipt. It literally states that it has no fiscal value and is only for checking the bill, and that customers must request the real receipt or invoice separately at the cashier. Very disappointing and not transparent at all.

The pricing is completely outrageous and lacks transparency — two small San Pellegrino lemonades came to €12, and on top of that, a €3.50 service fee was added to the bill. The toilets were filthy and unusable, with most of the sinks out of order — a basic hygiene standard that any establishment should be able to meet. Save your money and your time — there are far better options out there!

08/05/2026I ordered a double espresso, but it arrived cold. When I mentioned it, the waiter did not react very kindly. He said that this is simply how espresso is and that it was normal. I then told him that this was certainly not my first espresso and asked why he was reacting like that. Two minutes later, he came back annoyed and wanted to replace my cold drink, but at that point I no longer wanted it. He also pointed out the €4 seating charge per person, which I found unnecessary and rude. Why would you say something like that? It immediately makes guests feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. For the terrible service, I would honestly recommend finding another place to sit and eat — trust me.

08/05/2026Service is very bad, no patience to the customer, I asked what is the size of the beer, the waiter went to the next table without saying a word to take order from other customers, leaving us with no answer. After one minute camed back, without appologizing. Then I asked the size of cola and if its in bottle or can, he went inside the restaurant without saying anything, camed out after three minutes and asked again if we want pepsi in glass or not. I never saw such bad customer service in my life!!!

08/05/2026Tourist trap, overpriced, horrible service, clumsy and ignorant employees. Got a “Caeser salad” - 7 pieces of 10g reheated frozen chicken pieces, 5 croutons and a sad olive on top of a whole head of iceberg salad, topped with the cheapest garlic dressing money can buy. 15 euro. We were spoken down to in Italian upon asking the smallest requests, and no one even asked how our food tasted when we all ate barely anything. Do NOT go here.

08/05/2026My friend got his pizza 15 minutes before me and my other friend. The risotto was bland and boring. The osso bucco was decent. Half of the staff stood and talked. When we went to pay and wanted to split the bill the employee sighed that she couldnt just divide the bill by 3.

29/03/2026We visited this pizzeria during lunchtime and despite the queue, we were seated quite quickly, which was a big plus. It was our first pizza in Italy and it made a great impression – it was really delicious. The prices, considering the central location near the Duomo, are quite reasonable and appropriate for the quality. The restaurant was very busy (it has three floors), so although we had to wait a bit, the food was served fairly quickly overall. However, it took quite a long time for someone to take our order and also to bring the bill, which was a bit disappointing. One downside was the restroom – it is located on the third floor and without clear directions it’s quite hard to find. Overall, a very positive experience and a good place for pizza in the center of Milan! 🍕

28/03/2026Food was good but not worth the money. Not very welcoming to tourists. Service was poor and we were left sitting for around 15 mins before anyone came to take our order. After dinner we did consider dessert but again no one came over to ask us how the meal was and if we wanted dessert so decided not to give the place any more of our money. Place was not busy. No toilet paper in the bathroom and water pressure at the sinks was shocking. Ridiculous to have to pay a service charge to this place.

02/03/2026We deeply regret choosing this establishment and strongly urge others to reconsider before dining here. Although we were initially greeted politely, the experience deteriorated almost immediately. The waiter was discourteous, dismissive, and notably unpleasant throughout our visit. For a restaurant that boldly claims to serve “the best pizza in the city,” the food was profoundly disappointing bland, flavourless, and of remarkably poor quality. When we politely raised concerns regarding unclear charges and the substandard food, the response we received was not one of professionalism or accountability. Instead, staff became rude and condescending, further compounding an already unsatisfactory experience. To make matters worse, we were overcharged. A pizza priced at €9 was billed at €15, in addition to an unexpected €7 service charge. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and left us feeling taken advantage of. While the manager did attempt to rectify the situation, the overall experience from the appalling service to the disappointing food was irredeemable. As first-time visitors to Milan, this was an extremely unfortunate introduction. We have heard wonderful things about the country’s hospitality and cuisine, which made this experience all the more disheartening. In summary, the quality of the food and the standard of service were far below acceptable levels. We cannot recommend this establishment and will certainly not return. They should be ashamed of themselves to represent Italy in such a way!

For three people, the total bill was approximately €110, which felt fair for the quality and the area. Overall, a great choice.

16/02/2026We had two cappuccino coffees at the site just across the left front entrance/exit of Duomo cathedral. The price for the 2 coffees was 10 Euros and 8 more (4 for each person) for the service and cover. This was mentioned at the bottom of the menu and never seen before we got sitted and got our order with the receipt. This is a "legal" robbery! Did not have any problem with the personell or the service, but in my opinion this is not honest!

13/02/2026A magnificent experience at the heart of Milan near one of it's most iconic sights! We were welcomed into the restaurant by the friendly staff who helped us make the best choices from what they had on the menu! The service was very quickly and without having to wait too long, we were served one of the most delicious pizzas you can imagine! What an absolute delight! For anyone who is looking for a resonably priced, authentic Italian cuisine experience, I would highly recommend visiting Fresco & Cimmino on your next visit to Milan!

14/06/2026Am luat masa la Fresco&Cimmino și, din păcate, experiența a fost dezamăgitoare. Am comandat o porție de paste carbonara care a fost excesiv de sărată și foarte uleioasă, ceea ce a făcut preparatul greu de consumat. De asemenea, ni s-au perceput 7 euro pentru coperto, deși masa nu avea nici măcar față de masă, iar raportul dintre această taxă și serviciile oferite ni s-a părut nejustificat. Servirea a lăsat mult de dorit: personalul nu a fost suficient de atent, iar experiența per ansamblu nu s-a ridicat la nivelul așteptărilor pentru un restaurant din centrul Milano-ului. Din păcate, nu a fost o experiență pe care aș recomanda-o și nu cred că voi reveni.

01/06/2026Ho prenotato per due persone tramite il sito del ristorante, usufruendo della promozione che prevedeva una pizza margherita in omaggio per le donne. Fin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti con cordialità e professionalità, facendoci sentire immediatamente a nostro agio. Il servizio si è distinto per efficienza e rapidità, mentre le pietanze servite si sono rivelate di ottima qualità, ben preparate e molto gradevoli. L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda forse l’eccessiva sollecitudine del personale di sala: non appena terminata la portata principale, ci è stato chiesto se avessimo concluso e i piatti sono stati subito ritirati per lasciare spazio al dessert. Sebbene il servizio sia stato impeccabile, un ritmo leggermente meno incalzante avrebbe reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il locale è accogliente, curato nei dettagli e facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici. Nel complesso, l’esperienza è stata molto positiva: tornerò sicuramente e mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente.

16/05/2026Purtroppo, nonostante al primo impatto la pizza avesse un bell’aspetto, è risultata cruda. In alcune parti del cornicione fuoriuscivano pezzi di impasto ancora crudi e filamentosi, mentre la base era allo stesso tempo un po’ bruciata sotto, creando un contrasto poco piacevole. La qualità degli ingredienti è comunque discreta: la salsiccia era cotta correttamente, anche se sarebbe stata più gustosa con una leggera abbrustolitura in più, perché risultava un po’ pallida e dal sapore piuttosto neutro. L’accoglienza però è stata molto positiva: il personale si è mostrato gentile e disponibile. Quando ho fatto presente al cameriere che la pizza era un po’ cruda, però, ho avuto l’impressione che non avesse compreso bene l’osservazione, probabilmente anche per una barriera linguistica, dato che il personale era straniero. Anche il locale, pur essendo molto scenografico e d’impatto a prima vista, mostra diversi difetti se osservato con più attenzione: muri non perfettamente puliti, poltrone e divanetti usurati e in alcuni casi bucati, oltre a bagni che non erano particolarmente curati.

14/05/2026Abbiamo ordinato il nuovo fritto di alici e calamaretti: non lo consiglio assolutamente. Era senza sapore e non aveva nemmeno un bell’aspetto. La pizza margherita era insipida. L’Hugo Spritz aveva addirittura un capello dentro 🤢 Mentre aspettavamo, una scarafaggio ha attraversato il pavimento e siamo riusciti a schiacciarlo. Lo abbiamo mostrato alla cameriera, ma non lo ha raccolto fino a quando stavamo quasi finendo di mangiare. Posto terribile, non lo consiglio affatto!

Wenn da nicht die unfähige Bedienung wär …. 4 Mal wurde gefragt was wir bestellt haben … 4 Euro pro Person für Charges verlangen, wenn man nur was trinkt ist echt Wucher !!! Da haben wir oben auf der Terrasse weniger bezahlt, obwohl wir was gegessen haben !!! Die WC sind schrecklich !!!!! Von 4 gingen drei nicht verschließen und beim vierten ging die Spülung nicht - da erwartet man scho etwas besseres in dieser Lage !!! Also wir gehen nicht mehr dahin - gibts viel schönere und nettere Lokale in der Gegend !!! Ach ja und wir wurden während der Konsumation aufgefordert zu bezahlen - ein no Go !

Un episodio in particolare rende bene l’idea: la mia amica è arrivata con un leggero ritardo, nonostante il locale fosse praticamente vuoto, e il personale ha iniziato a metterci fretta fin da subito, dicendo che avevamo tempo solo fino alle 21 e che avremmo dovuto liberare il tavolo. Un atteggiamento pressante e fuori luogo, soprattutto considerando la situazione.

Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, il servizio è stato impeccabile: personale attento, professionale e mai invadente, capace di anticipare ogni esigenza con un sorriso genuino. Ci hanno fatto sentire ospiti speciali fin dal primo istante. L’ambiente è di un’eleganza raffinata e sobria: arredi curati nei minimi dettagli, luci morbide che creano un’atmosfera calda e accogliente, e una pulizia impeccabile in ogni angolo. Tutto trasmette un senso di lusso discreto e di grande classe. Ma ciò che rende questo posto unico è la vista mozzafiato sul Duomo di Milano. Sedersi lì al tramonto, con la cattedrale illuminata che sembra quasi a portata di mano, è un’emozione difficile da descrivere. Un panorama che ti lascia senza parole, reso ancora più magico dall’atmosfera tranquilla e sofisticata della terrazza. Cocktail eccellenti, selezione di vini curata e stuzzichini di altissima qualità. Ogni dettaglio è curato alla perfezione. Se cercate un luogo elegante, romantico o semplicemente per concedervi un momento di puro piacere con vista sul simbolo di Milano, questo è il posto giusto. Torneremo sicuramente, e lo consigliamo a tutti senza alcuna esitazione. Un vero gioiello nel cuore di Milano. Grazie di cuore!

Il cameriere non parlava quasi italiano ed era molto difficile averci un dialogo anche solo per ordinare. €18 per due cappuccini e NON era indicato che il servizio sarebbe costato €4 a persona, per un servizio quasi inesistente. Posizione comoda, essendo in Piazza Duomo.

10/04/2026Je déconseille fortement Fresco Cimmino. L’expérience a été déplorable du début à la fin. Le service est tout simplement nul : aucune politesse, aucun sens de l’accueil. Le serveur a littéralement jeté le ticket de carte bancaire sur la table alors que je tendais la main — un comportement irrespectueux et inadmissible. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour prendre sur le plateau et nous servir nous-mêmes, comme dans une cantine, alors qu’on nous facture quand même 16€ de “service” ! C’est incompréhensible et abusif. Pour couronner le tout, la tasse de café était cassée… un détail qui résume bien le manque total de soin et de professionnalisme de cet établissement. À éviter absolument.

24/03/2026sono andata a pranzo in questo ristorante, trovandomi a Milano per vedere una mostra, il servizio dal mio punto di vista non era un granché, una cameriera ha apparecchiato il tavolo in modo sbrigativo senza pronunciare una sola parola, l'antipasto è stato portato anche se non eravamo entrambe al tavolo, il primo(spaghetti alla Nerano) sarebbe stato buono se solo ci fosse stata la presenza anche di un minimo di sale, assente anche nell'acqua di cottura della pasta, il formaggio aveva formato un blocco unico sul fondo ed era impossibile mischiarlo alla pasta, il cameriere che ci ha portato i primi li ha semplicemente posati sul tavolo senza nemmeno togliere i piatti vuoti del cibo precedente, per fortuna una cameriera che ci ha visto un po' interdette, si è occupata di togliere i piatti della portata precedente. nonostante l'assenza di sale il vino era tutto sommato buono e buona la cottura della pasta. Il prezzo è un po' alto ma bisogna tenere conto della posizione centrale. per finire: i bagni, uno era impraticabile e sporco, l'altro era praticabile ma squallido e trascurato. Non penso che tornerò.

20/03/2026Malino, anzi male. Ambiente poco curato, quasi trasandato, con bagni per nulla accoglienti (luci mal funzionanti, non pulitissimi, con alcuni punti dell'arredo usurati). Il servizio è stato rapido ma lo staff non è molto sorridente. Abbiamo ordinato patatine mai arrivate, poi tolte dall'ordine. Una pizza era sbagliata ma l'abbiamo accettata lo stesso. 3,50€ di coperto sono improponibili. Posto adatto solo ai turisti di passaggio, anni fa era molto, molto meglio.

14/03/2026Siamo stati benissimo: piatti abbondanti e davvero buoni, per non parlare dei dolci... uno più buono dell'altro! Il personale è super rapido e alla mano, e il locale è moderno e tranquillo. Torneremo sicuramente per assaggiare il resto del menù. Unica nota stonata: i bagni. Andrebbero curati e puliti un po' meglio, perché un locale così bello merita il massimo anche nei dettagli!

07/03/2026Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante quasi per caso durante una giornata trascorsa al centro commerciale, e l’esperienza è stata davvero molto positiva. L’ambiente è accogliente e piacevole, perfetto per fermarsi a mangiare con calma. Il personale si è dimostrato efficiente e molto disponibile, ma una menzione speciale va al titolare, napoletano come noi, una persona davvero simpatica e garbata. È stato estremamente attento alle nostre esigenze e ci ha accontentati in tutte le richieste. Eravamo con dei bambini e, come spesso succede, prima vogliono una cosa, poi la cambiano, poi magari non la vogliono più… ma lui è stato sempre paziente, accomodante e molto affettuoso con i piccoli, facendoci sentire davvero a nostro agio. Il cibo era ottimo, tutto di prima qualità e preparato con cura. Inoltre, alla fine abbiamo ricevuto un conto assolutamente onesto e proporzionato a quello che avevamo ordinato e mangiato. In conclusione, è stata un’esperienza davvero piacevole sotto tutti i punti di vista: accoglienza, qualità del cibo, gentilezza del personale e prezzo finale. È uno di quei posti in cui si torna volentieri e che consigliamo senza esitazione a chiunque passi da queste parti.

L’Ambiente è confortevole mai troppo…I cibi risultano Freschi…la Pizza è ben riuscita e ben Mixata…poco piacevole la scala che porta ai bagni sopra…per il resto anche gli arredi sono ben distribuiti e con colori che rimandano agli anni neoclassici del periodo 50/60 europeo. Sono stato sia per pranzo che per cena diverse volte ed il servizio è stato sempre puntuale.

01/03/2026Siamo arrivati in 4 un sabato delle Olimpiadi senza prenotazione. Dopo una brevissima attesa ci siamo potuti accomodare ad un tavolo spazioso e comodissimo. L'ambiente è luminoso e contemporaneo, molto gradevole. Il menù propone sia le tradizionali pizze napoletane che piatti campani e milanesi. Abbiamo assaggiato pizza Margherita, cotoletta e ottime pennette con pomodorini e pecorino. Servizio attento e veloce, tuttavia ci hanno consentito di attardarci al tavolo gustando con tranquillità caffè e chiacchiere in famiglia. Il locale è su due piani, al piano superiore faceva un pochino caldo ma si vedeva al meglio il grande schermo dove proiettando le gare. Se siete in pieno cuore di Milano la sosta qui è gradevole e il rapporto qualità-prezzo va bene.

26/02/2026Nous avons dîné chez Fresco & Cimmino, à littéralement deux pas du Duomo de Milan, et l’expérience a été excellente. Nous étions 7 et avons commandé plusieurs pizzas ainsi que des bouteilles d’eau à partager. J’ai pris la Buffalina qui est finalement une margherita avec de la buffala, je m’attendais à une pizza différente mais elle était délicieuse. Elle correspondait en réalité à la description. La pâte était fine, aérienne, légère et très digeste. La sauce tomate était savoureuse et la buffala avait très bon goût. Cela dit, je pense qu’une margherita classique vaut davantage le coup car la différence de prix ne se ressent pas énormément dans l’assiette. La pizza Lombarda était excellente, le speck avait très bon goût, avec le délicieux gorgonzola, la mozzarella et les morceaux de pommes de terre. La pasqualona a énormément plu également, bonne salsiccia avec le provola fondant. La pasta alle vongole a beaucoup plu, mais surtout la pizza pugliese était exceptionnelle prosciutto crudo de Parmes de qualité, roquette croquante, de la straciatella, tomates cerises excellentes, un mélange de fraîcheur et de saveurs parfaitement équilibré. Toutes les pizzas étaient excellentes, il y a du savoir, c’est vraiment des pizzas 5/5, toutes, des vraies pizzas napolitaines. La pâte est parfaite, bien cuite, bien aérées, bien fines, les rebords gonflés, pas cramé, ingrédients de qualité, portions généreuses. C’est pas un attrape touriste mais c’est parfait pour les touristes qui veulent bien manger et à deux pas du Duomo. Le service était irréprochable, les serveurs très attentifs, polis, élégants en costume, sans jamais nous presser. Le restaurant est chic, calme, avec même un écran diffusant un match de foot dans une ambiance détendue. Le coperto est élevé mais reste cohérent avec l’emplacement ultra central. En Italie, c’est une pratique courante, donc amis étrangers ne soyez pas surpris. Nous avons passé un excellent moment, je recommande sans hésiter.
