18/04/2026Way too expensive. The food wasn’t that good. I had a pizza, and it didn’t taste as I expected, not like an Italian pizza. On top of that, it was small, and I still couldn’t finish it, because of the taste. The pork ribs had too much fat and too few potatoes. The chicken breast was ok. The drinks were also overpriced. It really wasn’t worth it

18/04/2026Don’t go there! I found a small piece of plastic bag in my dish. Literally just took it out of my mouth while eating. Was so disgusted, didn’t even want to eat anything from them anymore. Dangerous place and poor service. AVOID!

05/11/2025Granaio Restaurant Milan Tourists not foodies At first seemed Like a nice place to eat outside. However, the location is more important than the content. It seemed a restaurant targeted at tourists but not foodies. I Didn't have the pizza. But you would expect all pizza in Italy to be of a decent standard. The burger, was delivered on a crusty bun, which i found strange. I didnt really enjoy the burger. But dont believe in waste. There wasn't really any kids menu options. So, not sure what the target audience is. Definitely overpriced for what you received. The service was decent. But overall underwhelmed by the experience.

28/10/2025Honestly the food is lovely but not worth the experience you might have to go through. First of all, it takes an unreasonable amount of time to get your meal. But something I observed is how tourists were treated differently to locals, for example the moment I switched to Italian I got faster service service. Waiters were quite rude and impolite, again, until I switched to Italian, so really mixed thoughts.

18/10/2025Uva fragola doesn’t taste good at all The Cocco is okay it has many tables outside even though you buy stuff at their store still not be able to use their chairs in and outside cause they said ice cream is just for take away or even if you buy a Coffee you are not allowed to sit on a table cause they said it’s just for meals.

07/10/2025What a terrible place! Never ever stepping again! We sat down, the waiter came and gave the menu, we said we only want drinks. He literally said "if you don't eat, you have to go" !? I have never ever sat in a place to be kicked out because I am planing to drink only. Very very disappointed, the guy couldn't even be a toilet man, let alone a waiter. Was genuinely gonna order a bottle of wine, but after this fiasco, I don't even want to walk on the same side of the pavement of the so called "restaurant". I can guarantee you, a local low life pub in Somalia would have classier service than this "Italian restaurant"

22/07/2025Ordered two steaks, one medium-rare and one medium. When they arrived, the seemed-to-be head waiter said they were medium and well-done. I pointed out that my 'medium' was medium-rare which was fine and my friend's well-done was that but was the wrong order. It was taken away and replaced about 20 minutes later with a slab of gristle that looked like it had been cooked from frozen. Our server was apologetic but the management were off-hand and didn't seem like they could care less. Won't be back and I doubt they care.

18/06/2025Really interesting. Defo worth the €35pp for 2hr tour. You even go up onto the roof! Steep steps down, but there's a lift up. Really pleased I booked in advance. Please bear in mind that your ticket also gets you into the museum for 24hrs after the tour! The toilet was €2! So.use one in a cafe nearby first.

02/06/2025The restaurant is in the crowded centre of Milan, so there are always a lot of people, the service in the restaurant is terrible, you need to wait for ages for the waiter to pay attention to you and at least to bring you the menu, they just walk without looking at the guests, you need to wait for hours to get the menu, the bill, the change. Do something with the service it spoils the general impression of the place, though the dishes are not bad but also not the best in Milan. If you are ready to waist you time waiting for the careless waiter to come, go ahead. I would definitely not come back to this place.

08/05/2025ordered a Cesar Salad and had to scrape off the immense amount of mayonnaise they lathered the salad with. Furthermore, I took out the anchovies in my salad and what was left was just lettuce. There were about 3 pieces of chicken in my sad bowl of salad… Additionally, the smallest bottle of water we could get was 5€ - Ridiculous.

06/05/2025DO NOT suggest to anyone - we have paid €40 for 2 panini with cheese and tomato + 2 black tea - charging fortune for service. The waitress split the tea with hot water to my foot and didn't even bother to apologise, very poor service, behaving customers as GRANTED

27/04/2025Went only for drinks, waited at the entrance for service as suggested in the sign. Then after 10 minutes of waiting and staff just walking past we ordered drinks from the cashier. There were plenty of tables available outside at that time and we chose one of those because the bar side was full. Then the ”leader” of the staff comes to our table and says tables are ”only for service”. That’s left us with ine question, what service? So yeah otherwise would say the service at this place was horrible, but unfortunately there was no service at all ;)

01/01/2025We ordered coffees and some drinks. After a while we decided to buy some ice creams. When we came back to the table we were told eating ice creams is not allowed next to the table. Despite we bought ice creams in the same THEIR local it was not allowed to finish them indoor.

And the waitress poured the coffe on our table and he brought wrong order on our table !!! And when I complained about paying 20 euro for a breakfast with poor service he didn’t even ask an apology ! 28/04/2026The food was disappointing and had nothing to do with authentic Italian cuisine — only the names of the dishes were Italian, while the preparation felt more oriental. The prices were very high and absolutely not justified by what was served, especially considering the poor quality. However, the worst part was the hospitality and the staff. They were quite rude, and the waiters behaved as if they were the owners. Basic courtesy like “welcome,” “thank you,” or “enjoy your meal” was completely missing. Overall, a very negative experience. ------ Il cibo è stato deludente e non aveva nulla a che fare con la vera cucina italiana — solo i nomi dei piatti erano italiani, mentre la preparazione era più orientale. I prezzi erano molto alti e per nulla giustificati rispetto a ciò che veniva servito, soprattutto considerando la scarsa qualità. La parte peggiore è stata però l’accoglienza e il personale: molto scortesi, con camerieri che si comportavano come se fossero i proprietari. Mancavano completamente le basi della cortesia come “benvenuti”, “grazie” o “buon appetito”. In poche parole, un’esperienza molto negativa.

Wir haben für 2 Hauptspeisen & 2 Getränke 50 EUR gezahlt. 10 EUR haben sie uns das Trinkgeld angerechnet da wir zwei Personen waren. Dies finde ich zu viel für so ein Service. Auch das man 5EUR pro Person rechnet, finde ich zu viel!!

25/02/2026Restaurant typiquement attrape-touriste, à fuir. Nous avons commandé deux Spritz affichés à 14€. On nous sert deux grands verres, on se dit que pour 14€ ça reste correct… Arrivés à la caisse : 44€ pour deux Spritz ! Aucune explication claire, le personnel essaie de trouver des excuses plutôt que d’assumer. Nous avons dû payer malgré tout. Ensuite, 15€ pour des “calenonie” surgelés (seulement 3 morceaux dedans…). La carte annonçait une pizza, mais ce qui arrive à table ressemble plus à une petite pinsa basique qu’à une vraie pizza. L’huile d’olive laissée sur la table avait un goût vraiment désagréable. Service très mauvais et particulièrement long. L’attente a été excessive du début à la fin. Le serveur vient débarrasser alors que nous n’avions pas terminé. Prix beaucoup trop élevés pour la qualité proposée. Clairement hors de prix au vu de ce qui est servi. Bref, qualité médiocre, prix excessifs et pratiques douteuses. Le pire attrape-touriste que nous ayons testé. Je déconseille fortement. À FUIRRRRR

20/01/2026Proszę uważać !!! Koleżance kelner ukradł kartę - musiał ją zwinąć że stołu razem z naczyniami, niestety, w zamieszaniu przy wychodzeniu nie zauważyła aż dopiero po kilku godzinach. W międzyczasie wykonano wiele płatności na drobne kwoty i straciła kilkaset złotych. A kawa beznadziejna! Choć tiramisu było pyszne 🙂

18/01/2026Tovaglia sporca. Ordiniamo un vino ma poi ci dicono che non c'era e su un altro (il passito) ci viene detto che è no buono. Piatti normali, con una pasta alla norma nella norma e una pasta al forno decente. Inoltre avevo chiesto del parmigiano ma il cameriere ha messo il parmigiano direttamente nel piatto senza che gliel'ho avessi chiesto. Ultima nota ma non per importanza il prezzo di 46€ che non è giustificabile per 2 primi e un'acqua naturale.

27/12/2025Nous avons fait l'erreur de manger sans lire les avis on a pris des pâtes avec du poulpe 🐙 ya pas du tout de poulpe sur les pâtes des pâtes normals avec de la tomate aucun effort on s'est taper un prix très très cher pour une tres tres petite quantité en plus de ça ils te font payer soit disant la taxe du restaurant de plus. Franchement à fuire ,ce restaurant était une vraie déception.

13/07/20253 gwiazdki za fajną, sprawną obsługę, klimat miejsca i dobrą rybę i wino. Ceny wygórowane za to, co się otrzymuje. Gdyby to kosztowało połowę tego, to jeszcze bym zrozumiał. Ale za te ceny oczekiwania są znacznie wyższe. Nawet pieczone ziemniaki były po części niedopieczone. Mięso było gumowe i prawie zimne. Rukola wyschnięta, kilka plasterków parmezanu i kilka pomidorków koktajlowych. Warzywa poprawne. Na początek kelnerka przyniosła kilka bułeczek. Szczerze mówiąc nie wiedzieliśmy co z nimi zrobić. Zjeść na sucho? Sory, ale takie miejsce i takie ceny... a jakość i porcje fatalne.

Comunque prezzi alti ok uno può non andare ma a certi prezzi le porzioni scarse che avete dato ieri sono vergognose !!!! Riso 50/60 gr a piatto , la cesar insalata 1 uovo 20 gr di grana forse 50 gr di carne 2 aggiunge …..I camerieri vanno sempre chiamati altrimenti non ti considerano Assurdo !!!! Locale scartato su 170 euro ne avete guadagnato minimo 140 ….. troppo esagerato !!!!

12/06/2025sono stata in questo bar in via Torino. Non è la prima volta, ma sicuramente l’ultima. Lo staff? Tutti scortesi. Appena entrata, nessuno che ti calcola, si fanno i cavoli loro,niente. Sono rimasta in piedi ad aspettare che qualcuno mi considerasse per prendere l’ordine, ma niente… Alla fine ho dovuto chiedere io se potevo ordinare. Il bar era vuoto in quel momento. Il caffè non era male, ma è questione di fortuna. E alla fine, come se non bastasse, pretendono pure che riporti la tazzina e tutto al banco. Posso capire che si è stanchi e che siamo in alta stagione, ma così è davvero troppo: erano fin troppo scortesi.

Il personale impiegato che serve al tavolo non ha la minima formazione e lo dimostra ad ogni portata, posando i piatti passando davanti la faccia dei commensali e senza alcun garbo. Mai visto un sorriso o un gesto di attenzione. Questi ragazzi non sono sgarbati, camerieri per caso, indifferenti e sciatti. La pasta con il ragù di anatra era senza carattere e fredda, mentre il condimento era caldo. Prezzi alti, come ti aspetteresti a Milano. Il bagno non all'altezza dell'ambiente, che invece è gradevole e molto luminoso. Non lasciando alcuna impressione positiva, è impossibile che ci ritorniamo. Per i turisti stranieri può andare, ma non c'è cucina italiana di livello. Peccato.

06/01/2025Purtroppo ci siamo imbattuti in una esperienza poco edificante...verso le 18 abbiamo cercato un locale dove fare un aperitivo. Eravamo in tre, accolti in questo locale, non lontano dal Duomo di Milano, da un signore ben poco sorridente, il quale ha chiesto "cosa volevamo fare"... praticamente sulla porta. Seppur con un po' di riluttanza, abbiamo risposto cortesemente che volevamo fare un aperitivo.... risultato: tre aperitivi troppo allungati con acqua e tonnellate di ghiaccio, e da accompagnamento due citolote di patatine e un sughetto freddo. Se calcoliamo che fuori pioveva e c'erano 7 gradi...non il massimo direi, anche per la modica cifra di 37€...ora capisco che siamo vicini al Dom e quindi i prezzi sono più alti 😉 ma a mio parere occorre gestire al meglio tutti gli avventori del locale, dando un servizio che faccia dire al cliente...sicuramente tornerò...'.
