07/06/2026I didn’t want to leave Milan without visiting the Lavazza Flagship Store. The weather was beautiful, so it was the perfect day to sit outside. The café has outdoor seating with greenery and shade, which made the atmosphere really calm and pleasant. The iced coffee was good, although nothing extraordinary, and I had it with a pistachio croissant, which was okay. Even so, I would recommend this place, especially if you’re looking for somewhere to sit and take a break from the crowds near the Duomo. The service was 10/10, the staff were very friendly and attentive.

17/05/2026Stopped here for a quick aperitivo before a show and was pleasantly surprised at how good the food and drinks were. The tableside tiramisu was a real gem. I never knew tiramisu could be taste so fresh and light. Our server said now that I’ve watched him make it, I can now make it at home. Ha! He’s got jokes!

The coffee is enjoyable, and the place is comfortable for a short break. One small note: the tiramisu contains raisins, so keep that in mind if you’re not a fan of raisins. Overall, it’s a good spot worth visiting.

04/01/2026A really chill cafe with al fresco seating. Great to just pass time and watch the whole go by with a cup of coffee. The dessert coffees were done pretty sweet here, just right for a mid afternoon pick-me-up. The salt roasted almonds are out of this world. Prices are a little on the premium side but the great service and comfortable ambience makes it worthwhile.

03/01/2026me and two other friends came here to meet up with tree other friends who had already ordered and drank something. they were seating at a table of four people outside and we decided to pull up two more chairs so we could all seat together. nobody else was seating outside and we thought that taking two chairs from an empty dirty table wouldn’t be a problem. as we were taking them a man working there came out and started talking to us extremely loudly “do you work here?” he asked us. we said no and he proceeded to yell at us and say that we have to ask first to be seated and sitting altogether is not possible and he told us to seat at another table away from our friends. besides the fact that it was not possible for 6 people to seat together which is absurd, the man disrespectfully screamed at us treating us like children

27/12/2025Extremely unpleasant experience – complete lack of respect for customers This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in Milan — and that says a lot considering this place is located right next to Duomo and operates under the well-known Lavazza brand. The service was exceptionally rude and aggressive, especially the moment we paid the bill. The atmosphere changes instantly — as long as you are ordering and paying, you are treated like a guest. Once the bill is settled, you are treated like a problem that needs to disappear. The message from the staff is very clear and brutal: either order something else or get out. No politeness, no class, no respect whatsoever. Waiters approached our table multiple times, repeatedly pressuring us to leave even though we had literally just paid and hadn’t even had time to stand up. It was shocking, intrusive, and humiliating. We felt harassed rather than served. On top of that, the toilet situation is absurd. 👉 There is only one toilet per gender, which creates serious pressure and chaos when you are in a larger group. Each person in our group wanted to use the restroom after paying — waiting 10 minutes in line per person is completely normal here. During this time, instead of showing any understanding, different waiters kept coming back one after another trying to physically usher us out of the restaurant, even though we were simply waiting our turn to use the restroom. The constant pressure, stress, and lack of empathy were overwhelming. Zero professionalism. Zero customer care. This place may look good in photos and benefit from its prime location, but inside it operates like a conveyor belt: eat, pay, and disappear as fast as possible. Customers are not treated as people, only as obstacles once their money is taken. I strongly do NOT recommend this place, especially to tourists who want to relax, enjoy a coffee, or experience Italian hospitality. This is the exact opposite of what Milan and the Lavazza brand should represent. Avoid at all costs.

L'ambiente è proprio bello, la varietà dei caffè ed il pregio sono notevoli. La posizione è assolutamente centrale. A due passi da Piazza Scala e a breve distanza da Piazza Duomo. Un passaggio raccomandato a chiunque voglia gustare del caffè di qualità top.

06/01/2026J’adore m’y rendre pour une pause gourmande. Ils ont une carte d’hiver et d’été, avec des boissons très bonnes (très sucrées, et c’est justement pour ça qu’elles sont addictives !). On peut prendre une krioche (mélange croissant-brioche) en choisissant 3 crèmes à étaler. Coup de cœur absolu pour le tiramisu à boire ! Parfait pour se faire plaisir!

31/12/2025Très bel endroit pour déguster du café Lavazza. Peut être un peu cher mais la pause vaut le coup. Le lieu est vraiment bien décoré et ils proposent du décaféiné ce qui n’est pas la cas partout. Les serveuses sont très sympas malgré le monde sur place car emplacement super tournique.

20/12/2025Ho visitato il bar in occasione del pop up temporaneo dedicato a Barbie: ho scelto il glittery cappuccino, servito con un cioccolatino e la glam crioche entrambi con una guarnizione di cioccolato ruby: prezzi un po’ alti, ma l’esperienza è stata gradevole.

23/11/2025Imbarazzante. Tengono 20 persone in coda quando tutti i tavoli della veranda sono vuoti, TUTTI. Decisamente sconsigliato a chi ha voglia di bere un caffè: negozio di caffè dove se vuoi un caffè, non puoi averlo

15/12/2019Ci sono stata oggi a pranzo con mia mamma. Io ho preso una crema di zucca con castagne,bacon e crostini(buonissima!) Mentre mi mamma ha preso la nuvola di sapori (ne ho assaggiata una e mi è piaciuto) Entrambe abbiamo preso il caffè ( servito da un ragazzo simpaticissimo)e ci è stato servito con un bicchierino di acqua, cioccolatino e i pop corn caramellati. In tutto abbiamo pagato 35 €. Il prezzo l'ho trovato giusto sia per la qualità,quantità e per l'ubicazione del locale. Il servizio è stato ottimo e complimenti a tutto lo staff!!!

16/10/2019Idea interessante ma penso che la Lavazza dovrebbe puntare a un tipo di locale per un ampio pubblico e non con un progetto molto bello ma che pare più per un ristretto pubblico, basta andare in piazza Cordusio e vedere come un gruppo americano abbia creato una catena sul tema del caffè molto significativa, peccato che in Italia non ci siano ancora riusciti marchi così storici
