Come here early in the morning (ideal before 9:30), because there are many people Who want to visit and there are crowds later. Croissants are amazing, coffee and atmosphere too and! personal is very friendlly, also to kids. Thanks for meautiful memories

13/06/2026Best Starbucks outlet I have visited till date. Excellent location, service, roastery and huge in terms of space. Due to its growing popularity remains overcrowded most of the time and finding a space to sit and enjoy is difficult here. Still worth a visit if you are in Milan. Don't forget to check out the live roasting machine.

13/06/2026Incomparable to the other roasteries around the world—this was sadly underwhelming as someone who had previously visited the Tokyo Roastery and was expecting something similar. Average service, not the most friendly staff but at least they were willing to help. What I want to talk about is the food. DO NOT order the tea lattes. I had a chai tea latte and even if it is not their forte, it was plain horrid. Tasted closer to hot water than anything. Coffee was decent but that is expected of Starbucks. Pastry options were good, however if you come too early they will not have much choices. 2.5 stars, will not come again.

09/06/2026The place and vibe were great the food and coffee were phenomenal. I tried their Matcha. It was good, but if you are there to sit and relax, I advise you to take your order out because the place is so crowded. It’s hard to find a place to sit or to enjoy your coffee.

08/06/2026Huge Starbucks Reserves Roastery located just 5 mins walk to Doumo Milano. Great spot to hang out with your favorite cold beverage during hot weather in Milan but be prepared to wait in line and good luck of finding a seat especially lunch time hours. Enjoyed our raspberry cheesecake and cold beverage. Didn’t bought mug during our visit. I was hoping for a better Starbucks mug design. Must visit if you’re a big fan of Starbucks!

08/06/2026As the only one Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Europe, this location was high on my list to visit. We arrived early in the morning, and it was pleasantly quiet at first. However, after 9 AM., this place quickly became crowded as more visitors arrived. I would highly recommend coming as early as possible to enjoy your coffee and pastries in a comfortable atmosphere and secure a good seat. There are a variety of exclusive bakery items and beverages available only at this place, making it well worth a visit. This place also offers a wide selection of Starbucks goods, and I found that purchasing a tumbler made for a nice souvenir. In addition, the restrooms located on the lower level were exceptionally clean and well maintained, which added to the overall positive experience.

04/06/2026Atmosphere here at the Milan store is immense. They are one of the six reserve roastery stores in the world, so well worth an experience when in Milan. We were suggested to sit and order on the first floor which is what we opted for. Their coffee gelatoshake and the iced matcha is what we called for. We had no clue that there would be a 3€/ person coperto as well which seemed to be steep considering we both just had a single drink. But the whole store in itself was a ln experience worth it

04/06/2026On our travels, we always bring back mugs from the Starbucks Discovery Series. We love picking up a special souvenir to take home. And whenever we have the opportunity to visit one of their rare Roasteries, we are always eager to seize the chance. After New York, Milan was the second one we visited. It is definitely worth a visit—the atmosphere is fantastic, and it is fascinating to watch how all the various processes unfold.

03/06/2026We went upstairs to the cocktail bar and had delicious drinks that combined whiskey barrel-aged cold brew with an Amaro. Such a great combination. The server was very helpful and knewba lot about the ingredients and the process. The experience included perfect snacks: olives, chunks of parmigiana and potato chips. We highly recommend going, despite the crowds.

03/06/2026The coffee and cappuccino were excellent, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was amazing. We got a table right next to the coffee roaster, so we could watch the roasting process while enjoying the incredible aroma of freshly roasted coffee. Definitely worth a visit!

31/05/2026The line was out on the street, but we got in after about 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, and you can order at multiple counters. There was a separate section for sandwiches and paninis, and coffee was available everywhere. There was a huge selection of pastries. In the center, there’s a massive coffee roaster, and throughout the space you can see transparent tubes carrying coffee beans, which looks very impressive. Overall, it’s basically a ‘fancier’ Starbucks experience, but definitely worth a visit at least once.

Yet it’s kinda expensive for no good reason,most of the seats are uncomfortable,your drinks are basically ice and it’s not always good to try new things that they offer you ,like olive oil mixed with coffee and cream which was awful.But visiting once is fun.

14/06/2026미국을 제외하고 세계에 3개만 있다는 스타벅스 로스터리. 밀라노에도있는데 꽤 큰 매장으로 로스터리 매장의 특징은 다른곳에서 볼수없는 베이커리 메뉴와 칵테일 판매이다. 물론 굿즈도 조금 다르니 방문해볼만하다. 근데 어째 매장에 있는 사람들 대부분이 관광객 같긴하다.

13/06/2026ミラノに行ったら絶対に外せないスポットの一つです。歴史ある旧郵便局の建物を改装した店内は、一歩足を踏み入れた瞬間にその圧倒的なスケールと美しさに目を奪われます。 中央にある巨大な焙煎機が実際に動いている様子は圧巻！コーヒーの素晴らしい香りが店内に漂っています。 定番のトスカーナ産ブレンドのコーヒーはもちろん、併設されているイタリアの名店「プリンチ（Princi）」の焼き立てパンやピザも絶品です。お土産用の限定グッズやコーヒー豆も充実しています。 かなり混雑する時間帯もあるそうですが、私たちが訪れた朝の10時ごろは比較的空いており、席もすんなり座れゆっくり過ごせました。 ミラノ観光の素晴らしい思い出のひとつになりました！！

12/06/2026La Starbucks Reserve Roastery di Milano è senza dubbio impressionante. Le dimensioni, la torrefazione a vista, i macchinari e l’intera messa in scena trasformano una semplice pausa caffè in un’esperienza. Se vi piace Starbucks, una visita vale sicuramente la pena. Anche la storia del luogo è interessante: l’Italia è considerata da molti la patria dell’espresso moderno e per anni sembrava impensabile che Starbucks potesse affermarsi qui. Solo nel 2018 il colosso americano ha aperto il suo primo locale italiano, all’interno dello splendido edificio dell’ex Palazzo delle Poste in Piazza Cordusio. Per riuscirci ha dovuto adattarsi almeno in parte alla cultura del caffè italiana invece di cercare semplicemente di sostituirla. Rimane però una sensazione contrastante. Ci si trova nel Paese che ha insegnato al mondo come bere il caffè e, allo stesso tempo, si osserva una multinazionale americana che prende quella stessa cultura, la confeziona in modo spettacolare e la rivende come esperienza premium. Affascinante da vedere, ma anche un piccolo esempio di imperialismo culturale in versione caffeinata. Da visitare? Assolutamente sì. Ma chi cerca semplicemente un caffè eccellente, a Milano trova non solo infinite alternative, ma spesso anche alternative nettamente migliori: più autentiche, più legate alla tradizione e, non di rado, anche molto più economiche.

10/06/2026Gran espacio de la marca Starbucks, la declaración y el ambiente es para no perdérselo. Aunque no hay que coger cita, si que hay veces que hay cola para entrar. Una vez en el interior es difícil coger mesa libre, y aunque el servicio es rápido suele haber cola de unos 15 minutos o más para pedir. El trato de los trabajadores es muy agradable y te aconsejan y explican sus productos con una exquisita paciencia. Merece la pena pagar los altos precios por un momento de relax en un ambiente diferente. También tiene una terraza que da a una de las vías principales de Milán y con él castillo al fondo. Justo delante de la entrada tan impresionante al edificio que alberga el Starbucks.

Mimo że przed wejściem ustawia się kolejka, w środku panuje spory chaos — dużo ludzi, hałas i ogólne wrażenie bałaganu, przez co trudno w pełni cieszyć się wizytą. Sam proces wypalania kawy, który miał być jedną z głównych atrakcji, nie jest według mnie pokazany w szczególnie ciekawy ani angażujący sposób. Miejsce robi wrażenie wizualnie, ale zabrakło mi bardziej dopracowanego doświadczenia i klimatu, którego spodziewałam się po tak znanym lokalu.

05/06/2026Sehr cooles und besonderes Ambiente in der Starbucks Reserve Roastery in Mailand – beeindruckendes Design, viel los und insgesamt eine echte Experience. Es ist allerdings sehr voll gewesen, weshalb wir keine Speisen probiert haben. Trotzdem lohnt sich der Besuch definitiv, allein wegen der Atmosphäre und dem besonderen Konzept. Kaffee und Drinks wirken hochwertig und gut zubereitet. Insgesamt ein spannender Spot, den man in Mailand einmal gesehen haben sollte.

Po wypiciu w tak niesamowitym miejscu kawy, nie chce się już pić innej. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Wybór słodkości, kaw itp. jest nie do ogarnięcia na jedną wizytę. I visited Starbucks Reserve Roastery Milano today and honestly the place, food, drinks, and overall atmosphere were outstanding. I enjoyed the experience so much that I ordered twice, first for brunch and later again for dessert and coffee. Everything, from the food quality to the architecture and details of the space, was genuinely impressive. It is honestly one of the most beautiful Starbucks locations I have visited. لكن للأسف، تجربتي مع أحد الموظفين واسمه Federico غيّرت إحساسي عن الزيارة بالكامل. عند منطقة الكاشير الموجودة بالنص، لاحظت إنه كان يعطي بعض الزبائن المنيو ويأخذ طلباتهم مباشرة بدون ما يطلب منهم الوقوف في الصف. لما وقفت عنده، تعامل معي بطريقة مستفزة وقال لي: “Why are you standing here? I’m not going to take your order.” وطلب مني أروح أقف في الصف. Unfortunately, my experience with one employee, Federico, completely changed the feeling of the visit. At the cashier area in the middle section, I noticed him giving menus to some customers and taking their orders directly without asking them to stand in the queue. When I approached, he spoke to me in a rude and uncomfortable way saying: “Why are you standing here? I’m not going to take your order.” and told me to go stand in line. اللي ضايقني أكثر إني بعد ما وقفت في الصف، شفته ينادي أشخاص آخرين واقفين بجانبه ويأخذ طلباتهم مباشرة بينما يتجاهلني. بصراحة التصرف خلاني أحس بمعاملة غير متساوية وغير مرحب فيها، خصوصًا إني كنت عميل مستمتع جدًا بالمكان وراجعت أطلب مرة ثانية بنفس اليوم. What upset me even more was that after I moved to the queue, I saw him calling other nearby customers and taking their orders directly while continuing to ignore me. Honestly, the situation made me feel unfairly treated and unwelcome, especially as someone who genuinely enjoyed the place and returned for a second order on the same day. أنا متفهم وجود نظام وصفوف، وما عندي أي مشكلة أنتظر دوري، لكن طريقة الكلام والأسلوب والتعامل كانت غير احترافية إطلاقًا. أشوف إن Federico يحتاج تدريب أفضل على التعامل مع العملاء، لأن أسلوب التواصل والاحترام جزء أساسي من أي تجربة ضيافة ناجحة. I completely understand having a queue system and I have no issue waiting my turn, but the tone, attitude, and way of speaking were not professional at all. I believe Federico would benefit from better customer service training, because respectful communication is a major part of any hospitality experience. بعد ذلك، المدير Sergio جاء وتحدث معي بنفسه واعتذر بشكل محترم واحترافي، وأنا أقدّر جدًا أسلوبه واهتمامه بالموقف ومحاولته احتواء الموضوع بطريقة راقية. هذا الشيء حسّن الانطباع النهائي عندي وأظهر اهتمام الإدارة بتجربة العملاء. Later, the manager Sergio personally came to speak with me and apologized professionally, which I genuinely appreciated. I respect the way he handled the situation and his effort to resolve the issue in a professional and respectful manner. That definitely improved my final impression and showed that management cares about customer experience. أشارك هذي الملاحظة لأن المكان فعلًا جميل والتجربة كان ممكن تكون مثالية بالكامل، وأتمنى فقط أن تكون المعاملة متساوية ومحترمة لجميع العملاء بدون استثناء. I am sharing this feedback because the location itself is beautiful and the experience could have been perfect. I simply hope that all customers receive equal and respectful treatment بدون عنصريه

31/05/2026El Starbucks de Milán es muy muy bonito, fila para entrar pero merece la pena hacerla, muy amplio, todo muy al detalle, el proceso de la gran máquina que tienen dentro para ver cómo muelen y trasladan el café, muy interesante, los cafés más caros que los Starbucks normales, mucha comida tipo rápida y dulces y mucho para vender de tazas, botellas, vasos, termos, café, camisetas , sudaderas etc...el único así en Europa, de los 5 que hay en todo el mundo. Hay que verlo sin duda

18/12/2025スターバックス好きなら一度は訪れたい、まさに聖地のような店舗でした。店内は通常のスタバとは雰囲気がまったく違い、高級感がありながらも落ち着いていて、見ているだけでも楽しめます。豆が焙煎される様子を定期的に見ることができ、「ぶおー」という音や香ばしい香りも含めて特別感がありました。コーヒーの種類も多く、豆やグッズの展示も見応えがあります。食事やサービスは普通でしたが、空間の雰囲気は非常に良く、ミラノ観光の途中で立ち寄る価値があるお店だと思います。
