11/06/2026UNACCEPTABLE. We were unable to find the restaurant because it was not located where Google Maps indicated. There was not a single sign displaying the restaurant’s name, making it impossible to identify the location. We also attempted to call multiple times but received no answer whatsoever. This resulted in a complete waste of our time and a very frustrating experience.

28/05/2026I don't recommend this place. The only advantage is the view. The wait for four drinks 45 minutes, there is more ice than liquid in the drink and the price is very high.Loud music interferes with conversation and takes away the charm of this place.

I haven't eaten food this salty in a long time… The only thing worth having here is coffee; I wouldn't come here for the food.

Instead of enjoying the view of the Duomo, we are looking at large advertisements that block the cathedral itself. Very disappointing—hard to understand how this was considered acceptable in a place advertised for its view.

And we received dry meat and some fries , as I asked no puree but I want fries instead the rest normal but unfortunately . She asked me to pay for the fries. (((I got just dry meat with no salad and sauce . ))) Just want to say we won’t recommend this place . Thanks .

05/04/2026I never review, but I feel like I should share to warn others to stay away. Don’t waste your time or money. Service was appalling, pretty confident our waiter was high. The FOH sat us without a word, walked away for 10 mins, chatted to his mates, then came back and said ‘ah I should get you a menu.’ Yeah, that would help. A younger lad served us. Mid way through trying to ‘remember’ our orders he got distracted, probably by a bird or something. He cut us off before we could finish what we were trying to say. 10 mins after ordering he came back and asked what it was we wanted again. A notepad would be a good place to start. Amazingly, and not quite sure how he managed it, still got our orders wrong. Then, before we had a chance to bite into starters are mains were tossed in-front of us. Food was mediocre at best. They came round at the end and asked if we wanted dessert menus, we said yes we’ll have a look, not too sure why. Not to worry because we never received them anyway. Thought we might as well ask for the bill because the last train home was in 3 hours time and didn’t want to miss that. Real shame because it’s a nice venue overlooking the cathedral, and has real potential.

It was a more on the expensive side but that’s to be expected with that view of the duomo. It was very much a tourist crowd, but again to be expected and we were tourists ourselves, and the vibe was still very nice. I’d recommend this place - the views are incredible

01/04/2026Very disappointing experience. The food quality was unacceptable. The lasagna arrived burnt, and the pasta was clearly undercooked, to the point where raw flour was still visible. Additionally, the dish was served cold. What made the experience even worse was the staff’s attitude. When we pointed out that the lasagna was burnt, a member of staff responded that it was “not possible,” instead of acknowledging the issue. This was unprofessional and dismissive. Although the dishes were eventually taken back, the overall experience was extremely poor and far below expectations, especially for a restaurant in such a prime location. Would not recommend.

21/02/2026We came here after a quick Google search. Perched on the 7th floor of a shopping mall, Obica offers sweeping views of Milan Cathedral and Piazza del Duomo, which really upped the vibe as we sat outside. The service was excellent, and also in English after my rather poor attempt to order a table for 2 in Italian. We were attended to quickly, and our food came out after 10 minutes! I had the cacio e pepe, which was absolutely divine and honestly some of the best pasta I've had in my life - so creamy, the perfect amount of pepper and cooked al dente. My friend had the potato gnocchi which he also said was fantastic. We shared focaccia which was so garlicky and crispy, with the perfect amount of oil. Fantastic food and service here, highly recommend.

27/12/2025Crowded crowded crowded. So crowded that the Eastern European waitresses think you are a lazy a@@ sitting at the bar reading, when you have actually been patient waiting for the menu. I was told when I ordered a wine that I had to order food. But I had no menu. No apology, just a walkaway and delivery of a menu. My evident attitude barred further effective service. Dont come here near a holiday. The servers are as unhappy as you are.

I would have been happy with just one small plate and nearly had a disaster with watery juices from the mozzarella bites but lovely staff. 11/11/2025Visiting from Los Angeles, California. What a great place for dinner. Lasagna was delicious as well as the carbonara pasta and the pear and blue cheese gnocchi (fluffy and nice). The foccacio bread was great with red wine. We also enjoyed the fresh mozzarella. The ambience was the best! And the view of the Duomo was especially nice as it was lit up at night. Great people watching and the staff was nice. Explore the specialty food area and the other floors for shopping. Overall a wonderful place to go in Milan.

24/10/2025Located right in front of the Duomo, Obicà is perfect for enjoying an Aperol Spritz with a view. The atmosphere is chic yet casual, and the staff are quick and polite. We ordered mozzarella plates and snacks everything was fresh and flavorful. The Aperol Spritz here was easily the best I’ve had in Milan: crisp, balanced, and beautifully served. Perfect for an afternoon aperitivo overlooking the city.

24/05/2026Esperienza pessima. Non venite, pessimo servizio e qualità del cibo per essere un ristorante SULLA RINASCENTE DI MILANO. Siamo arrivati e ci hanno fatto accomodare dentro, dopo 30 minuti sono venuti a prendere l’ordine ma solo del bere e dopo altri 15 minuti sono venuti a prendere l’ordine del cibo, ma la cameriera ci ha fatto ordinare solo gli antipasti. Come antipasti abbiamo preso delle polpette da dividere e una pizza. I primi non ce li hanno fatti ordinare. Arrivate le polpette non avevamo ancora piattini ne altro per dividere. Ci portano i piatti ed erano sporchi, così ce li hanno cambiati. Abbiamo mangiato le polpette e la pizza non era stata neanche segnata nella comanda. Così chiamiamo il cameriere e la riordiniamo “una margherita ma senza mozzarella di bufala” ci dicono che non è possibile perché hanno solo la mozzarella di bufala. Facciamo presente che prima però ci era stato detto che si poteva fare ma che non era stata segnata, così la ordinano con la bufala. Arrivano i primi, molto discutibili per il prezzo, e avevamo ancora sul tavolo piatti e posate dell’antipasto. Ci portano le posate firmate con l’impronta digitale dei camerieri, perché il cameriere ce le ha passate tutte toccandole dalla parte della punta. Mentre mangiamo i primi arriva la pizza ordinata come antipasto, ovviamente si raffredda e l’abbiamo mangiata fredda. Qualità del cibo è calata molto negli anni, camerieri che non sapevano dove si trovavano i tovaglioli o le posate perché nuovi, alcuni non capivano neanche molto bene l’italiano. Mi dispiace molto ero una cliente abituale anni fa, ma la qualità si è abbassata e anche il servizio. Non ci tornerò più e lo sconsiglierò anche ad amici e parenti. Ero venuta per un pranzo aziendale (posto consigliato da me) ma ho fatto solo una grande figura. Non ci venite In allegato le posate sporche e i camerieri che ci hanno servito

Ma hanno anche altre scelte di antipasti, primi, secondi e insalate. Buonissime le mozzarelle. Peccato che abbiano tolto il tortino di patate dal menù, era un’altro piatto che adoravo.

La vista è praticamente nascosta dalla copertura della terrazza, quindi non si gode del panorama come promesso. Il cibo è stato molto deludente: la pasta era in alcune parti dura e in altre troppo molle, inoltre piuttosto salata e con una qualità che sembra industriale. Anche la pizza non era buona: formaggio di bassa qualità e molto oleosa. Abbiamo lasciato due fette nel piatto. Un altro dettaglio poco piacevole è stato il caldo davvero eccessivo nella sala. Viene quasi da chiedersi se sia fatto apposta per far andare via i clienti più velocemente. Nel complesso, purtroppo, un’esperienza che non consiglio.

L'impasto risultava biscottato e il pomodoro non cotto a dovere, lasciava in bocca un’acidità fastidiosa. Per non parlare dei 6€ per una coca cola zero: una cifra ingiustificabile. Locali del genere speculano sull'ingenuità dei visitatori e, purtroppo, finiscono per compromettere la reputazione della cucina italiana nel mondo. Statene alla larga.

Cibo scadente, a partire dal pane raffermo da giorni fino alla Parmigiana che dovrebbe essere rinomata in questo posto Piedigiana perché é stata la peggiore mai mangiata. Una carbonara vomitevole. Anche le bibite sono state servite calde dopo aver precisato di volerla fredda. Per quanto riguarda il personale scortese e poco accogliente, palesemente scocciati. Nessun rispetto per il cliente, veramente una delusione. Mai più.

02/11/2025Burrata abbastanza buona, per essere a Milano. Ma l’hamburger servito freddo è stato imperdonabile. Ragazzo gentilissimo, highlight della cena. Insieme alla vista, davvero suggestiva. Non tornerei per il cibo. Considerando che hanno aperto il tetto apribile - e che è arrivato freddo a noi e acqua in testa a una ragazza al tavolo accanto - direi che proprio non tornerò.
