11/06/2026I really wanted to like this place, and for those who want a short version: my burger had raw (gooey) meat throughout, and though I didn't finish the burger, I still got sick that evening. Definitely listen to the people who say to get a reservation ahead of time. If I had done so, I could have sent the burger back immediately. I've included screenshots of my order including the store definition of "Medium - Rare". If you read other reviews, you'll see that it doesn't seem to matter how you request the meat to be cooked...it can happen to any order. I ordered online a couple hours before I planned to pickup, and the process was very smooth. The takeout bags have a bit of insulation so that the food is not cold when you get home. I took my first bite and was really impressed with the flavor. I also enjoyed the chicken croquette and fries a lot. After a few bites of the burger, I noticed a weird texture and when I looked closer, I saw that the meat in the center was completely raw. Before anyone comes for me, I make and order a lot of steak and burgers and have had my share of medium rare meat, however this was gooey raw. I tried to tell myself that maybe this is just their interpretation of "Medium - Rare" and that a successful restaurant would be practicing food safety so I should be fine? I took another bite around the edge but left half the burger uneaten because the consistency of the meat was gross. Within a couple hours I had stomach cramps, indigestion, nausea and other lovely symptoms of food poisoning. I was very sad to not be able to finish the burger since the first few bites were so good and debated whether to write a review at all since a mistake in a kitchen can happen to any restaurant. However, seeing how many people have had similar experiences, I felt that I should share my story to hopefully help someone else. I'm giving the food 1- star because the burger made me sick. I'm also mourning the rest of the meals I'd planned to have during my time in Madrid which I couldn't try....guess I'll just have to visit the city again!

What is the point you asked us to choose if your kitchen cannot differentiate which one is medium which one is well done. Expected to be served hot food, what came was cold burgers!! The Cheese already turned like a rubber. The waiter forgot to put fries inside our bag. Had to walk back to the shop to enjoy the cold fries along with the cold burger.

03/06/2026Had to visit what was voted the top burger in the world! Some tips if you’re visiting… Get a reservation much in advance otherwise it fills up. The ambience inside is quite nice. Note there is another location about 10-15 min walk north, which I think is less busy (for reservations and takeaway) If you don’t get reservations, there is takeaway but can only order online. Even this can get full sometimes. So order much ahead if possible. Just wait outside and they’ll bring it out. It’s quite organized and they bring these amazing takeout bags that keep the burger warm. You can then eat in the square across the restaurant. Lots of steps or benches around. I got the Singular to start which was the one that won the Best Burger award. I had the bacon removed. The bun is soft, the patty is thick. The caramelized onions are delicious. They use 120 day dry aged beef. It’s course grind so has a bit of texture to it. The patty is quite thick so you don’t need a double patty. You have the option to have it rare, medium rare and well done. Take medium. It has a very natural flavour unlike the super seasoned and buttered burgers you normally get elsewhere. Johnny Drama was good too with a fresher flavour due to the lettuce and cucumbers. But I still preferred the singular.

03/06/2026Came to the restaurant without reservation as there none available for the time we were in Madrid. We were a family of 3 stood waiting by the door for a server for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged once whilst they walked past us multiple times, not even making eye contact. Once someone did talk to us, they said it was takeout only which was fine and expected as there was no reservations available. At the time (1600) the restaurant was half full however a few tables filled up whilst we were ordering via the app. 30 mins later we got the email saying our food was ready to be picked up. The small table of 3 that was empty when we arrived was still empty when we went to pick up the food that was still not ready. Another 15 minutes later we got our food - a Loser and Carlton Banks plus fries. I had the Loser which was very good albeit not very warm. Had I'd been in the restaurant I'd probably have asked them to heat it up. Nonetheless it was very good l, definitely up there with the best. My partner said the CB was good but the chicken was a bit dry. On the fence about going again, food was good but the wait and the service (aside from the guy working on the till who was great) was awful. If you're going to have a successful restaurant, at least employ people who can be bothered to talk to the customers.

The place seems to be pretty mismanaged- we were asked to stand for bill payment in the queue for people placing orders and asking for table availability. The wait was just too long with the staff trying to juggle multiple things like taking orders, checking for table availability, taking phone calls, going to the kitchen etc.

09/06/2026La verdad es que no falla, sin duda es el top 1, la mejor hamburguesa que te puedes comer esta aquí. Cualquier cosa que te pidas no te defraudará, esta vez probamos los nachos, los cuales son totalmente distintos a cualquier otros y como burguer probamos la de “La madre de Stifler”, de 10. Lo que no nos gustó es que nos pusieron en el sótano y LITERALMENTE, no se ve nada, tuvimos que poner las linternas del móvil para ver la carta… deberían solucionar la iluminación en la parte de abajo, por lo demás, todo perfecto, el camarero nos atendió de 10. Eso si, como recomendación si queréis ir, reservar con varias semanas de antelación… sino, imposible.

08/06/2026Hola, anoche llegamos 10 y pico pm a ver si conseguíamos una mesa y nos dijeron que estaba todo lleno pero que podríamos pedir para take away, lo hacemos y nos dicen que 20-25min. (pedido realizado a las 10:21pm como pueden ver en el recibo) Luego llega una persona que no hablaba español y le ayudamos a pedir online , tipo 10-15min después de nosotros. A ellos les dan su orden primero que a nosotros, tipo 10:50pm aprox, y luego se nos escusan que se están demorando con nuestro pedido terminamos recibindo el pedido a las 11:09pm como pueden ver. Nos dan una tarjeta para enmendar errores, les escribo y no dan respuesta… para eso no den nada si no se preocupan por el servicio

Cuando vas a Hundred te das cuenta de que no hacen falta muchos ingredientes en una burger ni combinaciones raras, aquí te conquista el producto. Mi recomendación sería pedir la Singular para apreciar bien todo lo que comenté antes y, como entrante, los nachos, que son los mejores que me he comido hasta el momento. Muchas felicidades por mantener la calidad a pesar de la fama.

Para las hamburguesas habíamos elegido, entre las opciones que ofrecen, la carne rosada (no roja), pero estaba completamente cruda. Tanto es así que, por primera vez en mi vida, dejé la mitad de la hamburguesa. Puntuales con la comida para llevar; las patatas fritas y su salsa estaban buenas. Los ingredientes de la hamburguesa parecían buenos, pero como la carne estaba cruda y el pan frío, era incomestible.

06/06/2026No hay mucho que añadir: la mejor hamburguesa que he probado en mi vida, y no precisamente porque haya probado pocas. La calidad de la carne, el sabor y la elaboración son espectaculares, y siempre que puedo repito. Sin embargo, en mi última visita probé la hamburguesa de pollo y me dejó bastante frío. La encontré demasiado seca y la textura hacía que costara masticarla, algo que me sorprendió teniendo en cuenta el nivel habitual del resto de la carta. No pudimos comer en el local porque estaba completamente lleno, así que optamos por pedir para llevar. Aun así, el servicio fue rápido y había mucha gente en nuestra misma situación, lo que demuestra el éxito y la popularidad del establecimiento.

05/06/2026Fui con expectativas bastante altas, pero la hamburguesa no estuvo a la altura. La carne tenía un sabor muy simple, prácticamente desabrido, sin ese punto jugoso y sabroso que se espera. El bacon venía en una única tira larga dentro de la hamburguesa, por lo que tuve que sacarla y picarla para poder disfrutarla en cada mordisco, lo cual rompe bastante la experiencia. Lo peor fue casi al final: cuando me quedaban un par de mordiscos, me encontré con un exceso de sal en la carne que hizo imposible terminarla, dejando una sensación bastante desagradable. Como punto positivo, las patatas con queso fundido y bacon estaban muy buenas, crujientes y con gran sabor. El servicio fue muy bueno. Fuimos sin reserva y aun así nos dieron una mesa cómoda, y tras comentar el problema con la hamburguesa, tuvieron el detalle de no cobrarnos una cerveza adicional. En resumen, muy buena atención pero una hamburguesa que necesita mejorar bastante.

A unica coisa que valeu mais a pena foi a batata e ainda assim veio meio fria e sem maionese. Serviço muito lento. Sentei na parte debaixo e raramente vieram atender. Ponto positivo: ambiente agradável decorado.
