Even though we haven't checked in yet, the hotel management and reception team went above and beyond to help us with a name correction issue caused by an Agoda system error. They replied to our emails so patiently, quickly, and with great kindness. Seeing how solution-oriented, professional, and welcoming they are before we even arrive gave us huge confidence. This is definitely our home in Rome now! Thank you so much to the wonderful team at Hotel Des Epoques!

They gave us a really weird room, you have to go through the emergency exit to a hall outside of the hotel to be there. There is a tiny window with no light in the room, and a weird random obnoxious noise. Breakfast is... meh. Staff is overall fine but a man that seemed to be the owner of the hotel knocked at our door at 11pm and say "No smoking ok? No smoking". Hm. The neighbourhood is nice though, not too far from transportation and with a lot of places intended for local people and not foreign tourists. If you get a good deal for this hotel, it's fully fine, it was clean, safe, but I was quite disappointed by the room and the amenities.

Let me start with a word of advice: do NOT book this hotel based on the photos. Whatever they're showing online has very little to do with what you'll walk into. Think less "boutique Roman charm" and more... vampire gothic manor. Dark, aged, and full of character — the kind of character that raises an eyebrow. Getting to your room is an adventure in itself. The layout is an absolute maze — I genuinely considered leaving a trail of breadcrumbs. If you enjoy a little mystery with your stay, you're in luck. That said, it's not all doom and gloom. The LOCATION is genuinely excellent. Close to bus stops and just a short walk from the train station Roma Termini, which makes exploring Rome incredibly convenient. That alone saves it from a lower rating. Breakfast is decent — nothing extravagant, small variety, but perfectly fine to start the day. Now, the highlight of the trip: one of the staff members at breakfast is the real-life twin of Edna Mode from The Incredibles. No notes, no capes — and absolutely no sitting wherever you please. She WILL relocate you without hesitation. Honestly, iconic. A woman who knows what she wants. Whoever lady(looked like Laura Pausini with brackets) that worked the night shift of 10/20/25 and checked us in: you are a doll. Thank you! Would I stay again? Probably not for the ambiance, but the location is hard to beat. Just go in with the right expectations and you'll survive — unlike the guests in whatever gothic novel this place belongs in. 🦇

Great hotel to stay in. Superb distance from all the attractions if you don't mind walking a bit. Even managed Vatican museum and back on the day. Room was great. Old classic style which was exactly what we were looking for with modern amenities inside. Modern TV, kettle, mini fridge and hair dryers. Only thing will say on this there was nothing stocked. In the fridge or anything to make with the kettle. But still available. Breakfast was great with the meats being on point and the veggies changing daily. Over all would stay again

This place is charming and rustic, if anyone thinks they are getting a newly built 5* in the middle of Rome for this pricing that’s your first mistake. I LOVE the vibe here. Totally European and authentic, yes it could do with updating is some spots but it’s literally half hotel and half apartments that’s not a deal breaker. Room has a large wardrobe, small fridge which you don’t really get in Europe these days, and nice heater that was perfect for these cold spring nights. Breakfast is awesome! Please get it included, staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Walking distance to everything, great location. Would definitely stay again! Thank you

We stayed in Room 124, which was comfortable and met our needs during the visit. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfortable and there was reliable hot water. The location was convenient, especially being close to the railway station. Overall, it served the purpose of our stay.

Wonderful hotel with great value for money! Like many places in Rome, this hotel had a mix of very good and very bad reviews, which made choosing difficult at first. But we are so happy we chose this one-it exceeded our expectations! The staff were lovely, the prices were fair, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant.

I got first a terrible room then I requested a change (staying 2 nights) the second one was better but still you feel it needs renovation , closets are the worse, mini bar empty! They provide a kettle (that’s a good thing!) with tea and sugar enevlopes only (where’s the nescafe!!?!) and without water! You’ll have to buy water from outside or from the vending machine inside the hotel. The lobby is a mess! Old and smelly! Buffet is moderate, in Europe you cannot go under 4 stars hotel. You could find much better for the price. I hope the owners will consider this review as a motivation to improve and renovate and take more care of this hotel, the design is really royal and deserves to be better!

This is a very nice hotel close to Rome termini station. It has big rooms with all modern amenities. We arrived earlier than our stipulated check in time but they had kept our room ready! The food was nice. The staff at the reception is very polite and helpful. If you have any doubts regarding Rome sightseeing you can ask them and they will help you. I recommend this hotel for everyone who is visiting Rome

Nothing is like in the pictures; everything is worn and old, torn, scratched. The elevator is old; mold on the ceilings. And as for the staff; all the best. The rooms are clean; but it's useless when there's mold on the ceiling.

Location was decent as there were lots of restaurants (the 2 pizza places right next to eachother where the bus stop was were AMAZING) and supermarkets around with an easy to find bus stop. The female staff on the front desk were lovely, but the man with the white hair and glasses at night time was quite rude to my boyfriend. On our last night we had an issue as my boyfriend had huge bug bites all over his legs since we stayed the first night and I figured out why. We had FIRE ANTS. When he told the man at the desk he was very rude and brushed him off when all we were asking was for a bit of help, he eventually gave us bug repellent spray but it's toxic to breathe in and we had to spray alot to make sure we didn't get eaten alive in our sleep in the bed again, which we also slept poorly in because it's like sleeping on a rock, we were quite disappointed. Other than the ants and the solid bed it's a decent hotel with an ideal location. - Additional info, we reported this to Love Holidays and the hotel blamed us for "eating in our room" which apparently "attracted the ants". We knew this was false as he got bitten over our entire stay before we even ate in our rooms, and when we did eat a couple of small items there was no mess and all rubbish was put in a bag that was not on the floor. Take some accountability.

My wife and I stayed at Hotel Des Epoques at the start of our honeymoon. The location was relatively simple to get to from Termini, with a bus stop on either side of the road it was convenient for us to explore the city for a few days. The staff were so friendly and helpful, even though my Italian communication is severely lacking I think the staff enjoyed and appreciated that my wife was able to pick it up and speak Italian pretty well, they were patient with us learning and speaking the language. The Hotel itself is nice and reasonably well kept for the price point. Our room was sufficient with space and clean. The bathroom was showing some signs of water damage but was functional and felt clean. The Aircon was a lifesaver once I figured out how to get it to work. The staff even allowed us to store our luggage there after we checked out so we could enjoy every minute of the city we didn’t want to leave. Overall a wonderful experience that after a day or two calmed the nerves of our first time travelling.

AVOID. Booked to stay here, paid in full on Booking.com in March - hotel received the money in June. Contacted me in July, cancelling my booking with 2 weeks to go. Said no money received, even told me to pay them directly. Rude, not helpful at all, had to cancel via Booking.com and rebook a new accommodation. I DO NOT trust this hotel. Edit - i have the messages from yourselves, and Booking.com also confirmed that the money was taken by the hotel in June. I asked you to reach out to booking.com and you refused. I said we fly in two weeks and this was a concern and you (or whoever was replying) showed no concern. You even asked me to book AGAIN directly through yourselves. You have since cancelled your contract with Booking.com which they have confirmed so you are no longer on their site. My opinion of your establishment is to avoid end off. What i will do, is to remove the 1* for the Room and location, as i never had the chance to sample them, so that i removed, otherwise, for Service and overall, its 100% 1*. Not libel when its the truth - and then to threaten me, well, good to see everyone can see how you reply to negative feedback,

Very good hotel if you're looking for somewhere to stay! The staff are friendly and helpful - I arrived at 3:15 in the morning due to a late flight and I was able to check in. It was locked however there is someone who will unlock it for you and go through the process with you! I asked the receptionist a few questions and he happily answered them for me. Even after I checked out, they allowed for me to store my suitcase so I could go out into the city, and come back later when I could check into my next accommodation, free of charge! I cannot complain about the room at all. Very clean, the bathroom was immaculate and all in good working condition! The WiFi is incredibly reliable too! Location wise - it is very simple to go to and between the hotel and the city. There are buses and trams that run around the area, and the metro station is a 10/15 minutes walk away, which takes you right into the heart of Rome! Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere to stay!

The hotel is located a few meters behind Porta Pia. I enjoyed every second of my stay there. The rooms and space are full of old world charm and excess in the best possible way. It must be said that it hasn't been recently renovated but it is, nonetheless, clean and everything worked that was supposed to work. I chose the hotel because of the interior and I wasn't disappointed. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful too.

Great place, the location is perfect for staying out of the busy places but having really easy access to everywhere, bus 62 got us to all the sights or it is walking distance. Breakfast was nice only tried the coffee and pastry but can't complain tasted fresh and good coffee, hotel is surrounded by phenomenal places to eat and a great supermarket. The room had great air-conditioning, comfy bed and a fridge, nice balcony for some air (no view was just in the middle of the building but still nice) some minor cracks / bits that have been patched up if you're really looking but a cosy room in a great location!

3/5 stars The hotel was okay overall. It was clean and located in a very good area. With a FreeNow taxi, most main attractions in Rome were just 15–20 minutes away, which was really convenient. There were also several good restaurants nearby. However, the room amenities were quite outdated. The air conditioner stopped working again even after it was fixed. The bathroom was clean, but the ventilation was noisy and the toilet flush didn’t always work. Breakfast was basic and lacked variety. Good for short stays if location is your priority.

Fantastic property! It is a lovely space in a nice neighborhood. Very close to public transportation, which we utilized every day. The friendly staff was VERY knowledgeable about Rome, and definitely provided us with the best (and least expensive) ways to see it! The breakfast was a perfect start to your day! This place was 10euros ride from Termini. To able bodied a 10 minute brisk walk. Staff were very helpful. Place was clean. Ensuites small but had everything you need. Restaurant had great decor. Unfortunately for me they didn't speak English. Coffee was good, just too much cake for breakfast. I would stay there again.

So first of all I didn’t know what to expect as lots of bad reviewers - I stayed here for 5 nights so when I got here the reception were and are nice they try help you out and the location is good you can navigate by bus bus stop just up the street where pharmacy is - the room smelt a strong smell of urine though which is disgusting which is off putting I do t think cleaners do much to be honest. The breakfast is awful in my opinion croissants where stale,the pancakes just crumbled and no fruit or yoghurt just bread and cereal basically. I’d probably not stay here again it’s just somewhere to rest your head.

A nice quaint hotel. There is no bar to sit and relax at night after a day of roaming Rome. However there are plenty of bars and restaurants very close by. A good location for visiting Rome. Walking distance to all sites. A bus service right outside the door for longer trips.

AVOID AT ANY COSTS!!!!Paid £488 for 3 nights, we stayed 5 min 🤣🤣🤣, first room have a very bad smell of dump combined with smell of food, we refused that room, the second one was even worse, dirty, damaged at some point no air vents in the bathroom, the view was inside of the back hotel, next to the window was the elevator mechanism, so was very noisy too. The next door of our room had chains on it LOL,i will attach pictures…We left that hotel immediately…never again, The staff was very great but they couldn’t change the room…

Beautiful and traditional style decor - the reason I chose this hotel! Hot water, high pressure shower, thermostat works very well and above all room is very clean. Yes it’s two mattresses pushed together but no issues with that at all, they’re very comfy and it means you don’t disturb your partner. Location is lovely and quiet, while metro station is a 5 minute walk away and can get to attractions very easily (also Rome Termini is one stop away) and bus stop is right across the road. Staff are friendly and breakfast has a decent selection. Would recommend and would stay here again. :)

Malgré les avis défavorables nous avons quand même réservé. Nous avons été accueillis par Eliana qui a été un vrai petit bonheur avec nous. Contrairement à sa collègue ronchon et malpolie ! L’hôtellerie c’est comme le commerce, si tu ne souris pas ou que tu n’es pas agréable change de métier !! Le petit déjeuné aussi laisse à désirer mais bon… en soit bon séjour quand même. Encore une fois merci à Eliana qui l’a rendu plus agréable :)

El Hotel es bonito (victoriano), pero falta conservacion en zonas comunes de plantas (no hall). Una cama para dos personas (no parea) pagando precio de dos personas individuales, y colchon duro por no renovarse en muchisimo tiempo. Aire acondicionado antiguo no enfria mucho. Insonorizacion deficiente, aislamiento en la puerta tambien deficiente, se ve la luz del pasillo toda la noche (no tiene sensor de presencia para ahorro), mal mantenimiento de las puertas lo hace mas ruidoso. Multitud de palomas en los patios acampando y defecando a sus anchas en los aires acondicionados que despues respiramos (no lo limpian ni eliminan) y oimos sus ruidos de aves (dificultad para descansar). Almuerzo sencillo pero agradable y economico, desayuno OK. Atencion personal buena y agradable.

Superó todas mis expectativas.(por las dudas de los comentarios anteriores) *​llegamos pagamos las tasas por las noches que estariamos(Los niños menores de 10 años NO pagan) *Nos dieron tres botellines con agua, eso me parecio muy bien por parte del hotel, destaca No solo ha ubicación, tambien la limpieza diaria y el trato excepcional del personal, que te hace sentir bienvenido con esa hospitalidad italiana tan auténtica. El pequeño balcon en la habitación de maravilla, *La ubicación es inmejorable, ideal para recorrer los puntos históricos de la ciudad con total facilidad. *​Mención especial para su desayuno gourmet: con productos frescos y bastantes variados que marca la diferencia. Sinceramente,es difícil encontrar en Roma un sitio donde la relación calidad-precio sea tan buena y el servicio tan cuidado. recomiendo totalmente ​Seguramente repetire.!!

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Des Epoques di Roma su consiglio di un’amica, e devo dire che è stata davvero un’ottima scoperta. La posizione è molto favorevole, ben collegata e circondata da numerosi ristoranti e servizi, il che rende il soggiorno pratico e piacevole. L’hotel conserva un affascinante stile d’altri tempi, con ambienti eleganti e ricchi di carattere. La camera era confortevole, con un bagno recentemente rinnovato, moderno e curato nei dettagli. Il letto, dotato di topper e cuscini in memory, ha reso il riposo particolarmente rilassante. I mobili, in stile antico, aggiungono charme anche se mostrano qualche segno del tempo. Un punto di forza è sicuramente il personale: sempre cordiale, disponibile e professionale, sia alla reception che durante il servizio colazione, attento alle esigenze degli ospiti e capace di far sentire a proprio agio. La colazione è varia e di ottima qualità, con un’ampia scelta sia dolce che salata. L’unico piccolo appunto riguarda i tavoli della sala colazione, che non erano apparecchiati. Molto interessante anche il servizio lunch: con un supplemento di 12 euro è possibile pranzare in hotel, una soluzione comoda e conveniente. C’è qualche dettaglio da rivedere, ma la struttura offre tutti i servizi in linea con la sua categoria. Nel complesso, un soggiorno molto piacevole: tornerò sicuramente a soggiornare qui e lo consiglio.

Man kann von dort hervorragend mit der 62 viele Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von ein paar Minuten per Bus und zu Fuß erreichen. Und abends sind in der Umgebung sehr viele Pubs und Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind recht klein und ziemlich alt aber es wird renoviert. WLAN vorhanden, Frühstück ist ok. Leider war es zu unserem Zeitpunkt etwas umständlich mit dem Aufzug

D’abord séduits par le hall d’entrée tout en marbre et tout éclairé, découverte de la chambre petite et fenêtre donnant sur un mur plein donc pas de clarté pour cause chambre économique ! Le petit déjeuner correct sans plus, pas de fruits et pas de pain frais. Ida nous a bien reçu malgré qu’elle était débordée. Pour accéder à la chambre, passage par le vieux bâtiment en travaux.

Quand on parle d'hôtel "d'époque" ou "dans son jus"....c'est un euphémisme ! Les photos du site sont loin d'être représentatives de la réalité. Du marbre, un style rococo mais surtout....on ne touche à rien. On sait qu'en Italie les étoiles sont souvent surencheries. Donc 3 * pour cet établissement 🤔 ?!....Par contre bien situé. Proche de station de bus, pas très éloigné du centre historique. De nombreux restaurants sur le secteur. Réception : hormis les personnes de l'après midi qui sont charmantes, aucun sourire ou bonjour de la part de celles du matin. Petit déjeuner : Tout est dans l'apparat.... vaisselle++, service.....mais sur les buffets, de la pâtisserie a revendre, aucun fruit frais (on se contente des ananas au sirop), une seule machine à café (gérée par une employée très sympathique et ça fait du bien).... Les chambres : la single tient plus de la cellule monastique (environ 8m2, 10 avec la salle de douche) avec vue sur ...... balais, seau. Aucune luminosité, aucune vue. Déprime garantie. Dans la salle de bains, rien pour poser ses affaires de toilettes si ce n' est la tablette du lavabo. Un bidet qui ne cesse de goutter. Et comble de bonheur, l'ascenseur étant disfonctionnant pendant notre semaine, nous avons du prendre l'escalier de côté qui était l'envers du décor "clinquant" du hall de réception. En conclusion, il existe probablement d'autres établissements, peut être pas moins chers mais plus attirants pour un séjour de plusieurs jours

Empezaré que el primer día que desayunamos al bajar y preguntar al camarero que si podíamos juntar las mesas y el decirnos que va a preguntar a la encargada una pareja que estaba desayunando nos dice pues no sabéis la mala leche que tiene la encargada. Al final no nos dejó juntar las mesas y nos apretamos los 5. Al día siguiente bajamos a desayunar a las 9.48 y nuestra sorpresa es que ya no hay tazas ni vasos y están retirando la poca bollería. Le dice mi hermana que faltan 12 minutos para que termine el desayuno y la encargada se lía a voces literalmente sin inventarme nada lo cual yo voy y la advierto que a ella no la voy a permitir que la hable así. No nos sacaron nada más y nos tuvimos que conformar con lo que no habían recogido. Esa señora tiene que mirarse que no puede trabajar en hostelería. Una empleada mía en mi cafetería hablando así a un cliente o empleado ( porq los tiene asustados) estaría saliendo a la primera voz. Lo peor que e visto en mi vida. La reseña es negativa por ella y porque a las 8 de la mañana están de obras en el hotel y ya no puedes dormir. No me meteré en habitaciones pequeñas o antiguas porq cada uno piense si por barato o caro merece la pena o el ascensor y donde se sube (hall) que es horrible porq ya hay bastante para dar una mala puntuación. Lo único bueno las dos chicas de la recepción amables y muy simpáticas. Señores del hotel háganselo mirar. Porq esa mujer tengo claro que no es solo con nosotros su forma de comportarse.

Notre chambre était très sombre malgré les deux fenêtres qui donnaient sur une cour intérieure. Les deux réceptionnistes qui nous nous accueillies en début dl'après midi n'étaient pas très accueillants mais celles que nous avons rencontrées ensuite étaient sympathiques et souriantes. L'équipe du petit déjeuner est formidable, Merci à elle. L'hôtel est bien situé, Rome est une ville qui se visite facilement a pied.

Két éjszakát töltöttünk a kislányommal itt, első utazásunk volt Rómába. Nagyon kedvesek voltak a recepción, a reggeli finom volt és bőséges. A szoba rendben volt, bár tényleg régebbiek a bútorok, de nekem ez kifejezetten tetszett. A fürdőszoba hagyott némi kívánni valót, de a kedves személyzet kárpótolta. Összeségében Mi nagyon elégedettek voltunk, ajánlom!

Increíble ubicacion,lo único bueno además de la mujer del buffet,hotel totalmente dejado de la mano de dios, aprovechan que es de decoración antigua para no renovar ni la grifería,habitación pequeña,cama incómoda,solo una mesita de noche,la lampara de la mesita se descolgó y se aguantaba por los cables,lavabo pequeño,con mampara de ducha que se filtraba el agua por debajo,solo nos pusieron una toalla para los dos,... El hombre de la recepción no sabía español,solo italiano, en cualquier bar de roma te hablan español.... No se dignó ni en decirnos adiós cuando dejemos las llaves.

Απαράδεκτο δωμάτιο..Μας έβαλαν σε δωμάτιο σαν αποθήκη στο ημιυπόγειο που μύριζε μούχλα και είχε σκόνη..Όταν πήγαμε να κάνουμε παράπονο μας είπαν για τα λεφτά που δώσατε αυτό προσφέρουμε..και δεν έκαναν τίποτα φυσικά ..Πληρώσαμε 420€ συν τους φόρους διαμονής 60€ για 5 βράδια..ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟ!!!

Hotel decaduto da 4 a 3 stelle. Viaggiavo con la ragazza. Arriviamo e mi dicono che avevano avuto un problema con la nostra camera e, attenzione, siccome eravamo gli unici ospiti a stare una notte, chiedono se potessimo venirgli incontro e avere, udite udite l'offerta, due camere invece. Io dico che con due camere non me ne faccio nulla e se magari potevano fare, che so, uno sconto. La concierge mi fa notare che avevo già preso la camera con un forte sconto (dice a settanta euro, ma io ho pagato novanta). Ad ogni modo, grazie, non vedevo l'ora di sentirmi un cliente di serie B. Complimenti! (Ovviamente la camera ci siamo tenuti quella che avevamo. E le lampadine in bagno possono anche controllare se funzionano tutte. Servizio indecente)

Habitación pequeña y lavabo muy pequeño que hacía casi imposible no mojar todo, el grifo a su vez tenía una fuga que cada vez que lo abrías se mojaba la taza del váter, además, la tapa del váter estaba suelta y resultaba incómodo sentarse, 3 de los 5 días que estuvimos no pudimos disponer de agua caliente, nos desapareció un colgante de plata que estaba en el cajón y cuando fuimos a pedir algún tipo de ayuda no se nos prestó nada de atención...,el desayuno aunque incluido en el precio, contaba con escasa variedad, para finalizar, el señor de la limpieza nos llamó en dos ocasiones a la puerta durante nuestra estancia y pese a haberle dicho que no entrase, entró sin permiso.

Deludente! Assolutamente non consigliato. Pagato un prezzo spropositato per una stanza scadente rumorosa e fredda (il riscaldamento non funzionava nonostante abbiano detto che la temperatura fosse ok). Colazione di bassa qualità per il prezzo pagato. Sala per eventi non adatta e senza finestre. Non aiutano a chiamare i taxi, ci hanno detto di usare la app.

Sehr schönes Hotel und sehr nettes Personal. Es gibt kontinentales Frühstück - es kann zu geringen Wartezeiten am Kaffee-Automaten und am Toaster kommen. Die Marmortreppe, die Foyer-Decken und der Speisesaal sind sehr schön. Der Stil der Einrichtung gefällt uns sehr, auch wenn hier und da eine kleine Renovierung gut täte. Die Bus-Anbindung ist gut und man gelangt überall gut hin. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen!

Hemos pasado unos días hospedados en este hotel y la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. La habitación estaba genial, la decoración era la esperada, recargada. El único punto no del todo positivo se lo lleva el baño, cumple su función pero hay cosas que hay que ir renovando. La ubicación está bastante bien, no está cerca del centro histórico (zona turística) pero tienes los buses casi en la puerta y la parada de metro a poco más de 5 minutos andando. El desayuno es tipo buffet, sin una variedad excesiva pero con todo lo que puedes necesitar para desayunar muy bien, tanto en dulces como salados. El personal también se lleva la máxima puntuación porque fueron muy atentos y amables cada día.

Das Hotel ist schön. Das Personal ist nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist super und reichhaltig. Am Kaffeeautomat und am Toaster muss man allerdings ein bisschen warten. Die Zimmer sind gut, könnten aber eine Renovierung vertragen, was auch zum Teil für den Speiseraum zutrifft. Es war aber trotzdem schön. Das Zimmer lag im Innenhof. Dadurch hatte man zwar kein Strassenlärm, aber man hörte oft den Fahrstuhl und die Klimanalagen, welche an jedem Zimmer im Innenhof sind. Den kleinen Balkon haben wir nicht genutzt, wegen den oben erwähnten Dingen. Insgesamt aber schön und dem Preis angemessen.

Aunque el personal fue muy amable, las instalaciones no son para nada buenas. El concepto del hotel es bonito y el lobby se ve bien, pero las habitaciones aparte de que son un poco tenebrosas, muy pequeñas, las cobijas estaban muy sucias, olía a viejo, una de las habitaciones tenia el aire acondicionado malo y estaba haciendo calor, afortunadamente fue solo una noche.

Decepcionados, reservamos 4N, solicité cambio de habitación porque el olor a humedad no se soportaba y para subir a la misma era entrar a una película de terror el mal aspecto y la poca higiene, salvo la cama cómoda. Nos cambian de habitación y bien pero ni agua para por lo menos el primer día de estancia. Para lo antiguo tenderían que innovar y mucho, lo antiguo que sea el tema ; deben mejorar. Un cobro al salir de una tasa que no entendí, si reservo y está todo cancelado no tengo por qué pagar más tasa al salir . no volvería.

Diferenciar entre parte reformada del hotel, cómoda limpia y funcional y parte no reformada, totalmente caduca y de aspecto poco higiénico. Añadir un agradecimiento especial a Eliana encargada en recepción que con toda amabilidad me cambió a una habitación reformada horas después de mi entrada, intentando en todo momento, hacer nuestra estancia agradable. Como crítica destacar las malas maneras de la Sra encargada de desayunos que tras permiso concedido en recepción nos increpó por tomar café de máquina fuera del horario. Esta misma señora el día de salida y mientras aún desayunábamos, nos reclamó dos veces el pago de los mismos, que ya teníamos realizado. Gracias a que teníamos el bono pudimos demostrar su error en recepción. Sobran esas malas maneras con clientes de un hotel.

L'expérience est mitigée, l'emplacement est top et le personnel très gentil par contre notre chambre était très sombre, étriquée et vieillotte et la seule fenêtre donnait sur un spectacle désolant d'un autre balcon d'un appartement ou il y avait un cafarnaum pas possible. Le petit-déjeuner est hyper industriel, pas bon du tout et en inadéquation avec la décoration de l'hôtel qui regorge de détails et de trésors devenus désuets avec l'âge grandissant de l'établissement.

Cuando uno va a este tipo de hoteles (de supuestamente 4 estrellas) encuentra la explicación a porqué el mundo entero quiere venir a España de vacaciones. La limpieza del baño y de las sábanas ha sido apta y muy bien en cuanto a calefacción. El resto… olor de un hotel viejo y cerrado, que se ventila entre poco y nada. Desayuno muy justo, nada, absolutamente nada de fruta. El personal de servicio del desayuno muy desagradable, en línea con la mayoría del personal del hotel (no todos, hay dos chicas en recepción muy agradables), que por cierto, además de desagradables tienen un punto muy raro. A la hora del checkin les pedimos que no fotocopiasen nuestra documentación puesto que aunque es una práctica extendida está prohibida (les das la documentación, rellenan datos y deben devolvértela sin más, no tiene porque tener medio mundo tu DNI fotocopiado) pues en un momento en el que pensaron que no los veíamos les sacaron una foto y ya por no discutir los dejamos por imposible. En fin, le pongo una estrella porque no puedo ponerle menos. Hotel de época total y nunca mejor dicho, del terciario.

Po przybyciu do hotelu około 22.00 podczas zameldowania przedstawiono nam tabliczkę z długim tekstem i poinformowano, że mamy opłacić podatek w wysokości 6€ za osobę za noc. Byliśmy z dzieckiem, zapłaciliśmy łącznie 36€. Rozumiem istnienie podatków miejskich, ale w trakcie rezerwacji przez portal noclegowy agoda miałam zapewnienie, że kwota rezerwacji obejmuje już wszystko. W pokoju, który nie miał zbyt przyjemnego zapachu nie było okna, z którego możnaby spojrzeć choć na kawałek nieba. Okno było za to w łazience z widokiem na oddaloną od niego kilkadziesiąt centymetrów ścianę. Ponadto grzejniki elektryczne w łazience nie były efektywne.

Были две ночи. Отель достаточно хороший.Но столкнулись с грубостью персонала на ресепшен в ночь с 27 на 28 ноября.Заказывали номер через Booking,где было указано, что все уплачено при бронировании. Однако ,мужчина ,сотрудник отеля,потребовал уплатить городской налог или написать отказ с указанием причины.Мы связались с Booking ,где нам подтвердили ,что платить не надо. При выселении рано утром ресепшенист, увидев заявление стал кричать, угрожать полицией , открыл дверь и выгнал. Это ужас! Обидно ,что это были две женщины, студентка и пенсионерка .Мы им подарили путешествие в Рим. По итогу был уплачен и городской налог.Информация передана в службу бронирования. Вывод, на сайте бронирования не было указано о дополнительных платежах в этом отеле. Мужчина ( он представился Franco) был очень грубым и хамским.Имеется аудиозапись. Сам отель красивый. Номер был небольшой, но всего хватало. Сейчас ждём решение вопроса.Но если персонал будет неадекватным ,то ни один человек не остановится
