12/06/2026Ho decentemente ordinato il pranzo con consegna sul mio luogo di lavoro, pagando in anticipo. Mi è stata consegnata la busta sbagliata e quindi sono rimasta senza pranzo. Ho contattato il locale per spiegare l'accaduto e mi hanno risposto che ne erano al corrente ma non potevano fare niente e di contattare il rider. Soldi buttati e nessuna assistenza oltre alla giornata lavorativa a digiuno....

29/05/2026Ho preso un succo da 4€, quando ho pagato ho chiesto una cannuccia per non attaccarmi alla bottiglia, mi è stato detto che non c’era. Quando sono andata a sedermi con il succo, ho visto tutti intorno a me con una cannuccia. Sono tornata indietro e ho detto che l’avrei pagata senza nessun problema, bastava che me ne dessero una. Mi è stato risposto che le cannucce le danno soltanto per i frappuccini. Per UNA CANNUCCIA.. UNA CANNUCCIA!! Poverino l’imprenditore, che paga pure questa gente per far scappare i clienti.

06/04/2026Servizio pessimo e gestione davvero senza senso. Ho ordinato un matcha latte e mi è stata negata una cannuccia con la motivazione che sarebbero disponibili solo per i frappuccino. Sinceramente trovo questa cosa assurda, imbarazzante e profondamente poco professionale. È incredibile che in un locale del genere si arrivi a trattare i clienti in questo modo per una richiesta così semplice. Piccoli gesti come questo fanno capire quanto poco conti davvero il cliente.

06/04/2026Sono stata da Starbucks per prendere un matcha latte, ma mi è stato detto che non potevano darmi una cannuccia perché erano disponibili solo per i frappuccino. Onestamente trovo questa politica poco sensata e poco attenta al cliente. Se una persona ha bisogno o semplicemente preferisce usare una cannuccia, non dovrebbe esserci questa distinzione tra bevande. Spero che il responsabile del locale prenda in considerazione questa situazione e migliori il servizio.

25/02/2026Ci risiamo, la novità di oggi è che non danno le cannucce, “solo per i frappuccini”. Peccato che un signore seduto fuori con un iced latte come me aveva la cannuccia. Come si fa a bere da quel buchetto? O il ghiaccio tappa e non viene su niente oppure quando è aperto esce troppo fuori e ti sporchi.

19/01/2026Il locale é carino, il piano di sopra accogliente. Rispetto a S. Silvestro, musica a volume piú basso ed ambiente piú consono a lavorare o leggere. Situazione wifi e bagni lascia a desiderare: wifi limitato a due ore, e bagno inagibile/chiuso al pubblico. Difficile godere appieno del concetto di 'third space' sul quale si basa l'esperienza starbucks.

Quando ho chiesto le spiegazioni mi hanno detto che per le dimensioni della bevanda mettono lo sciroppo "tre volte", mentre nessuno me l'ha chiesto. Oltre il fatto di aver pagato di più il mio caffè era anche estremamente dolce, la cosa che non desideravo. Per andare in bagno un'ora di fila.

14/05/2026Dirty. Seldom or timely clean the restaurant, and especially the bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom is always broken. The WiFi seldom works or works well. Everyone is using their phone hot spot which does not always have a strong connection. It wasn't always like this. In October of 2025 the Wifi was consistent and worked well.

07/05/2026Despite the caramel moccachino being fairly good, the overall experience was disappointing. The service was quite poor — they forgot my order, and even though I clearly said I would be sitting inside, they still served my drink in a plastic cup. The staff didn’t help improve the situation either: the cashier was unpolite and unfriendly, and the barista barely interacted at all, keeping a cold, poker-face attitude throughout. On top of that, the Wi-Fi connectivity is extremely unreliable. The PIN required to access it never arrived via email, making it unusable. Trying to rely on mobile data wasn’t an option either, as the signal inside is almost nonexistent (I’m using Iliad). Overall, while the coffee itself was decent, the service, staff attitude, and connectivity issues made the visit frustrating.

01/05/2026As an American who’s used to my regular Starbucks runs, I was excited to try one here in Rome while traveling. We’re only here for a few days before heading to other countries, so I figured it would be a fun and familiar stop. Unfortunately, this location didn’t leave a great impression. The service was not friendly—no smile, no greeting, and just an overall lack of warmth. I understand it’s a very busy spot, and the staff may be overworked, but even a little kindness would go a long way. The coffee itself was very similar to what I get back home in the States, so no complaints there. However, the cleanliness of the store could definitely be improved. Also, just a heads up to fellow travelers—check for toilet paper before using the restroom. Trust me on that one… not a great experience.

07/04/2026The service attitude was extremely bad. The clerk was impatient throughout the whole process, frowning and urging customers. When asking for straws, she deliberately found excuses to not give them, but there were obviously a large number of straws behind him. After being pointed out that it was unreasonable, she still thought behind his back. As an international chain brand, it has no basic service literacy and a very poor experience. It is not recommended.

The drinks are exactly what you’d expect from any regular Starbucks — consistent quality and familiar flavors. What makes this location a bit special is the graffiti on the wall featuring the famous Roman she-wolf, a symbol of Rome. It’s a nice artistic touch that connects the café to the city’s history and gives the place a bit more local character. If you’re nearby and want a reliable coffee break, it’s a good spot — especially if you appreciate the small visual tribute to Rome inside.

12/03/2026티라미수 하나 시켰는데 직원들은 다 놀고있고 오더했던것도 까먹고 자기들끼리 수다떨고 있었음. 그래서 직원 한명한테 티라미수 시켰는데 아직도 안나왔다라고 하니 그제서야 주문서 다시 보고 가져다줌. 근데 직원들 태도가 안좋았고 티라미수를 던지듯이 테이블에 올려둠.

Sí puedo destacar que aquí ofrecen vasos, botellas térmicas y demás accesorios mas sofisticados. El local, aunque bien ambientado, tiene escalones/rampas y mesas en cada recoveco. Desde el punto de vista funcional no es muy cómodo para la clientela.

04/01/2026I had a great experience at Starbucks Montecitorio in Rome. The location is excellent, right in the historic center, very close to major landmarks. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable, making it a great place to take a break while exploring the city. The coffee was well prepared and consistent with Starbucks standards, and the staff was friendly, efficient, and professional. Service was smooth despite the busy area. A very convenient spot for a quality coffee in the heart of Rome. I would definitely recommend it.

28/12/2025Muy sucia la sala dónde te tomas tu consumición como los baños. Aunque los baños están peores ....sin entrar en más detalles de olores. Discutes con los clientes para ir al baño porque los señores mayores se meten en el baño de las chicas (existiendo uno para chicos y otro para chicas). Pides un vaso de agua y no te hacen caso. Mucho que mejorar.

We ordered the ginger bread latte and the browning fudge chocolate latte. Both were good. The long crowds for the ordering and the pick up of the orders was something to be aware of. It is a short distance from Piazza Navona

09/12/2025Went here to rest the legs.. nice and clean friendly English speaking waitress... a numpty tried to attempt to steal my partners back pack under the table.. but because I was actually watching my items.. I kicked his leg out of the way... even though his mate had tried to get my attention by falling into my back... fortunately we are smart enough not to have any valuables in our back packs (we had just arrived off plane for 2 nights) so even if they had managed to nick it.. I hope they would have liked Aberdeen FC...

13/11/2025I would rather drink from a dirty puddle in the street. The drinks are so terrible I wouldn't even go as far to call it coffee. The wifi doesn't work as a paying customer using the wifi code on the receipt, toilets are either blocked off or no toilet paper.

10/11/2025We visited Starbucks in Rome. Overall, it wasn’t anything extraordinary. What we did like was that, even though there was a long line, the service was very fast we were served within about 10 minutes.

09/11/2025This place here is the reason why Starbucks shouldnt be in Italy, especially in Rome. Staff with no knowledge of making proper coffee (even lower than other international outlets of this group), very slow overall even with little amount of clients. Only positive thing is the nice layout of the seating area. Do yourself a favour and goto pretty much ANY other coffee bar in Rome.

25/10/2025Their Americano coffe has ice, and tastes like dirty water from the ganges river, just horrible. The gold coin chocolate could just not exist, that's the worst chocolate ever, tastes like a soap from cow fat. The service is weak, they are not happy, I'm definetly not happy, Roma don't deserve something like this.
