Currently staying here and hunting for different accommodations for the remainder of our trip. Hands down the rudest Marriott-family staff I’ve come across - for context, I stayed in Marriott hotels over 50 nights last year and enjoyed all of them more. Not to mention the weak AC, absurd pricing, and downright “difficulty factor” of staying here. It takes WORK to enjoy your stay at this hotel. You’re better off renting a car and sleeping in the backseat. The design of this place is some AI slop, and the staff are even sloppier.

The vibe is A+ The execution is detention. Check in was an absolute technological hostage situation. Scan your passport. Try again. Scan it differently. Sacrifice a goat. Maybe it’ll work this time. Then, you get to create your own room key, which left me wondering why there was a front desk employee standing there watching me do THEIR job. I have status here so they offered a 4 p.m. checkout and I was assured it was noted. Spoiler alert… it was not. The room itself is a shoebox. Yes, there’s an XL king bed, and yes, every single thing is controlled by an iPad, the lights, blinds, everything. The design is quirky and genuinely fun, and I wanted to love it. Then checkout day arrived with a 9 a.m. wake-up call asking about departure. Nothing says late checkout quite like being woken up three hours before standard checkout. The hotel has style for days, but details matter. Would I stay again, not unless that iPad learns how to remember my checkout time. The hotel does indeed market its rooms around tablet controlled everything and contactless check in, which explains a lot.

Wonderful hotel, clean , in a great location and really cool self service concept. We really enjoyed our stay and breakfast was wonderful as well. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice clean modern hotel in Rome.

Perfect hotel for those who want to be in full control and don't need space to spread out. Fill your own bottles of water, check yourself in and out etc. Front desk is still staffed and they're very helpful.

Well, this is a very unusual hotel, in that every possible thing that can be operated by an iPad is! To the point of actually being annoying for some folks, like wives that are not computer savvy. Lots of modes and moods that incorporate color changing lighting in the room, on the TV, the blinds and the shades. The king size bed is squeezed in between two walls, thus you can only enter and exit from the foot of the bed, which is a bit strange. All the king size rooms are the same. So, the younger generation probably is right at home, while the older folks may find it a bit challenging. But the staff is terrific and the facility is actually pretty cool with a very nice, roof top bar.

I am a Marriott Bonvoy member and recently noticed that citizenM hotels have been added to the brand. I booked citizenM Rome Isola Tiberina for our 4 night stay in the city and was highly impressed by the amenities and overall experience. First of all, the location is in excellent. It's by the river and a bridge away from Trestavare (~10 min. walk). It's also a 10 min. walk from the Pantheon and Piazza Navona and basically the centrico storico neighborhood. There's a bus stop steps from the hotel and is also very accessible to other local public transportation stops. Front reception staff members were always busy but remained friendly. Since this was the case, there were things you could self-service, such as checking in and out. The lobby interior was fun and vibrant. I didn't get a chance to check out their bars, but they had a main one in the lobby as well as a rooftop one. I also didn't get a chance to have breakfast but partially because it was not complimentary. I appreciated that they had a water filling station though, and you could take carafes of water back to your room. Our room was so cool. Very high tech and unique. Each room had an iPad that could changed the mood in the room based on color, brightness, etc. It felt small at first, but we understood how to maximize the space by utilizing their shelves/closet storage and only unpacking our essentials. The bed was very comfortable. Even though our room faced the street, which was noisy, I slept really well on all the nights. The comforter blanket was especially the winner for me. Lastly, the bathroom was huge. It was also the first hotel in our trip (citizenM was the 3rd one at this point) that had face-sized wash cloths and lotion. The shampoo and conditioner were of great quality of well.

My wife and I had an excellent stay at CitizenM in Rome. We vacationed across 5 cities in Italy over the course of a month and CitizenM was our favorite stay. The rooms are simple and small, but there is plenty of storage for us to place all our clothing and toiletries for our multi-day stay in Rome. We took advantage of the onsite coffee bar and the rooftop wine bar with comfortable seating and a good view. The location is the true ROI on this hotel. It’s a 20 minute walk at most to everything! And an even shorter walk to trastevere, which has unlimited golden food options. If you are on the edge between this and another Marriott hotel in the city, I’d highly recommend choosing CitizenM!

What a fabulous property…unique in its concept…beautiful rooms…albeit you may have to crawl to the bottom of the bed to get out! Very funky boutique property…breakfast is excellent! Excellent location, clean, modern Marriott hotel with onsite breakfast. Here are the Pros and cons and things to know: Pros: - Great location near the Tiber River and close to the oldest bridge in Rome (Ponte Fabricio) and the 3rd in the world - 62 BC and a few minutes from the Jewish Ghetto. About a 30 minute walk to the Vatican, Colosseum, Forum, Travi Fountain, Spanish Stair. 15 minutes from Plaza Navona and Trastevere area. - Room-length tables had lots of area for writing, stuff you brought and even a suitcase. One chair. - Mini-fridge. Tablet to control lights and climate. - Long clothing rack - only 5 hangers but you can drape clothes over the rack. - Big bathroom with a roomy shower. Separate bidet. Shower cap. - 18 Euros for breakfast per person and it includes made to order cappuccinos and espressos. Breakfast until 11 am. Breakfast was good and fresh - loved the sliced fresh fruit. Crepes some days that I put ham and cheese, avocado in to make a sandwich. Scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, bacon, vegetables, potato patties, ham, prosciutto, pistachio cheese, mozzarella balls, guacamole, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, plain yogurt and toppings, toast. Fresh juice. Bus your own tray and table by putting your tray in the rack. - Check-in staff was especially nice and called us a taxi when we left. - Security at the door at night. Need to use hotel key for the elevator and stairs. - Living room/lobby/work space area is comfortable for relaxing someplace besdies your room and is also rented as a workspace area with long tables and a few outlets under the bar - Rooftop bar has serve yourself wine, beers, and a few drinks. About 6 or 12 Euros for a glass. You can buy a bottle of wine at a store and they will open it for you at the bar, but you can't drink it there. Cons: - Shower was lukewarm or cool warm and didn't get hotter. Bath gel-shampoo smelled like bug spray to me, so I used soap I had brought. - Unable to get into bed from the sides due to a room-length tables and a wall on the sides. Need to scoot to the end of the bed. - We only had one bath towel, so I asked a room attendant for an additional one. - Coffee in the urn ran out on two different days. No coffee maker in your room - need to get a coffee made at the bar. - The snacks you can buy are very limited and expensive. About 10 Euros for a bag of chickpea chips and a granola bar. - I did hear music late at night from another room, but overall it was quiet. Things to Know: - Still and sparking water is free and available in the area to the left of the bar. Get a bottle and your own glasses. There are none in the room. - Housekeeping is every 3 days roughly or you can use the tablet to request it. I put my garbage can outside and they cleaned the room and gave us new towels but they took my shower cap. Fortunately, I brought my own too. - You check yourself in using the tablets and make your own keys, but there is someone there to help you change the language to English and figure out how to take a picture of your passport. - It is around 60 minutes to/from the airport by taxi. 55 Euros. Uber was double the price. I liked the clean, modern hotel and cappuccinos included at breakfast and fantastic location. For almost $400 a night, it would have been nice to have had some glasses in the room and hot water in the shower. I would stay here again.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, because it’s close to all the touristy things. I just came from staying at CitizenM in Paris and had a great experience, staff was helpful and friendly, efficient, while on the other hand here they don’t have and because I did a comment about the bed not having the standards as I have seen in the US and Mexico, I was told to that they would send me bed sheets and I could make it, which is not the answer I was expecting and plus the front desk didn’t even offer to assist me or knew the standards that they have in this property, all his answers were “I don’t know”. The manager was nice and came to my room to explain me. It’s still very weird for me to seen a bed with the standards they have here (no sheets and the duvet not placed as a bed).

Great experience, the rooms are small but that is to be expected. They do a good job of organizing the rooms despite the size. We were able to walk to many locations in Rome. Customer service was really nice and checking in was easy. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Rome.

It is alright, nothing special, nothing bad, small hiccups that didnt affect my stay. Pros: - Good Soundproof / quiet room - Good location - The rooftop is a must go if you stay there, relaxing with a self serving bar. - Bed is good enough (but not the pillows) Cons: - Pillows are pretty bad, really thin even the extra ones. - A/C air flow is low, maybe issue with the ipad or room's ac. - No side space for the bed (not a big deal for me) - Ipad; I get the "advanced modern" idea and I dont mind it, but leave physical panels, like the A/C panel, visible / accessible. So when the ipad doesn't seem to work, we can use the panel. - Bad paintings (at least in my room), I even removed it for my stay because it was simply annoying to see (it was a zoomed face of an old lady).

YOU CAN NOT TURN OFF A/C. IT WORKS 24/7. I froze my ass, I tried talking to receptionists four times after not sleeping all night long from being cold and begging them or to turn it off or let me open window that they do not allow you to open. also, THIS IS THE HARDEST MATTRESS I EVER SLEPT ON . LAYING ON THE FLOOR OR LAYING ON THIS MATTRESS IS ABSOLUTELY THE SAME. My whole body hurts i will not be coming back to this hotel ever again, there is so many in Rome and you should not book this one

Rooms are warm. Very little air flow and you cannot open a window. I’ve had to call multiple times about the rooms being warm. I would avoid this hotel due to this issue. Management made little effort to rectify the situation. At check out the manager was gone, and the front staff did not know when the manager would be back. I’ve never been to a major hotel with no manager on site and no ETA of when they would be back. Worst hotel customer service I’ve had in a long time. No water bottles in the room. No fridge. No gym. You use an iPad to control lighting and temp in the room, even though the front desk really controls the room temp. Only pro is its clean, good breakfast, and friendly staff.

The location of this hotel is AMAZING for the price! It is a 5-10 minute walk to the Trastevere neighborhood for amazing food and most highlights (besides Vatican City) are a 15-30 minute walk. I would definitely stay in this neighborhood again when visiting Rome. I didn’t give 5 stars on the service because I really only interacted with staff twice. Once checking in and once ordering a coke. Most of check in and all of check out was on the iPad. Not complaining at all because it is very easy! Rooms are perfect for a solo traveler who just needs a place to crash at night. Having the iPad to control the lights, tv, and blinds was great! And the shower was excellent. Only issue I had was the bed was very firm and the pillow could be better. I still slept fine each night, but if those are deal breakers for you, book elsewhere. Not too big of a deal for me. Again, not an issue for me because background noise doesn’t bother me, but there is a hospital close by, so lots of ambulances driving by with sirens on. Just be aware.

One of my least favorite Marriott properties I've ever stayed at. It reminds me of Moxy, but with even worse food. I ordered a pizza (it was the only thing available) it came out with raw dough stuck to some black paper on the pizza. Really nasty. Room itself was modern and good. Lack of basic amenities such as a cup. Staff were fine at least. Bed is really bad for Marriott standards and maybe average for Italian hotel standards. Location is quite good. Walkable, but easy to access with a car.

Perfect location if you want to explore Rome on foot. Pretty much any of the main sights and popular areas as Monti and Trastevere within walking distance. Rooms are very modern and clean - could maybe use some more storage options for clothes, but that's nitpicking. The lobby is also very comfy and staff incredibly welcoming.

Had a really lovely stay here! Room is certainly tighter than what we are accustomed to in the US, but it was well designed to give us everything we needed. The bathroom was huge comparatively. The lights in the bathroom are also wild - we never could quite figure out how to make them pure white - we got every other color though! Only thing we didn’t care for is that the windows didn’t open and it was quite warm in the room even with the heat shut off (visit in the middle of winter). Great location close to major sites and really great food close by. Staff was amazing - so kind and helpful every single day with anything we needed. Breakfast was really great too the one day we ate on site. Overall - highly recommend.

Glad to have citizenM join the Marriott portfolio. Check in was simple. Everything is done on an iPad including the control in the room. Room is clean and comfortable. Self serve water available. There is also a rooftop self serve bar.

First time at a CitizenM property. It was interesting. I liked the iPad to control everything in your room from the lights, curtains, tv, etc. I didn’t like that the bed was tucked into and area of the room that you could only access it from the bottom. You could not go on the side of the bed. There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. They had a cool rooftop patio and a serve yourself wine/cocktail station. Loved that. I would stay again in the future.

Location is great - everything is withing a walking distance. Rooms are small, but for that price ~120$ a night I cannot complain. The tech part is sometimes does not function as you are used to or want it to be. My ipad was not charging in the room and it took me a while to understand how the shower works. But I enjoyed my stay overall and would repeat if I ever go back to Rome.

Small but nicely designed rooms. While not a fan of having to climb over the end of the bed and no nightstands, overall we appreciated the hotel. The rooftop bar was peaceful and comfy. The mood lighting and iPad control was unique. It was nice to have the option to auto open the shades in the morning. Close to where we visited nearby places. Easily walkable from here to most places (Pantheon, Colleseum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Vatican City, etc.)

Very modern hotel with smart home features. You can change the lights, set the temperature, open the curtains with an iPad. Also there is self check in and check out, but you can get help from the staff at any moment. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is comfortable. Also the location is great, very close to Trastevere to get dinner and also walkable to the Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Colosseum and even Vatican.

Fantastic location, fantastic staff, fantastic bar/restaurant, small rooms. This location is fabulous, but understand if you’re an American, this room is tiny compared to what we’re used to. There is no traditional place to store your luggage. To get from the bed to the bathroom, you will crawl off the bed. No room for a chair or a table. It’s still a fantastic place to stay in the heart of the Jewish Ghetto. 30 minute walk maximum to everything except the Vatican, which is a 40 minute walk.

Their ipad control system is absolute crap. We just wanted to relax watching telly one night, ipad completely unresponsive, no channels working, no casting available, spent 1 hour getting frustrated trying to solve the problem with the reception, that was not how I planned to spend this time after paying nearly 400 euros for a night.

At first I thought the location was not great since it is nowhere near a subway stop, but that turned out to be a blessing. Rome is quite walkable and plenty of beautiful things to see when walking around. The neighbour is also quite nice with plenty of great restaurants. Overall a great stay

Ok, the iPad might really piss you off if you're not great with technology. Once you get past that, the service was really 11/10. I felt completely welcomed and our whole family, including our 2 year old daughter felt right at home. The rooms do not get very warm in the winter (Americans, we like to crank the heat to 80 when someone else is paying the utilities bill 😅). You'll have the hottest shower you can imagine, although the temp seemed to wax and wane? If you're staying for breakfast you can pick your own oranges to squeeze for fresh juice from the juicer. I should have taken more pics but it was a whirlwind 3 days What I will say is that everyone was so so sweet to my daughter and giving her high 5's and smiles/waves at every turn. Rome, and Italy in general is really a place for families!! The rooftop terrace with self serve bar was really just the icing on the cake! Close to the best food area in Rome. Honestly, you can't go wrong. We will be back!

Visitor from Canada. My girlfriend and I stayed at the CitizenM Roma. I got a referral to the CitizenM brand from a colleague, but as a Marriott person, I had never stayed there. To my delight, they now have an affiliation with Marriott. As someone coming from Canada, we tend to discover Europe as having old rooms, hard beds, interesting bathrooms, and not much space. I'm happy to report that this site fixes most of that. The rooms are ultra modern. While small, they still fit in a massive bed that felt even bigger than king and quite comfortable. There are an assortment of USB-A and USB-C plugs for your devices. While there were no north american plugs, you can obviously use an adapter. Hard dryer was provided (don't use north american hair dryers in Europe unless you are sure!) The whole room is controlled through an iPad mini. So your tv, temperature, blinds, lights etc. This was super modern and cool. The bathroom is big, and modern. You don't have the antiquated plumbing I'm used to in Europe. Shower has tons of hot water and space. The location is within walking distance of all the major sites. Head west across the river for a lot of cool shops and food. Head east for ancient Rome. Parking is challenging, but public transit is easy to use with the tap of a credit card. Breakfast is awesome. There are eggs, bacon (normal bacon) and what I would call a proper full British breakfast. There is even an orange juicer for fresh juice. Most of Italy has a pastry for breakfast, so this was a nice addition for people who want some protein in the morning. I have stayed twice now and will surely be back.

Self checked in smoothly using hotel's ipad. Staff assistance is also available. Room is decently sized. King-sized bed with a large window providing plenty of sunlight. There are 2 window shades to block light completely as you wish. Room amenities include a hairdryer, a mini-fridge, and an ipad which allows you to control the whole room's lighting, temperature, window shades, and TV. It is indeed quite intriguing being able to adjust bathroom lighting to your preference. Other toilet amenities or slippers were lacking. No electric kettle, no microwave. There were also no luggage racks in room and we had to lay our suitcases on the floor. We had to ask twice in order to get extra coat hangers delivered. There is a chilling and dining area in the lobby. Free tap water. Chargable snacks and drinks. Staff were generally quite efficient and friendly in person.

This place is extremely cool... A bit too cool; the control of lights and TV through the iPad are so complicated my parents were never able to figure them out. Also very strange, when you try to turn on the lights by pressing the switch when you enter the room, all that happens is that the blinds come down for the window... Still, the bed is very comfortable (just hard to get into for an elderly person), and the breakfast is definitely the best I've seen at any hotel, with super fresh baked goods, veggies, berries and fruit and hand made espresso or cappuccino.

Great stay if you want a modern, tech-savvy hotel in the perfect location near the Jewish Ghetto — easy walk to the Colosseum, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, and Trastevere. Rooms are small but cleverly designed and spotless. Everything is controlled by the in-room tablet. Downsides: check-in area feels cramped and lacks privacy, shower temperature fluctuates, but there’s a security guard on site. Overall, clean, smart, and super convenient.

This hotel has a good location for walking to many points of interest: Trastavere, Campo di Fiore, the Jewish quarter, the Pantheon, etc. The rooms are small, but very modern and clean. I would stay there again.

Pleasant surprise, love the hotel. Service was great, location also is very good, walked from hotel to most places. Various options are available for breakfast. Rooftop area was a plus, great for having a wine with friends. Would definitely stay again at this hotel. Forgot to mention it is high tech as the check in process is on a tablet (staff was very helpful during the process) and the room lights, blinds, tv and ac is all controlled by tablet, but you can also control it also with traditional switches. Note: Maybe for some getting in or out of bed might be difficult as there is no space on the side's.

Just checked in for staying two nights. No service at all. Everything is DIY, even check in process. No one carry luggages for you. Clean, small but empty room. No tea or coffee cups or paper cups! Not even mention complimentary bottle water! My husband had to go to bar to grab cup for me so that I can brush my teeth. Shower system makes very loud noise. Shower water overflowed out of shower space. I have to mopping the floor of the toilet room. Guess what ? The hotel only changes towels every three-day instead of every day as standard for the industry. It's a rip off for paying more than $900 for one room two nights including two day's breakfast for two people. Do Not Book this hotel ! This is motel quality like place. 100 % agree one of the reviewer 's comment: the people run this place has no idea what the service is.

This was an awesome find for us. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Rome. Only gave 4 stars on the room because I felt like the bed was too hard, but that could just be a personal preference.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is tasty with a good variety, and the rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I also loved how modern and technological everything is — check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the rooms can be controlled with an iPad, which is very convenient. On top of that, the location is excellent, close to everything you need.

Excelente ubicación y mejor balance entre costo beneficio (ubicación, servicio, precio, cuartos). En este hotel la idea es ser autosuficiente, lo que lo hace muy muy práctico. Desde el check in, check out, servicio de bar, no dependes de nadie. Regresaría a este hotel y lo recomiendo para viajes en pequeños grupos, y sobre todo solo o en pareja. TE QUEDA TODO A PASOS (restaurantes, lugares turísticos etc).

Relativ neues Hotel daher sehr gut in Schuss. Wir bekamen ein Rollstuhl gerechtes Zimmer, ohne gefragt zu werden. Dies hat uns nicht gefallen. Als Zusatz haben wir Frühstück genommen. Die Auswahl ist Recht gut, leider oft ein bisschen vergriffen weil die Küche nicht nachkommt. Ein Punkt der mir nicht gefallen hat (ist aber in allen Citizenm welche ich bisher besucht habe so) ist, dass bestellter Kaffee einfach an der Bar abgestellt wird und geholt werden muss ... Nicht nur einmal passiert, dass andere Gäste unseren Kaffee genommen haben. Das ist ein blödes System. Es gibt keine Nummern oder Namen, nur der Kaffee Typ z.B. Cappuccino wird gerufen und das war es ... d n Rest dürfen sich die Gäste ausmachen ....

Camera pulita,bagno pulito con le luci che cambiano colore.Il pad da dove si comanda tutto a me piace. Veniamo alle note dolenti,il letto è incastrato tra muro e parete esterna con la possibilità di accedervi solo gattonando dal fondo. A metà Aprile tengono il piumone senza lenzuola che fa un caldo allucinante. Per fare il check in ci sono voluti 45 minuti perché c’era la fila ai pad. L’asciugacapelli in dotazione non funzionava. In conclusione se costasse 150 euro a notte potrebbe essere buono,con quello che costa c’è di meglio.

Hotel di per sé molto carino in un’ottima posizione. Purtroppo però le stanze hanno le finestre chiuse a chiave manco fosse un ospedale psichiatrico. Alla richiesta di aprirle, l’addetto mi ha comunicato che non era possibile in quanto sarebbe andato in blocco l’impianto dell’aria condizionata. Ottusità senza senso, considerato che è aprile e la temperatura è estremamente gradevole a tutte le ore del giorno. Peccato, un’occasione persa per una catena importante.

Tolles modernes Hotel in hervorragender Lage, nur wenige Minuten von der Bocca della Verità entfernt und damit ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für eine Städtereise durch Rom. Die Zimmer sind kompakt, aber sehr sauber und durchdacht gestaltet. Besonders cool ist die iPad-Steuerung für Licht, Ambiente und weitere Funktionen im Zimmer – macht Spaß und ist auch für Kinder ein kleines Highlight. Der Check-in läuft vollständig digital über Terminals, was zunächst ungewohnt ist, aber sehr schnell und unkompliziert funktioniert und gut zum modernen Konzept des Hotels passt. Das Frühstück für 18,50 € ist ordentlich und bietet alles Wichtige, der richtig gute italienische Kaffee ist besonders hervorzuheben. Beim Buffet könnte man vielleicht noch etwas mehr Auswahl bei Brotbelägen oder Varianten ergänzen. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel sehr positiv überrascht: modernes Ambiente, gute Lage und ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt – klare Empfehlung für einen Städtetrip nach Rom.

Otel çok konforluydu konum olarak da biz her yere yürüyerek ya da bisikletlerle ulaşabildik. Fazlasıyla teknolojik bir otel. Kahvaltı almadık bu konuda bir yorum yapamam. Onun dışında her şeyden seyahatimiz boyunca çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle çalışan Yunus bey bize çok yardımcı oldu. Gideceğimiz yerlerle ilgili çok güzel tavsiyeler verdi. Otele girip checkin yapmak için yanıma gittiğimizde Türk biriyle karşılaşmak keyifli bir tesadüf oldu. Kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz. Tekrar gitsem tekrar aynı otelde kalırdım.

大満足だった。 個人的に特に良いなと思ったのは、清掃の日にちを自分で決められる点。清掃を無しにすれば、清掃のタイミングを気にせずに過ごせるので、快適だった。 立地も良かった。まず、治安が良い。加えて、高すぎず美味しいレストランが周辺に幾つかあり、スーパーも歩いて1分の場所にあるので、ローマの滞在を大いに楽しむことができる。テルミニ駅からは距離があるものの、道がシンプルなので歩ける。 注意点：部屋の中にスリッパやコップなどが無いものの、フロントやバーに頼めばもらえる。今後変更があるかもしれないが、フロントで借りられる電気ヒーターは1つしかないとのことだったので、運が悪ければ借りられない可能性もあるだろう。

No es la primera vez que me alojo en un hotel de esta cadena y como siempre muy satisfecha. Una estancia perfecta. El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca de todos los puntos turísticos más importantes de Roma. Es un hotel bastante nuevo y eso se nota en las instalaciones. Las habitaciones de esta cadena no suelen ser muy amplias, pero la mía no estaba mal. Y la cama enorme y comodísima. Y el desayuno merece mucho la pena, productos de calidad.

Hotel da poco aperto presso il lungotevere vicino all’antico ghetto ebraico. Staff giovane e cordiale. Ambienti arredati con gusto contemporaneo e molti elementi di design. Camere di adeguate dimensioni per alcuni giorni a Roma, dotate di letti king size e, nonostante la vicinanza alla strada e all’isola Tiberina, molto silenziose. Inoltre, piacevole la possibilità di gestire la camera (luci, temperatura, tv, etc.) attraverso il tablet al suo interno. Pulizia impeccabile sia nelle camere che negli ambienti comuni. Colazione intercontinentale ottima. Posizione anch’essa ottima per visitare la città. Infine, meritano di essere segnalati anche la terrazza esterna dove poter sorseggiare un drink e l’ampia hall con molte postazioni ove trascorrere il tempo e lavorare.

קשה להסביר את החוויה שהייתה לנו במלון המושלם הזה. הוא כל כך מוקפד, כל כך נקי, כל כך מכבד את האורחים. הכל גאוני, על הכל חשבו. אולי אין מכונות קפה בחדרים אבל החדרים נהדרים. הכל בהומור, הכל נעשה בחשיבה רבה. אני לא זוכר מעולם בנסיעות שלנו ברחבי העולם מלון כזה. לא בהיבט של פאר אלא צעיר, בועט, מודרני, נקי נקי נקי. הכל במקום. שום פרט לא מיותר. לובי מהמם, עבדתי שם בכל בוקר שעות כמו בריג'ס או we work. עיצוב מטורף. ברור שהייתה השקעה אדירה במיתוג, תכנון, עיצוב. צוות מקצוען דובר אנגלית שוטפת. בר עשיר מאוד , קפה מושלם, ארוחת בוקר בלובי נראית מעולה למרות שלא אכלנו מטעמי כשרות. חדרים חדשניים, אורות, תאורה, צבעים, הכל עובד ונקי ומסודר. אין סיכוי שנחליף את המלון הזה במלון אחר בעתיד ברומא. מושלם !!

Ottima posizione, esattamente di fronte all’isola tiberina. Per il resto trovo che la tecnologia abbia preso un po’ troppo il sopravvento (sia in reception che in camera). Se arrivo a mezzanotte e mezza puoi anche farmelo tu il check in e velocizzare i tecnicismi dell’iPad per esempio… Inoltre in camera non guasterebbe la presenza di un bollitore con qualche bustina di the/tisane.

Si è guidati via pad dal ricevimento ai servizi in camera (colore luci, tv set, tende, clima, ... ). Teuer und bietet nichts. Check-in/out über Computer die nicht richtig funktionieren (man will personal sparen, braucht es dann aber, um die probleme zu lösen), Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt während 3 Tagen (reduziertes housekeeping personal, app funktioniert nicht, am hilfspersonal bei den check-in automaten kann man es zwar sagen, es kommt trotzdem niemand), Zimmer ist gleich gross wie das Badezimmer (ca 2x2m). Auf das Bett kann man, weil das Zimmer so klein ist, nur von vorne klettern... Gross sind nur die Preise (mehr als 250 EUR pro Nacht. Nie wieder.

Esperienza terribile, clima non disattivabile, o spara aria calda o fredda, anche al minimo crea disagio, questo perché la finestra è bloccata per la scusa della sicurezza. Letto chiuso dai muri su 3 lati, accessibile gattonando dal fondo. La gestione da tablet è scomodissima, per fortuna ci sono gli interruttori x le luci.
