I had a dinner at this place when I was in Napoli, more than a year ago, and I realised I never left a review. I had no reservation and they accommodated me without any huffing and puffing, despite the fact that I was on my own. Loved the food and the buzzing atmosphere of a small Neapolitan restaurant - I was seated at a place with a direct view of the kitchen and watched the masters at work while waiting for the dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful! Grazie per l'ottima cena!

Fantastic little place for food. Its very popular, we had a 30 mins wait in the queue to get a table. Worth the wait though, it was fantastic. The starters were great and the main courses were spot on too. We were given bread to warm up then a starter and main and left stuffed. The staff were great, the price was very affordable. 10/10

What a wonderful experience! Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. The food was outstanding, and the pasta was simply unforgettable—I can honestly say it was the best pasta I have ever had in my life. Everything was perfectly prepared and full of flavor. Just arrived yesterday and this was THE one place I wanted to go too. Food was amazing, atmosphere is grand, and service was great. Such a friendly staff and should be one of the stops you should make when traveling to Napoli.

This was amazingly good pasta with huge portions! They gave us drinks while we waited in line and had beautiful images of their food on the walls that matched the beautiful food we received. Delicious sourdough bread, amazing meatballs, and fresh pasta and sauce. It’s everything a good Italian restaurant is supposed to be.

This pasta was quite the experience. It had a long line so I thought it must be good. I was pleasantly surprised after waiting. Massive dish of pasta, very fresh and flavorful. Had the mushroom orecchiette. The pasta was the perfect texture and cook, the sauce had depth and perfectly seasoned. Would go here again.

My friend and I ordered the Ragu bolognese and the tartufone and it was the best we've ever had! The staff was so friendly and our food was super hot and fresh! If you come to Napoli it's a must try. The line outside is always worth the wait!

we had baccala and truffle pasta. the truffle pasta of course not real truffle cuz no trufflw would be that cheap. probably truffle oil. they use a lot of that oil. i kept tasting that pasta till the next morning. i dont suggest that pasta.

We came to this restaurant because of its many positive reviews, so our expectations were quite high. Unfortunately, the pasta Baccala was very disappointing. There was barely any fish in the dish, certainly not enough for a pasta that is supposed to feature baccala. We expected much more. The tofu pasta was okay and tasted fine, but overall the experience did not live up to the reputation of the restaurant. We followed the reviews and expected a higher standard. Sadly, we left feeling disappointed.

The food is really good, but we came here with a six person group and they said okay to us until we enter the restaurant. when we were trying to enter, they said we only have tables for four maximum so we had to sit separately with our friends. The biggest issue was in the menu it was written as on Sundays you can only eat the pasta with meat recipe right before we left, we learned that that is actually not true and we could’ve just ordered a pasta with meat but because we saw that in the menu we ordered a vegetarian pasta which was very devastating.

I genuinely cannot believe the experience I had here. I went in asking for something extremely simple due to strict dietary restrictions: plain gnocchi. No complicated modification — literally just asked for plain gnocchi, or even plain noodles. I was fully willing to pay the exact same price. Instead of being understanding, the employee taking my order LAUGHED in my face and repeatedly refused to give it to me. He kept insisting that it would “taste bad plain” and continuously tried to pressure me into ordering something else even after I explained multiple times that I have dietary restrictions and just wanted the food as plain as possible. After going back and forth for way too long, I finally gave in because it honestly felt like I had no other choice. I agreed to get sauce on it, but I VERY specifically asked for very light sauce. I practically begged for as little sauce as possible. He agreed and even reassured me multiple times that he would make sure it was light. I get home, open the container, and I was honestly shocked. It looked like they had dumped EXTRA sauce on my gnocchi out of spite. Everyone else’s meals had a normal amount of sauce, but mine was absolutely drenched in it. I tried washing the sauce off just so I could at least eat the gnocchi, but it had completely soaked into everything by the time I got home. I understand that accommodations can sometimes be inconvenient, I already felt bad as it was. Traveling with dietary restrictions is definitely not for the weak. I just do not know why it was really that difficult to put plain gnocchi into a to-go box? Or at the very least respect the request for LIGHT sauce? Instead, I was mocked, ignored, and sent home with food I couldn’t even eat. I have never felt so disrespected at a restaurant before. The whole experience felt like a complete joke. Please work on accommodating your customers, especially for those who don’t always have a choice in what they can eat. I hope you take this into consideration for future guests with strict dietary restrictions.

Una excelente experiencia antes de irme de Nápoles. Tuve que esperar unos 20 minutos para ingresar, pero valió totalmente la pena. Nous avons dû patienter entre 30 et 45 minutes avant d’obtenir une table, mais l’attente en valait largement la peine. Une fois installés, nous avons été servis très rapidement. Les plats étaient absolument délicieux, préparés avec des produits frais et de qualité. Mention spéciale aux tomates, dont le goût était tout simplement incroyable. Tout était parfaitement maîtrisé, de l’entrée au dessert. Le personnel est exceptionnel : souriant, attentif et toujours aux petits soins pour les clients. Quant au rapport qualité-prix, il est tout simplement bluffant. Difficile de trouver mieux ! Si l’attente est parfois un peu longue, c’est surtout parce que le restaurant est victime de son succès, et après y avoir mangé, on comprend immédiatement pourquoi. Une excellente adresse que je recommande sans hésiter.

Ontzettend lekkere pasta. Het is de rij zeker waard! Tip; in de straat kun je een Aperol to Go halen, dat maakt de rij aangenamer. Een aanvulling zou zijn; een wat meer uitgebreide wijnkaart. De witte wijn viel bij os niet zo in de smaak. Al met al echt een aanrader!

Wat een verschrikkelijke bende. Het eten was volkomen doods, smakeloos en met een diepe minachting voor de Italiaanse keuken bereid. Het was simpelweg niet te hachelen. Dit hele restaurant is één grote, cynische toeristenval. Als je de positieve reviews leest, zie je meteen hoe de vork in de steel zit: geschreven door toeristen die waarschijnlijk nog nooit een fatsoenlijke pasta hebben gehad en blind achter elkaar aanlopen. Geen enkele Italiaan met een greintje zelfrespect zet hier een voet over de drempel. En gelijk hebben ze.

In Napels kun je fantastisch eten, óf je wordt grandioos opgelicht. Helaas was dat laatste hier het geval. Het eten was volkomen smakeloos en werd zonder enige liefde bereid. Het was simpelweg ontzettend slecht. Achteraf gezien vallen de puzzelstukjes op hun plek als je goed naar de beoordelingen kijkt. De hoge scores komen puur van toeristen die werkelijk geen idee hebben hoe de échte Italiaanse keuken hoort te smaken. Een Italiaan zul je hier dan ook nauwelijks aantreffen — en dat zegt eigenlijk al genoeg. Mijn advies: Wil je écht lekker eten en genieten van de Napoletaanse keuken? Zoek dan een goede, authentieke trattoria op en loop met een hele grote boog om deze tent heen. Hier kom ik nóóit meer terug.

Wspaniałe doświadczenie w Cala La Pasta w Neapolu. To miejsce cieszy się dużą popularnością, przed wejściem często można zobaczyć kolejkę osób oczekujących na stolik. Mnie udało się trafić na odpowiednią porę, dzięki czemu zostałem usadzony od razu i nie musiałem czekać.Obsługa od samego początku była bardzo miła, serdeczna i dobrze zorganizowana. Zamówienie zostało przyjęte błyskawicznie, a czas oczekiwania na dania pozytywnie mnie zaskoczył. Mimo dużego ruchu wszystko działało sprawnie i profesjonalnie. Same potrawy może nie należą do kulinarnych arcydzieł, które na długo pozostają w pamięci, ale są przygotowane solidnie i bez zarzutu. Smaki są dobrze skomponowane, składniki świeże, a porcje satysfakcjonujące. To po prostu bardzo dobra włoska kuchnia, która spełnia oczekiwania i pozwala cieszyć się posiłkiem bez rozczarowań. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje atmosfera lokalu. Panuje tu ciepły, przyjazny klimat, który sprzyja spokojnemu posiłkowi i odpoczynkowi po zwiedzaniu Neapolu. Personel dba o gości, a cała wizyta przebiega w bardzo komfortowej atmosferze. Cala La Pasta to świetny wybór dla osób szukających smacznego jedzenia, sprawnej obsługi i przyjemnego miejsca na lunch lub kolację w centrum Neapolu. Zdecydowanie polecam i z przyjemnością odwiedzę ten lokal ponownie podczas kolejnej wizyty w mieście

Trafiliśmy akurat w moment, kiedy nie było kolejki, więc udało się wejść bez czekania. Obsługa była miła, atmosfera przyjemna, choć trzeba przyznać, że w lokalu jest dość ciasno i bardzo gwarno - to zdecydowanie miejsce z intensywnym klimatem, raczej nie na spokojną, cichą kolację. Jedzenie było naprawdę super. Najbardziej przypadł mi do gustu makaron z ziemniakami - bardzo ciekawy, nietypowy i po prostu pyszny. Widać, że kuchnia ma swój charakter i nie jest to kolejna przypadkowa pasta jakich wiele. Podczas wizyty kelnerka przez przypadek coś na nas wylała, ale sytuacja została bardzo miło załatwiona - w ramach przeprosin dostaliśmy duży talerz sałatki. Takie rzeczy się zdarzają, a sposób reakcji był naprawdę w porządku. Ogólnie bardzo dobre jedzenie i sympatyczna obsługa. Trzeba tylko nastawić się na gwar, mało miejsca i żywy klimat lokalu.

Fantastisk upplevelse. Personalen var trevlig och vi blev rekommenderade att prova Tartufone och Genovese. Båda var så goda, men Genovese, wow, det är den bästa pastan vi har ätit. Vi har precis varit i Rom, Sorrento och Positano, ingen pasta vi åt där var i närheten av detta. Rekommenderar starkt Cala la pasta! 🍝

Tipico da turista straniero ma l'italiano non lo attiri. La pasta è per il 90% presente sul menù e purtroppo non ci ha per niente soddisfatto, porzioni abbondanti sono quasi sempre sinonimo si scarsa qualità. Mi riferisco al sapore, troppo salato, sughi tipici ma non esaltanti. I piatti li abbiamo avanzati, l'attesa è stata anche troppo in quanto il locale molto piccolo si presta per un mangia e scappa. Avranno sempre la fila perché di turisti ce ne sono tanti ma personalmente non l'ho gradito, mi spiace.

Posto molto carino,piatti abbondanti e molto buoni...da provare assolutamente pasta e patate,pasta alla genovese e parmigiana di melanzane

Porzioni abbondanti, servizio impeccabile e rapporto qualità prezzo onestissimo....Tutto buono e super consigliato...... Purtroppo nelle ore di punta bisogna armarsi di pazienza perché ci sono buone possibilità di fare molta fila
