09/06/2026L'hotel è situato in un posto strategico comodissimo per chi arriva in treno. Il personale è gentilissimo, la stanza singola è pulita, con spazi congrui e letto comodo. Bellissima la terrazza fruibile sul tetto dotata anche di qualche divanetto.

28/05/2026L'essere a 200 metri dalla stazione centrale e davanti alla merropolitana é insieme un punto di forza e debolezza. Comodissimo ma la zona sembra un suk, sporca, senzatetto e via dicendo. Ed é um peccato. Personale più che cordiale ma la struttura denota i suoi anni nei corridoi e per le scale. Camere con soffitto molto alto, ben insonorizzata che garantisce tranquillitá. Bagno molto pulito, spazioso, con saponeria liquida anche nella doccia che ha un difetto per me insopportabile; il gancio alto del manubrio é fisso e quindi il getto punta praticamente in orizzontale. Colazione varia e soddisfacente

20/04/2026Mancanza di bidet, promessa invece nella descrizione su booking. Camera non insonorizzata (la notte si sentiva di tutto tra scarichi dei bagni e rumori vari), fatiscente con crepe nei muri. Reggidoccia rotto (occorreva tenere il telefono della doccia con la mano). Lavandino esterno con dimensioni ridotte. Un totale disastro che non c'entrava nulla con foto e descrizione mostrati. Solo la colazione era decente. Nel complesso, valutazione meno che mediocre. Va bene per una notte in mancanza di alternative, decisamente no per soggiorni più o meno lunghi.

23/03/2026passata 1 notte. attaccato alla stazione, quindi davanti a tutti i senzatetto che dormono li, con molto traffico e rumore (fortunatamente attutito da porta e finestra), con balcone e terrazza vista vesuvio. personale gentile, tuttavia non ci hanno mai fornito il numero della reception, per comunicare che i riscaldamenti non erano funzionanti. carina la camera, bene il bagno. pulizia accettabile. letto comodo. tuttavia non penso valga 90€ a notte.

16/02/2026Utilizzo spesso questa catena di hotel in tutta Europa per lavoro dato anche l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo dei servizi offerti. Camera e bagno sono sempre puliti ed il letto è sempre molto confortevole. La colazione offre una buona varietà di prodotti, ma dipende sempre dal luogo in cui si soggiorna.

17/12/2025L'hotel non è perfetto, ovviamente (lo specchio nel bagno andrebbe cambiato, la doccia era un po' scomoda per una persona alta come me), ma il personale è gentilissimo e ho avuto una meravigliosa camera: ampia. La posizione dell'hotel, poi, è centralissima, comoda per i mezzi pubblici. What else? 😊

04/05/2025Sono stato in questo Hotel dal 4 di aprile al 9 di aprile. Colazione splendida, cibo dolce e salato e anche per celiaci. Staff molto gentile, sempre disponibile e accogliente. Un ringraziamento speciale và a: Chiara, Damiana, Antonio, Francesco e Riccardo alla Reception, che sono stati gentilissimi e super accoglienti in questa vacanza. Se dovessi prenotare in futuro un Hotel a Napoli, prenoterò sicuramente questo!.

10/06/2026Had a 3 night stay at the hotel, having read a few reviews i was a bit sceptical about having booked this hotel due to location. All i can say is that we had a lovely stay in one of the roof terrace rooms. The staff were welcoming and always helpful. There were a few niggles with the room but they didn't prevent us from having a great break. The air conditioning had a mind of its own and turned off at the most inconvenient of times. The shower kept stopping and starting and with a fixed height bracket made it awkward for us shorties to reach and angle. The only other thing that needs improvement are the curtains over the doorway to the terrace, these don't fill the frame properly and we were woken early due to sun in our faces . Not to do with the hotel but beware when buying from Gona Supermarket, confirm all prices before paying as we discovered that he was severely over charging for products. The area is busy but at no time did we feel uneasy except when dicing with death trying to cross the roads 🤦♀️

05/06/2026What I liked most about this hotel was the excellent service from the reception team. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived, and they were always friendly and respectful throughout our stay. The location is convenient, especially for travelers using Napoli Centrale station as a transit point to destinations such as Sorrento or Bari. The surrounding area can feel busy and crowded at times, but there was a visible police presence during our stay. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, although I noticed that some of the cutlery was not always as clean as expected. It was also inconvenient that there were no washing facilities or restrooms on the same floor as the breakfast area. The room was comfortable for a short stay, but the lighting was quite dim, particularly in the shower area. Overall, this hotel is a reasonable option for a one-night stay, with friendly service and a convenient location being its main strengths.

05/06/2026We arrived back home yesterday (Thursday 4 June) after x4 great nights staying at B&B Hotel Napoli. This hotel was ideally located for everything we wanted to do to make our holiday enjoyable and on a budget. It's not far from the airport (we used the Alibus just outside the airport which drops you close to the hotel). It is close to the train station (we enjoyed a trip to Sorrento on the day we arrived after checking into our room which was ready for us when we arrived. We bought our tickets at the train station for Sorrento). The hotel is also not far from the ferry port. We bought our ferry tickets in advance for our trips to Positano and Amalfi and the lovely reception staff arranged taxis for us in the morning to take us to the ferry port. We easily and conveniently enjoyed trips to Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Atrani and Ravello on a budget while staying at this hotel. We also enjoyed exploring Naples and a constant visible police presence made us feel reassured and safe. It was lovely coming back to our freshly made up hotel room each day after spending the day exploring. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, kind and patient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

03/06/2026Ein schöner Mädelsausflug, Zimmer sauber, Frühstück wirklich gut. Geräusche in der 2. Etage ziemlich laut, aber egal, mit Ohrstöpsel ging es. Die Umgebung ist ziemlicher Brennpunkt; als Entschädigung gibt es noch eine tolle Dachterrasse.

21/05/2026Cannot recommend for business travel. OK: bed/pillow, large (and functioning) safe, bathroom, a table to work, kind of clean but see bellow. Not OK: not 100% accessible (still need to climb some stairs to get to the elevator), room had patches of blistered paint (signs of leak?), found only 1x 220v plug next to the table, loud buzzing main switch (had to turn off during sleep but then goodbye charging), 10am checkout.

20/05/2026O hotel situa-se no coração de Nápoles, com muitos meios de transporte nas proximidades. Contudo, está localizado numa zona muito movimentada e aparenta ser insegura, dada a quantidade de polícia à porta. No que diz respeito à segurança, importa destacar que qualquer pessoa pode entrar no hotel sem necessidade de identificação, o que pode tornar a situação preocupante. O quarto é de nível médio, com uma cama bastante confortável e ar condicionado. A casa de banho é pequena, sobretudo a zona do duche, e a quantidade de toalhas fornecidas é reduzida. A vista do quarto é para um pátio e não entra quase nenhuma luz solar. A internet funciona muito bem. Face a estas ambiguidades, avaliamos a experiência como intermédia.

18/05/2026Really good hotel and bonus for the terrace on the 6th floor and roof. The locations not the greatest in Napoli though but I still enjoyed my stay. The people in the reception were really lovely and helpful. The cleaners were questionable though. Overall good hotel.

17/05/2026Die Lage ist an sich in Ordnung, wenn man sehr zentral sein will. Allerdings sollte man nicht Geräusch-Empfindlich sein. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hbf und ist super laut (hupende Autos), auch bei geschlossenen Fenster. Im Sommer ein no go, wenn man frische Luft haben will. Aber da kann das Hotel natürlich nichts für. Erschreckend fand ich aber den Unterschied zwischen Superior und Doppelzimmer. Wir waren zwei Nächte im Superior und am Ende nochmal eine Nacht im einfachen Doppelzimmer. Der Unterschied war erschreckend: kein Kühlschrank, ein billig Föhn, auf der Toilette hatte man kein Platz, einfache Ausstattung im Bad, nur ein großes und ein Handtuch fürs BD, keins für die Hände/Gesicht. Zusätzlich ein durchlaufender Ton. Das Bett war deutlich durchgelegen, sonst aber bequem. Im Gegensatz zum Superior Zimmer echt sehr traurig. Das war von der Ausstattung meilenweit entfernt. Der Frühstücksraum war ebenfalls sehr einfach gehalten, dunkel und ungemütlich. Den Saft kann man vergessen- sehr künstlich. Ansonsten war es aber in in Ordnung. Ansonsten war das Personal aber freundlich und es war auch sauber überall. Ich würde aber nicht nochmal herkommen, was aber überwiegend an der Lautstärke draußen lag, ein Innenhofzimmer wäre vielleicht machbar gewesen.

Right next to train, metro and Bus stations. Immediate area not that desirable but a short walk from Historical Area and Museums and nice places to eat. A short trip on the Metro takes you to Toledo area for shopping and eating out, especially the Galleria Umberto...

09/05/2026I just stayed here for four nights. The location is helpful if you’re planning to use the train frequently, much less convenient to other areas of the city like the historic center, the water, Spanish Quarter, or just about anything else. At least I got my steps in. The room felt like a college dormitory. It was very cold, nothing soft at all and pretty much empty. There’s one very slow elevator so prepare yourself for that - I usually walked up 6 flights of stairs because it was easier than waiting around, but that’s to be expected in older buildings. The front desk workers were all incredibly friendly and helpful, which was a big bright spot in an otherwise not so great experience. Unless you’re planning to use the train frequently, I’d look for somewhere else a little more convenient.

08/05/2026Good clean room. Staff did a workaround we requested to make the double bed more like twin single beds. They also lent us the small scissors we asked for. The room had good acoustic isolation with the streets outside, as it managed to silence the noisy streets outside. Good air conditioning. Had a medium-sized safe that could hold a laptop but didn't have a frigobar. Spacious bathroom and shower box. Bidet with appropriate aiming. Very diverse and good quality breakfast. The internal areas of the hotel are well kept, cozy and decorated. Checkout at noon is great, as there are other places that say 11 or even 10 in the morning. There are also things you can buy in the reception, like various drinks, snacks, and electric gadgets. Location is great in the sense it is as close as it gets from the main train station from the city. Unfortunately, not the hotel's fault obviously, most of that central city region is a slum.

08/05/2026Experiencia absolutamente nefasta con esta compañía. El día 7 de mayo estando en Roma se cancela mi vuelo de vuelta a España, por lo que nos vemos obligados a adelantar la vuelta al día 8. Ese mismo día teníamos reserva en B&B Nápoles hasta el día 11. Intentamos contactar con el hotel por diferentes vías (teléfono -un robot lamentable que no funcionaba correctamente- email, Booking), para explicarles lo sucedido, enviando todos los documentos que justificaban la situación. Tras no obtener respuesta por ningún medio, Booking nos comunica que el Hotel no acepta el reembolso, sin ofrecer mayor justificación. Es lamentable que, al tratarse de una causa de fuerza mayor, ni si quiera se hayan puesto en contacto para encontrar alguna solución buena para ambas partes. Por supuesto, no volveremos a reservar en este hotel ni en ninguno de la compañía.

04/05/2026I stayed with 7 friends at the B&B hotel in Naples in April 2026. It was very handy as we were across from the Garibaldi station so using the metro to Herculaneum and the port was easy. The area around can be very busy and a lot of people hanging around, I might be a bit wary if I were on my own in the evening (that said, nothing bad happened). One of the benefits of this hotel is it has a roof terrace so we could meet in the early evening before going for dinner. The room facilities were good, you can buy some supplies at reception and the staff were helpful with queries. There are cafes and restaurants in the area so we didn't travel far for dinner and had some lovely food.

The double glazing prevented most traffic noise, the air con worked, and good lighting and a police presence on the Piazza meant there were no worries about safety even arriving very late. Our rooms were spacious with comfortable mattresses, but there was a smell of drains in one of the bedrooms. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was really good - better than the much fancier hotel we stayed in in Sorrento. Having communal spaces was also good but the roof terrace is a very basic space and not somewhere I would want to use.

11/04/2026Hotel simples, com padrão executivo, semelhante ao ibis. Está localizado próximo ao terminal, o que facilita bastante o deslocamento. No entanto, não é um lugar bonito nem silencioso, o trânsito ao redor é um pouco caótico, refletindo o ritmo da cidade. A praça em frente é frequentada por moradores de rua. O quarto é confortável, com uma boa cama. O ar-condicionado não funciona até 15/05 devido a uma restrição governamental, então passamos um pouco de calor em abril. Tentamos abrir as janelas, mas o barulho externo acabou nos fazendo fechá-las. O café da manhã é satisfatório, com boas opções de sucos, pães e café — atende bem às necessidades. O atendimento foi muito cordial e simpático por parte de toda a equipe, com destaque especial para a Damiana, que foi extremamente atenciosa conosco.

Garage parking is available for guests who come and go with cars at their cooperation party, around 300meters away. Special discount for parking is offered.

08/04/2026My rooms (I stayed twice, before and after a tour) were very small. I could literally open the door to the room while lying in bed. In my 1st room, the bathroom was so small I could barely sit straightforward on the toilet. In my 2nd room, the toilet didn't work very well. Both rooms the sink was in the bedroom area not in the bathroom. There was no kettle in the room for coffee or tea, which is a pretty standard amenity in any hotel I have ever stayed in. You have to go to the lobby to get (and pay for) coffee or tea. The hotel is located close to the train station which is convenient but it’s not a very appealing part of Naples. It’s dirty and seems very sketchy.

06/04/2026All ok, comfy beds and pillows, slept very well. An older building so large rooms with very high ceilings which was nice. But older plumbing too so the bathroom drainage struggled. Breakfast was good, plenty of drink selections, pastries and some hot food, yoghurt and cereals. Reception staff helpful. Very central location close to old town, train station and underground Metro. Amazing roof terrace with incredible views of Naples and the mountains.

31/03/2026Das Hotel liegt perfekt für einen Sightseeing Urlaub neben der Station Garibaldi. Durch die Metro kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht erreichen. Fast die ganze Zeit wurde der Platz um das Hotel von der Polizei überwacht. Das Preis/Leistungenverhältnis passt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Das eine der Kaffeemaschine bei unserem Besuch defekt war, war vermutlich Pech. Die Zimmer sind einfach, jedoch sehr sauber. Die Lage unseres Zimmers 202 war in der Früh nicht so optimal, da man gefühlt sämtliche Duschvorgänge von den Zimmer darüber und den angrenzenden Zimmer ziemlich laut hörte. Das Bad ist eher klein und die Position des WC vor der Dusche neben einer Stufe gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

29/03/2026Hôtel très bien situé, à deux pas de la gare et du centre historique Le personnel est très serviable (on peut laisser nos bagages il y a un espace exprès), très bon petit déjeuner complet, la chambre est spacieuse et propre. Seul bémol : bruit de chasse d’eau surement des voisins, et volets non occultants donc on se fait réveiller par la lumière du jour.

22/03/2026Odayı tutmadan önce internetten fiyatına baktım 60€ gözüküyordu. Resepsiyona gittiğimde saat gece 12:00yi geçtiği için internetten odayı tutamadım ve 110€ fiyatı olduğunu söylediler. Aynı gün pompeide de bir oda tutmuştum fakat gece geç saatte bu meydan güvenli olmayacağı için kalmak zorunda kaldım. Çarşaf kirliydi. Yatak ve yastık rahatsızdı. Camlardan çok fazla ses geliyordu

20/03/2026Mahtava sijainti. Saimme näköalattoman huoneen, meillä oli "parveen" ovesta näkymänä jonkinlainen tuuletuskuilu. Se ei haitannut, koska emme paljon huoneessa olleet. Huoneen varustelu oli tarpeisiimme riittävä, ainoastaan pientä jääkaappia kaipasimme, pärjäsimme ilmankin. Henkilökunta oli ihanan ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamisinen yllätti reilulla valikoimallaan, vaikka lämpimiä ruokia saikin odotella lisää parina aamuna. Hotellin katolla oli viihtyisän oloinen terassi ja pelihuone. Jos palaan Napoliin, todennäköisesti valitsen saman hotellin uudelleen. Kiitos respan henkilöstölle myls aikaisemmasta sisääkirjautumisesta.

10/03/2026L'hotel è situato in una posizione centralissima, in Piazza Karybalti, non proprio ideale per quanto riguarda la qualità del personale, ma molto vicino ai mezzi pubblici, metropolitana e autobus, molto pulito e con personale gentilissimo, dalla reception alla donna delle pulizie. La colazione non è molto varia, ma è abbondante e con sapori deliziosi. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia visitare Napoli.

08/03/2026First room we had was filled with mosquitos and small gnats. Water pressure and temperature fluctuated greatly which made showering incredibly tedious. Toilet did not flush. Water barely drained from the shower and sink. Air conditioning was locked out and staff told us that it was normal for this time of year. Temperature in the room overnight kept rising and getting more and more humid. Sleep was terrible. We requested a new room for the second night. Second night we moved down the hall. There were less bugs, but water pressure and temperature fluctuations were worse. Still no air conditioning. At least the toilet flushed. Both rooms did have a nice balcony, and the rooftop terrace access is also a decent addition. Lastly, the area the hotel is in is riddled with crime. Police and military are constantly posted in the areas right outside the hotel. Did not feel safe. Oh and good luck sleeping with all the noise through the paper thin walls and windows that don't fully close. Do not recommend.

26/02/2026This hotel is in a bad area of Naples. Graffiti and trash everywhere, non Italian men staring you down, don't go out at night. Military and police patrolling everywhere all the time. This hotel was a budget hotel. The USBs are so loose you can barely use them, the beds will scoot away from the wall if you lean back. Overall good for the money, good view from the rooftop, but just know that it's not exactly a touristic area

12/02/20261인실 이용했습니다. 방은 작지만 가격 생각하면 괜찮다 생각했고 겉은 깔끔하네 생각했지만, 막상 쉬려고 보니, 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 엄청 올라오고, 밖에있는 세면대도 냄새 올라와서 사용안할때는 구멍 막고 생활했습니다. 제일 중요한건 소음! 올린 영상보시면 3일 내내 저러는데 밤에 못자서 너무 피곤한 여행이었습니다. 에어컨인지 뭔지 기계음이 새벽 내내 납니다. 너무 힘들었습니다. 샤워실은 여자임에도 말도못하게 작고 샤워기 각도도 안맞아서 팔구부리도 몸구부리고 좀살맞게 겨우 씻었습니다. 내 생애 이렇게 좁은 샤워부스는 처음입니다. 덩치좋은 남자분들은 들어가기도 힘들겁니다.. 뷰도 없습니다. 이곳은 감옥인가. 돈 더 쓰더라도 다른데 갈걸 그랬슴다..
