06/06/2026Posto che mi è sempre piaciuto e dove andavo spesso quando vivevo a Milano. L’impasto della pizza e della focaccia buonissimo. Il locale davvero carino ma la parte più interna troppo isolata dal resto del locale bellissimo e che bella anche la cucina che si vede. I cocktail sempre buoni, posto super consigliato.

26/04/2026Famossisima pizzeria/cocktail bar al centro di Milano, locale molto fancy e pettinato. Eravamo un gruppo abbastanza numeroso e abbiamo prenotato con largo anticipo, circa 4 settimane prima. Pizze davvero buonissime, sottili e gustose. Tantissimi gusti tra cui scegliere e da abbinare ai cocktail presenti nel menu. Prezzi decisamente più alti della media, sia per le pizze che per i drink; ma considerando "il brand", c'era da aspettarselo. Esperienza tutto sommato molto positiva, attenzione alla prenotazione e soprattutto ai turni, poiché bisogna rispettare rigidamente il proprio slot...

24/04/2026Il locale è oggi ai vertici delle classifiche di settore (50 Top Pizza - 7º posto in Italia e 15º posto nel Mondo), e l’esperienza nel complesso è stata positiva, soprattutto sul fronte cucina. Forse anche per via del giorno festivo (domenica di Pasqua), il ristorante non era completamente pieno e l’atmosfera è risultata un po’ fredda, meno coinvolgente di quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare da un indirizzo di questo livello. Abbiamo iniziato con un benvenuto della cucina (mini casatiello), per poi entrare nel vivo con le pizze, tutte di ottima qualità. Tra quelle provate: - Dry Marinara: probabilmente la più rappresentativa del locale, complessa e ben costruita, con grande equilibrio tra sapidità, acidità e note aromatiche; - Piennolo Giallo: buona, ma meno incisiva rispetto alle altre; - Cosacca: ottima, nella sua semplicità. - Margherita Affumicata (dal menù “Grand Tour Italiano, Tappa Margherita”): ottima interpretazione, con una piacevole nota affumicata; A completare, una focaccia con salsa tonnata e vitello CBT, davvero squisita. Molto interessante anche l’abbinamento con i cocktail: ben eseguiti e coerenti con la proposta del locale. Ottimo il Vintage Negroni, mentre il cocktail analcolico è risultato meno convincente. Capitolo dolci: - Drymisù: eccellente, con una consistenza originale e molto piacevole; - Resumada: altro dessert ben riuscito; - Sacher ai frutti di bosco: discreta, ma meno memorabile rispetto agli altri; Il servizio è giovane, attento e in linea con il livello del ristorante. La nota meno convincente riguarda la location: ambiente piuttosto buio, con un’atmosfera un po’ fredda e alcuni dettagli (tavoli e muri) che potrebbero essere curati meglio. Conto non economico, soprattutto considerando il prezzo delle pizze del menù speciale (circa 16 € l’una) e dei cocktail (circa 15 €, anche per l’analcolico). In sintesi: cucina di altissimo livello, proposta solida e interessante, ma ambiente e rapporto qualità/prezzo migliorabili. Un indirizzo che vale comunque la visita, soprattutto per chi cerca una pizza contemporanea di livello.

13/04/2026Errore mio: dopo aver prenotato non ho controllato il menù e i prezzi. Ma siamo davvero arrivati al punto che per andare in pizzeria bisogna prima fare un check accurato per evitare brutte sorprese? La pizza e l'impasto nel complesso sono buoni, ma nulla di così memorabile da giustificare certi prezzi. Una Margherita a 12€, una Margherita con bufala “crunchy” a 18€ e una Diavola a 22€: cifre decisamente fuori scala rispetto all’esperienza complessiva. Quindi Se per voi è normale spendere 40€ (escluse bevande) per due pizze (nel mio caso Margh. Crunchy + Diavola ), allora siete nel posto giusto. In caso contrario, evitate di commettere il mio stesso errore.

Le pizze sono gustose e originali, con impasto leggero che si riesce a finire senza avere un senso di pesantezza mangiando anche il cornicione. Prezzi abbastanza cari considerando le porzioni non eccessive. Le pizze si aggirano dai 14€ ai 18€, il dolce 9€. I cocktail sui 15€. Mi sarebbe piaciuto ricevere un po' più di cura e attenzione dal servizio, considerando l'ambiente e il costo del cibo. In foto pizza margherita Sunday.

Molto carino il fatto che ad ogni pizza sia suggerito un cocktail. Abbiamo provato una Margherita ed una pizza con ragù, pesto e scaglie di grana. La pizza è molto sottile e croccante, ma il sapore non ci ha entusiasmato. Buonissimi, invece, i cocktail! Abbiamo voluto provare questa pizzeria perché abbiamo visto la sua posizione molto alta nella classifica delle top50 pizzerie e sinceramente ci aspettavamo molto di più. La scelta degli ingredienti e i loro abbinamenti é banale e non propone nessun impasto particolare. Una buona pizza, ben eseguita ma che puoi trovare ovunque. Il tavolino che ci hanno dato era in una posizione scomoda dove i camerieri passando continuavano a sbattermi ai gomiti o al tavolo stesso. Proposta Cocktail ricercata e di qualità. Complessivamente non la consigliere e sicuramente non tornerò Ps attenzione al fatto che su google Viene riportata la degustazione che invece nel locale non hanno.

21/10/2025Trattasi di cocktail bar e pizzeria situato in Brera in una fra le vie più iconiche di Milano: Via Solferino. Ambiente molto caldo in stile "industrial" adatto sia per un aperitivo che per una "pizzata" in compagnia. Pizze e focacce molto buone, dal pane morbidissimo e leggero, cucinate con materie prime eccellenti: per esempio, nella focaccia c'era il Prosciutto Crudo friulano di d'Osvaldo, uno fra i più buoni in Italia. Servizio molto cortese, gentile e professionale. Insomma: oltre a mangiare bene, si sta anche in maniera ottimale in questo locale. Ci tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente.

13/10/2025Ci tengo davvero a recensire questo posto, perché la pizza qui è semplicemente straordinaria. È diventato il mio punto di riferimento ogni volta che voglio fare bella figura: ci porto le persone a cui tengo e so sempre di non sbagliare. Tutte le pizze sono incredibilmente leggere — anche quelle che, a leggerle sul menù, sembrano più “impegnative”. Uscire sazi ma non appesantiti è una rarità, e qui succede ogni volta. Un piccolo consiglio da affezionato: condividete le pizze e fatele arrivare una alla volta, così potrete gustarle al meglio, calde e fragranti. Frequento questo locale da tempo e, se devo eleggere la mia preferita (oltre alla Piennolo giallo, un grande classico), direi senza dubbio la pizza con prosciutto cotto e funghi — per favore, riaggiungetela al menù! 🙏 Ah, giusto: il menù cambia ogni 3-4 mesi, e questo rende ogni visita una nuova scoperta. 🍕✨

29/09/2025Punto di riferimento per la pizza a Milano, non è un caso che occupi le prime posizioni di molte guide e classifiche di categoria! La location è particolare, con luce soffusa e bar all'ingresso che offre cocktail ben fatti in abbinamento alle pizze ma non solo. Per me la miglior margherita di Milano per il mix tra impasto, perché super leggero (spesso ne ordino due e non mi succede mai), ingredienti eccellenti e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo vista anche la posizione. Nota di merito anche per la provola e pepe e per la focaccia con il tonnato, divina! Unico neo forse i dolci, non indimenticabili, per il resto lo consiglio a tutti gli amanti della pizza e non solo!

25/09/2025Incuriosita dalle recenti classifiche di 50toppizza ho deciso di provare Dry. Innanzitutto è notevole come dentro lo stesso locale abbiano creato due ambienti perfettamente separati: uno più rumoroso e movimentato dove servono aperitivi e cocktail e l’altro molto più intimo e tranquillo per chi cena. La pizza è indubbiamente fatta con ingredienti di qualità però penso che l’impasto, che rimane molto umido e davvero digeribile, non incontri i gusti di tutti. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è giusto. Unica nota leggermente stonata è stato il servizio non molto attento, ma è fatto da ragazzi giovani.

06/09/2025Seconda volta che vengo in questa pizzeria. La prima è stata un'esperienza piacevole e una gradita scoperta. Questa volta no. Dopo la raggiunta notorietà, il livello in alcuni sensi è calato. L'impasto e gli ingredienti ottimi e di buona qualità. Ma quantità e dimensioni ridotte. Se fosse solo questo, è una cosa che si può sorvolare comodamente, e godersi comunque una buona pizza. Ma il servizio ti scoraggia. Camerieri che,costantemente, portano via tutto dal tavolo appena vedono un bicchiere semi-vuoto, un piatto con solo le croste, mani che ti appaiono alle spalle di sorpresa a sparecchiare quando, anche se alla fine, non tutti i commensali hanno finito di mangiare. Si percepisce una sensazione di fretta e di "sbrigarsi, che c'è altra gente". Rispetto alla prima volta, in cui c'era un clima rilassato e piacevole, questa esperienza è stata veramente sgradevole. Ristorante che ormai è un pub-risto con musica alta, è una perenne sensazione di fretta. Peccato.

Peccato non abbia fatto la foto ma onestamente quando te lo fai pagare così tanto e poi fai lo sparagnino non fa onore al locale. 11 23 - Locale molto carino e ben frequentato. Pizzeria e american bar. Margherita un po' scondita mentre buone le pizze gourmet. Prezzo medio alto. Servizio rapido e personale gentile. Da provare.

12/05/2026Mehr Schein als Sein! Der Besuch in dieser Pizzeria hat leider nicht die hohen Erwartungen erfüllt, die durch den großen Hype rund um des Etablissements entstanden sind. Die Pizza wirkte insgesamt sehr labbrig und wenig hochwertig in der Konsistenz. Auch die Zusammenstellung der Zutaten beziehungsweise die Geschmackskompositionen haben für mich nicht harmoniert. Vor allem der übermäßige Einsatz von Käse hat die übrigen Aromen stark überdeckt, wodurch kein ausgewogenes und balanciertes Geschmackserlebnis entstanden ist. Zusätzlich empfand ich die Preise im Verhältnis zur gebotenen Qualität als deutlich zu hoch. Insgesamt leider eher enttäuschend – besonders gemessen an dem Ruf, den der Laden genießt.

The crust is incredibly fragrant and tasty. when the restaurant started getting busy, a female staff member in a black dress (who seemed to be the manager) brought us the bills and even the payment machine without us asking for it. Having lived in Europe for two years, I’ve never experienced such rude before.

30/03/2026ציפיתי ליותר. קודם נתחיל מהשרות שהיה ממש לא טוב. שכחו אותנו מהתחלה עד הסוף. הזמנו פיצות סלט ושתיה, השתיה כולל קוקטיילים היו טובים מאוד, הסלט שהזמנו היה טוב, המרגריטה הייתי נוזלית/רטובה מיידי בעיניי והפיצה השניה שהזמנו עם ירקות היתה עם מעט טעם חרוך/שרוף מידיי.

25/03/2026Dry Milano is definitely one of the city’s popular spots — it even ranks high on the “50 Best Pizzerias” lists. It’s both a pizzeria and a bar, so it has a lively, fun vibe. The pizza menu is a bit smaller, but the chef gets creative with the toppings. We tried the five-cheese pizza with cashews and dried fruit on top — honestly, it was amazing. The crust is light and perfectly cooked, and the flavors all worked really well together. It can get busy, especially during peak times, so booking a table is a good idea. We went at the end of March without a reservation and got lucky, but during busier periods, I’d definitely plan ahead. Overall, a really tasty and unique pizza experience in Milan. Staff is polite and professional.

22/03/2026This pizza is a complete disaster, a disgrace to Italy. The dough is soft, wet, and lacks any structure, as if it was just taken out of a supermarket microwave. There’s absolutely no crispiness, and the ingredients seem low quality and thrown on without any care. Calling this a “pizza” is offensive—it has nothing to do with Italian tradition. A disappointing experience in every respect. Definitely not recommended.

09/03/2026AVOID. There are better pizza restaurants in Milan than this. We booked for Sunday and we weren’t informed that they only have brunch. They told us that we can get pizzas and a small buffet for the price of the brunch (45€ per person). We said we’ll leave so they let us order pizza from the menu. We got our pizzas and they were already cold. When things went from bad to worse was when we received our bill, which was surprisingly high. We were charged €20 per pizza, even though none of the pizzas on the menu cost that much. Our beers were also charged €13 and €10, which were then reduced to €10 and €9. Be careful, as there are no drink prices listed anywhere. We told the waitress, who said she “needs to check” and then brought the bill back with corrected prices. There was no explanation, and when I asked about it, they didn’t answer. Our bill was €14 higher than it should have been, and if we hadn’t said anything, we would have ended up paying that price.

18/02/2026If I have to judge only by the pizza, I would easily give close to 5 star. We had the dry marinara, salsiccia and friarielli, cassoeula and piennolo giallo. Ingredients were top notch, tasty and delicious. My favourite one was the dry marinara because of the layered flavour, you could taste it all. Cassoeula was second best, the salsiccia was super tasty and the sweet of the onion came through very nicely. Not my favourite dough, quite chewy, thin but still very light. Dessert for me were a no. Pizza was quite expensive even for Milan and while the atmosphere was cool, the service was not that great. Slow service, staggered pizzas, very little service at the table.

07/01/2026Hello everyone, To me, it's beyond the stars as they excelled in everything from entrance to exit, the reception, the service, food and ambiance, I had the crunchy Margherita and the Ortolana pizzas, the tonnato faccacia and the Dryimitsu, all of the them exceeded the expectations, the dough was very delicious, i was sad to leave actually:) they do have take away box if you don't finish your pizza. I hope you have a similar pleasant time if you decide to try Dry!

04/01/2026Dry Milano has a really nice atmosphere — modern, stylish, and definitely a place that feels trendy and well-designed. But that seems to be all it is. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the setting at all. We were especially disappointed with the pizza. A Diavola pizza cost €22, which already sets high expectations, but the quality simply wasn’t there. The salami was cut into very thin slices, lacked flavor, and there was a strange sweet sauce on the pizza that didn’t work at all. The Ortolana pizza was dry and bland, with very little depth of flavor. Overall, the pizzas felt over-constructed and, worse, not fresh. They seemed like they had been sitting for a while before being served — not crispy, slightly soggy, and missing that fresh-from-the-oven quality you expect. The pizza was completely cold by the time I had eaten half of it. In a city like Milan, where there are so many excellent pizza places, paying almost €10 more than at other top spots for such disappointing pizza was frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you’re looking for good pizza.

03/01/2026Very nice place. We came in the evening just for the bar and had a great experience. The staff were excellent - especially the bearded guy who took care of us. A truly outstanding host: attentive, sharp, notices everything, and makes everyone feel welcome and well looked after. The food and drinks were great, and the overall atmosphere was spot on. Highly recommended.

28/11/2025It was my first time in Milan, Me and my friend decided to have dinner here to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, they didn’t offer even a small piece of cake as a “gift” for the occasion, but the food was incredibly delicious. We ordered two pizzas, and the shrimp pizza turned out to be the best one I’ve had in my life, no exaggeration. The sauces paired perfectly, and I really liked the cocktail too, though for that price they could have used a bit less ice in it😅

07/11/2025Brilliant evening at Dry! The entrance with the carpaccio & the foccacia special (awarded by 50 Top Pizza) was outstanding. The pizzas and the desserts obviously too, delicious! Furthermore, the service by Carlos, Nas & Vincenzo was simply lovely, 10 out of 10! Carlos accompanied us through the whole evening with recommendations & explanations, and then got Vincenzo for us who suggested us his own drink creation which was an incredible tastful experience. Thank you, will be back guys!

The Evergreen is just splendid with crispy guanciale and zucchini cream + flowers + fried. Staff were super kind. And seriously it’s amazing value for money.

24/10/2025The pizza was underwhelming. We’ve been to a few 50 top pizza restaurants around Europe and this one was the most disappointing. Pretty bland, poorly seasoned, the dough was less fluffy, more chewy than classic napolitan style pizzas I‘ve had before. They sat as at the table next to the staff bar/register at a narrow passage (one should really maybe think about removing that table) even though the restaurant wasn’t full and we reserved in advance. The staff made a shocked face when we asked for salt (ps I usually like my food not very salty 🫣) because the food was just that bland. The cocktails were really nice. Gin and tonic classically with tonic on the side, would prefer to have it premixed since it‘s a cocktail place. Would recommend ordering a cocktail and keeping expectations on the lower side for the pizza. The pizza is good, however would not say top 50 in Europe. The bar side of the space is pretty loud. The pizzeria side is nicer but the tables are pretty narrowly separated.

21/10/2025Best pizza I have ever tried hands down. Me and my partner went to Dry thinking we’d find a cute dinner paired with fairly good drinks. We did find great drinks, but what surprised us was the amazing pizza. I recommend the Mediterranean and the Baccalà pizzas. You’ll never go back asking for a margherita ever again. Will revisit soon to re-experience that flavor combo, and to grab a drink or two or three with friends or for date night
