23/05/2026Cornetto alla crema con prezzo esposto 1,90€ , pagato 2,70€. Spremuta senza prezzo esposto pagata 5,40€. Ho chiesto il perché di questa cosa e mi è stato risposto che mettevano il rincaro servizio al tavolo anche quando andavi a prendere il prodotto al bancone. Chiudete e vergognatevi.

01/01/2026Avevo grandi aspettative ma purtroppo sono rimasto deluso. Abbiamo preso uno “sbrodolone alla crema” che praticamente era vuoto! Dopo averlo detto ci è stata data crema in piu… Poi un bombolone alla crema che praticamente c’era giusto un assaggio di crema, impasto insapore e quindi delusione totale Abbiamo provato anche la pizza e niente di che. Per il prezzo a chi vengono venduti non ci siamo proprio…

09/12/2025Tutto delizioso e fresco qui. Nonostante ci sia molta gente, il servizio è veloce e super gentile. Ci sono tavoli anche al piano superiore. Le focacce sono deliziose e con tanti gusti diversi. I croissant e gli altri dolci sono davvero buoni. Accettano Amex.

23/05/2026Я заказала фокаччу, круассан с ванильным кремом, капуччино и апельсиновый сок. Всё было действительно вкусно, но сервис оставляет желать лучшего. Мы попросили разогреть фокаччу, брали ее на вынос, а когда открыли пакет, булки с одной стороны просто не было. Кофе сделали на овсяном молоке вместо миндального. Финальная цена отличалась от представленной на прилавке.

21/05/2026Idéal pour venir petit déjeuner ou une pause gourmande, à quelque pas du centre et de la cathédrale Duomo ! Le cappuccino et les croissants y sont vraiment bon pour un prix correct. Le personnel est sympathique, l’établissement est petit mais on peut prendre à emporter ou sur place.

19/04/2026Not bad, not the best. At my last visit, pastries were stale. Pain au choc also lacked chocolate. Cappuccino prep was rushed. Every person in the fairly long line (Sunday 10:30) was a tourist. Previously was better in the mid week early morning - and it was good. Perhaps they were rushed this time. Presentation, atmosphere and location good. Plenty of seats and choice.

12/04/2026Si estás por Milán y cerca del Duomo, este sitio es parada obligatoria. Gustami es una cafetería-panadería que entra por los ojos nada más llegar: la disposición de la pastelería es espectacular, todo está tan bien presentado que cuesta decidir qué pedir. Tienen una variedad enorme, tanto dulce como salado, y además con un rango de precios muy bien pensado: puedes ir a algo económico sin renunciar a calidad o darte un capricho más premium. El capuchino… sinceramente, de los mejores que he probado en mi vida. Súper cremoso, nada amargo, suave al entrar y con la leche perfectamente texturizada. Da gusto. En cuanto a la comida: el croissant de chocolate muy bien de precio y con una crema tipo Nutella que cumple de sobra. El pan de chocolate con pepitas de chocolate amargo también muy bueno, aunque si se tuestan un poco de más por fuera, puede tirar ligeramente a amargo. Nada grave. Pero lo mejor fue el bombolón de pistacho: un auténtico descubrimiento. La crema tiene un sabor súper equilibrado, nada empalagoso, y una textura muy untuosa, estilo Nutella pero de pistacho. Brutal. Como única pega, la zona de entrada se colapsa un poco cuando hay gente y las mesas de la entrada están bastante juntas, lo que puede restar algo de comodidad. Aun así, es un sitio para volver sin duda. Ubicación inmejorable, prácticamente al lado del Duomo, y muy recomendable especialmente para turistas.

Lokal całkiem czysty i przyjemny, chociaż bywa tłoczno (co w sumie tylko potwierdza, że jedzenie jest świetne 😉). Zdecydowanie polecam na szybką kawę i coś słodkiego!

18/12/2025Lovely bakery that serves a wide range of Italian pastries, from croissant to pizza to sweet pastries. I ordered a mortadella pizza and it was very delicious. The star of the show would be the pistachio tart and I would highly recommend it! Coffee and hot chocolate were 10/10! Would definitely come back again! Loads of sittings, including outdoor and upstairs.

07/12/2025Good products, lots of varieties. But I recommend coming in weekdays, on a sunday around 10-11am we waited around 20 minutes. They have places to sit upstairs but it was almost full. A bit pricey in my opinion, salty croissant was 6.50 and other simple ones were around 2 euros. So in total with cappuccinos we paid 15 euros for two people.

The staff is helpful and speaks English. There’s both indoor and outdoor seating, but it’s highly recommended to sit outside along the pedestrian walkway, where you can enjoy the view of the tram passing by.
