17/06/2026Posto piccolino, minimalista negli arredi, con poche sedute molto vicine tra di loro. Molto frequentato. Son stato seduto 3 minuti contati perché sentivo la pressione di dover lasciare il posto alle persone in piedi che attendevano. Al primo impatto si presenta comunque bene, fino a quando non ho mangiato il loro pain au chocolat… una delusione, sembrava vecchio, molle. Caffè macchiato non dei migliori per la tipologia del caffè, ma è soggettivo. Prezzi sopra la media.

11/06/2026Servizio perfetto: veloce ed estremamente gentile. Forse perché sono andato ad un orario non ottimale (le 13) c'era poca scelta in termine di cibo ma ci sta perché probabilmente era pieno a colazione. Mancava anche la mia prima scelta di miscela per il caffè. Ci sono pochi tavoli, potrebbe essere necessario aspettare a volte.

23/05/2026Caffetteria davvero ottima, con una selezione di caffè specialty sia in espresso che in pour over. Prezzi assolutamente onesti considerando l’alta qualità delle proposte. Il servizio è stato veloce ed efficiente nonostante la fila. Il locale è piuttosto piccolo, ma con un po’ di pazienza si riesce tranquillamente a trovare posto a sedere. Tornerò sicuramente!

30/04/2026Posto mediocre rispetto a quanto pagato. Ho aspettato un quarto d’ora per un espresso, che non è alle aspettative del posto. Si spaccia per specialty quando i chicchi non sono tostati di recente e i filtri non puliti altrettanto spesso. Il risultato un caffè acido, tipico dei paesi nordici da cui prende spunto l’arredamento. Nel compenso gli sfogliati sono molto buoni e abbondanti. È un posto per turisti.

13/04/2026Ho preso un pain au chocolat che sembrava del giorno prima. Locale piccolo, sedute praticamente incastrate su un tavolino in braccio a quelli a fianco, sovraffollato anche grazie al servizio mooolto lungo. Tutto per 7€, direi che non ci siamo.

13/03/2026Va bene solo per mettere le foto su Instagram. Ordino un cappuccino di soia (non lo hanno e mi faccio andar bene il latte di avena) e un caffè. Mi arriva un cappuccino con latte vaccino e me ne accorgo subito, per fortuna, e rimediano. Caffè così rancido da non poterlo bere, cappuccino idem e anche di fianco a me due turiste probabilmente dell’est si accorgono dello stesso problema…ma fanno le foto con le brioches in mano. Qualità zero. Solo apparenza e poca sostanza.

08/03/2026Pasticceria buona, peccato per il servizio scadente e spazi disorganizzati. Ho aspettato 15 min per un cappuccino e, per quanto fosse pieno, il locale non necessitava di tanta attesa (su quattro persone dietro al banco soltanto una lavorava attivamente)

03/03/2026Mi spiace dare 2 stelle perché il cinnamon roll era davvero buono ma il servizio è stato pessimo. Sono arrivata 5 minuti dopo l’apertura ed ero il terzo tavolo, ho ordinato subito in cassa, mi hanno dato il cinnamon roll e mi sono seduta in attesa del caffé. Tuttavia, man mano che il locale si riempiva hanno iniziato a servire il caffè ai tavoli arrivati dopo di me; l’ho fatto presente diverse volte al personale, eppure mi son ripetutamente sentita dire che “il mio ordine era in coda agli altri”..può capitare di perdere una comanda, ci mancherebbe, ma non accampate scuse col cliente. Essendo il terzo scontrino battuto non ero in coda a nessuno! Man mano che lo ribadivo e l’attesa si protraeva, mi aspettavo di venire servita per prossima, invece ho comunque continuato ad aspettare mentre servivano i tavoli appena arrivati e alla fine ho dovuto aspettare quasi mezz’ora per un flat white, sempre con la scusa che “ero in coda”. Possono capitare le sviste e non mi disturba attendere, ma ordinare alle 8.05 e bere il caffè alle 8.30 mi sembra eccessivo, soprattutto dopo averlo sottolineato allo staff diverse volte e senza ricevere grandi giustificazioni!

13/12/2025Provato oggi per la prima volta, mi sono fatto consigliare da loro. Caffé colombiano buonissimo raccontato e descritto alla perfezione nei suoi aromi e gusti. Tutto accompagnato da uno splendido pan au chocolat ed un pan swisse. Posto un piccolo ma molto “scorrevole” da provare assolutamente

10/06/2026Polecam gościom/turystą tutejszą kawę. Jest taka jaka powinna byc - Pyszna !. Byłem wczesniej w 4 miejscach i zwątpienie czy Włosi potrafią ustawic młynek i czas ekstrakcji. W tym miejscu to potrafią i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie 😉

30/05/2026Orsonero was busy from the moment I arrived, with a steady queue throughout my visit. I had both a flat white and a pour-over. The flat white was balanced and clean, but the pour-over really impressed me. It had a beautiful sugarcane note—not sugary sweetness, but the fresh aroma of freshly cut sugarcane, with excellent clarity and sweetness. One of the best coffee experiences I had in Milan. Worth the queue. ☕️👌

26/05/2026Orsonero have struck an excellent balance of modern third wave coffee while retaining the traditional italian "caffe al banco" attitude. Their house roast does however move towards the medium taste profile and you can sometimes forget that you aren't in Italy without a dark Italian style roast to ground you. Dropping a mark on service due to a lack of decaf options.

16/05/2026If you want to work on your laptop, avoid this place. They seem more concerned about policing customers with laptops than actually serving paying guests. Even if you buy a coffee, they make you feel unwelcome the moment you open your computer. Not exactly the kind of atmosphere you’d expect from a café.

02/05/2026Was so tempted to gatekeep this when we first started coming here 3 years ago, because it’s just THAT GOOD✨ Easily one of our top spots in Milan, like our weekends don’t feel complete without it. Yes, there can be a line (again… THEY’RE THAT GOOD😮💨), but always worth the wait. The baristas are also so friendly and speak amazing English, which makes it even better. Truth be told I would never stop raving about this place: an epitome of what coffee and community should be☕️🤝. All our love to Orsonero🤍best coffee in Milano.

25/04/2026Orsonero es un café muy lindo en un barrio con mucho encanto de Milán. Vale la pena ir temprano, idealmente alrededor de las 9 de la mañana, porque la pastelería suele acabarse rápido. El lugar tiene una onda cuidada pero relajada, y se presta perfecto para arrancar el día con un muy buen café y algo rico.

19/04/2026Wer guten Kaffee liebt, ist hier genau am richtigen Ort. Sehr ein cooles und gemütliches Café. Es gibt zwar oft eine kleine Schlange und nur wenige Sitzmöglichkeiten, aber der Rhythmus ist so gut abgestimmt, dass meist genau dann ein Tisch frei wird, wenn man seinen Kaffee bestellt hat. So kann man entspannt seinen Kaffee und ein Gebäck geniessen. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und äusserst effizient. Vielen Dank – absolut empfehlenswert! .

The staff were attentive, well-informed, and carried themselves with an easy professionalism, yet the core offering lacked any real sense of distinction. A double espresso, priced at €3.50, felt unduly expensive for what ultimately arrived at the table. The café itself is modest in scale, with a few outdoor tables and an interior accommodating roughly a dozen guests across four small tables. Inside, however, the space feels cramped, detracting from any sense of comfort or lingering appeal. In the end, while service remains a clear strength, it is difficult to reconcile the venue’s reputation with either its execution or its pricing.

18/04/2026I came to this cafe after seeing it on YouTube but its not worth it. It is specialised in having different types of beans from Sweden or Brazil. I tried both espresso and was not impressed by the flavour. It's very small inside and customers are squeezed in a tiny seating area. Outside seating is available specially for disable people with wheelchairs. I think is expensive but quick service. Toilet was clean though...

11/04/2026Stopped by on a Saturday just after 11am — and let’s just say I wasn’t the only one with that idea. The place was packed, with about a 10-minute wait to order and barely a seat to be found inside or out. Clearly, word has gotten around. That said, my takeaway cappuccino was excellent and ready almost before I’d finished paying — impressive given the chaos. The staff were friendly and composed throughout, which is no small feat when half the city shows up at once. Unfortunately, American Express was not accepted.

10/04/2026Me ha encantado. Son muy amables y profesionales. Es el típico café que le gusta hasta a quien no le suele gustar, está dulce y es muy ligero. Volvería sin duda. Añadir que es sitio principalmente de café, aunque si llegas temprano puedes encontrar hojaldres buenos. Nosotros hemos llegado más de las 12 am y había bizcocho y brownie. Pd: precio muy bueno!!!

28/03/2026The service was nice and their croissant was one of the best I had in Italy. You could taste the butter between the layers. Their banana bread was also very tasty. We had iced latte and americano, both were really good. You could taste the quality in your coffee.

08/03/2026Very popular place, so it can get quite crowded. Staff politely asked me to move from an outdoor chair to the bench by the window so others could use the chair. Maybe a few more outdoor chairs would be helpful. Weekdays are probably better if you want to sit and relax.
