31/12/2025Nobody speaks englisch, the food is way too overpriced and not really good, the portions are really small and the waiter didnt bring us all the food we ordered and on top of that gave everyone the wrong order. The food tastes like it was just food from a can, the eggs were still raw and everything else was pretty cold.

31/12/2025Awful Table Service, no one is capable of speaking english, they messed up every order in every thinkable way. The prices are too high for the low quality of the food. Definetly my worst experience in Milan - I dont recommend even thinking of going here !

28/12/2025We (2 friends) were looking for a place to have our diner. By coincidence we came across Ecooking. We were invited by this really nice guy. We had some small talk and he served us nice food. And for dessert I had one of the best tiramisu ever. The owner/serving guy was nice to talk to and in the end he had a special gift for us. So if you like sustainability and wants to taste the love for food you need to go there. Ecooking is a great experience!

The food was so fresh and delicious, the service was amazing.!We were welcomed by such a lovely waitress who couldn't do enough for us, she was so warm and welcoming. We felt really happy and comfortable spending our last few ours here on a rainy day in Milan before our flight back home. Thank you for having us 😊

17/11/2025I came for a coffee, the guy was uninviting but I thought maybe he is having a bad day, the coffee shope was empty only a couple was settling there, ordered from the bar code and took them a while to come over to confirm then much more time to prepare the order even though there was non inside, when he brought it to us he just threw it on table and left , so rude in my opinion, the the glass was dirty so i went back inside to change it and the girl inside now felt offended and i showed her the glass and she started defending?!? She said ok I bring another one to your table and that was another mistake from my side, she brought it but as soon as poured the frensh press coffee an “ egg” smell was up my nose. Finally i used the water glass on table to drink the coffee. All in all very bad service and very bad experience

23/10/2025Had a great morning stop at Ecooking and team in this place knows how to do things right. The espresso was spot-on: strong, smooth, and beautifully served in a stylish ceramic cup that made it feel extra special. The croissant was fresh, buttery, and filled with fresh ham and veggies. The café itself has a cozy, modern terazza on the street with warm lights and big windows that make it a lovely spot to sit for a few minutes of contemplation. Definitely worth a visit if you want great coffee and a relaxed start to your day in Milan.

10/08/2025It's fine. We went there to escape the heat and have a drink. We were sat in the 'patio' where the air-con wasn't turned on and was only a few degrees cooler than the 35°C outside. The soft drinks menu was limited with either juice or coca-cola, though the hot drinks were reasonably priced and had a large selection. We both ordered the tiramisu as well, which was definitely not a normal one, despite having no details of a change of ingredients on the online menu. There seemed to be some sort of apricot jam as the base? It was not very nice.

22/07/2025People have forgotten what proper presentation and service are. Disgusting! And also not friendly. I asked for a glass of water and got half. Can't you pour a full glass of water? In such a beautiful place it is inappropriate to be rude and do such a presentation. Low level. If a customer orders coffee, you should put a napkin on the tray, pour a full glass of water and do a normal serving.

10/05/2025Really slow service, and then forgot the water ordered and when I asked about it (after 20 minutes and another table who arrived after us had had two lots of water delivered) was told very brusquely “it’s coming” - clearly the waiter had forgotten. Cake was rubbery, flat and pretty much flavourless, matcha served in a mug with no handle so was too hot to pick up without burning yourself and then was not mixed properly leaving 1/4 of it undrinkable. Iced lattes and tiramisu were fine. It’s expensive for what you get but that will be due to the location. Decor is nice, but best to give this one a miss unless you have a lot of time and patience.

11/01/2026È’ un locale internamente un po’ strettino , anzi un po’ tanto stretto. Il miracolo avviene nel servizio perché il personale è gentile e fa sembrare tutto agevole. Cibo buono. Frequentatissimo. Prezzi in linea con la città che è decisamente cara. Una buona pausa pranzo.

07/12/2025Leider hatte nur ein Mitarbeiter Lust zum arbeiten. Und das war der junge Mann hinterm Tresen. Die Bedienung steht da und ist mit seinem Handy beschäftigt. Tische werden nicht geräumt und gereinigt. Leider nuss man auch das Personal auffordern, wenn man was bestellen möchte. Zum Schluss ist man noch nicht mal in der Lage, dem Gast sein ordnungsgemäßes Rückgeld rauszugeben. Mit den Rechnen hat man es da nicht so. Das Café ist leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen. Ich bin in Italien noch nie so schlecht bedient worden. Sehr schade....

06/12/2025Croissant war lecker, Orangensaft war frisch und hat sehr gut geschmeckt, der Joghurt mit Früchten war etwas enttäuschend - sehr kleine Portion, aber ist ja auch nur ein Nachtisch, der Joghurt an sich war von der Konsistenz wie Grieß, aber lecker, nur Früchte waren es zu wenig (eine Himbeere und zwei Heidelbeeren). Was noch eine viel größere Enttäuschung war, ist die Bedienung. Der Herr, der vor der Tür steht, raucht die ganze Zeit, spielt an seinem Handy, und hat uns nur notgedrungen einen Platz gegeben (zumindest kam es so rüber, als wäre man nicht willkommen). Wir saßen im Glaskasten vor dem Restaurant. Eine Bedienung kam von alleine nicht, ich musste erst reingehen und nachfragen, ob uns jemand bedienen kann und dann kam die Bestellung und wurde wortlos und blicklos auf den Tisch gestellt und der Kellner ist wieder gegangen. Also geschmeckt hat es, aber der Service ist wirklich unfreundlich.

10/08/2025Wir waren auf der Suche nach einem Cafè und sind wegen der netten Terrasse auf dieses Lokal gestoßen, das sich auch als Cafè beschreibt. Allerdings ist man hier wohl nicht sehr Willkommen wenn man nicht zumindest auch etwas isst. Die erste Kellnerin sagte uns nur kurz, dass wir über den QR Code am Tisch bestellen müssen. Der zweite Kellner fragte uns ob wir wirklich nur zwei Kaffee haben möchten, in unhöflichem Ton. Grüßen konnte keiner von beiden. Das Tablett mit unsrer Bestellung wurde wortlos auf den Tisch geknallt. Kein Blickkontakt, kein Wort, kein Glas Wasser. Da ich selbst in der Gastronomie arbeite, musste ich mich fast für ihren Service schämen. Am Besten jedoch war, dass im Lokal selber fünf Mitarbeiter gelangweilt herumstanden und selber Kaffeepause machten. Im übrigen sahen die Toiletten aus, als wären sie seit Tagen nicht geputzt worden. Schade, von außen machte das Lokal viel her. Die Dekoration wirkt einladend und gemütlich, doch durch das Personal fühlte man sich weniger als Gast und mehr als lästige Arbeit.

Un ragazzo in maniera secca e maleducata ci risponde di farci notare dall’altro cameriere occupato nel dehors appena fuori pieno di gente. Mentre dentro il Locale era vuoto e questa persona non stava di fatto facendo nulla. Ci passano davanti due ragazzi che vengono fatti accomodare all’interno. Ci facciamo notare dall’altro che sogghigna e ironicamente mi risponde: “molto bene. Adesso vedo.” Salvo poi ridere e farfugliare qualcosa di incomprensibile sempre ridendo. Con la mia amica aspettiamo una decina di minuti dove il primo dei due gira nel vuoto fingendosi impegnato e l’altro deve portare diverse domande dimenticandosi completamente di noi. Abbiamo girato i tacchi e ce ne siamo andate con la certezza che mai più nella vita metteremo piede qui dentro! Un piccolo consiglio: o assumete più personale in modo che una persona non impazzisca o chi è libero sia una mano!

Forse due parole fosse anche solo per dire scusate, intanto avcomodatevi, arriviamo ci potevano stare? Ridere in faccia a un potenziale cliente mi ha fatto passare la voglia di aspettare. 07/05/2025Nie wiem dlaczego to miejsce ma 4*. Jedzenie jest niesmaczne, a obsługa nieuprzejma. Sałatka z kurczakiem niesmaczna. Cała miska sałaty (nieumyta, pełno zepsutych listków, bez sosu). Mięso mdłe. Pizza najgorsza, jaką jadłam. Jakby ktoś wylał puszkę pomidorów z sosem, bez przyprawienia i na to dał trochę mozzarelli. Makaron rozgotowany, dodatki niesmaczne. Nie polecam tego miejsca, chyba, że na przeczekanie ulewy, przy szklance wody.

Les prix sont corrects pour la zone et c'était très bon (remarque spéciale pour le gâteau au chocolat et le thé glacé maison qui étaient exceptionnels !) Nous avons aussi apprécié la possibilité de commander et de payer via le site internet, ce qui est très pratique. Dommage que le service soit tout de même facturé malgré l'utilisation de l'application

Y a pesar de eso cuando fui a pagar me cobraron 1,5€ más por “cubierto” cuando solo me había pedido un chocolate. Lo único a destacar fue que la temperatura del local era ideal.
