esperienza magnifica in questa osteria tipica romana, ambiente accogliente e personale super disponibile, per non parlare del cibo!!! Il signor Luca ci ha consigliato bene infatti abbiamo preso una cacio e pepe e delle scaloppine al limone, inutile dirvi che erano la fine del mondo. il signor Roberto molto sorridente. Ottima esperienza, ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Luca, Lucas e Francesco, personale superlativo che nonostante la grande affluenza sono riusciti a consigliarmi e a farci vivere una bellissima esperienza culunaria degna di nota! Purtroppo la mia esperienza in questo ristorante è stata estremamente deludente. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo percepito un atteggiamento poco accogliente, ma ciò che ha reso la serata davvero spiacevole è stato il comportamento di due camerieri, che si sono dimostrati maleducati, scortesi e per nulla professionali. In diversi momenti ci siamo sentiti trattati con sufficienza e senza il minimo rispetto che qualsiasi cliente dovrebbe ricevere. Quello che rende questa esperienza ancora più difficile da comprendere è il confronto con la loro sede di Brera. Frequento quella location da tempo e, nonostante sia spesso molto più affollata e ci sia quasi sempre da aspettare in fila, il personale riesce comunque a mantenere un atteggiamento cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Anche nei momenti di maggiore stress e confusione, i clienti vengono accolti con educazione e attenzione. Per questo motivo mi aspettavo lo stesso standard anche in questa sede. Invece ho trovato una realtà completamente diversa, dove la mancanza di cortesia da parte di alcuni membri dello staff ha compromesso l'intera esperienza. Non si tratta di un semplice episodio o di una giornata storta: quando un cliente esce da un ristorante con la sensazione di essere stato trattato male, c'è un problema che non dovrebbe essere ignorato. Credo che la qualità del servizio sia importante quanto quella del cibo. Si può accettare un po' di attesa, un locale affollato o qualche piccolo inconveniente, ma è molto più difficile accettare la maleducazione e la mancanza di rispetto. È davvero un peccato, perché il confronto con la sede di Brera dimostra che l'azienda è perfettamente in grado di offrire un servizio di livello decisamente superiore. Spero sinceramente che la direzione prenda in considerazione questo feedback e intervenga per migliorare il comportamento del personale, perché nessun cliente dovrebbe sentirsi trattato in questo modo.

My Italian friend recommended this place and I went with my family on our first night in Milan. Wowowow amazing! We had the caprese salad to start and shared the carbonara, gnocchi ragu, and fettuccine ragu, and the eggplant main dish. The ragu was flavorful and rich. The pasta itself is handmade in house by an Italian nonna and was so fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff was fun, helpful, and friendly. Will be coming back!

1 из 5 блюд было вкусное, нас это разочаровало, так как мы пришли праздновать день рождения подруги, в итоге официанты поздравили позже договоренного времени и поздравление было после 00:00, то есть день рождения уже закончилось (((( помимо всего официанты швыряли блюда на стол(по другому это не назвать), а после этого когда мы ещё не доели начали убирать тарелки со стола, тем самым показывая как не рады нам. Так же услышав русскую речь, начали на итальянском при нас же обсуждать нас… мы остались недовольны визитом в данное место

Abartılmış, tamamen turistlere yönelik ortalama kalite ve lezzette makarna yiyeceğiniz bir mekan. Milano da çok daha iyi seçenekler var ama abartılı sosyal medya yorumları gerçekliğin önüne geçmiş fikrimce.. Kötü mü değil ama bir efsane hiç değil. Çok yakın konumlandırılmış masalar, yan masadakiler ile beraber oturuyormuş hissi korkunç. Masalar o kadar yakın konumlandırılmış ki masadan kalkmak için ayrı bir çaba harcamak ve diğer masaların hemen yanından küçük bir geçiş alanından geçmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Mekanın masa ve boş alan dengesi korkunç kötü.

Restauracja znajduje się tuż przy stacji metra, co czyni ją bardzo dogodną lokalizacją, zwłaszcza dla osób korzystających z komunikacji. Wystarczy tylko przejść przez ulicę, aby dotrzeć do tego kameralnego miejsca, które jest dość przytulne, jednak można odczuć, że jest trochę ciasno. Brak stolików na zewnątrz, ruchliwa ulica, makarony są własnej roboty, co zdecydowanie zasługuje na pochwałę. Były bardzo smaczne, a carbonara, którą zamówiła moja żona, przypadła jej do gustu. Jednak ja do makaronu dostałem dwa małe kawałki wołowiny , w tym jeden to kość praktycznie bez mięsa, co pozostawiło mnie z uczuciem niedosytu i było porażką kucharza no i moją. Ceny są dosyć wysokie, co sprawia, że trudno mi ocenić restaurację wyżej.Podsumowując, restauracja ma swoje plusy, ale również istotne minusy. Mimo smacznego makaronu i dogodnej lokalizacji, wysokie ceny sprawiają, że nie mogę wystawić najwyższej oceny – jedynie czwórkę. Jeśli jesteś fanem włoskiej kuchni, warto spróbować, ale przygotuj się na pewne ograniczenia i drobne błędy kucharskie.

La atención de primera, todos súper amables y el lugar tiene muy buen ambiente. El problema fue la comida. La FETTUCCINE ALL'AMATRICIANA estaba súper salada para mi gusto. La verdad, los precios me parecieron excesivos para lo que sirvieron. Esperaba muchísimo más por la fama que tiene el sitio. El vino si fue otra experiencia, aunque muy poco para mi sed.

We ordered three different pasta dishes, and unfortunately all of them were extremely salty. When we asked the staff, they explained that their sauces are made mainly with cheese and without adding water, which is why the flavor is stronger. However, for us, the saltiness was overwhelming. By the end, it felt like we were eating pasta mixed with flour and salt. We also ordered a vegetable dish. I’m not sure if the bitterness was intentional or simply the nature of the ingredients, but it was so bitter that I had to drink Coca-Cola with every bite just to finish it. Considering the number of dining options in Milan, I believe there are better choices available. The only highlight of our experience was the staff, who were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. 點了三種不同的義大利麵，結果每一盤都非常鹹。詢問店員後，店員表示因為他們的醬料不加水、主要以起司製作，所以味道會比較重，但對我來說真的已經鹹到難以接受，吃到最後幾乎像是在吃加了大量鹽巴的麵一樣。另外還點了一盤蔬菜，不確定是不是食材本身的特色，但苦味非常明顯，最後只能一邊喝可樂一邊勉強吃完。以米蘭的餐廳選擇來說，我相信還有更好的選擇。唯一值得稱讚的是服務人員非常友善且親切，服務態度很好。 パスタを3種類注文しましたが、残念ながらどれもかなり塩辛かったです。店員さんに尋ねたところ、「ソースには水を加えず、主にチーズを使っているため味が濃くなる」と説明されました。しかし、私たちには塩味が強すぎて、最後の方は塩を混ぜた麺を食べているように感じるほどでした。また、野菜料理も注文しましたが、食材本来の味なのかは分かりませんが、とても苦く、コーラで流し込みながら何とか食べ切りました。ミラノにはたくさんのレストランがあるので、もっと良い選択肢があると思います。ただ、店員さんはとても親切でフレンドリーだったので、その点は良かったです。

For a touristy place it was actually very good. The tiramisu was top! Prices on the higher end. It is worth trying while visiting Milan, not worse than traditional restaurants.

Of the three Fortunata restaurants, hands down the best one is this one. Our waiter Francesco was super helpful and nice. The food came out fast and was as delicious. Having said that, Francesco went above and beyond!

Fantastic handmade pasta! We have been traveling around Tuscany before arriving at Milan. And when we tried this on our first day here, it blew most of our other Italian meals out of the water. We ordered the gnocchi ragu and carbonara, flavours were complex and delicious. Queues started 30min before opening, so be sure to come early and prepared to wait for a seat.

I had a very disappointing experience at Osteria da Fortunata because of one male server’s attitude. First, we were never offered water and he never poured water for us or asked if we wanted any, while every other table around us had water service. Second, we initially tried to order the seasonal dishes from the digital menu because it was in English. He told us they were unavailable with obvious impatience. My friend then pointed to the seasonal dishes on the paper menu instead, and he again said they were unavailable, still acting annoyed the entire time. Third, when the food arrived, his attitude was extremely cold. He just placed the dishes at the corner of the table without any introduction. During the entire meal, he never once checked on us or asked how the food was. Finally, when I politely said “check please,” he impatiently replied “downstairs!” in a rude tone. I was already surprised by his attitude, and he just kept staring at us afterward. What made the experience even worse was seeing him warmly smiling and thanking nearby Italian-speaking customers while treating us completely differently. The food may be good, but the hospitality we received was honestly unacceptable and made us feel unwelcome.

The pasta was very tasty and fresh. It took a little while to prepare, but considering that the place was crowded and the pasta was freshly made, these were definitely tolerable. The tiramisu was one of the best tiramisu I've ever had. In addition to the food, the staff was also very positive and helpful. Everyone who happens to be in Milan should definitely try this place! LUCAS THE BEST!!!
