31/05/2026One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was mediocre at best, overpriced, and arrived lukewarm. However, the biggest issue was the staff. The waiters were incredibly arrogant and dismissive throughout the entire evening. Simple questions were met with attitude, and it felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than guests. The service was slow, mistakes were made with our order, and instead of apologizing, the staff acted as if it was our fault. A restaurant can recover from average food, but poor customer service ruins the entire experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly won’t be returning.

15/05/2026Meh. We came in with high hopes. Sat next to server station continuously being bumped into. Then in the middle of drink order the server walked away. Then after drinks were brought, he took 1 person food order and walked away to take care of someone else again. So we simply chose not to order anything else. He seemed irked we were there in general. There was plenty of open tables. Adding a chair to a 2 top to force a 3 top in the server station wasnt necessary. Having one drink brought and the other 2 having to wait to even order is poor service. Only taking one meal order and abruptly walking away, is poor service. Sounds like you're high standards aren't enforced. The response from the manager is even sub par.

13/04/2026This was our third time visiting this restaurant. Our first two experiences were very pleasant, and the food was always impressive. However, this time we brought family members who had traveled from afar, hoping to let them experience authentic Italian pizza. Unfortunately, what we were served was a pizza with a burnt bottom (while the top was only warm). At first, we thought it might simply be a mistake from the kitchen and wanted to ask if it could be remade. But the waiter’s attitude really shocked us — he insisted rather firmly that “this is how we Italians eat it.” We also explained that we had visited twice before and everything had always been perfect. Fortunately, someone who seemed to be a manager later came over and helped resolve the situation, so we didn’t leave completely disappointed. We understand that it can be difficult to maintain quality during peak tourist seasons, but we hope you will pay more attention to issues like this.

23/03/2026I had a rather disappointing experience at the Sophia Loren restaurant in Milan. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed visibly annoyed that we only wanted to have coffee, which made us feel quite unwelcome. Things didn’t improve much after that. Out of the six items we ordered, two were completely forgotten, and one was prepared incorrectly. To make matters worse, the coffee itself — especially by Italian standards — was surprisingly underwhelming. The only positive note I can mention is that the restroom was clean. Overall, not an experience I would repeat or recommend.

11/03/2026We stumbled across this restaurant while aimlessly venturing around. It’s by far the best pizza I’ve ever had….by far! Sensational quality. The beer was a little expensive, but that’s par for the course in Milan. Service was great, however it seemed a small tip wasn’t enough for our waiter, he seemed a little disappointed. But it didn’t spoil our experience.

03/01/2026We made a reservation for dinner on January 2nd, when we arrived the host was rude, did not even greet us with a “good afternoon”, and just lazily and rudely pointed us in the direction of a table. Once we sat down on the outside part of the restaurant we waited for a VERY long time before a waiter came to take our order (the place was surprisingly empty, only two other tables who had already finished eating). The waiter was also very rude and disinterested in what he whas doing, did not even greet us either, he just bluntly asked “what do you want”, we started telling him our order and he just turned around and started chatting with someone else, without paying any attention to us. After that we decided to leave. Both the host and waiter gave us a terrible experience at the Sophia Loren Restaurant, which we were very excited to be going back to because a few years back had eaten lunch there and really enjoyed the food

15/11/2025Nice decor. Red wine by the glass was a horrible bubbly mixture of wine leftovers. Undrinkable and seemingly dangerous to consume. Sofia loren pizza was tasty but not as advertised- it lacked most of listed toppings. Especially its main attraction - artichokes.

23/05/2026Servizio pessimo. Non capisco per quale motivo abbiamo dovuto pagare 21 euro di servizio, visto che i camerieri sono stati estremamente maleducati. Prima di tutto, non volevamo ordinare da bere perché non consumiamo alcolici. Appena hanno capito che non avremmo ordinato bevande, il loro atteggiamento nei nostri confronti è cambiato completamente in peggio. Non riuscivamo nemmeno a finire di mangiare che ci portavano già via i piatti. Un comportamento davvero irrispettoso. I camerieri stavano davanti al nostro tavolo con le braccia incrociate, facce infastidite, guardandoci mentre mangiavamo. Inoltre parlavano di noi tra di loro. Esperienza davvero terribile.

21/05/2026Von außen macht das Restaurant einen guten Eindruck, auch die Preise scheinen okay. Draußen auf der Terrasse ist es angenehm um zu sitzen. Die Dame, die uns bedient hat, bekommt kein Lächeln über ihre Lippen. Extra wünsche, werden nicht angenommen. (Ich wollte die Spaghetti Carbonara gern mit einer anderen Pastasorte - nein, geht nicht) Die Getränke kamen nach dem Essen. Wasser hatten wir nicht bestellt, aber - schöner Service, dachte ich. Die Rechnung zeigte dann was anderes. Bin mit den örtlichen Gegebenheiten nicht so auf dem aktuellen Stand. Wasser musste ich doch bezahlen 3€ und für Bedienung, Servietten waschen und Besteck 2 mal , sind dann 6 €. Wo bitte war dann mein Löffel, ich drehe gern mein Spaghetti im Löffel. Vielleicht nicht das übliche Verhalten, aber egal.

Zeer matige salade en een vreemd smakende pasta. Tourist traps zijn een bekend fenomeen, helaas dus ook in een gastronomisch wonderland als Italië.

Les pâtes à la sauce tomate étaient délicieuses, pleines de goût, et la pizza était tout aussi excellente. Le service était super sympa, très agréable du début à la fin. Et le tiramisu… un vrai régal, il était parfait ! Je recommande sans hésiter 😊

08/04/2026Wir haben dieses Restaurant per Zufall entdeckt. Sieht schön aus, das ist aber auch das Einzige. Der Service war unfreundlich, die Pizza ohne Mozzarella, nur Tomatensauce. Wasser kam in gebrauchten Glasflaschen mit Leitungswasser. WC ohne Schloss, Spaghetti nicht durch, alles chaotisch mit mehreren Kellnern. Beim Bezahlen keine Reaktion. 4€ pro Person fürs Sitzen – absolute Frechheit. Nie wieder, keinen Cent wert.

04/04/2026Das Restaurant hat insgesamt einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und modern, wir haben auch schnell einen Platz bekommen, obwohl es recht voll war. Das Essen war wirklich super – geschmacklich top und frisch zubereitet. Leider gab es beim Service einige Leerläufe. Wir mussten öfter warten und wurden teilweise etwas ignoriert, was den Gesamteindruck etwas getrübt hat. Die Musik war zudem sehr laut, wodurch es schwierig war, sich normal zu unterhalten. Insgesamt würde ich wegen dem guten Essen wieder kommen, hoffe aber, dass sich der Service noch verbessert.

15/03/2026Esperienza davvero ottima ! La pizza è buonissima, con impasto leggero e ingredienti di qualità. Il locale è accogliente e pulito, perfetto sia per un pranzo che per una cena tranquilla. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e molto attento al servizio. Anche i tempi di attesa sono stati ottimi , tra l’antipasto e la pizza . Sicuramente torneremo, super consigliato!

26/02/2026Siamo capitati per un pranzo veloce: personale gradevole e bella atmosfera. Eravamo in quattro. Non discuto il prezzo — siamo vicino al Duomo, quindi è normale che sia sopra la media. La pizza era buona, ma abbiamo ordinato una ribeye. Nel menù non era indicata né la grammatura né lo spessore, quindi pensavamo venisse servita nel modo classico. Ci chiedono perfino la cottura, ma arriva una fettina di carne alta meno di un centimetro, completamente secca — definirla “suola di scarpa” sarebbe stato quasi un complimento. La mia domanda è: perché proporre un taglio del genere se poi viene servito così? Fate una scaloppina o un piatto che potete lavorare bene mantenendo la qualità. Proporre una carne importante e poi presentarla in quel modo rovina tutto il valore che servizio e atmosfera del locale avevano inizialmente trasmesso.

07/01/2026Это не ресторан, а столовая. Очень шумно, даже когда в зале было мало людей. Обслуживание — ужасное. 1. Аперитив нам не принесли. 2. Заказ у нас был небольшой: моя жена заказала блюдо и попросила принести капучино после еды, также заказала десерт. В итоге: • десерт не принесли; • капучино не принесли вовсе. 3. Еда оказалась плохого качества: • пицца, которую я заказал, была совершенно безвкусной; • в карбонаре вместо нормального бекона — шкварки. • Но окончательно всё испортило то, что с нас пытались взять лишние деньги. Нормальный счёт нам смогли сделать только с третьего раза: 1. Капучино не было, но оно оказалось в чеке. 2. Десерта не было вообще — ни на столе, ни в чеке. 3. Бокал вина Calice Vino Rosso стоит в меню 7 €, а в чеке — 12 €. 4. В меню указано, что Aperol стоит 12 €, а в чеке он оказался 18 €. 5. Персонал, судя по всему, рассчитывал, что мы как туристы просто заплатим и уйдём. Как только они увидели, что мы внимательно проверяем счёт (разница была около 20 €), сотрудники начали избегать нас и полностью игнорировать столик. Итог: Не рекомендую это место. Цены в чеке не соответствуют меню, персонал непрофессиональный, еда и бар — самые обычные. Обычная забегаловка, не стоящая ни денег, ни времени. This is not a restaurant, but rather a canteen. It was extremely noisy, even when there were very few people inside. The service was terrible. 1. We were not served the aperitif. 2. Our order was quite small: my wife ordered a main dish and asked for a cappuccino to be served after the meal, and also ordered a dessert. In the end: • the dessert was never brought; • the cappuccino was not served at all. 3. The food was of very poor quality: • the pizza I ordered was completely tasteless; • the carbonara contained scraps instead of proper bacon or guanciale. What completely ruined the experience was the attempt to overcharge us. We only received a correct bill on the third attempt: 1. The cappuccino was listed on the bill, although it was never served. 2. The dessert did not exist at all — neither on the table nor on the bill. 3. A glass of wine (Calice Vino Rosso) costs €7 on the menu, but €12 on the bill. 4. The menu states that an Aperol costs €12, but we were charged €18. 5. The staff clearly expected us, as tourists, to simply pay and leave. As soon as they noticed that we were carefully checking the bill (the difference was around €20), they started avoiding us and completely ignored our table. Final verdict: I do not recommend this place. Prices on the bill do not match the menu, the staff is unprofessional, and the food and bar are very average. Just a cheap tourist trap, not worth the money or the time.

06/01/2026siamo stati oggi ,abbiamo mangiato un fritto misto, niente di che, degli spaghetti alla carbonara ,collosi. Linguine alle vongole ,che sembrava più Olio, immerso nelle lingune, vongole 7 di numero,che ho anche lasciato, avevano un sapore strano In quanto il personale, la ragazza ,sembrava,fosse stata obbligata a lavorare . Tranne un ragazzo ,lui molto gentile.

01/01/2026Были тут в 31ого декабря, отметили Новый год, Всё было хорошо организовано, еда вкусная. Единственное, что не понравилось, это живая музыка, если оно вообще можно было назвать музыкой. Певица не умела петь вообще, и испортила все песни. Все любимие хиты она испортила как могла, на видео это хорошо слышно.

30/12/2025La nourriture était passable, sans être exceptionnelle, et malheureusement assez chère pour la qualité proposée. Le service, quant à lui, a été catastrophique : non seulement il a été très long (15 minutes pour simplement amener le menu), mais aussi inattentif et apathique. Nous étions deux, et bien que la pizza soit arrivée rapidement après la commande, les pâtes ont mis près de 20 minutes à être servies, au point que mon conjoint avait déjà terminé sa pizza avant que mon plat n’arrive. À part une serveuse qui a brièvement pris soin de nous, le personnel n'était pas très agréable . En résumé, le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas terrible, nous ne reviendrons pas et nous ne recommanderons pas ce restaurant à nos proches de passage à Milan.

30/12/2025Este lugar es una trampa para turistas. El lugar esta muy lleno como si de verdad la comida estuviese buena, pero no es asi. Las pizzas son insípidos, usan verduras enlatadas y no se preocupan por calentarlas bien. Además los meseros te presionan para que te vayas pronto.

29/12/2025Essen war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes – dafür leider recht teuer. Der Service hingegen eine Katastrophe: unaufmerksam, lustlos und teils unfreundlich. Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Kein Anlass für einen erneuten Besuch.

28/12/2025Ich kam als Gast und ging mit dem Gefühl, mich entschuldigen zu müssen, hier gewesen zu sein.. Ich wusste nicht, dass Unfreundlichkeit hier zum Konzept gehört. Das Personal wirkte, als hätte ich persönlich ihren Feierabend ruiniert. Schade, denn der Ort selbst hätte mehr verdient.
