Finally tonight we returned to Bice. Again it was a wonderful experience - beside the excellent food, we would especially like to highlight the very good service of our waiter. He combined everything you are looking for at a night out: good advice provided in a professional, friendly, but secure way, observant and approachable. A charming restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff. The service was excellent, with English menus readily available and thoughtful recommendations provided upon request. Unfortunately, the temperature inside the restaurant was quite warm upon arrival and continued to rise throughout the evening, making it increasingly uncomfortable for our entire party. We did inquire about adjusting the air or using a fan, but this was not accommodated. As a result, we chose to forgo dessert and a nightcap and concluded our evening earlier than planned due to the heat.

I got the impression that this restaurant was more of a place to be seen than a place for truly high-quality cuisine. The tasting dishes were not all equal, some very, very good, like the saffron risotto, others unremarkable, like the pappardelle. Overall, everything was too salty. Service was a little slow but acceptable, the acoustics were dreadful and the restaurant was overheated.

First off, the really good part: the food was incredible. I had the ossobuco with the saffron risotto and it was incredible. The veal melted into my mouth, the marrow was so buttery and flavorful, the risotto was the perfect companion. My waiter was Nicolò and he was extremely polite and helpful and did not make me feel bad for deciding I couldn't possibly fit a dessert after having asked for the dessert menu. The ambience is very traditional, it feels like stepping back in time a few decades. Gorgeous glasses adorning the walls, rich woodwork. It does get loud at times but it is still enjoyable. Now for why I had to take off a star. A hostess is the first impression a restaurant makes on the guest and this hostess gives off a bad one. She was not wearing a name tag, but it was today March 8 at lunch. I had made a reservation online, meaning my name was spelled out in written form. I arrived and after the polite salutations, in Italian, I said my name and that I had a reservation for 1. She repeated back my full name incorrectly, (Mariella Argona) which is fine and normal with an unusual name. I corrected just the surname (Arbona con b non g). She looked at her list and came back with "could it be Maria Rodriguez?". No, no it could not be since that would be a whole different human. She finally found me. Never apologized or even smiled at her confusion and lack of politeness and tact. People with Spanish last names aren't interchangeable. If she has hearing issues perhaps she could ask guests to write down their names. But really it was the attitude that was unacceptable. Hopefully she'll get better, but from what I heard waiting for my coat she is rude to people on the telephone as well. Avoid the hostess, but the food is delicious and deserving of its fame.

We have been long-standing clients of Bice and, over the years, it has always been a reliable choice for us. Every time we are in Milan, we organize dinners with our top clients there, consistently appreciating the quality, atmosphere and overall standard of service. Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing from a management and professionalism standpoint. I personally called to provide a credit card as a guarantee for our reservation and was informed — in an inappropriate tone — that our table had already been given away. The call was then abruptly terminated, without any opportunity for clarification or response. Such conduct does not reflect the level of courtesy and professionalism one expects from a restaurant of this standing and history. The situation was objectively embarrassing and not aligned with the experience we have always associated with Bice.

What an amazing experience and the food is superb. We arrived late due to traffic - no star for Milan’s driving condition…. - the restaurant kindly kept the table for us and informed us that there are others booked the table from 9pm. All is clear and no misunderstanding - really appreciate the transparency. Staff is kind, attentive. Devil lives in the detail: the gentleman served us is using a silver object to point at the menu when he was trying to suggest anything. So his figure is not in your face. This really is a nice touch.

Bice became a tourist restaurant. So their quality has deteriorated a lot. Veal VITELLO ALLA MILANESE was arrived dark brown colour. dry and overcooked or oil used was old. The worst I have ever had. Tables are set so close to each other you can't have any private conversation either.

We had a wonderful meal and experience at Bice Milano. We had been to the one in Palm Beach and NYC. It was great to be able to visit the original Bice. We enjoyed the zucchini flowers and anchovies for appetizers. The tagliolini with porcini mushrooms were amazing. The porcini were so good we ordered a dish of them after. We also had the veal ossobuco with saffron risotto Milanese. For dessert we had the Torta di Mele and a gelatto with macademian nuts. We will definitely be back!

I booked 25/9 on 21:00 and i arrived 10 minutes before they told me to wait for 18 minutes and then when i ordered recived the order after 1 hour and a half and when i asked for the cheque they asked for coverto i said the service was bad i didnt want to pay they insisted and let the manager come and i insisted not to pay coverto altho im going to pay for what i ordered after i paid my bill the manager told me not to come again

We had a dinner reservation at Bica Restaurant, and upon arriving on time, we were promptly seated at a suitable table. We ordered several appetizers, including soup, cheese-stuffed zucchini, and a mini pizza. For the main courses, كI had pasta, veal with mushrooms, veal Milanese, and sea bass — all of which were delicious. The service was very good, and while the prices were somewhat on the higher side, the overall experience was enjoyable. The restaurant is small in size, but definitely worth a visit.

The food is really good. But the staff was quite rude. Their pos did not work, both with mine and my friends card. They freaked out. Instead of switching it off and on, they said their pos worked all the time regularely, in an accusing manner. And one of the staff tried his card, which did not work… obviously we managed to pay. However this attitude is not elegant for a restaurant which has a high customer profile.

You walk into Bice and it feels like Milan before Milan became a showroom. Dim lighting, worn wood, an old-school charm that does not care if you notice. The steak tartare? Clean, sharp, no fluff — just the right texture, the proper chill, like someone back there actually gives a damn. The antipasti come out humble, with no overstyled plating, just real food with flavor that speaks louder than it looks. Service is smooth, like they have done this a thousand times and still somehow care. It is the kind of place you remember not for one thing but for how quietly everything works.

Excellent traditional northern Italian cuisine with great service and a very descent wine list. Walked in without a reservation in the middle of lunch hour on a Saturday, but staff didn't even give any strange look (like some places) and got us a table right away. Definitely the place to be if you treasure food more than decor in a city such as Milan!

Mon mari connaissait déjà depuis environ huit ans. Lors du déjeuner 27-02-26, tout était parfait, notamment grâce à Amber, la fille des propriétaires : chaleureuse, souriante et très professionnelle. Cela nous a donné envie de revenir le lendemain soir. Malheureusement, l’expérience du dîner 28-02-26 a été très décevante. Malgré une réservation à 19h00, le restaurant a ouvert en retard et les clients ont dû attendre dehors. L’ambiance était froide et le service mal organisé. On nous a assuré que nous avions le temps, donc nous avons demandé une deuxième bouteille de vin ,puis on nous a demandé de quitter la table avant 21h00, alors que nous avions encore plus que moitié de notre bouteille de vin !!! Le jeune serveur qui s’est occupé de nous a été extrêmement gentil, respectueux et professionnel. Il ne méritait absolument pas d’être repris et humilié devant les clients par cette femme ( UNE RESPONSABLE !!!!!!), qui a été très impolie et totalement non professionnelle. Cette situation nous a vraiment fait de la peine et nous a profondément déçus. C’est vraiment dommage pour un établissement avec du potentiel, mais ce genre de comportement est inacceptable. Ça gâche vraiment tout la qualité de nourriture et l’ancienneté de cette belle maison ……

Das Ambiente ist stilvoll, klassisch und dennoch angenehm lebendig – genau so, wie man sich ein erstklassiges Restaurant im Herzen von Mailand vorstellt. Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, professionell und gleichzeitig wunderbar persönlich. Man fühlt sich nicht einfach wie ein Gast, sondern wie jemand, der wirklich willkommen ist. Jede Empfehlung – ob Speisen oder Getränke – war perfekt auf den Punkt und mit echter Leidenschaft erklärt. Kulinarisch war das Bice ein echtes Erlebnis. Die Qualität der Zutaten, die perfekte Zubereitung und der authentische Geschmack der italienischen Küche sind schlicht herausragend. Von den Vorspeisen über die Pasta bis hin zum Dessert war jedes Gericht harmonisch abgestimmt, geschmacklich tief und gleichzeitig elegant. Man schmeckt sofort, dass hier mit Erfahrung, Respekt vor der Tradition und großer Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Konstanz auf höchstem Niveau: kein Gericht, kein Moment ließ nach – alles war stimmig, hochwertig und absolut genussvoll. Dopo molti anni mi sono concesso un pranzetto in questo locale storico che compie ben 100 anni nel 2026 ! Piccola entrata e buona accoglienza. I tavoli sono piccoli e molto vicini tra loro. Buona scelta di piatti di carne e pesce. I miei rigatoni al ragù erano al dente ottimi nel gusto. Il filetto buono, ma cottura sbagliata. Patate arrosto piccole, buone, ma davvero poche, ne ho contate 6. Buono il servizio, ma l’ambiente è davvero rumoroso. Prezzi alti, ma non troppo

Nous avons bien mangé le risotto au safran qui était délicieux. Je ne mettrai pas 5 étoiles car le prix des antipasti (plus de 25€ pour une entrée) et entre 16-30€ le verre de vin est trop élevé, vraiment. Le reste rien à redire.

現地の方も通う人気レストランです。 味は文句なし。 観光客なら、ミラノリゾットとミラノカツレツ辺りを注文しておけば問題ないでしょう。 英語が話せる陽気な男の店員さんは素晴らしい対応でした。 ただ、それ以外の女性2人、男性1人は、私たちがカジュアルな風貌だったからか、それとも私たちがアジア人だったから分かりませんが、対応が酷かったです。特に、男性の人。目も合わせない（目が合ったと思っても無視）、声も小さい、何もしてくれない。 店員が見た目で客を品定めしている時点で、そういうレベルの店だと思います。
