31/05/2026Sono finito in questo ristorante non proprio per caso, me lo hanno consigliato ad una cena tra amici. Che dire, atmosfera tranquilla, la musica di sottofondo molto bella, non troppo invadente, cibo e drink ottimi. Un plauso speciale a Francesco, il cameriere, gentile, preparato e soprattutto simpatico. Consigliatissimo!!!

25/05/2026Ottimo per aperitivo, ma la nostra esperienza al ristorante Moebius sperimentale (menu terra/mare) non ha soddisfatto appieno le nostre aspettative. Gli ingredienti in alcuni piatti sembravano scollegati tra loro. Alcuni piatti non avevano neanche una presentazione adeguata, non invogliavano proprio. La cameriera gentile, ma chiedeva "come sta andando?" E se ne andava senza neanche attendere la risposta. Un po' approssimativo, per la nostra esperienza stella non meritata. Menzione d'onore allo chef gentile e disponibile.

17/04/2026Locale molto bello, location veramente unica nel suo genere e curata nel dettaglio. Qualità nei cocktail assoluta ma prezzo e quantità da rivedere. Il cibo sicuramente di alto livello, non ha sempre soddisfatto le mie aspettative. Consiglio comunque per la bellezza del locale ed il servizio curato ed attento.

16/04/2026Il ristorante al piano superiore è molto carino, raccolto e silenzioso, perfetto per una cena rilassata. Il menù si presenta come ‘sperimentale’… ma neppure così tanto; comunque buono. Servizio buono, anche se a tratti un po’ invadente (non date per scontato che se due persone sono a cena insieme allora sono una coppia; comunque ci avete fatto sorridere!). Drink davvero molto buoni!

03/04/2026Siamo stati ieri sera in questo ristorante per festeggiare il mio compleanno. È stato tutto perfetto dall’inizio alla fine, ho apprezzato molto l’interazione con i clienti. Il cibo era veramente eccellente. I dolci erano sicuramente un pezzo forte, ben studiati, non facili da trovare altrove.

Di passaggio a Milano mi sono fermato da Moebius senza grandi aspettative un pochino di fame e voglia di una birretta e invece è stata una gran bella sorpresa. Domenica sera con musica dal vivo, un po’ di gente ma senza caos, atmosfera rilassata e davvero piacevole. La ragazza che mi ha servito era velocissima e senza fronzoli, si vede che sono abituati ai numeri più intensi. Ho mangiato molto bene una tartare di tonno e ho scoperto anche una birra che non conoscevo, la Noam: in bottiglia, leggera ed equilibrata, davvero un'ottima birra tedesca. Insomma, una sosta casuale che si è rivelata decisamente azzeccata. Milano ogni tanto sa sorprenderti così.

13/03/2026Locale molto piccolo con 6 posti al bancone di fronte alla cucina e 2 tavoli da 4 persone. È al piano sopra del tapas bistrot. Servizio simpatico , giovane e impeccabile. Io ho scelto il menù terra, che ho molto apprezzato. Tutto ottimo. Agnolotti di ossobuco e capriolo al lardo incredibili. Come i due dolci finali. Vini al calice consigliati dalla sommelier fantastici. Tornerei molto volentieri.

08/03/2026Prenotazione alle 19:15, arrivo alle 19:30. Fin dall’inizio la serata è stata condizionata dal tempo: mi viene detto che, se mi fossi trattenuto oltre le 21:00, avrei dovuto ordinare anche alla carta. Accetto, consumo infatti come fosse una cena e spendo circa 120 euro. Quando sto per ordinare il dolce, la cameriera mi dice chiaramente: “ha finito il tempo a disposizione”. In pratica sono stato cacciato. Bastavano 10 minuti di pazienza, invece il trattamento è stato frettoloso, sgarbato e ha rovinato completamente l’esperienza.

22/02/2026Ho festeggiato qui il mio 30° compleanno con una cena per un gruppo numeroso (circa 20 persone) e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente, dall’organizzazione alla serata. Fin dai primi contatti via mail, lo staff è stato chiarissimo, disponibile e super reattivo: ogni richiesta, variazione di numero o dubbio è stato gestito in modo rapido e professionale, con informazioni sempre complete e precise. L’organizzazione della cena e del menù di gruppo è stata seguita con grande attenzione, comprese le preferenze, le esigenze particolari e la gestione della torta. Tutto è stato coordinato in modo impeccabile, senza stress né sorprese. Il servizio in sala è stato davvero il punto di forza: attento, cordiale, preciso e sempre presente, pur senza mai essere invadente. Gestire un gruppo così grande non è scontato, e invece è andato tutto liscio. Anche il menù è stato molto buono e ben curato, in linea con il tipo di proposta del locale. Una cucina di qualità, coerente con l’esperienza complessiva e con un ottimo rapporto tra atmosfera, servizio e proposta gastronomica. Serata riuscitissima e grande cura per il cliente. Consigliatissimo per eventi importanti e occasioni speciali. Grazie ancora a tutto il team di Moebius Milano, tornerò sicuramente

14/02/2026Oggi abbiamo cenato con mio marito da Moebius Milano Tapa Bistrot. Tavolo prenotato con due settimane di anticipo. Aspetti positivi: cucina raffinata e di qualità. La tartare era davvero ottima. Piatti ben presentati e sapori equilibrati. Aspetti negativi: il tavolo era appiccicoso. Il servizio è stato lento. Il cocktail richiesto in stile Bloody Mary era composto quasi esclusivamente da succo di carota con un po’ di salsa piccante. Inoltre, quando il cameriere è venuto a ritirare il bicchiere, lo ha rovesciato su di me e non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna scusa da parte del locale. La cucina merita, ma il servizio e l’attenzione al cliente devono migliorare. Valutazione: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆

Non dirmi di lasciare il tavolo perché prenotato per le 20.30 (tra ‘altro 15 minuti prima delle 20.30), oppure spostare tutto e andare in un'altro tavolo per consumare le ultime 2 portate. Mai successo prima, sicuramente non da Guida Michelin. Ottllmo cibo e ambiente, ma questa cosa fa letteralmente precipitare il giudizio finale. Non siamo in un carro buoi, e nemmeno in un fast food low cost. Inaccettabile

11/12/2025Posto bello, certo, financo modaiolo, con cucina allo stesso (alto, davvero) livello…ma quello che sorprende, specie oggi, è lo staff di sala: giovani, educati, alla mano, sorridenti, preparati. In una parola, professionali, cosa che oggi non è affatto scontata e che purtroppo pochi capiscono essere uno degli elementi che fa la differenza. Complimenti a chi li coordina e, soprattutto, a loro.

30/05/2026Great drinks - unique cocktails that don’t taste liquor forward but are strong. Food was unique and excellent. It’s à la carte so it’s tapas style like appetizers. Doesn’t feel like a formal restaurant. The corn tostada was my favorite and tasted straight out of Mexico. Meatballs were good and moist. The octopus burrito was unique; I got the squid pasta with it and it was a bit heavy on seafood for me. Doesn’t feel formal like a Michelin 1 Star and much more casual, which is what I like. Don’t expect a 3 hour sit down with prefixe. Chill spot.

We stopped in for a drink and cicchetti, both the food and drinks were excellent, as was the service, the wait staff took time to explain the specialties, they were all friendly and attentive. The décor is clean, modern, and comfortable. Smooth jazz plays in the background, not loud but very nice. We already had plans for the evening or we would have certainly stayed for dinner.

25/05/2026We hebben geluk gehad, we hadden niet gereserveerd, maar kregen toch een tafel. Onze ober, Francesco, sprak meerdere talen, waaronder ook Frans, hij had dan ook een deel van zijn ervaring/training in Brussel gehad. Dikke merci Francesco!! Heerlijke tapas, zalige maaltijdschotels, de cocktailbar is een echte show, voeg daar een sfeervolle locatie aan toe en live musical … en je hebt meer dan ingrediënten genoeg voor een zeer mooie avond.

24/05/2026Just stopped in for a drink and was blown away. Cool place and great drinks. I didn’t eat here, but I saw what others had and it looked great. I had the Tom Yaw punch - the photo doesn’t do it justice. The architecture and layout is must see.

11/05/2026סעדנו ארבעה בביסטרו. הארוחה היתה יוצאת מן הכלל. השירות היה מהיר, יעיל ונעים, האווירה היתה נעימה, והעיקר - המנות היו מקוריות וטעימות במיוחד. בת זוגי ואני הזמנו 4 מנות ראשונות, מה שהספיק כדי לשבוע וגם איפשר לנו לטעום מנות שונות. המלצה חמה במיוחד על מנת בריוש הפלפלים ועל מנת הארנצ׳יני, שהיו מבריקות. ביחד עם קינוח, בירה, וקוקטייל אחד, העלות היתה 50 אירו לאדם. תמורה מעולה לכסף!

05/05/2026Fuimos mi pareja y yo el sábado por segunda vez y la experiencia fue todavía mejor de lo que recordábamos. Desde el primer momento el servicio es impecable, todos los empleados sonríen y saludan, y en todo momento están pendientes de si necesitas algo, incluso cuando se llena el local. Tuvimos la suerte de conocer a Fabrizio, un bartender muy simpático y cercano, que nos supo aconsejar y nos sorprendió con cada cocktail. Además, conocimos a Giuseppe, quien nos dio un pequeño tour del local y nos explicó datos muy interesantes en español :) volveremos cada vez que vayamos a Milán porque vale la pena y nos encanta. ¡Gracias a todo el personal!

When you get there, and all your expectations are surpassed, you know the ranking is well deserved and earned every night with each customer. Chef de Cusine Enrico Croatti, the management team, servers, bartenders and back-of-house team are presenting a very special experience to guests. All the boxes are checked for great customer service from the minute you walk in to your final arrivederci. We went for aperitivo at the Tapa Bistrot. and tried an Italian favorite Negroni Sbagliato and a specialty cocktail, the Tzatiiki Highball off their craft cocktail menu. We paired our drinks with two Antipasti choices, the Tartare di Tonno and the Carne Cruda su Foccacia. In addition, Moebius provides aperitivo guests with several complimentary snacks including olives, almonds and two bites atipasti bites - a tomato croquette and a mixed green canape. Yes, I was in food heaven. Great way to kick off the trip! The place is hip, but not pretentious. If you have a night free when visiting the city, go for aperitivo, it starts at 6 pm. I promise you will have a very memorable experience.

24/03/2026시간이 애매해서 라스트오더 시간 확인하려고 전화했는데 영어로 말 걸자마자 안들린다고 내게 영어로 말하고 내 말에 대답조차 안하다가 들리냐는 말에 가게 소음만 들리고 대답 안함. 내가 무슨 말을 걸어도 아무 응답 없어서 끊고 다시 전화했더니 의도적인 건지 모르겠지만 계속 통화중으로 나옴. 홈피보니 미슐랭 원스타도 받은 것 같던데 서비스가 왜 이런지 모르겠음ㅋ

While the upstairs Michelin-starred experience gets plenty of reviews, the downstairs bistro is just as good. From the moment I walked through the door, the tone was set. The host greeted me with genuine warmth, handing over a scan menu and logging me onto WiFi immediately and offering a choice between a table or a seat at the bar. I opted for the bar, which turned out to be the best seat in the house. The service here is seamless. Ivan, Andrea, and Yade are a powerhouse team and hand-down great at what they do — professional, engaging, and incredibly friendly, you can tell this is more than a job to them, they care that you have a great time and enjoy yourself . Before I even placed an order, I was served my choice of water and treated to a series of complimentary "welcome bites": Prosciutto and cheese on Focaccia that was perfectly salty and airy with a delightfully rounded taste, And a Mini Lardo Taco that was a delightful, creative surprise to kick off the meal. The menu is inventive and executed with precision. I ordered the Vesuvius Pasta with Amatriciana—the presentation was spot on, and the flavors were deeply satisfying. While the pasta was alienate and full of flavor, I’m already planning my return trip specifically to try the Spaghetti with Jerusalem artichoke, Scallop, and Bottarga. To top it all off, the staff provided salted almonds to snack on as I finished my drink, which was a thoughtful touch that kept the conversation flowing. The ambiance is classy, adorable, and distinctly upscale, yet it never feels stuffy. Despite the high-end feel and the beautifully crafted cocktails and food, the prices remain very reasonable for the quality of the experience. Bottom line, if your solo or here in a group, you will love the vibe, and the service will be excellent, especially if you’re at the bar. And if you’re here for the "secret" Michelin tasting or just a casual drink and eats, the staff at Moebius will make you feel like a regular and be attentive no matter which place you dine. Highly recommended!

18/03/2026We ordered a Bergamot Margarita and a Chestnut Rob Roy which were both good. And a snack of homemade brioche with 4 cheese and fig which was exceptionally delicious. It would be perfect if the brioche could be slightly toasted. But of course it was already very tasty. All the staffs were very friendly, attentive and passionate. After checking the bill, we were given a little tour around the house and it’s fabulous to see and get to know more about this amazing restaurant. Love the hundreds years old olive tree right in the middle of the place and the hanging space for sure, perfect venue for an intimate yet sophisticated dinner party. It was our last night in Europe and the whole experience brought a beautiful end to the journey. Would definitely love to visit again if we were in town. Btw, we were told that they would be having a collaboration with another cocktail bar in Hong Kong named the Darkside on 24/3 and we are going for sure! Tutti ragazzi sono bellissimi!! 19/02/2026En italiensk restaurang som stiger ur sin comfort zone och inte förlitar sig på kända rätter från Lombardia.Vilken fullträff trots att kanske maten var det svagaste kortet i besöket. Rosas ska från värdinnor vid hovmästaren pulpeten till runners i bar och servis.Enastående följsamma och uppmärksamma, sällan man ser en så vältajmad servis.Ingen stort fan av WR koder, men här har man onekligen gjort ett bra jobb. Inredning och ambiance är framgångsfaktorer. Som drop in gäst erbjöds jag bord för en timme, vilket är rimligt för en snabb middag, fick göra ett begränsat urval.Påpasslig och snabb servitris gjorde att vi höll tidsramen.Tuna tartar med äpple,örter, ingefära och pistasch får beröm för sin fräschör, dock lite nedtonad i smak.Burritis med fläsk och guacamole var mer intetsägande och var inte i nivå med en enkel mexikansk snabbmatsrestaurang. Bra drinklista och vinlista som fick en att vilja botanisera länge.En restaurang som skulle kunna ligga i vilken metropol som helst utan att behöva skämmas.Även om sittkomforten var sådär kan man inte annat än jubla över det smakfulla möblemanget.Garanterat återbesök, väl tillbaka i Milano.

18/02/2026Очень стильное и атмосферное место. Коктейли и вино понравились. Закуски - невкусные, попробовали почти все. Возможно не то выбрали, и нужно было главное блюдо брать. Все-таки за сетом блюд еще хочется вернуться Но девушка на ресепшн была довольно груба со мной. Снимаю за это звезду. Неприятный разговор вышел на английском, даже хамский. Пока не пришла моя подруга, которая говорит на итальянском и все решилось и столик нашелся

Mais cette fois ci je tiens à remercier personnellement Claudio et son service incroyable ! Au petit soins avec nous toutes la soirée ! Nous a aider dans le choix de la bouteille de vin ! 06/02/2026We had a wonderful dinner at Mœbius in Milan. A place where food, drinks, service, and design come together beautifully. To start, we shared several dishes: Tartare di tonno with apple, herbs, ginger, and pistachio; veal meatballs with coconut milk and cardoncelli mushrooms; and the grilled pork burrito with guacamole. All were delicious, well presented, and full of balanced, thoughtful flavors. For the mains, we ordered the gnocchi with Taleggio fonduta, five peppers, butternut squash, thyme, and fried sage, as well as a classic Pasta Vesuvio all’Amatriciana. Both dishes were excellent… comforting yet refined, with great depth of flavor. As a Negroni lover, I couldn’t resist trying their Winter Melon Negroni (Bulldog Gin, Campari, Vermouth del Professore, balsamic vinegar, winter melon, and feta). It was simply grand… creative, bold, and perfectly executed. A special mention to Tamara, who looked after our table. She was fantastic… warm, professional, and genuinely engaging, with an infectious smile that made the evening even more memorable. Add to this the beautifully designed space, and you have a truly perfect spot for a night out in Milan. Highly recommended.

01/02/2026Hard to post a negative review here - unusual that my honest reviews do not go through on Google but this one seems to police very hard to keep reviews good. Our experience dining at the tapas bistrot was a disappointment. Food was tasteless or simply tasted of salt and nothing else. The lackluster selection of uncreative "tapas" made us order 1) a kind of pork burrito, 2) tuna tartare and 3) croquetes of black squid. 1 tasted of salt only and was immensely worse as a burrito than any other burrito we've ever tasted. 2 was your standard sesame topped tuna sashimi in a light lemon-wasabi liquid, this was okay but very much overpriced. 3 was tasting of old fat and literally nothing else - the black squid inside gives a nice show effect of black mass pouring out once you cut into the crust but honestly, this was way worse than any hotdog or corn dog or whatever you may buy on a street stand in any major city. We're surprised at how anyone can recommend this restaurant. Drinks were watered down and less than classic with ice cubes the size of a building masking the tiny cocktail portions. Our waitress was very friendly and tried to help where she could. The receptionists did not have a place ready at the time of our booking and her colleague simply walked through us in the lobby, hitting my wife with the door without apology and just ran off when I confronted him. If you value good food, or an atmosphere that differs from your local train station, or fair prices, or good cocktails, stay clear of this tourist trap cash grab setup - there are lots of good restaurants in Milan, this is not one of them. It is show only.

14/01/2026I stumbled upon this place and sat at the bar as a party of one. The staff greeted me immediately and made me feel welcome. I had the Tangerine Picante and Bergamot Margarita, both absolutely delicious, along with a glass of the Gewurztraminer white wine. For food, I tried the Pasta Vesuvio all’Amatriciana, and it was just as impressive as the drinks. The bartender, Fabrizio, made excellent recommendations. Later, I learned this is ranked the 7th best bar in the world, and it absolutely deserves that recognition. Every detail is thoughtfully executed. Can’t wait to return. Grazie mille!
