03/05/2026Ho ordinato un iced dirty chai, ma era praticamente imbevibile. Non era una questione di gusto personale: bevo chai da anni e so bene cosa aspettarmi. In questo caso sembrava ci fosse finita dentro una quantità esagerata di polvere di chai, davvero troppa. Il risultato era pesante, denso e completamente sbilanciato. Avrei potuto farlo presente al personale, ma ero già uscita e non avevo voglia di rientrare per discutere. Alla fine ho bevuto solo un paio di sorsi e poi l’ho buttato. Considerando il prezzo, è stato davvero un peccato: soldi spesi male. Spero sia stato solo un caso isolato, ma per ora non mi sento di consigliarlo.

01/03/2026Nuovissimo cafe' un po' francese per i suoi croissant sia dolci che salati e un po' giapponese perche' offre bevande tipiche come il Matcha, il mio croissant con crema alle noci era perfetto e molto gustoso, la location e' informale e moderna ma piccola tavoli anche all' esterno bene il personale.

27/02/2026Piccolo bar all’interno di un palazzo in una delle Piazze più belle di Milano, a pochi passi dal Duomo e da Cadorna. Personale gentilissimo, prodotti di pasticceria fantastici, in assoluto una delle migliori brioches provate! Qualità eccezionale ! Provare per credere!

26/01/2026Siamo andate da Café Kitsuné per prendere due matcha con ghiaccio e un espresso. Entrambi i matcha sono stati serviti caldi. Quando mia sorella lo ha fatto notare con educazione, le è stato risposto che li aveva ordinati caldi, cosa non vera. Era il turno delle 12:00 e la persona che ci ha servito e che stava lavorando alla cassa ha poi commentato la situazione con un collega insultando mia sorella . Un comportamento assolutamente inaccettabile e poco professionale. Un errore può capitare, ma il modo in cui è stato gestito — con arroganza e mancanza di rispetto — è stato molto deludente, soprattutto per un locale di questo livello. Esperienza negativa a causa del comportamento del personale.

02/01/2026Il posto è bello e il caffè è buono, ma purtroppo c’è un po’ di discriminazione nel modo di trattare gli arabi, o forse i musulmani. Questo non è accettabile e non ce n’è alcun motivo. Dovrebbero mostrare rispetto, perché noi li rispettiamo nel nostro Paese.

19/12/2025Coffee shop in pieno centro, luminoso e curato, con posti sia dentro(molto limitati e stretti), che fuori(tavolini da 2). I ragazzi molto gentili ed efficienti: tutto pronto in pochissimo! Tanta selezione nella caffetteria e pasticceria: il loro matcha latte, piuttosto popolare, é ottimo. Hanno tanti dolci, tra cui croissant, carrot cake, biscotti, cruffin, e un paio di proposte salate(croissant salati ecc) Prezzi leggermente alti, considerata la posizione.(matcha latte €7/8, croissant farcito €3,50) Per una colazione o merenda pomeridiana in compagnia, ottimo posto e comodo☺️

02/12/2025Una pausa caffè da Café Kitsuné ha sempre qualcosa di speciale. Il locale è super curato, minimal e trendy, con quell’atmosfera internazionale che ti fa sentire per un attimo a Parigi o Tokyo. Ottime le bevande, molto buoni anche i dolci: sfiziosi, curatissimi e perfetti per una coccola durante la giornata (la lemon tart è una bomba). Il personale è gentilissimo: ogni volta mi trattano davvero bene, e questo rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Sono sempre contentissimo di tornarci. Un indirizzo ideale per una colazione carina, un po’ “place to be” ma pienamente meritato!

25/10/2025Locale molto piccolo, con pochissimi posti a sedere, ma curato e accogliente. Ottimo il matcha latte e buono anche il brownie al matcha. Un nuovo posto in centro da tenere d’occhio per una colazione diversa dal solito. Prezzi un po’ alti, ma l’esperienza nel complesso è piacevole.

20/10/2025⚠️ Attenzione: nelle recensioni compaiono foto di una grande sala con tavoli e un lampadario, ma quelle immagini non appartengono al Kitsune Café — si riferiscono invece alla Pasticceria Gioia. Il Kitsune Café è in realtà un locale molto piccolo, senza spazio nemmeno per sedersi in tre persone. Inoltre, quando siamo arrivati (alle 14:00), il bancone era completamente vuoto, quindi non è stato possibile neanche ordinare qualcosa d’asporto.

15/10/2025Esperienza negativa su tutti i fronti. Caffè carissimo senza motivo che lo sia. Non puoi fare pagare 1,80 un caffè veramente orribile. Fosse stato buono, allora forse e dico forse l'avrei giustificato. Non hanno un bagno. Ma i banchi con gli sgabelli e quindi devi averlo. Mai più

01/05/2026I usually have the strawberry matcha which is decent, but insanely overpriced for premade matcha! Today I decided to try the Sakura matcha and it was inedible. It felt like we were drinking syrup. We had to throw it out after one sip and it costed 8.50 euros. Do not get the Sakura matcha!!

08/02/2026Decided to try a strawberry matcha latte for 7 euros... The "strawberry" ended up just being a teaspoon of syrup at the bottom of the cup, didn't even taste it in the end. The drink itself was also half ice cubes. I'm disappointed and feel ripped off, the cappuccino was good though so 2 stars.

25/01/2026During our trip to Milan, we had the best pastries at Kitsuné. Everything tasted amazing, so much so that we decided to take some pastries back home with us. The staff member was incredibly kind and helpful. She carefully stored and packed everything for us and even surprised us with a small gift, which made the experience extra special. Overall, a top-notch experience with outstanding pastries and the best staff ever. Highly recommended when visiting Milan!

17/01/2026I ordered a hot chocolate. First it wasn’t hot, so I asked for it hotter. Then it didn’t taste like chocolate, so I went back. The staff were helpful and remade it but it still didn’t taste like hot chocolate more like hazelnut. If you can’t make a proper hot chocolate consistently, it shouldn’t be on the menu

26/12/2025Café Kitsuné Milano has a very tempting location, just a short walk from the Duomo, which makes it an easy and attractive stop while exploring the city. The coffee is okay — not exceptional, but solid enough to enjoy. What really stands out is the vibe: relaxed, and very pleasant to sit in for a while. Overall, it’s a great spot for the atmosphere and location, even if the coffee itself doesn’t steal the show.

06/12/2025Prices are reasonable, and the pain au chocolat is delicious, as is the cappuccino. However, the space is really small, so I would only recommend it for takeout. What puzzled me the most is that there’s no restroom. In a place that serves food and drinks, this seems quite unusual, and honestly, I wonder how it’s possible that one isn’t provided.

27/11/2025Run away from here. Overpriced food and drink. The plumcake was disgusting and even the tea was served extremely hot, therefore, we burnt our tongues. Tiny space to sit. It shouldn’t be this expensive. Even the servers didn’t have the service mind. Very unpleasant and unkind. 0 out of 10 cafe. No reason to go here.

11/10/2025I enjoyed the matcha croissant and coconut latte. The matcha filling was the right amount, it was light and flaky complimented the coconut latte well. Plus the lamination, of the croissant was amazing. I experienced a friendly service. The only let down was how small the cafe was.
