Desidero lasciare un feedback in merito alla mia recente esperienza presso il vostro ristorante, riscontrando un forte contrasto tra la cucina e la gestione della sala: La Cucina (Positiva): Sul cibo nulla da ridire. Piatti buoni, di qualità e tutto assolutamente a posto dal punto di vista gastronomico. Il Servizio (Inaccettabile): Nota decisamente negativa per l'atteggiamento del personale di sala. C'è stata una fretta e una pressione insostenibili: i camerieri hanno iniziato a sparecchiare e a togliere i piatti dal tavolo quando erano ancora pieni a metà, trasmettendo chiaramente la sensazione di volerci "levare di torno" il prima possibile per liberare il tavolo. Il cibo merita, ma un servizio così sbrigativo e pressante rovina completamente l'esperienza del cliente. Consiglio vivamente alla gestione di rivedere i modi del personale di sala: la fretta di liberare i tavoli non giustifica la maleducazione di togliere il cibo da sotto il naso a chi sta ancora consumando il proprio pasto.

Buona materia prima. Piatti interessanti. Spazi adeguati. Prezzo corretto. Unica pecca il servizio: cameriere totalmente assente e disinteressato al cliente. Eravamo in 2 e solo per citare alcuni episodi: ha dimenticato di portare 1 aperitivo, si è scordato una ordinazione e l'uscita dei piatti è stata casuale, senza ne rispettare l'ordine di prenotazione, ne il fatto di far mangiare assieme i commensali. Per ordinare una seconda bottiglia d'acqua ho dovuto richiederla 3 volte, che alla fine è arrivata poco prima del conto.

Pesce buono buono, anche qualcosa di più. Sul servizio non mi sono trovato bene, sarà che non sono internazionale ma 2-3 camerieri che ti fissano per quasi tutta la cena e che ti seguono per le mance non mi fa sentire a mio agio, in generale l’ambiente è poco intimo. È bello, pulito, tenuto bene e sono tutti gentili ma gli manca un po di cuore. Il ristoratore e la sua famiglia che ti accoglie e ti accompagna per la serata non potrà mai essere come un gruppo numeroso di dipendenti.

En revanche, j’ai eu un véritable coup de cœur pour Mama Rosa. Nous avons été servis par Imane, une serveuse absolument merveilleuse, souriante, attentionnée et très professionnelle. Elle a apporté une touche de charme et d’élégance à notre soirée grâce à son excellent service. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, conviviale et raffinée. Le cadre est magnifique, très chic, tout en restant accueillant. La cuisine est excellente, avec un large choix de plats pour tous les goûts. Les produits sont de qualité, les saveurs sont au rendez-vous et la présentation des assiettes est digne d’un restaurant gastronomique. Quant aux desserts, ils sont tout simplement incroyables ! Même après un repas copieux, ils donnent envie de tout goûter. Si vous êtes à Milan et que vous cherchez un restaurant où passer un excellent moment dans un cadre élégant avec une cuisine savoureuse et un service irréprochable, je vous recommande vivement Mama Rosa. As soon as you sat down you are offered a complimentary drink. Soon after a complimentary appetiser. The pasta is made on the premises and was outstanding. We had a delightful salad to compliment the meal. After finishing our meal we were offered complimentary biscotti. Great service, great atmosphere a really enjoyable meal.

We googled this restaurant as we wanted seafood Italian style! We arrived and got a table without a reservation. The bread basket was already on our table with a bottle of olive oil (no balsamic) and we were immediately unsure where to put the oil for our bread - pour it into the basket? We received a small amuse-bouche which was a deconstructed bruschetta so we used the empty bowl to pour the oil. The bread tasted stale and we ate very little. We ordered 2 glasses of wine of different varieties and immediately got attitude from our middle aged male waiter who did not make us feel welcome at all. My partner had a starter which was a steam octopus, potatoes and olives. It took a while for him to warm to the dish but seemed to appreciate it despite it lacking flavor but elements were cooked well. I ordered a monk fish with potatoes, cherry tomatoes & olives which came with a strange streak of violet potato. This dish was disjointed and somewhat bland. I ate about a third and gave up. Disappointing. My partner had the spaghetti vingole which he enjoyed. Our accompanying steamed veggies were fine if not overly creative or exciting. $100 Euro later (AU$163) we were standing in the pavement outside lamenting we didn’t just get pizza. Between the arrogance of our waiter and inconsistency in the food and the overall discomfort we felt - it was not the experience we were hoping for - other couples nearby though seemed to enjoy their food.

We came to the restaurant twice. First time we were seated in the ground floor and the waiter was excellent. 2nd time we were seated in the basement and the waiter was bad. There were such a major difference in the waiters that I had never experienced elsewhere. I don’t normally care about service too much but this is such a big issue there. A few things about the waiter downstairs: He couldn’t speak English well and communicate with us He took away our olive oil without asking He couldn’t explain the manu we ordered well. We ended losing an item because of him His hand touched our forks the parts that we used to eat when he came cleaning Would not recommend having seats downstairs The restaurant needs to do something about it

Good food but really bad service and attitude!!! Milano is our last stop and we have been negatively impressed by this restaurant. As foreign travellers, we had a nice meal here until we encountered extremely unprofessional service from a middle-aged waiter. After we finished our meal and my partner stepped away for a moment, this waiter came over unnecessarily commenting on my leftover food. He clearly tried to pressure me for a tip with a patronizing, lecturing tone, saying tips were not mandatory but strongly expected. He even rudely asked where my partner was and whether he had left. When I was still checking local tipping etiquette, he abruptly brought the POS machine straight to my table and asked me to pay on the spot. The whole experience was ruined by his intrusive, pushy and disrespectful attitude. This kind of service is totally unacceptable for a local osteria. We do not recommend it to any traveller.

Thanks for having us as your guests. This was a full introduction to entire italy. Amazing Service, absolutely delicious food for an affortable price. Free Prosecco and Limoncello and an amazing tablet of dessert for Individual choice. We were seated without reservation in the basement but fully crowded, that is what italy stands for! One of the best restaurants in Milan in my opinion, especially if you’re craving seafood. We started with an excellent shrimp and tuna tartare, fresh, delicate, and full of flavor. For the main course, the crab pasta and the lobster pasta were both perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. The service was fast, courteous, and genuinely kind, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Out of all the restaurants I tried in Milan, this is the only one I would truly recommend. I don’t leave reviews, but I wanted to express my gratitude to our server, Mr. Domenico. I highly recommend the T-bone steak, and all the pasta dishes were delicious as well. Be sure to ask your server for a wine recommendation within your budget—the flavors were far richer and more impressive than what I’ve experienced in South Korea.

Wow what a great restaurant. Seba was our waiter and was fantastic. Offered a wine tour of the wine cellar and had several good recommendations. He suggested sharing a large salt encrusted sea bass with asparagus. It was amazing. If you are looking for very very nice restaurant this is the one for that special occasion.

Surpresa na Itália. Indicado pelo nosso hotel, fomos ao restaurante Mamma Rosa. Iniciamos e terminamos nossas férias por Milão. A surpresa é que nosso primeiro dia, fomos a este restaurante através do "Google maps". Mas não gravamos o nome do restaurante. Quando então no retorno a Milão, na nossa última noite na Itália, constatamos ser o mesmo! Comida, atendimento, ambiente, preços justos... um charme!! Excelente!!! Teremos boas recordações, e mais esta historinha para ilustrar nossa viagem!!

이탈리아에서 먹은 음식 1등입니다. 특히 티본스테이크는 진짜… 한국에서 먹어보지 못한 맛 입니다. 스테이크 그릇이 뜨거워 절반 정도 먹어도 따뜻하게 먹을 수 있는데 이건 식어도 너무 부드럽고 맛있어요. 두명이서 티본스테이크, 봉골레 파스타 하니 양이 꽤 많았지만 평소 고기 안 좋아하는 저도 스테이크는 안 남기고 다 먹고 나왔습니다👍🏼 다만 봉골레 파스타에서 조개 껍질이 작게 자주 나와 그 부분 빼고 다 좋았어요~ 웨이터분께서 음식에 맞게 추천해주신 와인도 체고였습니다!!! 밀라노 가면 또 가서 먹고 싶을 맛🥹🩷

We enjoyed a perfect dinner last night, Mussels, Frito Mixto, Risotto with asparagus and pork belly (Ticino). All exceptional! Service was friendly, attentive and fast. House white wine perfect. And surprisingly the portions were very satisfying. If you want a really good seafood dinner, Mamma Rosa delivers.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum gelungen: hervorragende Küche, aufmerksamer Service und eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich bestens aufgehoben fühlt. So überzeugt, haben wir noch am selben Abend für den nächsten Tag erneut reserviert – auch dieser Besuch erfüllte unsere Erwartungen vollumfänglich. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist ausgezeichnet, die Weinauswahl hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr stimmig. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Top, typisch italienische Küche. Sehr schönes Ambiente, ruhig und gemütlich mit freundlichem Personal. Einziger (persönlicher) Kritikpunkt, es gibt keine Pizzen.

Une tres belle adresse. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été choyés. Sujee a su nous mettre à l'aise et a tout fait pour que notre repas se passe pour le mieux, avec professionnalisme, gentillesse et naturel. Le cadre est élégant et la nourriture est vraiment excellente. Si vous avez des allergies ou intolérances alimentaires, tout est mis en place pour que votre expérience se déroule bien. Pour moi, c'est le restaurant parfait.

A wonderful discovery this evening at Osteria Mamma Rosa. We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. A big thank you to SUJEE, our waiter, who took excellent care of us. His recommendations, especially for the wine, were perfect from start to finish. We had a truly enjoyable time in a pleasant atmosphere. The dishes were absolutely delicious, and there are also gluten-free options available, both for pasta and even bread, which is a real plus. Our son has several allergies, and the team did everything to ensure there were no issues at all, which we really appreciated. A place we highly recommend, and we will definitely come back with great pleasure.

Un excellent restaurant, excellent service, nous avons TOUT adoré, à conseiller 😊 Prix très correct par rapport à l'excellente qualité des plats, on a pris spaghetti avec langouste et fritto misto. La pannacotta était aussi fantastique!

Not worth the hype. The steak was served in thin slices and overcooked (we ordered medium), which made it dry and disappointing. The grilled fish was decent but nothing memorable. Service was the bigger issue — after dropping off the food, no one checked on us again even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Overall, expected much better given the reputation.

We had a fantastic meal at Mamma Rosa’s. Our waiter, who had lived in London for a long time and spoke beautiful english, (I shamefully speak no Italian) was so friendly and helpful. I had one of the best salads I’ve ever eaten followed by a fabulous dish of pasta with scampi and courgette. The wine was superb and we wish we’d had room for more. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Thank you for a lovely experience.

여행초기라 메뉴판이 익숙치않아 사진보여주고 주문해서 파스타이름은 모르겠음. 에피타이저로 토마토 러스크 채소들 버무린걸 작은 그릇에 주는데 산뜻했음. 오소부코 고기가 매우 부드러움. 파스타도 먹을만함. 서버는 할일은 다 하되 태도가 많이 딱딱한 느낌. 기대없이 가볼만한집.

Ein riesiges Dankeschön geht zuerst an unseren fantastischen Kellner Sujee! Er hat unseren Besuch in der Osteria Mamma Rosa zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Seine herzliche Art, seine Professionalität und seine tollen Empfehlungen haben uns den ganzen Abend über perfekt begleitet. Kulinarik & Ambiente: Das Essen war absolut erstklassig. Besonders die Meeresfrüchte waren unglaublich frisch und die Präsentation (vor allem die Etagere mit dem Trockeneis-Effekt!) war ein echtes Erlebnis. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist elegant und einladend – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wer exzellente italienische Küche und einen Service sucht, der wirklich von Herzen kommt, ist hier genau richtig. Fragt nach Sujee, er ist der Beste! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

It was fabulous. We got a round of Presco as a welcome drink (on the house). The food was very good and the service was fabulous. The atmosphere was great. There was a mix of locals and tourists at the restaurant. The food was really good.

블로그에서 랍스타 파스타 추천하는 글 보고 온 건데 기대만큼은 아니었음. 그냥 무난한 편. 너무 기대를 하고 온듯. 서비스가 최고임. 와인도 원하는 맛에 딱 맞는 걸로 추천 잘 해주심. 직원분이 음식과 와인 페어링 감각이 몹시 좋으신 편인듯 하다. 디저트 먹고 싶다하면 종류별로 직접 가져와서 하나씩 보여주시며 뭐 먹을지 물어봐주시고 아무튼 추천 센스와 서비스가 대체로 좋은 편. 리뷰에 있던 인종차별은 전혀 못 느꼈다. 한산한 시간대에 가서 그런지 서비스가 몹시 세밀한 편이었다. 디저트나 와인 및 커피 주문 유도를 잘 하시는 편. 난 결국 다 시킴. 소르베가 몹시 맛있었다. 소르베 맛집. 무료 음식들이 조금 있다. 웰컴드링크, 식전빵, 웰컴 푸드, 디저트인 쿠키. 운좋으면 와인들이 잔뜩 전시된 전시장 옆에 앉을 수 있다. 와인덕후가 온다면 행복할듯. 팁드렸더니 리몬첼로를 받았다. 진짜 좋은 기억만 갖고 갑니다. 유럽에 처음 온 한국인들은 가게 들어가자마자 직원이 물 마시고 싶냐고 물을 텐데 그때 달라고 하면 자동주문이 되어 영수증에 찍히니 주의하시길.
