15/06/2026Ieri ho provato per la prima volta questa pizzeria. L’impasto è in assoluto tra i migliori e anche il sugo era perfetto, per niente acido. Ho preso una marinara con scarole. Ci tornerò sicuramente. Anche le patatine fritte davvero buone.

08/05/2026Siamo stati stasera per la prima volta da Napoli1820 incuriositi dalle recensioni e dai post su IG, con l’intenzione di provare una buona cucina partenopea a base di pesce. Ambiente accogliente e gradevole, servizio cordiale e professionale, carta dei vini molto ampia e di grande qualità. La materia prima di mare, tutta visibilmente freschissima, è trattata con rispetto, amore e con preparazioni semplici che ne esaltano il sapore squisito. Conto giusto per la location (siamo sul Naviglio) e per la qualità proposta. Una bellissima serata es un posto in cui tornare di sicuro

28/04/2026Mi aspettavo molto di più dalla pizza, soprattutto quella fritta. Probabilmente molto meglio il ristorante. La frittura era molto buona. Personale gentile. Ottima la posizione. All’esterno è affascinante cenare sulle sponte del naviglio, ma internamente il locale mi è parso molto caotico e poco ordinato durante il servizio e lavora su turni di 2 ore con prenotazione. Dopo ti devi alzare e andare via!!!

È stata un'esperienza oltre le aspettative dove tutte noi abbiamo riscontrato la qualità del prodotto e del servizio, un'empatia da parte del personale ( tutto ) ed in particolare al nostro Giuseppe che oltre a farci fare un percorso partenopeo è riuscito a trovare il tempo per farci sorridere tutte! Consiglio a tutt le persone che amano mangiare bene e che vogliono tornare a casa soddisfatte!!!!!!

Un pranzo in 5 nel weekend davvero ottimo, clima generale rilassato e cameriere premuroso e attento ai dettagli in servizio. Pescato del giorno top, pizze ottime (porzioni generose). Lo può sembrare ma no, non è turistico. Anzi, punto di riferimento per locals. Unica pecca: portate tutti i piatti in contemporanea!!!!

La qualità degli ingredienti è eccellente, dalle pizze fragranti con impasto leggero e digeribile, fino ai piatti di mare che profumano di Mediterraneo. Il servizio è impeccabile: cortese, attento e sempre pronto a consigliare con professionalità. L’atmosfera del locale è calda e accogliente, perfetta sia per una cena tra amici che per un momento speciale. Un ristorante che riesce a portare l’anima di Napoli a Milano, con gusto e autenticità. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza culinaria indimenticabile.

27/05/2026At first I walked by along the hectic canal. Then I saw the pizza. Had to turn around. Authentic napoli-style in a great atmosphere. Could be the Lambrusco reviewing but pretty damn sure this is a 5/5 restaurant.

21/05/2026The food was really good very tasty. The only probkem is the waiter, short guy with black hair.. We asked for salt several times, he told us he will bring it, never did and ignored us. We asked for check several times, he said yes, and then he went to clean table next to us. We aked him again is it possible to get the check he said yes yes, and continued to ignore us and do other things. Was generally super rude. It is a big shame because the food was amazing, like really really good! We will come back here, but hopefully with him not serving us. 🤞

14/05/2026Service was terrible. Food was under cooked. Waiters and waitress are dishonest and tried to over charge us. When we brought up the discrepancy they lied and just wanted to argue. We definitely recommend to go elsewhere for a better experience.

24/04/2026Wir haben das Restaurant Napoli 1820 in Mailand besucht. Insgesamt war die Erfahrung gemischt. Die Pizza war an einigen Stellen leider verbrannt, was den Geschmack deutlich beeinträchtigt hat. Die Pasta war in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Der Wein hatte einen stark vergorenen, fast hefigen Geruch, der nicht wie ein normaler Tischwein wirkte. Der Service war nicht sehr freundlich. Wir mussten mehrmals darum bitten, die übrig gebliebene Speisen zum Mitnehmen einzupacken. Schließlich bekamen wir nur eine Pizzabox und es wurde vorgeschlagen, sowohl die Pizza als auch die restliche Pasta darin zu verstauen, was etwas ungewöhnlich war. Es wurde eine Servicegebühr von 10,5 € für drei Personen berechnet, daher hätten wir etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit erwartet.

Wiem że pizza neapolitańska musi mieć umiarkowaną ilość dodatków, ale w tym przypadku zamówienie jakiejkolwiek pizzy z karty nie różniłoby się od zamówienia Margherity. Obsluga może i miła ale daje znać aby sie szybko zbierać. Głodna kolejka już czeka

15/03/2026Das Essen war sehr lecker, daran gab es nichts auszusetzen. Allerdings haben wir uns nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt. Nach der Hauptspeise haben wir uns vom Oberkellner dazu gedrängt gefühlt, eine Nachspeise zu bestellen. Als wir das Desert gerade einmal zur Hälfte aufgegessen hatten, betonte er, dass er den Tisch für andere Gäste benötigt und hat uns unaufgefordert die Rechnung überreicht. Zudem hat er unsere Unterhaltung sehr oft während dem Essen unterbrochen. Leider haben wir uns deshalb nicht so wohl gefühlt

14/03/2026The restaurant is located in a charming spot by the canal. The food was tasty, but one thing that bothered me was that the main course was served too quickly right after the appetizer. As a result, it got cold. The Moscato wine was delicious! Communication with the staff was also a bit difficult and there were some misunderstandings, but if you are around the Navigli canals, it’s still a nice place to stop by for dinner. 🍷😊

14/03/2026I’d recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere to eat in a nice location. Everything was fine, the only thing I didn’t like was that the main course arrived too quickly after the starter. We hadn’t finished our starter when suddenly the pizza arrived (it had gone cold by the time we’d finished the squid). I didn’t feel very comfortable there because the staff kept coming over every now and then to ask if we’d finished (and the problem wasn’t a lack of seats or a queue) – perhaps they didn’t quite understand us. Overall, everything was tasty and fresh. 😊

Personelin tavrı son derece saygısız ve küçümseyiciydi, bu da tüm keyfimizi kaçırdı. 2 kişi için toplam 7 Euro masa ücreti (coperto) alınıyor fakat bu kadar kaba bir muamele gördüğümüz bir yerde hizmet bedeli ödemek üzücü. Lezzeti ne kadar iyi olursa olsun, saygısızlık nedeniyle bir daha tercih etmeyeceğimiz bir mekan."

The price of the pizza ranges from €10 to €25, but the quality of the ingredients was truly excellent, and the toppings were generous. I definitely recommend visiting!

21/02/2026Unfortunately, our waiter completely ruined what should have been a wonderful evening. The ambiance was excellent, and the food was outstanding. We visited as a group of seven for dinner and were genuinely impressed by the pizzas – truly delicious and highly recommendable. Regrettably, the service left a very bitter aftertaste. The waiter made it obvious that he was unhappy with the fact that we ordered only non-alcoholic beverages. He also seemed visibly irritated when we declined desserts. His impatience was unmistakable: whispering with other staff members while looking over at our table and giving us condescending glances. It created an uncomfortable and frankly inappropriate atmosphere. His attitude came across as blatantly profit-driven and highly unprofessional. Guests should never feel judged or pressured for their ordering choices. Such behavior is unacceptable and far below the standard one would expect from a quality restaurant. It is extremely disappointing that such service overshadowed what could otherwise have been an excellent dining experience.

16/02/2026We visited Napoli 1820 Pizzeria on a sunny day around noon and were able to sit beautifully by the canal. We first had a starter followed by two pizzas – everything was excellent, fresh, and very delicious. When we arrived at 12 pm, there were plenty of seats available, but later it became quite busy and some guests had to wait. The service was generally good and friendly, though it seemed a bit overwhelmed as the restaurant filled up. Overall, it was a very lovely visit that we would happily recommend!

16/02/2026Die Pizza war sehr lecker und der Teig ganz besonders gut. Es handelte sich um einen neapolitanischen Teig, der perfekt aufgegangen, luftig und geschmacklich hervorragend war. Genau so stellt man sich eine Pizza in Italien vor. Auch das Tiramisu war hervorragend und hat den Besuch perfekt abgerundet. Insgesamt ein sehr authentisches und empfehlenswertes Geschmackserlebnis.

For dessert, we tried the tiramisu and it was light, fresh, and so tasty if you’re visiting Milan, especially the Navigli area, this place is a must-stop. Highly recommended

25/01/2026Very tasty and reasonably priced pizza and the staff was soo nice! We booked a table in advance as it gets relatively full, so would recommend doing that.

13/01/2026Très bonne adresse. Nous avons passé un bon moment chez Napoli 1820. L’accueil est chaleureux, les serveurs sont sympathiques et attentifs. Les pizzas sont excellentes, vraiment savoureuses. Une adresse que je recommande.

28/12/2025Went here with my family a few days ago and my goodness, I couldn’t recommend this more if I tried! Truly phenomenal food. Delicious. The Napoli 1820 Pizza with stuffed ricotta crust is to die for. The atmosphere is great, but what really stood out was how kind and friendly the staff were. They even treated our little pup with as much love as they did for us. If you’re in the area, make sure to give this place a try, you certainly will not be disappointed. Also, VERY affordable. Between the 4 of us we must’ve spent €97.

23/12/2025La comida no es mala, pero la atención terrible, creen que hacen el favor a los clientes. Podría ser un 5/5 pero la pésima atención daña el ambiente y no deja sentir el verdadero sabor de la comida. NO RECOMENDABLE por la mala atención y adicionalmente los precios son elevados. TERRIBLE
