03/06/2026Es una lástima como ha perdido este sitio con los años . La intención era muy buena , el espacio es agradable ,lees la carta y todo suena muy apetecible pero el servicio es muy lamentable .. Preguntas y no saben responderte , vienen a tomarte la comanda dos veces seguidas o no vienen nunca y tienes que levantarte . En general sensación de dejadez . Si vas en verano lleva chaqueta por qué el aire acondicionado está muy fuerte innecesariamente y las chicas dicen no lo pueden cambiar , nos tuvimos que salir 4 personas por qué el frío era insoportable.

28/05/2026Primera mala reseña del año 2026. Al llegar, estuve esperando 5 minutos y nadie me atendió, a pesar de que había un cartel que indicaba esperar para entrar (había muchísimas mesas vacías pero los camareros estaban hiperocupados y no venían). Más tarde, un camarero me trajo la bebida y me soltó que, según las normas del local, no se podía trabajar con el portátil en esa mesa. Tuve que cambiarme de sitio a toda prisa y con muchísima incomodidad mientras seguía hablando en la reunión. No era lo peor porque la misma cosa pasó de nuevo en 30 mins. Otra camarera vino a pedirme que pagara de inmediato. Le faltó muchísimo tacto; era obvio que estaba ocupada trabajando y no podía pagar en ese preciso momento, pero pareció darle igual. Falta empatía No recomiendo Y nunca voy a volver allí 💩💩

24/05/2026Tuvimos que levantarnos de la mesa debido a que varias personas estaban fumando en la terraza. Avisamos al encRgado pero no se dio por aludido. Parecen desconocer que está prohibido fumar tanto en terrazas como en el local.

24/05/2026I was there today, I don’t understand why people come here, first of all the waiter was super rude to us without any reason, somehow we were still silly enough to decide to grab a bite here. The food took ages and arrived cold (flavour wise was also not the best ) so if you’re in Madrid I wouldn’t recommend you going there, costumers should be treated with respect and there was a complete lack of that in this place. Additionally to this toilets were dirty

24/05/2026We came here two years ago and really liked it. Today we came back, sat outside and ordered some drinks. We started playing cards while having our drinks as one of the waiters approached and told us we cannot play cards here (mind you, this was 15 minutes in after sitting down). He said he has a line (which for us was not visible) and he has to rotate tables (despite of several tables being free). We didn’t understand this - card playing or not, we are customers and should be able to take some time sitting down and drinking our beverages. We perceived this as quite rude and made us feel uncomfortable. If you this is your philosophy, you should also tell people that sit here and take a smoke that they can’t do it here 😌

24/05/2026Meyve suyu ve kokteyl sıcak geldi. Buz isteyince geldi. E buz atınca karıştırmak için pipet gerekiyor onu da kalkıp kendimiz aldık ki diğer masaların içeceklerinde pipet de buz da vardı. Bir standartları yok. Siparişlerimiz de yanlış geldi. Hayal ettiğimiz leziz kahvaltı değildi. Karınımızı doyurup kalktık.

15/05/2026Experiência muito abaixo do esperado do início ao fim. O atendimento foi hostil e pouco profissional, com funcionários impacientes e sem qualquer disposição para ajudar ou orientar o cliente. Tive dificuldades já no momento do pedido, com uma postura claramente grosseira por parte da equipe. Na hora de pagar, tentei pagar em dinheiro, mas fui informada de forma inflexível de que só aceitariam pagamento por cartão, sem qualquer alternativa ou explicação adequada. Além disso, a comida decepciona muito. A panqueca praticamente não tinha sabor e parecia sem cuidado no preparo. O café também é fraco, aguado e sem qualidade. No geral, a experiência passa uma sensação de desorganização e descaso com o cliente, tanto no atendimento quanto na qualidade dos produtos. Não recomendo e não voltaria.

Además, en esta ocasión, nos ha atentido el camarero Angelo, que nos ha tratado siempre sonriente con mucha amabilidad y atención tanto a mí como a mi amiga. Una vez más, gracias y... 04/05/2026son muy pesados policías del ordenador. estaba en una reunión/comida de trabajo con una compi, entre semana, y tenía unos apuntes en el ordenador que necesitaba consultar para esta reunión (ni siquiera lo estaba usando para trabajar). inmediatamente me vienen a regañar. pregunto si no lo puedo dejar abierto en una silla, porque es donde tengo mis notas y es para consultarlas mientras charlamos, me dicen que no. un poco más tarde, cuando terminamos de comer, vuelvo a abrir mi mochila y vienen antes de que saque el ordenador diciéndome que no lo use. muy incómodo, muy infantilizador, ni siquiera estaba lleno el espacio ni nada por el estilo, solo control y pesadez gratuita. solía venir a menudo pero después de esto no vuelvo.

Manager was taking payment and we asked to split the bill and he refused, which we understand, but we inquired as to why: manager proceeded to become very very aggressive and state in Spanish ‘I am the boss, I make the rules if you don’t like it go somewhere else’- ruined our experience. Unbelievable from what is supposed to be a manager- if we were treated like that as guests I wonder how the staff are treated.

26/04/2026Fatal experiencia con el que parecía el jefe de sala (un hombre sin pelo) que no nos ha querido poner un café para llevar cuando minutos antes nos había comentado que sí y que teníamos que esperar. Cuando una de sus compañeras nos iba a atender para ponernos el café le ha echado la bronca delante de nosotros y finalmente nos hemos quedado sin ese café para llevar

Toen we melding maakte van het feit dat we het bordje niet gezien hadden, mochten we enkel nog binnen zitten?? Terwijl er voldoende tafels buiten (niet gereseveerd) vrij waren. Twee andere dames mochten meteen buiten plaatsnemen..

06/04/2026Pedí un crumble de manzana y un café con bebida de soja. El crumble, minúsculo, chicloso y blandengue; de sabor, el peor que he tomado. El café no lo arreglaba: leche fría sin haberla pedido. El servicio en la misma línea: te niegan un vaso de agua y te invitan a levantarte a por él. La tendencia. El ambiente, bien: plaza peatonal, agradable, gracias a lo público. A pesar del local, no gracias a él. Todo esto sería pasable si el precio acompañara. Pero no: 9 pavos. Y no, no parece que eso repercuta en quienes trabajan allí. *Nota para incautos(como un servidor): traigan un cojín, o pidan dos crumbles y úsenlos bajo sus isquiones. Su trasero y su estómago lo agradecerán. La cartera no.

30/03/2026Staff was very friendly and kind in accomodating us as a disabled couple. Food was excellent and huge portions, shared one plate of pancakes between the two of us! Great for accessibility as there is space to manuver to tables, and an adapted bathroom with grab bars. There is a steep curve into the cafe but staff helped my partner in his wheelchair to get inside.
