06/06/2026It's a great location. Not crowded on the beginning of a day at 8:30 a.m. you can sit comfortably have a great view of the coliseum. And they have good quality fresh fruit, cappuccinos and pastries. I highly recommend it for the tourists that want to enjoy themselves. In addition you can comfortably use the bathroom before you start your tour.

05/06/2026The coffee and ice cream were both very good and definitely the highlights of our visit. The orange juice tasted fresh and was enjoyable, but it had too many seeds and a lot of pulp. The peanut butter sandwich was disappointing because it seemed to have very little peanut butter. It felt like they barely put any in the sandwich at all. The hot chocolate was good and had a rich, chocolatey flavor. Service was just okay. The place was very busy, which may have contributed to the overall experience. Overall, there were some standout items, but a few things could be improved. I would not recommend the peanut butter sandwich.

04/06/2026DO NOT COME HERE!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. The coffee is ok I guess if you're desperate but not better than any corner cafe. The cleaner literally dragged my sister out of the washroom BY THE ARMS as she was trying to use it. She was at that time of the month and urgently needed a restroom. I had already paid for two coffees but the receipt was still with the bartender who was making the coffee. My father was trying to explain the situation but she kept yelling over him saying NO! Eventually, my dad had to grab the receipt from the counter and shove it in the ladies face just to get his point across. Funnily enough, this rule doesn't seem to be applied evenly as the two ladies ahead of my sister got in line and followed the person exiting before them without showing the waitress/gate keeper their receipt. IF YOU NEED A WASHROOM, use the one in the adjacent metro station. You can find it after passing the fare gates and going halfway down the first stairwell. Unfortunately, we only realized this after this shameful and demeaning incident. You also need to pay to use it but having to pay to do anything should be hardly surprising in Italy.

29/05/2026Convenient as it is right by the colosseum. Food and drink orders were incorrect, I didn’t even get my food at all. Sad experience overall. Keep walking and go deeper into Rome and find a local place to eat and drink!

28/05/2026Packed full of tourists. It’s overpriced and the service sucks. It’s also very Americanized. I would stay away from this place if you can. Get coffee somewhere else before going to the colosseum, don’t plan on going here. If it’s your very last option, I guess go here. But expect it to be a terrible experience.

The whole place feels like it’s trying to be a convenience store, takeaway shop, and sit-down restaurant all at the same time — except none of it is organized properly. We were a group of 3 and were told we couldn’t sit together because a table which we found could only “serve 2 people,” yet nobody even tried to help us find another option. So apparently, 3 people just aren’t welcome to sit down and eat here? Customers are left standing around confused with zero guidance, while staff act like it’s your problem. We were tired travellers with parents after a long trip, and the complete lack of basic hospitality was honestly shocking. Even fast food places manage seating better than this. Everything is suck!!!!!! I do not recommend this terrible place.

13/05/2026When you tire of fighting gladiators, you can head over to this little casual dining offering located right next to the Coliseum. The food is pretty good, and nearby parking is fairly easy to find. Our generously sized lasagne had a mellow, slightly sweet flavor, and the pizza was fine (though I wish I’d ordered it with a meat topping instead of only veggies).

03/05/2026Good cafe with a bathroom near the Colosseum. However, it's a bit confusing to order. You don't stand in line at the counter or you're wasting your time. You have to buy the coffee at the register and then take your receipt to the counter.

Went in for some drinks with my 2 kids and whilst the service seemed friendly enough, the other clientele were possibly drunk or having a private party with the staff, but I’m not sure. Either way, didn’t feel comfortable so we drank up quickly so we could leave. When paying the bill it seemed unusually expensive for just 3 juices, compared to the same in other venues. 4 stars as the juices were nice, but expensive and small.

One in particular kept watching my friend from across the place and started her down again on street twice hours after we'd left. We were just trying to walk past to get to the place we were staying. 23/03/2026The food was honestly terrible but the biggest takeaway from my visit here wasn’t the food. It was the rudeness of the employees. I had been eating here for an hour, spent €30, and went to the restroom only to wash my hands. I walked into the toilette room, and immediately stood at the sink. A male employee completely entered the women’s restroom and began hounding me for a receipt. We did not have a receipt yet, as we were still at our table eating. I was so uncomfortable. I didn’t even use the toilet. I was just washing my hands and he could obviously see that. He watched me walk in and immediately started hounding me about a receipt. I was simply washing my hands. After I’d been eating there for an HOUR.

08/06/2026Foram completamente desrespeitosos connosco. Primeiro, no balcão, ignoraram-nos até chamarmos à atenção de maneira a não ser possível ignorar. Depois de ter a atenção deles, claramente fingiam que não nos percebiam. Quando porfim estavamos para fazer o pedido disseram para nos sentar e que já vinham atender (sendo que vimos mais de 2 pessoas sendo atendidas ao balcão). Quando nos virámos para ir sentar vimos e ouvimos os dois empregados rindo de nós. Fomos embora e não consumimos nada. Em momento nenhum fomos desrespeitosos com eles para merecer este tratamento.

Como a grande maioria dos restaurantes da Itália, você paga mais barato caso leve a comida para comer em outro local e um pouco mais caro, caso vá sentar. Mas vale a pena sentar e aproveitar o lugar.

No puedes solo usar el baño sin pagar porque ellos están pagando para una ubicación privilegiada. Es una cafetería ideal para una café, algo para comer to take away. La musica está alta para que no te quedes mucho tiempo. Las galletitas que probamos de pistachos estaban ricas y el café normal. El baño normal de tipo mc donalds. Abbiamo ordinato qualcosa e un cameriere ci ha cacciate dal tavolo scortesemente dicendo che potevamo stare solo al banco. Ci sono modi e modi di dire certe cose e mettere almeno un cartello che specifichi questa regola sarebbe gradito.

Y'a rien qui explique qu'on doit passer à la caisse avant d'aller au comptoir, interdit de s'assoir autour les tables, obligé de prendre le café debout au comptoir collés aux autres personnes qui commandent. Et on est surveillé aux wc... Bof l'ambiance, on est pas du tout bien accueilli.

12/02/2026Vi fant dette stedet nesten tilfeldig, og utsikten over Colosseum og deler av Forum Romanum er helt utrolig . Atmosfæren er avslappet og familievennlig, og servicen var helt eksepsjonell. Vi reiser som en familie på fem - med 3 barn, så det kan bli litt kaotisk med både lyd og bevegelse 😅 Likevel møtte de ansatte oss med et stort smil, var tålmodige, ryddet rundt oss og sørget for at vi hadde det bra hele tiden. Servitørene var utrolig hyggelige og forklarte menyen på en varm og imøtekommende måte. Maten var også overraskende god til prisen – store porsjoner som mettet både små og veldig sultne! Vi prøvde blant annet sandwicher og pasta, og alt var smakfullt og ferskt. Det som har forbedringspotensiale er ryddighet på toalettet, påfyll av toalettsaker er absolutt noe som kan bli bedre på. Både såpe og diverse. Men klarer de dette så er det til er det topp. Et sted med nydelig utsikt, god mat, rimelige priser og mennesker som virkelig bryr seg om gjestene sine. Vi følte oss veldig velkomne, og kommer gjerne tilbake

Mas a comida não é tão interessante (não é ruim, mas não é algo extraordinário), tampouco a bebida, que é bem forte de álcool.(Pedimos spritz, veio muito forte, parecia que havia cachaça dentro). O atendimento é razoável, são gentis, mas por vezes não notam quando são chamados.

31/01/2026Niestety moja wizyta w tej kawiarni była rozczarowująca. Kawa była przeciętna, a ciastko niezbyt dobre. Dodatkowo w lokalu było brudno, co bardzo psuje wrażenie. Przez cały czas przewijało się też dużo ludzi, którzy wpadali głównie tylko do toalety, co tworzyło chaos i brakowało komfortu

29/01/2026Il personale che mi ha servito al tavolo è stato eccellente, tutti molto cordiali. Perché 4 stelle? La cassiera è stata incredibilmente maleducata; non mi ha nemmeno salutato o ringraziato, e non mi ha nemmeno guardato negli occhi. È stata una totale mancanza di rispetto. Erano le 15:10 del 28, e non voglio incolpare nessun altro, tranne la cassiera che lavorava in quel turno. Ha davvero rovinato l'atmosfera del posto.
