06/06/2026This was, without question, the worst customer service I experienced during my entire trip to Italy. As someone who loves coffee and has a deep appreciation for Italian coffee culture, I visited this shop on the afternoon around 4-5 pm of June 5th to purchase some coffee beans. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The middle-aged man who served us treated us with what felt like racial prejudice. When checking us out, he roughly grabbed the coffee beans we had carefully selected and dropped or threw them from the shopping basket onto the counter. I was genuinely shocked by the lack of care and respect shown, especially in a long-established coffee shop that prides itself on coffee culture. Throughout the entire interaction, he never greeted us, never smiled, and never said thank you, despite the fact that we greeted him politely and thanked him at the end of the purchase. What made this particularly upsetting was that I observed him interacting with several white customers before and after us. His attitude toward them was noticeably warmer, friendlier, and more attentive than it was toward us. The contrast was significant enough that it left me feeling unwelcome and singled out because of my ethnicity. Italy has otherwise been full of warm, kind, and welcoming people, which made this experience stand out even more. I came here excited to buy coffee beans and support a historic coffee business, but I left feeling disappointed, disrespected, and unwelcome.

15/05/2026Must try coffee shop!! Literally a few steps away from the Pantheon. The line gets long but for us, the wait was quick since most people get their orders to go. We went here twice. In the morning, we had breakfast at the bar. It’s cheaper if you don’t want to pay extra for table service. I had a caffe latte and a maritozzi, the coffee is the perfect way to get to know how Italians like their coffee. Strong but delicious. The maritozzi was so soft and the whipped cream had the perfect subtle flavor. I was very happy with my meal. For the afternoon, I went back to order their caffe di crema which is essentially like a creamy coffee milkshake. So delicious but a bit too sweet for my liking. Very refreshing though. Perfect for a hot sunny day.

11/05/2026Extremely disappointed with my visit. I arrived at 8:30 AM when the shop wasn't busy at all, yet as an Asian customer, I felt clearly ignored. I was served last despite many others ordering after me. The staff was rude and made the experience very unwelcoming. The coffee itself was just average and definitely not worth the poor treatment. I would not recommend this place.

The cafe was spacious and quiet in the early morning which was nice, but can imagine it must get quite busy later! Also had a huge menu selection :)

04/05/2026One of the most beautiful cafés I’ve visited recently! The atmosphere is warm making it perfect for a coffee or a catch-up with friends. The coffee is excellent, rich in aroma and perfectly prepared, and the snacks were fresh and well presented. What truly stands out, though, is the service. Special mention goes to the waiter, Pepe, who is incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. His professionalism and positive attitude really make a difference and brighten your day!

Yes, it wasn’t bad, but what was meant to be whipped cream felt more like a vegetable-fat substitute (or a similar low-quality product). It left an oily coating in my mouth, which really took away from the experience. If this is considered one of the best in Rome, I would expect higher-quality ingredients rather than substitutes. If the owner can demonstrate that real cream is used, I would be happy to revise my review accordingly

Foi, sem dúvidas, o melhor café da manhã que tomei em toda a minha viagem por Roma! Fica super perto do Panteão e tem uma grande vantagem para quem gosta de aproveitar o dia desde cedo: eles abrem super pontuais e bem cedinho. O fluxo do lugar é excelente; tanto o atendimento no caixa para fazer o pedido quanto o serviço no balcão foram extremamente cordiais, rápidos e eficientes. O café é simplesmente delicioso, encorpado e no ponto perfeito, acompanhado por um tramezzino incrivelmente fresco e saboroso. É aquela energia deliciosa e autêntica que a gente precisa para encarar os longos dias de caminhada pela cidade. Recomendo demais!

20/05/2026로마 야간투어 가이드님이 3대 맛집이라고해서 들렀습니다. 콘파냐랑 빵 세개 주문했는데 콘파냐는 크림만있고 에스프레소는 거의 없어 아쉬웠습니다. 크림빵은 직원 추천으로 먹었는데 생각보다 맛있었습니다. 달지 않고 담백해요. 야외테이블 말고 안에 들어가면 바 있으니 거기서 드시면 별로 안 기다리고 먹을 수 있습니다. 그리고 커피콩초콜릿 파는데 유니크한 맛나고 생각보다 맛있습니다. 기념품으로 추천해요.

01/05/2026Ogni volta che ci troviamo a fare un giro in zona Pantheon, questo locale è per noi una tappa fissa. Non è la prima volta che veniamo e la qualità si conferma sempre una garanzia nel tempo. Anche in questa occasione abbiamo preso una 'Monachella' (caffè con panna) ed è sempre un'ottima scelta. La panna merita una menzione d'onore, freschissima, montata alla perfezione e molto leggera. L'atmosfera è quella autentica delle grandi torrefazioni romane, con un servizio veloce nonostante il grande afflusso di persone. Per chi ama il vero caffè a Roma, questo posto rimane un punto di riferimento imprescindibile. Consigliatissimo!

14/04/2026카페 자체도 좋지만 카페 골목에서 흘낏 보이는 판테온의 모습이 너무 좋다. 과거 고대로마의 도시구조를 버리고 중세화된 판테온 주변의 골목들은 어떤 것도 판테온을 한 번에 보여주지 않는다. 각각의 길에서 퍼즐처럼 판테온의 부분부분을 보여준다. 그 중에서도 타짜 도로 커피가 있는 위치에서 보는 모습이 가장 근사하다.
