10/06/2026Great hotel at this price point. Rooms have air-con, but no Tea/Coffee making facilities. There are limited facilities downstairs, and the bar is 24h, so no hardship. Great terrace, but it is next to a railway line. Trains are infrequent, so not too distracting. Staff were fantastic, helpfull, and spoke enough English to compensate for my lack of Italian. Rooms are clean, daily maid service, beds made up. Breakfast is good. Limited cooked, just scrambled eggs and frankfurters, but its Italy; eat continental. Cereals, pastries cake etc. Tea/ Coffee from a machine, but good. Near the main station and numerous restaurants and cafe/bars. Very scruffy area. Army at the end of the street keeping it safe. Glad they are there, but its not a good location.

30/05/2026It was a very uncomfortable hotel for us. Dilapidated rooms, incompetent room cleaners, they can come to your room at 8:30 in the morning when you are probably asleep. But in all that, the price is not commensurate with the service provided.

11/05/2026Enjoyed our stay here. It might not be the most chic area of Naples, but its within walking distance of many of the best quarters and sights and the hotel is tucked away from the surrounding busy streets. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly. Only let down was that reception forgot to order a taxi we'd asked them to book for 5.00am on the morning we left. Luckily the man on the reception at 04.50am when we came down, sorted it and we were not late to the airport.

01/02/2026We really enjoyed our stay at Ibis Garibaldi. The location is perfect, the trains, metro, many restaurants are only a few hundred meters away. The room was OK, quite spacious, with openable windows. The decoration may be a bit dated, but not very crucial. The bathroom was OK and spacious. The staff was always helping and smiling.

09/06/2026Tem o padrão Ibis Styles. Boa localização, muito próximo da Estação Napoli Centrale, que se conecta com várias cidades e com o metrô. Fomos a pé. As ruas são meio ruins para arrastar mala de rodinhas, mas é possível. O tamanho do quarto é pequeno, mas suficiente. As camas, travesseiros e chuveiros são bons. Alguns quartos dão para o lado da linha do trem, são mais barulhentos. O café-da-manhã era muito bom. O atendimento na recepção foi gentil. Única questão é que não tem frigobar no quarto. Recomendo o hotel

02/06/2026Por ser uma das instalações mais básicas da rede all accor, ja saiba que os quartos não tem geladeira e fica bem ao lado dos trilhos do trem. Se tiver sono leve, não fique. Para mim foi uma ótima experiência, staff muito educado e prestativo. Muito perto da estação garibaldi, o que nos fez ganhar tempo. A rua é um pouco estranha, mas bem tranquilo. Cheio de comercio a 2-3 quarteirões do hotel.

22/05/2026Das Ibis Styles Garibaldi bietet Sauberkeit, sehr gutes Service, vielfältiges Frühstück und ist optimal gelegen für eine Besichtigung von Neapel. Man ist sehr schnell in der Stadt und bei den Zügen und U-Bahnen. Die Gegend um das Hotel ist auch gut, obwohl der Bahnhof sehr nahe liegt, was normalerweise problematisch sein kann, hier aber nicht (zumindest nach unserem Empfinden). Wenn man nach den oft chaotischen Erlebnissen in Neapel und Umgebung, wie Zugverspätungen, Bahnhofssperren (die Bahnhöfe Vietri sul Mare und Ercolano waren einfach gesperrt - null Info im Internet oder vor Ort!), generell überall mangelhafte Infos, spontane Streiks etc.) endlich wieder im Hotel angekommen ist, fühlt man sich gleich entspannter. Es ist eine Ruheoase im Trubel dieser Stadt.

21/05/2026Hotel para 1 noite. Muito próximo à estação, ouve-se o barulho dos trens. Quarto e banheiros maiores que o esperado. Cama confortável. Carpet no quarto e ducha dentro da banheira. Não tem estacionamento. Chamam alguém de um estacionamento conveniado para pegar seu carro depois do check in, mas para desembarcar e pegar as malas mal tem onde parar. Funcionários muito prestativos e corretos.

Petit bémol, certaines chambres donnent sur la voie ferrée. Nous étions au 3eme étage, une fois la fenêtre fermée le bruit des trains n'est pas du tout gênant.

21/04/2026Was hat uns hier gefallen? Die gute Erreichbarkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und Piazza Garibaldi, wo der Alibus vom Flughafen hält. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig ebenfalls nicht allzu weit entfernt. Unser Zimmer hatte alles Wesentliche und war sauber, auch eine Badewanne mitsamt Dusche war vorhanden. Wir hatten auch 2 kleine Balkone auf der Hofseite des Hotels. Das Personal war freundlich und beim Frühstück haben wir eine für uns passende Auswahl gefunden. Was hat uns nicht gefallen? Die Matratze im Bett war sehr hart. Die zentrale Lage hat den Nachteil, dass einerseits sehr viel Straßenlärm mit ständigem Hupen hörbar ist und andererseits auf der Hofseite die Bahnlinie Richtung Pompej/Vesuv vorbeirattert. Die Bahn fährt zumindest von ca Mitternacht bis 5 Uhr früh nicht.

07/04/2026Wir waren mit sechs Personen dort und hatten zwei Dreibettzimmer. Dieses Zimmer waren perfekt für drei Personen. Man hatte genug Platz. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Es liegt direkt in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs und man kann die Innenstadt und Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichen. Der Service war sehr gut.

27/03/2026Soggiorno tutto sommato buono! Abbiamo fatto due notti con colazione, personale sorridente e simpatico. Colazione buona e fornita a mio parere, e una grande hall. Tuttavia abbiamo avuto due problemi: la nostra porta della camera non si apriva praticamente mai. Chiedendo una nuova chiave si apriva solo una volta, e poi mai piu, credo fosse difettosa la serratura in sè (camera 217). Il secondo problema è una carenza di personale alla reception in una sera, con decine di clienti in attesa e un gruppo, e una sola ragazza in reception ad accoglierli, facendoci aspettare un po’ di tempo. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla fermata della metro e alla stazione dei treni. Camere molto spaziose! Con qualche piccolo accorgimento ritornerei più che volentieri :) !

21/03/2026部屋は古い。設備も最低限しかない。冷蔵庫すらない。チープなプラスチックの椅子。しかも掃除途中かなんかの雑巾が置いたままだった。不潔極まりない。 また、スマホは大丈夫だったけど、Laptopからwifiに繋がらなかった。パスワード入力用のブラウザが読み込み完了せず、パスワード入力できない。しかも持参した会社とプライベート用共に。パスワードだけならWeb起動する必要ある？ エンジニアもいないため対応不可。今時wifi繋がらないなんて致命的。2泊だけなので我慢したが、途上国でもこんな不快な経験無い。 褒められるのは場所が便利であることくらい。とは言え周囲は治安あまり良くないところだし、清潔な場所ではない。おすすめしないどころか、泊まってはいけないレベル。

20/02/2026Für 3 Nächte im Hotel geschlafen. Sehr gutes Zimmer gehabt! Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend, der Kaffee aus den beiden Automaten war sehr gut! Das Personal der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, es gibt sogar eine Rezeptionistin, die sehr gut deutsch spricht! Abends kann man an der kleinen Bar noch einen gute Nachttrink zu sich nehmen. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stehen im Einklang! Werden diese Haus für einen erneuten Besuch von Neapel wieder buchen!

Номера чистые, современные и хорошо оборудованные: удобная кровать, кондиционер, большой телевизор, рабочий стол, сейф, качественная звукоизоляция. В ванной — фен, хорошие полотенца и всё необходимое для короткого или длительного проживания. Уборка проводится аккуратно и ежедневно. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный, с хорошим выбором для начала дня. Расположение тоже удачное: рядом вокзал Гарибальди, метро и удобные связи с аэропортом и центром. Несмотря на оживлённый район, в номерах тихо и спокойно. Отель оставляет только приятные впечатления. Отличный выбор для тех, кто ценит комфорт, порядок и разумную цену. С удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова.

27/01/2026Das Hotel liegt schön zentral zwischen Napoli Garibaldi und dem Bahnhof Porta Nola. Auch der Flughafenbus hält nur wenige Minuten vom Hotel entfernt. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist insgesamt nicht das modernste Hotel. Die Zimmergröße war in Ordnung, auch die Sauberkeit von Zimmer und Bad hat gepasst. Das Frühstück war soweit ganz gut, nur eine bessere Brotauswahl wäre wünschenswert. Grundsätzlich würde ich wieder kommen.

A szállodában jól éreztük magunkat, kellemes környezet, vidám színek, kiváló kedves személyzet. A reggeli tetszett, jó kiindulási pont volt a napi kirándulásokhoz. A szoba berendezése praktikus, az ágy kényelmes. A tisztasággal is elégedettek voltunk. Tetszett, hogy teázhattunk, kávézhattunk az aulában a szálláshely ajándékaként.

08/01/2026Personale gentile e cordiale…pecca molto sulla sicurezza delle camere al primo piano…purtroppo i nostri amici alloggiando al primo piano e pensando di essere sicuri hanno dormito con la finestra aperta e alle prime ore del mattino si sono visti in camera un uomo di colore e derubandoli documenti e 2 cellulari,apparate il grande spavento…l hotel ha solo evitato di farsi pagare la stanza quando invece a mio parere dovevano rimborsare il danno a loro creato perché ci sono tanti modi per mettere in sicurezza stanze che affacciano sulla strada

04/01/2026Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit freundlichem, zuvorkommenden Personal. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und reichhaltig. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof und zur Metrostation.

30/12/2025La camera è discreta e abbastanza silenziosa nonostante i binari molto vicini. La colazione è appena sufficiente, con poca varietà sia di dolce sia di salato. C'è anche la possibilità di cenare al bar, ma con cibi surgelati. È comunque molto comodo per chi arriva in treno perché è molto vicino alla stazione.

Nulla di eccezionale , non dispone di un garage per le auto e le procedure di prenotazione sono un po' rigide, dopo aver prenotato e pagato una stanza richiedono comunque un pagamento o una carta di credito per aggiungere altre stanze.

Siempre nos hospedamos aquí por sus servicios, por su personal amable y atento y por si ubicación, ya que el metro y el tren se encuentran a poca distancia. Las habitaciones son amplias y agradables, y tienen todos los servicios necesarios para pasar unos días tranquilos. El personal del hotel siempre nos trata fenomenal y nos hacen sentirnos como en casa. Sin duda alguna, el hotel es muy recomendable y volveremos, por supuesto.

12/11/2025Due notti a Napoli per lavoro. L'hotel è in una posizione strategica, vicina alla stazione ferroviaria di Napoli Centrale e alla fermata della metro Napoli Garibaldi. Nonostante sia molto vicino alla ferrovia, l'hotel è super silenzioso. Le camere sono pulite e carine, ottima la colazione e il servizio di check-in e check-out. Sicuramente super consigliato per visitare o viaggiare a Napoli.

04/11/2025Hotel très bien situé, à proximité des transports et au pied du centre historique. Salle de bain un peu vieillissante mais bien entretenue. Le personnel toujours souriant et à disposition pour la moindre question (Merci encore pour l'effort en Francais). Je recommande.

17/09/2025The AC in the room doesnt work at night. What kind of hotel has no AC in this heat. Stay away!! The front desk told me the AC was broke and had to be fixed. I am not sure what the hotel commented below about regulations. Doesnt make sense. This hotel is definitely not worth it. 한국분들! 이 호텔 열라 후져요. 에어컨도 안되고 영 아닙니다. 다른 호텔 찾으셔요

28/02/2025La camera dispone dei servizi minimi, tuttavia integrare con cuffie capelli usa e getta e detergente intimo non sarebbe male. Buona la colazione sia in varietà che in qualità. Da migliorare l'accoglienza, il personale giovane deve fare un po' di esperienza.

Un grand merci à Federica pour sa gentillesse et pour son accueil chaleureux. 2026 / Depuis maintenant 3 ans je viens dans cet hôtel, que dire ?? Un hôtel propre, une situation idéale pour bouger, un petit déjeuner complet, une équipe serviable, courtoise et souriante, le TOP pour un séjour. N’allez pas ailleurs c’est dans cet hôtel qu’il faut séjourner. Pour conclure je remercie à nouveau Federica qui m’accueille depuis 3 ans avec le sourire et sa gentillesse légendaire.

27/12/2018Ottimo albergo per pulizia e grandezza delle camere. Ottima anche la colazione ma dove Chiara ed Adriana la fanno da padrone di casa, accolgliendoci sempre con il sorriso ed attente alla sala per captare le esigenze degli ospiti. Gran bel servizio, complimenti 👏
