Our stay here was great and we felt welcome! The balcony is very small like in most buildings in this area and you can't really fit on it. Room was quite fancy and large (superior) and decently clean. Powerful AC is a big plus! No bidet in the bathroom. Location was great in terms of being near the old town and the train station and close to the hop on hop off bus trail. Easy to explore the city on foot. However the area is also pretty dirty and restless and it can seem scary to walk at night, though we never had any bad experiences.

Clean and modern rooms for a 3 day break. WiFi didn’t work very well. Convenient for station to get to Pompeii and Sorrento and easy access to Spanish Quarter for evenings out. Slept very well and breakfast in the morning was just the job! Area not the best but good connections onwards as mentioned!

Misleading Classification and Consistently Poor Management Palazzo Firenze markets itself as a four-star property, but two weeks as a guest made clear that this designation is not warranted. The experience fell short of even basic hospitality standards, and I would caution anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. The most significant issue was a complete internet outage that persisted for the final seven days of my stay. Despite raising the matter with staff daily, the response was invariably that the issue would be resolved “tomorrow” — a promise that was never kept. For a property charging four-star rates, this is unacceptable. Room amenities were equally disappointing. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee — standard courtesies at virtually every comparable hotel I have stayed at in Naples — were entirely absent. Water was available exclusively through the minibar at an additional charge, and there was no tea or coffee provision of any kind. Air conditioning functioned for only a fraction of my stay, leaving me no choice but to sleep with windows open. The hotel’s location near a flight path made this a genuinely disruptive experience night after night. The management’s inability — or unwillingness — to address any of these issues over a two-week period reflects a level of disorganization and indifference that is difficult to overlook. Guests paying a premium rate deserve responsive service and functioning facilities. Palazzo Firenze delivered neither. Avoid this property at all costs.

We booked this place from Agoda and plan to stay there for sight seeing. As another italian car rental company notified that our car is not ready yet on 10:45am , we contact the peoperty directly to agoda and the property to request refund as force majeur exist. As we are frequent traveller and sometimes thia kind aituation happened. The owner granted the refund with fee applied ranging 25%-50%. This property didn’t grant us and agoda send owner response. We also send email to them as their phone number doesnot exist (only machine), and they have no response at all! For ALL TRAVELLERS travelling to Naples be careful and better book from best weatern, bonvoy or accor which more flexible and reliable than book this kind of place. Dont put your travel into riak and better find proper place to stay! Lesson learnt and we decided to delete Naples in our itinerary. Better book proper hotel!

We stayed at Palazzo Firenze as a family of six adults and one infant. While there were some lovely aspects — the staff were friendly and gave us great recommendations for food and sightseeing, the rooms were clean, breakfast was fantastic, and the pool area had a great vibe — our overall experience was overshadowed by a deeply disturbing incident. While taking the elevator, which was full at the time, a woman waiting on another floor was unable to get in. As the doors were closing, she leaned her head forward and spat at us, hitting both myself and my mother in the face. We were in complete shock and immediately reported this to hotel staff. What was even more upsetting was the response. Staff acknowledged this woman is a known issue, saying she often frequents the hotel and has spat at staff members previously, including today also. If that’s the case, why has she not been banned from entering the hotel? Why were the police not called? This incident was deeply distressing, unhygienic, and frankly traumatizing. We felt completely unsafe and let down by the hotel’s lack of adequate action to protect guests. A clean room and good breakfast are meaningless if basic safety and dignity are not guaranteed. I sincerely hope management reflects on this and takes immediate steps to prevent anything like this from happening to another guest.

Overall very satisfactory. The location is a bit sketchy (not many native Italians, if you know what I mean) especially in the evening hours, so I’ve had to deduct a star for that, but they do their very best to keep the hotel secure and it’s not as bad as it initially seems upon arrival. There are more wholesome streets within walking distance. There’s a cafe two short blocks down the road and a great pizzeria right around that corner. The train station is only a few blocks away as well, and the valet is very convenient for guests with vehicles because parking would be a major nuisance. It’s very clean and the showers are amazing with phenomenal water pressure. Breakfast is well-maintained and most of the staff is very polite, including the director, Francesco. The pool closes at 7(?) but the pool/rooftop bar stays open until 11:30. They do last call at that time but also kick you out immediately to lock the rooftop and you can go to the lobby instead but no one wants to do that because everyone wants to sit outside which can only be done there. This brings me to my reason for the additional star reduction. One staff member, Giuseppe/Joseph, took over the rooftop bar at approximately 10:35 and asserted the rooftop would close at 11:00. I said he is supposed to close at 11:30, but he very confidently insisted it closes at 11:00, which I knew was wrong, because I’d already confirmed the procedure the day earlier. This argument went on for a few minutes, and he never admitted the rooftop closes at 11:30, although he did admit that he wanted to close it so he could go home. At 10:39, he told us we have 10 minutes. I showed him the time on my phone, and said it was 21 minutes until 11:00 and he is supposed to close at 11:30 anyway. To be snarky, he repeated “10 minutes” so I again informed him that it was still 21 minutes until 11:00. Things devolved and I told him he is lazy, mean and a liar, which wasn’t very nice of me but remain true observations. We were made to leave and I arrived at the front desk by 10:45. Gianni/John and Michael were there. Gianni affirmed that I was correct about the time, and said Giuseppe is just new. He did not apologize or indicate that he has any concern about Giuseppe’s behavior, despite Giuseppe’s demeanor being even more problematic coming from a supposedly new employee. Gianni told me I could go back up (to the rooftop), but I did not want to anymore, so Gianni didn’t know what I wanted from them. I just wanted to know that they understood Giuseppe’s conduct was unacceptable and would tell him so, and perhaps the courtesy of an apologetic attitude. Being informed repeatedly that he is new, as if it explains or excuses the conduct, was not a satisfactory resolution to me. Gianni then actually kind of got in my face and spoke harshly to me, on his way out to head home. I think it was in Italian, so I don’t know what he said, but I would characterize it as an outburst. I went upstairs after finishing the conversation calmly with Michael who was very professional and courteous, so I felt better. I asked him to let the director know about the incident, and he must have, because the director apologized when we checked out the next day. I appreciate that, but some other Anglosphere guests (1 Canadian, 2 English) and I already felt the rooftop hours were substandard, especially for an otherwise very nice hotel, due to the fact we had no access to outdoor seating elsewhere, so the last incident was a nail in the coffin.

Worst hotel we have stayed at in 20 years of traveling. We booked multiple rooms. Every room had AC and cleaning issues. This says a 4 star hotel, it would be a 1 star hotel anywhere else in the world. Also would not recommend staying in this area. Naples old town is not like other cities old towns, very bad. That is a lack of research on my part and not the hotels.

The hotel is conveniently located near Napoli Centrale train station, making it easy to travel in and out of the city. **Environment:** The surrounding area is lively, with many migrants, immigrants, and street vendors. In the evenings and on weekends, the streets transform into a bustling flea market—a bit chaotic and messy but generally safe. You’ll frequently see soldiers, police, and security guards around the train station and nearby areas. There are plenty of ethnic mini-markets and affordable restaurants, including Turkish kebab shops, African grills, and Indian eateries, offering tasty and inexpensive food. **Noise:** The area can be noisy, especially with street vendors, sirens, and occasional construction work. However, this didn’t bother us much. **Hotel & Room:** The hotel itself is nice, clean, and tastefully decorated. Our room was a comfortable size with a cozy bed. Amenities included a safety box, mini fridge, electric kettle, shampoo, soap, bathrobes, slippers, and a bathtub. **Shower:** Spacious with excellent water pressure. **Service:** Housekeeping did a great job—the room was always clean and tidy. However, some front desk staff were polite but indifferent, often forgetting guest requests and failing to follow through. **Breakfast:** A good variety of options, including fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, cheese, bread, pastries, pizza, bacon, salami, carpaccio, and other meats. Our two-night stay at Palazzo Firenze in Napoli was deeply disappointing, earning this hotel a one-star rating. While it presents itself as comfortable and well-equipped, our experience exposed glaring flaws that made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating. The room, though decent in layout, was in poor condition—worn walls, upholstery, and a poorly designed shower that flooded the bathroom. These issues set the tone for a property that feels neglected. However, the most significant issue was the oppressive heat in the room. Despite late-November temperatures of 7–11°C (44–51°F), the room exceeded 80°F (26°C), making sleep impossible. On the first night, we woke up drenched in sweat and sought help from the front desk at 1:30 a.m., only to be offered no meaningful solutions—not even a fan. The next day, the staff suggested opening the window for “fresh air.” This proved disastrous, as the room was immediately swarmed by mosquitoes, leaving us covered in bites within minutes. We had to shut the window, but the damage was done—the room remained unbearably hot, and the situation only worsened. A technician later “checked” the system, but nothing improved. Adding to the insult, the rest of the property—hallways, lobby, and dining areas—was significantly cooler, making the sauna-like heat in our room inexplicable and infuriating. Advertising air conditioning while failing to deliver is deceptive. Basic climate control is a fundamental expectation, and this failure demonstrates a disregard for guest comfort. Breakfast was lackluster, and while housekeeping was fine, the worn state of the room overshadowed their efforts. In summary, Palazzo Firenze lacks the essentials of a comfortable stay: functional facilities, climate control, and attention to detail. If you’re considering a visit, especially in cooler months, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. This hotel fails on every level and is not worth your time or money.

Well-located near the centre and the train station. Room was decently appointed with modern fittings, bathroom good but the thin sliding doors don't provide much privacy. Room door itself let a lot of sound in; perhaps could be insulated so you're not woken at 5am by staff preparing breakfast a floor above? Wifi wasn't working while we were there; staff were friendly but couldn't seem to do anything about it and it seemed to be a regular occurrence. Flatly not acceptable to have a premium hotel like this without wifi for days. Breakfast was serviceable. All in all, reasonably good but not great.

First things first. People talk about the neighborhood in the location. There are many immigrants groups live here as it is near to the central train station. My wife and I have walked all throughout this neighborhood at all times and we never had any problem with anybody. Never felt threatened. Never encountered any panhandlers. Overall, no issue whatsoever. Staff. Staff is attentive and kind. The cleaners of the rooms are like ninjas. You never see them and they do a fantastic job. The attendants by the pool at breakfast and in the evening at the bar are absolutely fantastic. The rooms are clean and modern. The rooftop lounge where breakfast is served. The pool is an oasis, a perfect escape from the heat of the city. The towels are luxury. The bar is fully stocked. I will absolutely Be returning. Five of five stars. PS. Maurizio plays great music at the pool!

In my opinion this is by far not a 4 star hotel. If you travel a lot you will see the difference however I like the location - very vibrant and its pretty safe. I was in this location for the 2nd time and nothing bad happend. I also like the breakfast in the roof top in the hotel but the service, especially at the roof top bar needs to get more experience to servce the clients.

This has to be the worse hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. I went downstairs to talk about the A/C three times in one day and no one cared to fix it for us (although they control the A/C themselves). There is a rotation of three people at the front. The only one that helped us was a young man with a beard at midnight on June 24th. Before that, the other two men were rude and dismissed our concerns multiple times. We were promised a room change on the fourth ask (truly the only reason was that there was another customer next to us and he probably noticed it looked bad), and when they changed staff, the older man said I have no idea of a room change but did know about the A/C issue because he said “it’s working now.” My wife suffers from chronic migraines and the heat did not help. My wife and I travel a lot to different hotels around Italy and again, this one has to be the worse in customer service. We will not be coming back to this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was clean, with good facilities and the staff were friendly and accommodating. It is situated close to Napoli Central train station which is great for quick access to other areas and bus routes. Being close to a main train station does mean the area can get very busy and loud at times, but same could be said for the whole of Napoli. For others commenting on the state of the area in general, yes it is a lower economical area, and very dirty, but as long as you’re vigilant and keep your street smarts, then you’ll be absolutely fine. A lot of the people hanging around also have local businesses in the area and are just going about their day to day. This should not tarnish your view of the hotel if you’re worried about staying here.

Wow! 5 stars! A peaceful calm in an edgy part of town, love the contrast. Naples is a great city once you begin to understand how it works, lives, and breathes....such an energy, edgy, City.....near the station is all of this, and the Palazzo Firenze hotel is fantastic, a warm and welcoming Oasis....such friendly staff, amazing breakfast on the roof terrace, with also a Bar and small plunge pool, super cool. Perfectly located for the railway station (for Herculaneum, or Scavi Erculano), and the Ferries to Capri, and Procida etc....thank you Hotel Palazzo Firenze for an amazing stay!

After reading some of the really bad comments I was unsure if it was a right decision to book this hotel. Afterwards it is clear that the decision was a right one. Firstly the hotel looks really modern and well designed in details. Rooms are new and bright. The reception is very friendly and really care about the guests. As the room type we wished was no longer available we got an upgrade to a suite which was a great experience. Also the breakfast was super maybe not the richest ones but in quality definitely among the best ones. We took the hotel because we wanted to get to airport easily. That worked out well as ALI bus is just few minutes walk. The surrounding was not too bad as some described earlier maybe the city took action after the guests feedback. Only weak point I would mention is that the room is bit noisy in the morning.

The hotel is located in a harsh area. It is very close to the train station which is why we picked this place. It is full of homeless on the sidewalk. I wouldn't advise going out late at night. Hotel wise, the guy at the reception was pretty cold. Room was good and modern and the free breakfast was also most welcome. I recommend this place if you want to be close to the train station but if it is to visit the Napoli center, maybe go check somewhere else.

The room and amenities were spacious and nice. The toilet had a rain shower head and I was pleased to find that it had great water pressure. However after using it for a while I realised that the shower was not draining fast enough, there was no elevation for the shower so the excess water had escaped and the entire toilet had flooded. Why provide good water pressure if the shower cannot handle the drainage? However what soured our experience the most was the check out process. The receptionist was incredibly rude, we are not sure what we did wrong but it seemed like he wanted nothing to do with us. The way he was handling our things it was like he was one step away from just hurling it at us. Very strange and unlike anything we have experienced before! (If it helps anyone it was the receptionist working the counter on 8 Dec 2023, around 12pm).

ocated very close to Naples’ central rail station, the hotel offers easy access to Metro, Central Bus station, and many dining options. Even though the hotel is in a old building, it must has been newly renovated. Everything inside the room looked new. The shower room looked very modern with a huge shower head. The room was quite spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, offering vast selections of freshly prepared hot food, cold cuts, and pastries. Only downside: Wifi signal was weak, probably due to the old building’s heavy duty wall. And the street outside of the hotel looked messy.

Nice enough hotel but not the best location to explore Naples, however it is great if you just need access to the train station. To get to the centre of Naples you have to go through quite a run down area which doesn't give the nicest impression to Naples. The previous time I visited I stayed by the marina and exploring from there didn't show as much of the city's reputation and therefore left a better impression. Rooms were clean, a good size but lacked a bit of soul. The breakfasts were okay but some of the pastries etc ran out quite early and weren't replenished. Given how cheap some of the coffee and cornetto are nearby it wasn't an issue but should be better really. There is also only one lift which is used by both visitors and the cleaning staff; using the stairs with heavy cases at check out wasn't appealing so we had a 15 minute wait for the lift while the cleaning staff ferried their carts and linen between floors.

Palazzo Firenze was renovated very recently. There are good and bad aspects to this. There are things that management can resolve and those that absolutely can’t change. We were so bothered by the negatives that we left on the second day, though we had booked a four day stay. Reception staff is very pleasant and helpful, while the restaurant waiters were totally useless. Housekeeping forgot to clean our room the next day after our arrival. We left on the second day, so we can’t speak to their performance. The room lacked towel bars, a shelf for soap and shampoo inside the shower, and even a waste basket in the room. But the reason we left is that we did not feel comfortable walking outside, especially since it didn’t feel safe after dark. We also regret having booked online through a third party. Though we advised the hotel staff on our arrival date that we would leave within 2 days, instead of staying for 4 days as originally booked, the website will not refund us for the unused days.

Hotel in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Ideal für Ausflüge nach Paestum, Caserta etc. Die Gegend ist sehr heruntergekommen. Das Hotel ist aber super eingerichtet. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit täglich wechselnden süßen Backwaren. Auch die Terrasse ist super für einen Wein zu trinken. Leider ging jedoch die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich, was aber in April noch zu verschmerzen war.

Un bel hôtel, propre, situé dans un quartier très sale et peu rassurant. Arrivé vers 15h30, nous en sommes répartis vers 17h30 après avoir compris que nous n'aurions pas d'autre moyen de climatiser la chambre qu'en ouvrant la fenêtre. Bruit incessant, klaxons, cris. Bref on a payé en cash bien sûr 25€ à la personne qui nous a ramené notre véhicule après l'avoir stationné 2 heures on ne sait où.

Nous avons passé 1 nuit le 27 février à l’hôtel PalazzoFirenze. Pour 1 quatre étoiles il est superbe, en partant de l’accueil, des chambres avec une très belle salle de bain et un petit déjeuner copieux et délicat. En plus le prix est très raisonnable. Sa position à deux pas de la gare centrale, du métro est très pratique. Le quartier n’est pas du tout à craindre, on est comme on a choisi à Naples. Je le recommande, Robert S.

. Ailece çıktığımız Napoli turumuzda son durak olarak iki gün bu otelde konakladık. Gece geç vakit ulaştığımız otelde bavullarımızı yerleştirip lobiye indiğimizde duvardaki resimlerden birisi beni çok rahatsız etti. “Nasıl bir otele geldik “ diye düşündüm. Odaya çıktığımızda hemen yeni bir otel araştırmaya başladım. Maalesef daha önceden başka şehirlerde güvenerek kaldığım birkaç zincir otelde hafta sonu olduğu için yer yoktu. Sabah yeniden değerlendirip ayrılırız diye düşündüm. Sabah kahvaltıya indiğimizde oldukça güzel bir kahvaltı ile karşılaştık. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Bu durumda ayrılmaktan vazgeçip o resimle ilgili düşüncelerimi personelle paylaştım. Bu resim paylaştıklarım arasında görülebilir. Otelin kalitesi hakkında kuşku yaratan son derece bayağı bir resim.

Très joli hôtel ! Personnel sympathique, réactif et petit déjeuner très varié. Les chambres sont très propres donc bravo aux femmes de ménage 💯. Le quartier est certes très animé et pas le plus joli mais n’impacte en rien la qualité du service de l’hôtel et la population locale est respectueuse. Merci 🙏

Niet erg gezellige kamers, nogal kil en slechte matras. Wel aangename badkamer met goede douche. Kamers zijn zeer gehorig, veel last van lawaai van buiten, verkeer vooral. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijtbuffet, werd ook goed aangevuld in aangename ontbijtzaal. Kamer helaas niet komen poetsen. Locatie aan het station is een beetje groezelig, maar hebben ons niet onveilig gevoeld. Nabijheid van station en metro is handig.

Très déçu par cet hotel. Emplacement dans un quartier sale et dangereux, une cliente de l'hôtel a faillit se faire arracher son sac dans la rue devant nous... L'hôtel est plutôt en bon état et assez propre, pourtant hier, une énorme blatte se promenait dans notre salle de bain. La piscine du roof top est minuscule et sale et les serveurs pas très sympa. Autant dire qu'on est content de partir demain !

Un très bel hôtel avec beaucoup de charme ainsi qu'un Rooftop et une petite piscine. Bien situé près de la piazza Garibaldi et proche du port en métro. Des personnes adorables de l'accueil au petit déjeuner et au service de chambre. Je remercie vivement toutes ces personnes qui rendent le séjour très agréable . Très bon petit déjeuner varié sucré ou salé. Je conseille pour un court ou long séjour.

Está bien situado para moverse en tren o metro. Las habitaciones están muy limpias, pero las camas individuales son demasiado estrechas y los colchones son de muelles. El desayuno es algo pobre para la categoría del hotel (dos días no hubo pan de molde y eso que era primera hora). Venden una terraza en el tejado, pero no la pudimos disfrutar sino el último día (Jueves Santo). Muy silencioso por las noches.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe! Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer! Das Hotel war sehr gepflegt! Das Französische gestückelt bot sowohl eine große Auswahl an herzhaften als auch süße Speisen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist super um alle Ziele zu erreichen. Sie bringt jedoch den Nachteil mit sich, dass sich die unterschiedlichen Personengruppen hier verkehren! Ich würde bei der nächsten Neapel-Reise wieder hier übernachten!

Wir suchten für 2 Nächte ein Hotel mit guten Frühstück in der Nähe vom Bahnhof bzgl. An- und Abreise. Das diese Lage nicht unbedingt gut ist, war uns vorher bewußt. Am Tage wie auch abends stehen an der großen, stark befahrenen Einbahnstrasse sehr oft Polizei und nachts bauen fliegende Händler auf der anderen Strassenseite ihre Stände auf. Wir wurden jedoch nie belästigt. Das Deluxe Zimmer mit Minibalkon lag zur Hauptstrasse raus, war geräumig und sauber. Durch die Schallschutzfenster auch ruhig. Unsere Freunde hatten eine Standard DZ zum Innenhof. Weitaus leiser aber auch sehr klein. Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse wirklich sehr, sehr gut. Auswahl an diversen Aufschnitten, Säften, Broten, Kuchen, Eierspeisen etc. Was uns jedoch sehr befremdlich anmutete war, dass beim Check in (der freundlicher hätte sein können), wir gebeten wurden, beim verlassen des Hotels unseren Zimmerschlüssel IMMER an der Rezeption abzugeben. Der Sinn daraus erschloss sich uns nicht und gerade deshalb nahmen wir ihn immer mit. An unserer Zimmertür gab es auch bereits mehrere Abdrücke am Schloss, wo wohl mit einem breiten Schraubenzieher versucht wurde das Schloss aufzuhebeln. Es gab kein "do not disturb" Schild und so liessen wir beim verlassen des Zimmers stets das TV und Licht an schlossen auch von aussen ab. Es gab im Kleiderschrank einen sehr kleinen Safe und der Schlüssel dafür war am Zimmerschlüsselbund. Wir haben ihn nicht genutzt und die Wertsachen stets sicher mit uns geführt. Wir schrieben selbst einen "Do not disturb" Zettel und klebten ihn von aussen an die Tür, verzichteten damit auch auf den Zimmerservice. Die Klimaanlage schaltete sich stets immer wieder aus obwohl alle Fenster geschlossen und die angestrebte Temperatur nicht erreicht war. Im März war das kein Problem für uns auch wenn die Sonne das Zimmer sehr stark aufheizte. Wir lüfteten gut und dann ging es. Empfehle ich dieses Hotel? Schwer zu sagen aber wenn dann nur die größeren Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon und auch nur weil das Frühstück dort wirklich vielfältig und sehr lecker war. Update nachdem das Hotel sehr unfreundlich auf meine Bewertung geantwortet hat: 1. Das der Schlüssel an der Rezeption abgegeben werden muss, war keine Bitte sondern eine Ansage! Als meine Freundin das Hotel verließ, wurde sie auf die Abgabe des Schlüssels angesprochen und sie sagte nein, sie wolle ihn mitnehmen. Daraufhin reagierte der Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich und sagte, das ginge nicht und sie müsse ihn da lassen. Sie tat es nicht und verliess das Hotel! 2. Auch in der Zimmermappe fanden wir kein "do not disturb" Schild. Wir reisen viel und wissen, wo wir suchen müssen! 3. Ich bin nicht die einzige, die die magelnde Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption bemängelt-siehe andere Berwertungen). Diese sehr unfreundliche und schon beleidigende Antwort des Hotels auf meine Bewertung sagt damit alles aus. 4. Mein Tipp für ein gutes Gästemangement: 1. Freundlichkeit, 2. Respekt dem Gast gegenüber. 3. Bei Kritik offen darauf eingehen aber nicht beleidigend werden. 4. Mitarbeiter darauf schulen. Wer mit der Wahrheit nicht umgehen kann, muss an sich selbst arbeiten aber darf nicht despektierlich werden! Ach ja.....das Hotel schuldet uns noch für 1 Person die Touristensteuer!!! Als ich das Zimmer an der Rezeption ausgescheckt habe, zahlte ich für 2 Personen die Touristensteuer. Booking hatte mir in der Buchung dafür 9€/Person angezeigt, das Hotel verlangte nun 12€/Person, da die Steuer seit meiner Buchung erhöht worden wäre. Alles ok. Ich bezahlte es. Ich sagte der Rezeption, dass meine Freundin noch auf dem Zimmer sei, ich aber schon mal den Mietwagen hole. Sie würde den Schlüssel dann noch abgeben. Erst 2 Tage später stelte sich durch ein Gespräch heraus, dass meine Freundin bei Schlüsselabgabe aufgefordert wurde für sich die 12€ Steuer zu bezahlen. Sie machte das, wunderte sich aber, weil ich ihr gesagt hatte, ich checke aus und bezahle auch die Steuer. Doppelt abgezockt vom Hotel oder eine miese Buchführung. Zwischen meinem Check out und ihrer Schlüsselabgabe lagen ca. 45 Minuten!!!

L’hôtel est superbe. Le personnel est souriant et très accueillant. La réception nous a donné de très bon conseils et les femmes de ménage font un super travail. La chambre que l’on nous a attribué était très belle et très propre. L’hôtel est idéalement placé (à 3 minutes à pied de la gare et 20 minutes de l’aéroport en voiture). Le seul point négatif mais qui n’est pas lié à l’hôtel est la rue dans laquelle il se trouve qui est plutôt très bruyante.

Ik ben nu op deze locatie. Ik had graag willen relaxen nu na 2 uur slaap, een hele vroege vlucht waarvoor ik misden in de nacht op moest, en bezichtigen van Napels... Maar bij binnenkomst was de kamer bloedheet, airco doet niks en kunnen ze ook niet instellen (centraal geregeld). Ik heb nu het raam open maar vannacht kan dat niet ivm de herrie. Dit is bij lange na niet het eerste hotel waar ik dit tegenkom dat ik niet zèlf de temperatuur kan regelen. Terwijl de temperatuur van de kamer zó belangrijk is! Het gaat om het confort van je gasten! Iedereen zou dat zelf moeten kunnen instellen. Ik heb het snel warm en vind een koele (slaap)kamer fijn. Ik vind dit echt een slechte zaak. Ook de bedden zijn best behoorlijk hard, ik hoop dat ik een beetje kan slapen vannacht maar ik hou mn hart vast... De kamer op zich is netjes en ik ben wel vriendelijk geholpen door de receptionist.

Das Hotel an sich wunderschön und die Zimmer auch sehr gepflegt, werden auch jeden Tag geputzt. Jedoch wenn man aus dem Fenster schaut, denkt man du bist in Brasilien oder sonstiges. Denn die Straßen sind vermüllt, der Verkehr ist die Hölle und stinken tut es auch gefühlt an jeder Ecke. Aber dieses Hotel ist wirklich ein Juwel in dierser Einöde!

Ja Stadtteil direkt nicht 1000% allerdings bist du in 8-10 Minuten direkt in der Altstadt. Man kommt von hier sehr sehr gut überall hin. Bahnhof gleich um die Ecke und mit dem Roller bist super flexible. Das Hotel ist sehr schön ausgestattet und sauber. Frühstück ist jeden Tag gleich und mir sönlich etwas öde aber völlig ok. Wir sind Richtung Innenhof und haben es somit sehr ruhig. Die Festung, der Visuv, Pompeji sowie Positano und Almalfi sind ein muss haben alles easy mit dem Scooter erreicht,abends dann zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Insgesamt sehr schöne paar Tage und Danke an das Hotel Team

Nachdem wir leider sehr spontan das Hotel wechseln mussten, sind wir hier gelandet. Der Anfang war etwas holprig, da wir eher unfreundlich empfangen wurde. Aber das hat sich schnell gelichtet. Das Zimmer war wahnsinnig toll, groß und gepflegt. Die Dachterasse mit Pool ist toll um dem Trubel Neapels mal zu entkommen. Alles in allem haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

Leider haben wir uns am Empfang bei unserer Ankunft nicht willkommen gefühlt. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war immer äußerst unfreundlich!! Das Personal auf der Dachterrasse, welche auch nicht besonders zum Verweilen einlud, war allerdings sehr nett und freundlich. Ansonsten Zimmer, nicht gemütlich, aber groß, mit tollem Bad. Alles sehr sauber. Nochmals buchen würden wir jedoch nicht.

Ho alloggiato per tre notti in questo hotel, la posizione è ottima essendo vicina alla stazione centrale e alla metro però non consiglio di andare da sole in quanto un po' malfamata e brutta da girare la sera. L'hotel si presenta bene alla reception e anche durante la colazione pare tutto pulito poi però le stanze, nonostante si veda una recente ristrutturazione, non sono il massimo della pulizia. Ho anche trovato una grossa blatta che si aggirava nella stanza, non penso che la presenza di quest'ultima sia sinonimo di sporcizia ma in ogni caso consiglio di fare delle disinfestazioni. Bella la terrazza con piscina anche se non vi ho potuto accedere in quanto era chiusa. Non me ne vogliano i proprietari ma per parere personale non tonerei in questo hotel. RISPOSTA AL PROPIETARIO: Non mi pare proprio di aver rotto nulla e non sono tanto meno stata avvisata da nessuno del Vostro personale di quanto da lei scritto, in ogni caso se avete la prova di quanto dichiarato qui sotto Vi prego di inviarmela. La mia non voleva essere una cattiva recensione ma uno stimolo a far sempre meglio in quanto anche io sono proprietaria di un'attività e da me i consigli per eventuali miglioramenti sono sempre bene accetti.

Ho alloggiato all'Hotel Firenze per due notti ed è stato bellissimo. Purtroppo ho letto molte recensioni negative sui dintorni dell'hotel, che non condivido: ogni città (grande o media) presenta situazioni di degrado vicino alle stazioni. Sebbene nel perimetro della stazione centrale di Napoli ci siano effettivamente soggetti instabili, debbo dire che le persone che orbitano intorno all'hotel, sebbene a volte ''inquiete'' soprattutto la sera, sono innocue e molto gentili (commercianti e ristoratori). In ogni caso, una persona intelligente sa che intorno alle stazioni ci sono situazioni difficili, per cui giudicare negativamente la struttura per le difficoltà sociali mi sembra assurdo. L'albergo presenta un bellissimo ingresso e un salottino molto raffinato, le stanze sono grandi e pulitissime, ottima la qualità dei prodotti per il bagno e la fornitura di spugne e asciugamano. Consiglierei l'aggiunta di qualche prodotto per la colazione: magari più scelta di pane, di cereali, di dolci tipici. Nel complesso, comunque, tutti i prodotti erano molto buoni. Concludo ringraziando tutto il personale, a partire dal Direttore, per la gentilezza, l'accoglienza e la disponibilità.

Habitaciones enormes y modernas con camas muy cómodas. El desayuno buffet variado y de buena calidad. Personal muy agradable y atento. La ubicación no es la más céntrica, pero para nosotros fue útil por encontrarse cerca de la estación central.
