07/06/2026Hello, I stayed at Starhotel terminus in Naples establishment from May 19 to 23, 2026 and I wanted to express my complete satisfaction. I loved this hotel, both for the kindness and professionalism of the staff and for the comfort of my room. The breakfast was delicious. I also greatly appreciated your exceptional location, with quick access to the metro and train station, which allowed me to easily visit Naples and its surroundings (Sorrento). It was particularly pleasant to be just a few steps away from the metro to reach the hotel after an exhausting day of sightseeing. I also really enjoyed the relaxing moments spent on his terrace after exploring this beautiful and charming city that is Naples. 29/05/2026The location of the hotel is very practical, its right next to the subway and you can take the train almost anywhere.the taxis are also right there. The breakfast is good, but not a lot of fruit, they dont have room service but the people are nice, the rooms are a bit "old" but the beds are comfortable i recommend.

06/05/2026Wonderful hotel right next to the train station. If you are doing a Pompeii tour this is the place for you, several tours meet right in front. Breakfast is good, we recommend paying for it so you are not out wandering around before your tour leaves. The area is extremely busy, try to get a higher floor for traffic noise. The rooms have very good doors that are nearly soundproof. Definitely recommend this hotel :o)

05/05/2026Location was right outside of the train station. Easy to get to. Check in was quick. Hotel room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were great and if they weren’t they had a pillow menu. Shower and bathroom were perfect. Great space. Our room had no outdoor window. But a balcony to the middle terrace. It had a beautiful roof top patio very modern.

18/04/2026We stayed 3 nights out of 9 here and coming from Florence and Rome Its a whole different vibe in this area. If you're going to explore the immediate area travel in groups and be back by dark. Plenty of cops and military are out but they usually just huddle in groups and chat. The room we had was great! (Double with Mnt Vesuvius view) It was modern and clean and we felt like we had plenty of room. Breakfast buffet was nice, they served a variety of pastries, bacon and eggs with a little fruit. Nothing major but just right. The rooftop bar and lounge is non existent so they need to take that off the website. You can go up and sit but that's it. Major disappointment for us as we were looking forward to this. Overall it was a nice stay here once we got used to the area.

15/04/2026I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in Naples. Or quite literally anywhere. It is across from the metro so it is incredibly busy with foot traffic and with litter. Not to mention the staff is incredibly unpleasant and has a superiority complex. Which I am unsure why considering it was one of dirtiest places I have experienced in Europe. Stay somewhere not as central with better service, it is not worth the price or the time. They should be ashamed for charging these prices and thinking humans would want to be treated like filth.

A bit disappointed by the breakfast variety (local pastries like Pastiera, cornetto con crema, free pancakes were missing and expected). More than that, juice quality was not as expected. Finally, The breakfast staff were not very cheerful or welcoming.

25/03/2026I was mortified. We had just checked out and I realized I needed to use the restroom. Im very pregnant. I went back inside to use their restroom and got called over by the front desk man. He waved me outside and I tried to explain I simply needed to pee and had checked out. He asked for my room key and I tried to explain that it had been turned in. He looked at my bulging belly and waved me outside. He didn't care. I was no longer a paying customer so I would have to take my bathroom business elsewhere. The beds were uncomfortable overall, however that last part was a mixture of embarrassment and frustration.

21/01/2026We had quite a weekend here. I wanted to give this a one star, but I opted for a 3, simply because of our experience First night was miserable. We were on the 2nd floor, facing the front. it was so hot in our room, so we had to sleep with the window open. Not such a great night with ALL THE STREET noise. We are by no means old, but we still need a good night's sleep. 2nd night, we ended up having to call in our toilet, as it would not flush. The kind front desk moved us. However, our next room was SO HOT. once again, we opted to sleep with the balcony open. HOWEVER, due to it being on the inside court yard, we had absolutely no air flow from outside. Then, we could hear them moving the room top furniture around for HOURS. Finally ended up calling the front desk to see what was going on at midnight. I had also asked if they had any fans available, which they did not. Another miserable night of sleep. Third night, we were able to prop our room door open to get the cool air from the hallway, to flow through into the cout yard. There were very little other patrons on our floor so we did what we had to do. We had a bit of air flow until bed. cooled off the room some. But it felt like the heat was still running, even though we had turned off it at the thermostat. Couldn't wait to get out of there at check out. I will say, we had a great server the buddy bar. He opened it for us, since we were the only ones down there. And then he was also the one who brought up our room service and was so happy to see us. SUCH a kind hearted gentleman!! He's the reason I gave them a 3 star review. TIP: Pack a fan for yourself, especially if it's off season and they haven't turned on the Air-con.

The location next to Napoli Centrale made an early start completely stress-free, and the comfort of the hotel meant we arrived well rested and ready for the journey. Comfortable, well located, and well run. We would happily stay again.

05/01/2026We picked Starhotels just because it is convenient to the train station and we needed a place to stay for one night. We were pleasantly surprised. This is a five star hotel. The staff is exceptional and helped me with transportation to the airport. The rooms are extremely nice and well appointed.

12/06/2026전반적으로 만족스러웠던 투숙이었습니다. 일단 위치가 너무너무 좋았어요!!! 위치가 진짜 최고 10점 만점에 10점입니다 ㅋㅋ 나폴리 중앙역에서 진짜 50걸음도 안되어서 도착하는듯 방도 넓었구요 (유럽에서 이정도 크기 방이라니!) 좀 어둡긴 했는데 그정도는 괜춘. 프론트 직원분들도 친절하시고, 체크아웃 후 짐도 잘 맡아주셨구요. 로비도 넓고 좋아요. 역바로앞이라 시끄러울줄 알았는데 안그랬어요!! 방음이 잘되는것같아요 ㅎ 별하나를 뺀 이유는, 체크인 할때 벨보이? 분이 저희가 요청하지도 않았는데 짐을 옮겨다주시고는 당연한듯이 팁을 요구하셔서입니다 ㅠㅠ 저희 2층이었고 엘리베이터로 이동했고.. 충분히 저희가 들고갈수 있었는데 갑자기 나타나서 짐을 가지고 가시더니;;; 방에 들어간다음 고맙다고 했는데도 안나가고 계시는거에요 ㅋㅋㅋ 그래서 ??? 이러고 있었는데 갑자기 어깨를 으쓱하면서 이 짐 무거웠다고 말씀하셔서 팁을 강제로 뜯겼습니다;;;;; 넘 황당했어요 ㅋㅋ

07/06/2026나폴리 중앙역 바로앞에 위치한 호텔. 그것만으로 꽤나 장점인곳. 중앙역에 코나드 마트도있어서 전체적으로 편하다. 뷰는 기찻길 뷰인데 뭐 나쁘지않다(베수비오도보인다) 다만 창밖으로 소음이 좀 들어오는데 자는 시간에는 보통 조용하다. 오래된 호텔이라 한계가 있겠지만 그래도 나쁘지 않았던기억이다. 중앙역이랑 연결된 호텔앞 지하에는 관광객이 주로 이용하게될 나폴리지하철 역인 가리발디역도 있다.

09/05/2026역 앞이라 위치는 굉장히 좋았습니다 오래된 호텔치고 시설은 평범하였습니다. 문제점 1. 엘레베이터가 매우 좁고 2대 밖에 없어서 스탭들이 엘베를 사용할때는 사용이 불가하여 아침에 체크아웃하러가야하는데 엘베 기다리는데만 10분간 멍하니 서있었습니다 ㅡㅡ 2. 헤어 드라이기가 굉장히 옛날 방식이라 머리 말리는데 시간이 오래걸리며 스타일링은 불가능합니다. 이 점들을 고려할 필요가 있으니 참조하세요

29/04/2026Hotel a pochi passi dalla stazione di Napoli e vicinissimo all'ingresso della Circumvesuviana ma più scomodo per raggiungere il lungomare. La zona è costantemente pattugliata dalle forze dell'0rdine quindi abbastanza sicura e tranquilla. Camera vista vesuvio di buone dimensioni così come il bagno. Ottima insonorizzazione degli infissi. Apprezzato il balconcino, il pavimento in parquet e il bollitore. Buona la pulizia. Confortevoli e accoglienti le aree comuni. Colazione ottima per qualità e varietà, se proprio devo trovare un neo il personale gentilissimo ma po' disorganizzato. Sicuramente ci tornerei

26/04/2026Ho organizzato un meeting il 24 aprile presso lo Starhotels Terminus. Sono rimasto positivamente colpito per la qualità del servizio. In particolare struttura elegante ristrutturata da poco ed ottima qualità del cibo. Ci siamo affidati a Susy che, insieme ad Antonio, ha saputo organizzare tutto nei minimi dettagli con disponibilità, gentilezza e professionalità. Gianluca e Alessandro hanno organizzato la parte ristoro con particolare attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari. Un ringraziamento anche a tutti i collaboratori della ristorazione che con garbo hanno accontentato tutti gli ospiti. Alfredo ci ha aiutati nell’allestimento delle sale. Tutto ciò in una location con vista panoramica sulla città di Napoli. Grazie ancora.

01/04/2026ポンペイ遺跡とカゼルタ宮殿に行くことをメインに選んだホテルで、今年の冬に4泊しました。目的にはぴったりでした。中央駅から信号1個渡ると、広い歩道（ガルバルディ広場）でそのままホテルエントランスです。 市街地に向かうにも、広場内に地下鉄がありますので便利です。 部屋は中央駅に面していなかったので、他の方の様に騒音に悩まされませんでした。 素晴らしいのは朝食で、パンの種類が多いだけではなく、アレルゲン表示がしてあります。 メニューも豊富です。 しかも、ヴィーガンブレッドでも美味しい！ 駅前のスーパー好立地なホテルとは思えない内容に大満足です。

31/03/2026이 호텔은 위치도 좋고 시설도 다른 이탈리아 호텔과 비교하면 확실히 좋은 편입니다. 하지만 제가 별 한개를 남기는 이유는 리셉션데스크 남자직원의 응대가 너무나 불쾌했기 때문입니다. 남자 직원은 첫 날 제가 체크인을 했을 때 조용한 방을 달라고 했을 때 콰이엇을 못 알아들으며 what?이라고 하며 알아들을수 없다고 했습니다. (저의 영어는 유창하지 않지만 발음이 이상하지는 않습니다. 또한 못 알아들었을지언정 남자직원의 응대는 4성호텔에 전혀 어울리지 않는 것이었습니다.) 그리고 시티텍스 얘기를 하면서 카드를 달라고 하기에 시티텍스는 지금 결제 되는거냐고 물으니 갑자기 보증금 얘기를 꺼내며 시티텍스는 내일 결제된다고 했습니다. 남자직원의 말이 이해가 안됐지만 일단 결제를 하고 체크아웃을 할 때 시티텍스에 대해 묻자 그는 결제할것이 없다는 식으로 얘기했습니다. 저는 찝찝한 마음에 인보이스를 요청했는데 인보이스에는 제 이름이 틀린 철자로 기재되어 있었습니다. (도대체 왜 틀린지 이해가 안됐고 비하의 느낌을 받았습니다) 호텔 시설 자체는 쾌적한 편이지만 4성급 호텔에 걸맞는 서비스는 기대하지 마십시오 그리고 싱글베드가 제공되는줄 알고 예약했는데 소파베드가 제공되었고 171인 저에게 소파베드는 너무 짧아서 잠 자는게 불편했습니다. 또한 욕조의 잠금장치가 고정이 되지 않아 목욕을 할 수 없었으며 잠금장치 부분에 곰팡이가 쓸어있어 청소가 제대로 되지 않은 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

26/02/2026Ich kann dieses Hotel leider absolut nicht empfehlen. Schon bei der Ankunft waren wir vom Umfeld sehr erschrocken. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof, was an sich nicht schlimm sein muss – allerdings ist die Gegend abends wirklich unangenehm und wirkt unsicher. Man sollte sich dort nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit besser nicht draußen aufhalten. Wir wurden sogar von offensichtlich stark alkoholisierten bzw. drogenabhängigen Personen angesprochen, was für uns eine sehr unangenehme Situation war. Die gesamte Umgebung ist extrem verschmutzt, überall liegt Müll herum, teilweise sogar Glasscherben. Besonders problematisch ist das, wenn man – wie wir – mit Hund reist. Hunde sind zwar im Hotel erlaubt, aber es gibt in der näheren Umgebung kein einziges grünes Fleckchen, wo man vernünftig Gassi gehen kann. Stattdessen muss man ständig aufpassen, dass der Hund nicht in Scherben oder Unrat tritt. Aufgrund der wirklich schlimmen äußeren Umstände haben wir unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen. Von ursprünglich vier gebuchten Nächten sind wir nur eine geblieben. Leider zeigte sich das Hotel in dieser Situation überhaupt nicht kulant – wir mussten dennoch zwei Nächte bezahlen. Ein Entgegenkommen seitens des Personals gab es nicht, was die Enttäuschung zusätzlich verstärkt hat. Für uns war dieser Aufenthalt leider eine sehr negative Erfahrung. Wirklich traurig.

23/02/2026Stanza molto confortevole. Peccato per le tende sporche ed alcuni elementi del mobilio ormai logori e rovinati. Inoltre la moquette delle scale era molto logora e macchiata. Colazione molto varia, ma mi sarei aspettato che i prodotti tipici della pasticceria locale fossero artigianali, vista la vicinanza con alcune delle pasticcerie più note. Prezzo nel complesso adeguato ed impagabile la vicinanza con la stazione ferroviaria e metropolitana.

17/02/2026Alla reception Vittorio è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La camera molto bella e pulita peccato che non fosse per niente insonorizzata, si poteva sentire tutto dal piano di sopra, dalle stanze accanto e dal corridoio e soprattutto di notte ti sveglia molto facilmente. Per due giorni sul pianerottolo del secondo piano c’è stato un fortissimo odore di fumo di sigaretta che non abbiamo capito da dove venisse. Per quanto riguarda la colazione una delusione (fortuna che la nostra era inclusa perché mi avrebbe dato molto fastidio pagare per quello che abbiamo mangiato), poca scelta, bacon praticamente crudo e soprattutto il primo giorno le etichette erano tutte fuori posto, volevi un pezzo di crostata alla ciliegia e c’era l’etichetta dei cornetti semplici, prendevi un pezzo di crostata all’albicocca e c’era l’etichetta della crostata alla ciliegia, cercavi un cornetto vegano e c’era scritto fagottino al cioccolato. Siamo scesi a fare colazione alle 10 (ci avevano detto che la colazione era fino alle 10:30) ma c’era poco e niente, al desk non c’era nessuno per poter dire il numero della camera e nessuno ci ha chiesto se volevamo qualche bevanda calda. Il giorno dopo un po meglio anche se il latte caldo era terminato, tutti i tipi di latte freddo anche, ho dovuto chiedere al personale di portarmelo perché al buffet era tutto finito. La colazione è stata la cosa più deludente. Al check out abbiamo dovuto attendere molto perché c’era una stagista che era stata chiaramente lasciata sola che stava risolvendo un problema con un’altra ospite ma avendoci messo molto addirittura l’ospite prima di noi ha atteso per così tanto tempo che ad un certo punto ha detto che stava perdendo il treno ed è dovuto correre via senza che nessuno gli facesse fare il check out. La stagista è stata molto educata e si è scusata tanto per l’attesa ma è sembrato molto strano che in un hotel 4 stelle durante l’orario di punta dei check out ci fosse una sola persona al desk e soprattutto una stagista lasciata da sola. Peccato perché l’hotel è bello ed in una posizione strategica ma il servizio spesso ha lasciato molto a desiderare. Grazie al personale ai piani perché la camera è sempre stata pulitissima.

L’ambiente è accogliente e il personale si è dimostrato attento e premuroso, in particolare nei confronti dei ragazzi e della nostra bambina neonata. La qualità della ristorazione è eccellente: sia la colazione che la cena offrono un’ampia e curata selezione di piatti. La posizione, inoltre, è strategica e consente di raggiungere facilmente tutti i principali mezzi di trasporto pubblico. 17/12/2025Ho soggiornato in questo hotel settimana scorsa e posso dire che da fuori non rende il bellissimo posto che si ritrova varcando la porta d'ingresso, location molto curata, camere pulite e accoglienti ,colazione al top e per la posizione che dire, ottima per chi arriva in treno e chi vuole usufruire della metropolitana praticamente ai piedi della struttura.

05/12/2025Purtroppo abbiamo avuto problemi sia con il check-in online che con quello alla reception, sia all'arrivo che ore dopo la registrazione. Ci è anche stato addebitato consumo di cose non consumate. Un altro lato negativo era il rumore di spostamento dei mobili nelle stanze sopra e a fianco la mattina, forse durante le pulizie. Il personale di sala era disattento e distratto durante la colazione. La camera aveva una bella vista e la pulizia era buona. Forse da dare un'occhiata al sistema di ventilazione ma nulla di grave. Mancavano gli accappatoi. Ottima la zona per comodità di spostamento

15/10/2025Unser Doppelzimmer ging zur Strassenseite heraus mit einem kleinen Balkon. Gut und zweckmässig eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett, frisch renoviert. Das Frühstück war etwas spartanisch aber völlig in Ordnung. Der Service und das Personal ist eher unfreundlich und es dauert ewigs, bis man z.B. einen Kaffee oder einen Drink erhält. Die tolle Lage direkt beim Bahnhof und der Metro macht dies aber locker wett. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

I partecipanti sono rimasti estremamente colpiti sia dalla location che dall'ottima qualita' dei servizi di ristorazione. Consigliatissimo anche per l'ottima posizione, strategica per chi viene a Napoli in treno o autobus.
