30/05/2026A nice cafe with ample seating. Strawberry pastry was very nice and the staff were friendly. Per friendly location. If you need a quiet place to stop by and focus you can go one floor down to the lower seating area, perfect to take your laptop.

09/04/2026We stopped by for coffee and pastries, and it was a delight. The coffee was very aromatic, and the brioche was perfectly fluffy with that distinct, deep flavor of long-fermented dough. The pistachio pastry was also a highlight! The interior of Princi Milano is very classy, featuring a beautiful display of baked goods, warm wooden tables, and a spacious layout. The staff was very friendly and welcoming toward us as tourists; they were happy to switch to English when our Italian reached its limit. Highly recommended!

He screamed at my ftined out of nowhere that she was not at the right lane (she was) and he served her the drinks by slaming them on the counter.

One asian cashier guy was so rude, although being efficient but you are not allowed to ask questions or he would scream on you giving you the vibe "are you dumb asking questions?". Well i only asked if a bread was of olives 😅 The barista was only the coldest ive ever met and thats fine. I prefer cold than rude 🤣. For the pastry is kind of over sweet. Overall mediocre pastry and so bad service.

06/12/2025This is the worst Princi branch. The employees are a disaster. They have made mistakes with me twice. During aperitivo, the bartender added ginger (which has nothing to do with virgin mojito) to a virgin mojito for someone who is allergic to ginger. We kindly asked her to redo it. She made it again with ginger, and when we refused to drink it, she made us pay for her mistake and even started shouting at US. Today I went again for breakfast with a friend. I ordered two cappuccinos, one of them decaf. After making me pay, they told me, "Sorry, we don't have decaf!" Tell me from the beginning- I would have gone to another coffee shop. I ended up drinking coffee by myself. Unbelievable.

19/11/2025Focaccia and salads are exceptional, specifically anything with olives. Hot chocolate was good but needed whipped cream. I have been here at least a dozen times this year and the food is consistently delicious and the washroom always messy, frequently without soap and floors are disgusting especially at lunchtime. For a restaurant of this quality to have a washroom in this state is unacceptable.

02/11/2025I loved the breakfast at this place! The cake and cinnamon roll I had were so delicious and the latte macchiato was very well done. However, it should be noted that the staff here were not very friendly! I smiled at the woman taking my order and she just stared at me with a blank face. The next time I ordered another pastry the Asian guy at cashier gave off negative body language sighing, rolling his eyes at me and acting like I was bothering him. I would have rated this place higher but I believe service is what makes a difference between a good vs great bakery. And the service was not good, but the food was great. So I’m giving this 3 stars.

21/10/2024I love going to Princi when in Milan - love love love their olive sticks, crunchy and soft! (I also went in for the early dinner buffet, so much to chose from, all made there, really fresh ingredients) Princi also has good wifi, so you are not using up all your limited data. And of course, there is the espresso. Yum!

08/06/2026Princi to świetne miejsce na śniadanie, które odwiedziliśmy kilka razy podczas naszego pobytu w Mediolanie. Bardzo dobra kawa i pyszne wypieki sprawiły, że chętnie tam wracaliśmy. Najbardziej smakowały nam wytrawne kanapki oraz cornetto z nadzieniem pistacjowym i czekoladowym. Ciasto było mięciutkie, delikatne i jednocześnie miało chrupiącą skórkę. Kremy są wyraźnie dobrej jakości — słodkie, ale nie przesadnie, dzięki czemu nie zabijają smaku samego rogalika. Nadzienia jest dużo, ale w idealnej proporcji. Próbowaliśmy też cornetto migdałowego oraz ciastka z owocami leśnymi — nadal były smaczne, choć mniej przypadły nam do gustu. Bagietka z oliwkami okazała się trochę zbyt twarda. Na plus zdecydowanie kawa, która tak nam zasmakowała, że kupiliśmy ją również w ziarnach. Co ciekawe, ta sama mieszanka kosztuje tutaj 9€, podczas gdy w Starbucks Reserve aż 16€.

Lo abbiamo fatto notare alla Commessa sabato 23.05 indicativamente vs le 10.00 e ha fatto una faccia come “annuire”. A se a lei frega nulla, spero interessi al Manager di sala o almeno al proprietario. Non ci entrerò mai più! Non è igienico e il menefreghismo è stato insopportabile.

01/05/2026Nur weil viele Leute da stehen heißt es nicht dass es gut ist! Wir sind ganz normal durch die Straßen gelaufen, auf der Suche nach Frühstück, da sagen wir eine riesige Menschenschlange. Wir dachten uns dass das Restaurant unbedingt gut sein muss, wegen den vielen Menschen. Doch innen angekommen, war es extrem chaotisch. Überforderte Mitarbeiter und kaum freie Plätze. Ist ja noch ok, es war auch immerhin viel los. Aber das System in dem sie arbeiten ist einfach nur unordentlich. Zuerst muss man bestellen, dann bekommt man einen Beleg mit dem man sich und eine zweite Schlange stellen muss. Wenn man da schlussendlich drankommt bekommt man seine Getränke. Außerdem versteht das Personal kaum Englisch und deshalb haben wir was bekommen was wir nicht mal wollten. Das Essen wiederum war auch nicht besser. Den selben Geschmack kann man auch in einer lokalen Bäckerei bekommen. Die heiße Schokolade war auch einfach nur geschmolzene Schokolade, keine Milch oder Wasser dazu. Wer Diabetes sucht ist hier richtig.

Es gibt für alle etwas: Getränke & Essen, warm & kalt, süß & salzig, zubereitet (frisch belegtes Sandwich, Lasagne, Polpo, Panzanella, Törtchen, Kuchen, Gebäck uvm) & plain (frisches Obst wie Bananen, Äpfel, Erdbeeren) - perfekt für Familien/Gruppen mit vielen Geschmäckern und Wünschen. Selbstbedienung mit schnellem Abräumservice - alles sehr sauber. Alle super freundlich bei entspannter Musik zum drinnen & draußen sitzen.

Le volví a señalar lo que quería. Cuando le pagué me preguntó en español que de donde era y como buena latina hablaba español perfectamente. Es realmente grosero ese comportamiento. Sin mencionar que sirvieron el café a todas las personas italianas que había detrás de mí antes que a mí.

03/04/2026Im Princi hat es uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Es gibt eine Auswahl an süßen und herzhaften Optionen, sodass für jeden etwas dabei ist. Auch der Cappuccino war lecker und mit 2€ sehr günstig. Was mir allerdings nicht so gefallen hat, war das Ambiente. Das Mobiliar lädt nicht zum längeren Sitzen ein und es gibt wenige zweier Sitzgruppen.

Ho spiegato chiaramente di essere incinta e di non poter bere bevande zuccherate, ma il personale ha rifiutato di ritirarlo. All’inizio mi hanno detto che lo avrebbero cambiato, ma poi sono tornati al tavolo dicendo che non lo avrebbero sostituito e che dovevo comunque pagarlo. Il comportamento del barman e dello staff è stato molto scortese e poco professionale. Quando ho chiesto di parlare con il responsabile del locale, mi è stato detto che non era presente. Un’esperienza davvero deludente e un servizio molto poco rispettoso verso il cliente. I specifically asked for a non-alcoholic cocktail without sugar, but I was served an extremely sweet drink. I clearly explained that I am pregnant and cannot drink sugary beverages, yet the staff refused to take it back. At first they said they would replace it, but then they came back to the table saying they would not change it and that I still had to pay for it. The bartender and staff were very rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with the manager, they told me that the person in charge was not there. A very disappointing experience and extremely disrespectful customer service.

La cameriera si scusa ma alla cassa non solo nessun gesto di scuse come per esempio uno sconto, ma abbiamo pagato due drink €18. Imbarazzante! 01/02/2026L’esperienza di colazione presenta luci e ombre, con una proposta ampia ma non sempre coerente sotto il profilo della qualità e dell’esecuzione. La focaccia classica risulta penalizzata da una struttura eccessivamente dura e da una sapidità marcata, mentre la variante con olive e pomodorini offre un risultato più equilibrato e piacevole. Il panino al salmone si distingue per una mollica particolarmente soffice, ma la qualità del salmone non appare all’altezza, compromettendo l’armonia complessiva del prodotto. La brioche al tiramisù, pur presentando un ripieno gradevole, non restituisce alcun richiamo sensoriale al dolce di riferimento, risultando poco coerente nella proposta. Di segno decisamente opposto la pan suisse, ben eseguita, con sfogliatura croccante, buona stratificazione e farcitura generosa. Molto riuscita anche la nuova interpretazione del pan chocolat, proposta in versione “tronchetto”, che rappresenta, insieme alla pan suisse, la proposta più convincente e appagante dell’assaggio. Il cappuccino non raggiunge uno standard qualitativo adeguato, risultando poco equilibrato. Deludente anche il servizio, caratterizzato da un atteggiamento svogliato, poco cordiale e distante da una reale attenzione al cliente. Si segnala positivamente unicamente l’addetta alla cassa della pasticceria, per cortesia, sorriso e professionalità. Nel complesso, si tratta di un’esperienza discontinua, in cui alcune proposte dimostrano una buona capacità tecnica, mentre altre evidenziano carenze nella selezione delle materie prime e nella cura del servizio. Il potenziale è evidente, ma non pienamente espresso: per raggiungere uno standard realmente convincente sarebbe necessario un maggiore rigore qualitativo e una più chiara coerenza tra proposta, aspettative e risultato finale.

Purtroppo oggi sono stato trattato in modo estremamente scortese da un membro dello staff, che mi ha risposto in maniera aggressiva e offensiva davanti ad altri clienti, dopo una semplice richiesta fatta con educazione. 06/01/2026Esperienza a metà. La pizza era buona e di qualità, nulla da dire sul cibo. Purtroppo però i bagni erano in pessime condizioni: sporchi e senza sapone né carta, cosa davvero inaccettabile per un locale di questo livello. Ho chiesto di poter parlare con un responsabile per segnalare il problema, ma la persona alla cassa mi ha detto di riferire a lei senza però darmi l’impressione che la segnalazione sarebbe stata presa seriamente. Questo atteggiamento non mi ha convinta. Peccato, perché con maggiore attenzione all’igiene e alla gestione del cliente l’esperienza sarebbe stata decisamente migliore.

05/01/2026Ho acquistato ieri del pane in questo negozio. Molto buono - se non che mangiando ci ho trovato dentro un insetto morto. Presumo si tratti di una farfallina della farina morta durante la cottura… non mi è mai successa una cosa del genere, e considerando i prezzi del negozio è particolarmente eclatante. Fa sorgere il dubbio sugli standard sanitari del negozio (infestazione di insetti?), spero i gestori leggano e prendano le dovute misure!

28/12/2025Ogni anno vengo qui da torino per il panettone natalizio. Non ce n’è di più buoni! Difficile scegliere il mio preferito tra quello tradizionale e quello al cioccolato, quindi nel dubbio li prendo sempre entrambi! Ingredienti di primissima qualità. ECCEZIONALE! Personale cortese, ambiente tranquillo. Non vedo l’ora che sia il prossimo Natale per prendere un altro panettone! Anche gli sfogliati non sono da meno.

17/12/2025Servizio clienti è proprio zero! Anche quando ti portano un caffè freddo invece di caldo, nonostante tu l’abbia chiesto espressamente caldo, non te lo rifanno e per di più ti mettono in discussione dicendo che dovresti ripagarlo

04/12/2025Personeller zulüm altında çalışıyor gibi. Bir çok isteğiniz zoraki yerine getiriliyor. Bunu size hissettirmeden yapamıyorlar. Yoğun bir işletme. İşten ayrılmakta bir seçenek. Ürünler çok güzel, o yüzden yiyecek kısmına 5 yıldız verdim. Atmosferde iyi.

30/10/2025Mi è stato servito l’Iced Americano in modo errato. Ho chiesto di correggerlo, ma la cameriera ha rifiutato, nonostante tutti gli altri avessero la bevanda preparata correttamente. Ringrazio comunque la direttrice, che ha sostituito una delle tre tazze, ma purtroppo non tornerò di nuovo. The Iced Americano was served incorrectly. I asked to have it fixed, but the waitress refused, even though everyone else had their drinks prepared correctly. I appreciate the manager who replaced one of the three cups, but unfortunately, I won’t be coming back.

29/10/2025Locale perennemente confusionario tuttavia un posto a sedere e qualcosa da mangiare lo si trova sempre. A questo giro ho optato per una torta cioccolato e pere. Nell'insieme il prodotto era buono, analizzandolo più nel dettaglio il topping e la farcitura alle pere sapevano di chimico/prodotto industriale. Parti della torta non sono di certo realizzate in modo artigianale. Prezzi sopra la media che sfruttano la nomea.
