Very delicious Pasta (5/5) But service was really bad. Waitress forgot to bring me salad but still tried to include it to the bill. They removed salad from final bill, but only after I have asked them. It also took them really long to bring us water after we made a food order

We were strolling in the nearby area, when we found a beautiful display with handmade pasta in it. We decided to go in and it turned out to be a great decision. We received a quick, wonderful and very warm service. They mainly serve dishes made from homemade pasta and they are very delicious. We ordered one violet eggplant and one millefeuille with pistachio. At first the portions didn't seem a lot, but they are very filling. Great experience overall, I would kindly recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful time here. The food was a solid 4/5. It tasted fresh and clean, which makes sense given their focus on using ancient grains and making everything fresh daily. The restaurant itself is very cute and intimate, but the service is what truly made our evening. The two gentlemen running the shop were incredibly sweet and attentive. They took the time to chat with us and share the history of the restaurant, which we really appreciated. Would absolutely recommend for a healthy, thoughtful meal in Milan.

Pasta was ok, but not worth the high price compared to other restaurants. Portion sizes were too small and we waited quite long for our food although the restaurant wasn’t very full. All other guests got a bread basket but us. Only after asking why we didn’t get one, the waiter brought one but without an apology. In total, the service wasn’t very attentive and could be warmer. Moreover, the waiter wasn’t happy about our „small“ order of just 2 normal pasta dishes and suggested wine and starters. Also you should know that unlike at other restaurants in Milano there is a service fee of 3€ to consider this in your tip calculation.

Please if you want pasta just go to a normal trattoria. We had a dinner 5 people and all the pastas were completely tasteless. We had carbonara, pomodoro, cascio e Pepe and pesto. I am never coming back to this place. Additionally for 5 people the place is very uncomfortable. With the service, there is nothing wrong.

WORST FOOD EVER!! Very unfriendly staff and a very disappointing experience overall. The waiter walked away while I was still talking and asking a question. I was simply asking for bread, but before I could even finish, he was already at another table helping other customers. We eventually received bread, just like the other tables, but it was extremely dry. I honestly thought we were in Italy, but there was no olive oil, no butter, nothing to go with it. We ordered pasta and after one bite, it was clear something was wrong. It tasted like it had been reheated from the day before and it was all stuck together. After just one bite each, we immediately asked for the bill. The waiter asked if we didn’t like the food, and we said no. He went to discuss it with his colleague, who then came over and asked us the same thing. We explained again that we didn’t like it at all, yet we were still charged the full amount. Fine, but it says a lot about the service. I honestly don’t understand how this restaurant has such a high rating. We left hungry and went somewhere else to eat. Very poor food and very poor treatment. If you want to waste your money and leave hungry, this is the place to go.

DONT TRUST THE REVIEWS. DISGUSTING FOOD. The waiter was rude and made the whole experience unpleasant from the start. The starter we received looked cheap and low quality, honestly like something from a supermarket shelf. We ordered the cacio e pepe, and as you can see from the photo, it was absolutely awful. It was easily one of the worst pastas I’ve ever had. Nothing about it felt fresh, authentic, or worth the money. Do not trust the positive reviews. I would not recommend this place at all.

Da tempo vedevo questo locale, desideravo provare la loro cucina. L'accoglienza è stata buona, nonostante qualcuno di loro ancora stia imparando l'Italiano, può esserci stata una piccola imcomprensione iniziale riguardo il tavolo, li ho trovati molto più a modo e professionali di altri camerieri italiani di locali vicini, che invece sono cafoni, maleducati e molto più lenti, per questo tornerò sicuramente. La pasta è fresca, di ottima qualità. Incluso nel pranzo c'è stato un piccolo antipasto delizioso. La qualità della pasta fresca è ottima, come anche del sugo.

Wir sind aufgrund so positiven Bewertungen reingekommen. Es war spät, fast 10 Uhr abends. Hab nachgefragt, ob die Küche noch offen ist. Kurz vor 11 wurden wir höflich gebeten zu gehen, weil sie schliessen. Mein Sohn war noch am Essen! Er war noch nicht fertig mit seiner Pasta! Wir waren weniger als eine Stunde drin. Ich hatte die schwarze Tagliolini mit Jakobsmuscheln. (33€) Von drei Jakobsmuscheln war eine köstlich und die zwei anderen fast nicht essbar. Sehr komisch. Ich war schon oft in Italien, auch in den Städten. Es war kein italienisches Restaurant. Möchtest du um 11 zuhause sein, lass um 10 keine Gäste rein.

Gerçekten çok lezzetli idi. Porsiyonları diğer restoranlara oranla biraz küçük , Small tercih etmiştim , pek aç olmayan ama tatmak isteyenler için ideal bir porsiyon. Normal açlık seviyesindeyseniz regular tercih edin. Pestolu olandan yedim çok çok lezzetliydi . Eşim de gnocci patlıcanlı domatesli soslu vardı ondan yedi, o da çok beğendi. Leggo le recensioni e rimango stupido: I gusti sono evidentemente molto vari e il mio è il punto di vista, personale, di un bolognese, cultore della pasta, ma mi chiedo cosa mangiano di solito quelli che le hanno scritte! A partite dalla "bolognese regular" (sono tagliatelle al ragù...smettiamola di svendere la nostra cultura ..santo cielo!) si capisce la totale artificialità del luogo e di ciò che viene servito. Visto il taglio da "menu internazionale" decido di puntare sulla cucina siciliana e provo le busiate alla trapanese: pasta siciliana che purtroppo ha fatto un giro lungo, passando da Genova a fare un carico di improprio basilico....di trapanese purtroppo non e rimasto nulla, ma proprio nulla! Qualcuno ha scritto "trappola per turisti". ..beh in effetti non è una definizione impropria: cibo non autentico a prezzi assurdi!

Nous avons mangé les traditionnelles pâtes à la carbonara. Elles étaient excellentes. Prenez directement la taille L si vous mangez bien. Mention special pour les copeaux de viande qui éclataient de saveur en bouche. 57€ à deux pour 2 plats large carbonara + 1 dessert partagé. 3€ pour le service inclus par personne à table.

Nous sommes allés dîner à la Fabricca Del Grano lors de notre séjour à Milan, et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Nous avons dégusté un très bon plat de pâtes fraîches, parfaitement cuites et pleines de saveurs. Le tiramisu en dessert était tout simplement délicieux ! Le restaurant possède également une superbe devanture, qui donne tout de suite envie d’y entrer. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !

Die Pasta welche wir bestellt haben, war zu bissfest. Die Portionen sind zwar in S, M und L angegeben, sind aber eher alle S -> zu klein für das geforderte Geld. Geschmack aber trotzdem gut. Ambiente ist gemütlich und passt zum Motto Grains.

J’ai découvert ce lieu il y a plus d’un an, un peu par hasard, en pleine journée en dehors des heures de repas, où j’avais simplement acheté des pâtes. Je m’étais alors dit que j’aimerais vraiment y revenir pour y déjeuner… et je n’ai pas été déçu ! Récemment de passage à Milan avec des collègues, nous avons enfin pris le temps de nous y arrêter pour manger, et ce fut une excellente expérience. Nous nous sommes tout simplement régalés : les plats sont délicieux et parfaitement maîtrisés. Nous avons déjeuné en terrasse mais l’intérieur est tout aussi soigné. Le service est à la fois courtois et efficace, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus plaisante. Une très belle adresse que je recommande sans hésitation !

Este original local se denomina "Laboratorio y Restaurante: del campo a la mesa, Pasta de granos antiguos". En efecto, en él venden todos los tipos de pasta que elaboran y se come en un salón de reducidas dime nsiones. Podemos decir que hemos degustado la mejor pasta "al dente" que nunca habíamos probado. Cada plato de la breve carta se ofrece en tres tamaños :pequeño, mediano y grande. Empezamos bien con un aperitivo gentileza de la casa, a base de polenta y tomate en una concha de vieira. No sabriamos elegir cuál de las tres elaboraciones de pasta nos gustaron más, porque todas estaban riquísimas. Por los nombres no teníamos ni idea de lo que nos iban a servir, pero mereció la pena dejarnos aconsejar por el camarero. He aquí lo que degustamos: "Mezzi Paccheri alla Gricia", "Mezzi Maniche alla Carbonara" y "Busiate alla Trapanese. Si quieren conocer un restaurante distinto en Milán, prueben este y es probable que salgan satisfechos, como nosotros.
