We made an online reservation for New Year’s Eve, when we arrived, we were informed that the restaurant was fully booked and they were unable to accommodate us. I understand that mistakes can happen, however it would have been appreciated if we had been informed in advance, especially on such an important day.

During our last day in Rome, we found this great place through The Fork. From the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed by Julio, who was exceptional! His attention to detail, effort to communicate in Spanish to make things easier, and genuine friendliness elevated our dining experience. Julio’s passion for his work was evident in the way he described his years of service at the hotel. And then came the pasta, crafted by Chef Mirko. Each dish was great, authentic, and innovative. To top off the meal, we were surprised with a complimentary limoncello, a generous gift from Julio and the rest of the team. This thoughtful gesture added a personal touch to our dining experience, making us feel valued and appreciated :)

service is really bad. it took forever to order bc the restaurant is clearly understaffed and then forever to get my dishes. the waitress did what she could but they clearly need more people in the saloon. carbonara was just okay, nothing remarkable. the only good thing was the live music which saved the night.

Great menu for lunch/dinner accompanied by good service. Good selection of pizza and pasta dishes along with a decent dessert selection. Wide variety of drinks too. Located within walking distance of the colisseum if you're visiting the area!

The drink was great but the food was subpar. Definitely a tourist trap... Knew that going in but still no excuse for eating a pasta dish with shrimp that smelled like it wasn't washed or cleaned before being served. The pizza was okay. The servers were great though

This lounge bar is quite a surprise! I went after a nap and it's perfect for chilling due to its dim light, modern decor, breathable space and incredible music (I think it's Post Modern Jukebox which is my fave). I felt so relaxed. Food was OK but I'm giving a 5 cause it's so pretty.

Although this place is listed as a bar, they have a full menu, and the pasta was so great. I think they prepared it fresh rather than premade (so be patient when they cook it). It was also almost empty during lunch time.

Cena in centro città, infrasettimanale, locale annesso a struttura alberghiera finemente arredata (boutique hotel), musica filodiffusione, comode sedute, no affollato, clientela prevalentemente straniera. Personale affabilissimo e attento. Cibo buono, portate generose, prezzi alti ma con sconto applicato tramite TF, tornati nella media. Consiglio per una serata tranquilla, di livello.

不理解为什么这家店在google map上评分这么低，我们点了玛格丽特和薯条，都非常美味。玛格丽特的酸我认为恰到好处，奶酪也非常香，饼边烤的外脆内软，不硬，很好吃！薯条看起来平平无奇，但味道让人惊艳，一口下去香、软、酥脆的风味混合在口中绽开，好吃！Federico和Alessandro的服务非常好，非常热情友善，能够让我们更好的品尝这里的美味食物，我们很感激他们！

Collaboro con questo hotel in qualità di servizio pubblico NCC. Trovo il personale di reception sempre molto gentile e cordiale con me e con i clienti. Di gran lunga la miglior accoglienza possibile. Durante la nostra recente visita a questo ristorante, abbiamo incontrato diverse difficoltà che hanno compromesso la nostra esperienza. Inizialmente, ho tentato di modificare il mio ordine da un hamburger a un piatto alternativo poco dopo aver ordinato, ma mi è stato comunicato che ciò non era possibile a causa dell’avvio della cottura dell’hamburger, quando non avevamo nemmeno mangiato un aperitivo di tagliere che avevamo ordinato. Questo ha causato un po’ di confusione e frustrazione, specialmente perché il cambio è stato richiesto a causa di un’allergia al pane che a volte mi colpisce. Inoltre, l’hamburger che è stato infine servito era ben oltre il grado di cottura richiesto (extra cotto anziché al sangue) e il pane utilizzato che ha mangiato la mia moglie era di qualità industriale e poco appetibile. Anche la disponibilità e la flessibilità del menù sono state deludenti, dato che il piatto alternativo richiesto non era disponibile ma sopratutto che non ci hanno lasciato scelta, dicendo che la cottura del hamburger era già partita. Vorremmo sottolineare che, nonostante questi inconvenienti, il personale è stato cortese e amichevole. Tuttavia, sembra che ci siano state delle incomprensioni o delle rigidezze da parte della cucina riguardo la modifica degli ordini. Con dispiacere, a causa di queste esperienze, riteniamo improbabile fare ritorno a questo locale e ci sentiamo di dover sconsigliare la visita ad altri. Ci auguriamo che questo feedback possa essere utilizzato per migliorare il servizio e l’esperienza per i futuri clienti.

Personale scortese sopratutto la ragazza al bar, dopo averci accolto con un sorriso forzato e averci spinto a mangiare fuori con toni molto sgarbati, ci ha accompagnato al tavolo annunciando ‘la cucina chiude tra 20 minuti’ notiamo bene che la prenotazione fosse alle 22.

El lugar es lindo y la atención es buena (justifican las dos estrellas). Sin embargo, la comida es pésima, los platos que involucran pasta no es nada que no se pueda hacer en la casa. Platos que, según el menú, contienen ingredientes que luego no están presentes.

Nous avons réservé via le site "thefork" afin de bénéficier d'une réduction sur notre addition. Nous ne nous attendions pas à un restaurant dans un hôtel mais nous n'avons pas été déçus. Le cadre est très charmant, avec une chanteuse très douée, un service aux petits oignons et une cuisine vraiment très bonne. Nous avons été charmés !

Essen und Ambiente sind sehr gut. Es läuft gute Musik in angenehmer Lautstärke. Der Service war leider katastrophal. Es dauerte 40 Minuten bis unsere Teller abgeräumt wurden und das Restaurant war nicht voll besucht. Da gibt es bessere Restaurants in der Nähe.

Bar agréable pour prendre un verre entre le colisée et la fontaine de treville. Bon accueil et bon service Je recommande leur chips maisons en entrée, elles sont très sympa. Les fruits de saisons sont top aussi.
