Had a wonderful lunch here before heading to the Colosseum later. It really is a stunning piece of history and a beautiful structure. The staff were very attentive and we enjoyed our drinks and food. We were so fortunate to sit outside, and on a gorgeous day a few weeks ago! It really insulates you from the busy streets and people outside; it was just a peaceful, slower pace and was a welcome break from the crowds :)

We stopped here yesterday after visiting the Galleria. We were tired and wanted a drink and to just sit for a bit. This café should seriously consider talking to the female hostess who was seating yesterday. She was very condescending to us, no smile, no greeting and proceeded to tell us that we would need to order a drink in order to sit because they didn't offer, juice, or sodas. We sat and our waiter was very nice, although not very knowledgeable about the bar menu. The food was good. We got the usual olives and nuts for that time of day, and we ordered the mini pastrami sandwich. Two drinks (one was non alcoholic), water and a sandwich cost us over €50. For that price, the staff needs to be nicer to guests. I will not be coming back here again if ever in Rome in the future. The hostess needs to get over herself.

Bit of a disappointing experience, especially after visiting the museum. The interior is beautiful, but the dishware that was served to us were chipped and felt cheap to touch. The prices were high (cappuccino was €7), especially for tea. We tried an earl grey tea, which was €11. It was not even served properly, where we were given the teabag so we put it into the teapot with hot water ourselves. We ordered thinking there was something special about it, but there wasn't. The coffee is also nothing to boast about. We had cappuccino and espresso. At first sip, it was pleasant, but towards the end there was an after taste. Had better coffee for a cheaper price at less glamorous places. The staff were nice.

Terrible service. We waited almost 2 hours, and every staff member kept telling us something different. First we were told it was fine to order one item and sit, then another employee suddenly said it wasn’t allowed. If you have policies, at least make sure your staff communicate them properly instead of wasting customers’ time. Very unprofessional experience.

I just landed in Rome from a very long trip and I found this very classy, charming and nice place near Piazza Venezia. The service is majestic, the food and the sweets are so good I restored myself immediatly. The caffettiera is amazing. Coffe, cappuccino and cornetto are just out of this world and Giulia is the girl behind that. She is so kind, professional and well prepared that she turns a regular coffee moment into a real Italian expirience. I surely want to come back to this unique place when in Rome. 10/10

Place looks amazing, beautiful building. But we arrived there at 16:00 and they told us they only serve lunch outside. Since we “only” wanted coffee and desserts we could only sit inside, which is rather small and dark. I can understand lunch service and all, but we were well after any lunch hours. They would do better if they set a minimum consumption, which is what they anyway wanted, I think.

A beautiful setting but that's about it. Food was mediocre at best and extraordinarily expense for what we got. Americano coffee was 8EUR and not even from a machine - it was instant coffee where water was added to at the table. 3.50EUR added onto the bill for the table setting.

The place itself was great - serene,fantastic location yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. However..paying twice as much for the same coffee is a ripoff imo. (8€!) Also takes a lot of time since the kitchen is inside so until you get the coffee it gets cold again. Came following an "influencer" reel but sorry, but not worth the experience imo. There are much better cafe's nearby at half the price.

What a wonderful experience! Caffé Doria is a wonderful place, amazing atmosphere, and the most delicious food. Came here after a long walk to relax and eat, and was welcomed with the greatest service, amazing food and drinks. The bolognese ravioli and the pastrami sandwich was especially amazing, and the servers were incredibly kind too! The atmosphere is incredible, and I highly recommend sitting outside in the garden as the music is lovely and it is all very beautiful. Mash (our server) was lovely too, and overall this was a marvelous experience. Thank you so much!

I had brunch here this morning. I ordered the avocado toast with spinach and Parmesan cheese, along with a matcha latte. I was seated at Table 10 around 11 AM. When I finished, I let one of the staff members know that I was ready to pay. He told me to go to the counter. As I approached the counter, I noticed a queue of people waiting to order pastries. So I decided to take a quick look around the café first before returning to pay. I had seen some photos of the outdoor seating near a garden of this cafe and was curious to find out where those seats were, as I may consider dining there next time. However, as I stepped out the door near the reception area, the same staff member came after me and questioned why I hadn’t paid the bill. I explained that I was simply looking for the outdoor seating and was about to show him the photos I had seen. Unfortunately, he didn’t seem interested in listening or understanding. His attitude came across as accusatory—implying that I was trying to leave without paying. This was the first time in my life that someone has ever questioned my intention to pay a bill. Despite this unpleasant experience, I’m still giving four stars out of basic respect.

Très mauvaise expérience. Nous arrivons et la personne à l'accueil nous regarde en coin en continuant à parler à sa collègue. Je lui demande en anglais s'il est possible d'avoir une table pour 4 pour un thé et des pâtisseries en montrant le présentoir à gâteaux ( car il est 18h donc un peu tard ), elle me répond très vite en anglais et je comprends qu'il faut s'assoir pour commander et elle nous indique d'un geste la terrasse, ce que nous n'avons pas demandé mais pourquoi pas. Comme nous n'avons pas bien saisi nous lui redemandons le chemin et elle semble agacée, elle nous remontre d'un vague geste sans quitter son comptoir une sortie à la dérobée derrière une jolie fontaine. Nous marchons pour arriver dans une sorte de beau cloître avec fontaine centrale. Nous demandons à la jeune femme qui fait le service une table pour prendre le thé. Elle nous explique que la terrasse est seulement pour les boissons alcoolisées sans un sourire. Confus nous lui expliquons que c'est sa collègue qui nous a envoyé ici. Elle nous redit exactement la même chose en prenant un air pincé. Elle a eu l'air surprise quand nous lui avons demandé d'ouvrir le cordon pour que nous puissions ressortir dans la rue. Mais je ne vois pas pourquoi nous donnerions notre argent à un établissement dont les serveurs son snobs et traitent leur clientèle à la limite de l'irrespect. C'est dommage car les pâtisseries avaient l'air bonnes et le cadre était idyllique. Le pire c'est que nous étions en chemise et pantalon à pinces donc je n'imagine même pas la tête qu'ils tirent si vous vous présentez en t-shirt et shorts. C'est bien la première fois que nous avons une mauvaise expérience avec des italiens qui sont globalement abordables et amicaux.

No le doy 0 estrellas porque no es posible, aunque ganas no faltan. Es un sitio claramente pretencioso: muy bonito de cara a la galería (la fuente interior cumple su función en Instagram), pero ni la carta ni el servicio están a la altura de lo que intentan vender. Pedimos dos capuccinos descafeinados y un rollo de canela. Los cafés, bastante mediocres: poco sabor y preparados sin ningún cariño. Eso sí, curioso detalle que el descafeinado tenga suplemento… pagar más por menos cafeína es, cuanto menos, una experiencia filosófica. El rollo de canela estaba reseco y pegajoso, de esos que se te quedan en los dientes como recuerdo del lugar. Daba la sensación de llevar días hecho, y aunque se supone que lo sirven caliente, llegó apenas tibio, como con poca convicción. El servicio tampoco ayudó: tuvimos que pedir cubiertos porque inicialmente solo trajeron el plato. En un sitio de este “nivel”, parece que esperan que te conectes con tu lado más primitivo y comas con las manos. Y cuando por fin trajeron los cubiertos… eran de carne, no de postre. Un pequeño detalle que dice bastante. Por último, el ambiente dista mucho de ser agradable. Si buscas tranquilidad, este no es tu sitio. Uno de los empleados parecía estar ensayando para un concierto de percusión a base de golpes con los cubiertos, creando una banda sonora poco acorde con la supuesta elegancia del local. En resumen, un lugar que cuida mucho la apariencia, pero se olvida de todo lo demás.

Pessimo servizio, avendo prenotato online per posti all’esterno non c’era scritto da nessuna parte che non si poteva stare fuori per fare merenda (tipo dolce o giusto bere qualcosa). Siamo arrivati e lì in accoglienza ci dice che all’esterno si può fare merenda dalle 16. Allora abbiamo fatto un giro e siamo andati all’esterno alle 16, l’altra ragazza lì in accoglienza all’esterno dice che non si può fare merenda ma solo dalle 17 in poi e dice che dalle 16 si può prendere cocktail e li chiediamo se prendiamo cocktail e qualche dolce caffè si può? Lei dice di NO. Poi rientriamo dentro e lo spieghiamo alla ragazza in accoglienza interna e lei dice che se state fuori si può prendere cocktail anche dolce caffè…. Ci sentivamo presi in giro dalla ragazza fuori. O che la ragazza fuori era razzista perché non trovo altri motivi visto che ci guardava male bisbigliando con il suo collega. Perché si può prendere cocktail e non dolce insieme??? Mai più.

Маленькое, но впечатляющее кафе. Находится в исторической вилле, с другой стороны галереи. Чудный фонтан. Красивый интерьер, но все равно неоправданно дорого! Муж заказал граппу. Мы заказывали капучино и латте-макиято, к ним разные 3 пирожные. Тирамису не только впечатлило своей формой, но и вкусом - самое вкусное в Риме, что я успела попробовать за 8 дней. А вот чизкейк был не свежий:(. В принципе посетить можно, но так чтобы специально приходить, то нет.

Lo scenario è innegabilmente magnifico,purtroppo l'esperienza complessiva è risultata deludente e equiparabile a quella di un generico bar turistico. ​Un episodio in particolare ha evidenziato una notevole rigidità del servizio: ci è stata negata l'accensione del fungo riscaldante, con la motivazione che era riservata esclusivamente ai clienti che avessero pranzato. ​I cocktail erano nella media, senza particolari meriti, e la cura per i dettagli era assente, come dimostrato dalla mancanza persino dei tovaglioli al tavolo. ​In sintesi, la splendida location non compensa un servizio carente e poco attento al cliente. Un'esperienza da non ripetere.

Un bellissimo bar. Purtroppo per 2 caffè abbiamo aspettato troppo senza che nessuno ci dicesse almeno mi scuso per l'attesa. Il banco dei cornetti era pieno di moscerini che giravano. Decisamente evidente la non curanza di che serviva nel risolvere il problema.

Il posto è molto bello e di classe, problema e che gli dipendenti sn molto giovani e inesperti ,per un posto del genere servono dipendenti competenti e con tanta esperienza. La classe nn e aqua.!per pagare un caffe e 1 brioche ci anno messo 10 min , in 3 a domandarmi ogni volta che cosa ho presso?.spero che questo posto, ha un HR manager ,sarebbe da controllare meglio la professionalità dei dipendenti!. invece la qualità dei prodotti è ottima , la location è bellissima, ma c'è da lavorare dietro le quinte.

La cafetería es linda, pero los precios no se condicen con la calidad, ni del café ni de los dulces y comidas. Cinamon roll y croissant del mismo pauperrino nivel que en Starbucks. Los postres un poco mejor, pero precio desmedido. El cafe que con cambio de leche queda en casi 8 euros, no justifica ese precio (en carta se avisaban variedades, pero al pedir nada de explica al respecto). Hay otras galerías y museos en Roma y en otras ciudades italianas con mejores alternativas. Finalmente, el baño al usarlo, no estaba en las mejores condiciones. Tenía muchas expectativas, pero fue bastante decepcionante. Una lastima.
