Waiting to be seated for a coffee in broad daylight is unacceptable. I arrive, I sit down if there’s a free table, and if there isn’t one, I leave. There’s no reason to wait to be seated for a simple coffee. Very disappointing experience. -5 rating.

A must place for a caffe. Over the years the Caffe has drawn plenty of tourists who don't know where they are and what to do here. Order a caffe (gran caffe if you want to explore) to drink at the bar ('al banco'). For a breakfast some sweet pastry with cappuccino. I have never sat at tables outside, so I can't say anything about that experience other than that it's not the real thing. Over the years they have added more tables for tourists. Also, buy some coffee beans to home, good price for the quality. It's 100% arabica, which is different than blends which use also robusta. Service is good enough. The caffe is the main thing.

Very savory pizza and delicious dessert and wine. Both the cheesecake and tiramisu were amazing, and sipping a sweet wine made it all go down even better. Definitely recommend stopping by this Cafè if given the chance or in the area.

Visited in May 2026 Firstly, thanks to the active teams right from the attentive Cashier all the way to the super fast barista and waiters. I believe they’re the backbone of making such a shop highly switched on in the sale of greatly roasted and served coffee. In particular, I admire the distinctively rich creamy espresso squeezed out of the well selected beans, which stands as sufficient evidence on the high quality roasting process. We bought some for our home use and will continue buying. Keep up the good job and thanks to the owner and team members.

The coffee shop was not crowded at all, but there’s only 1 waiter and we had to wait 10 minutes to get our order taken + 20 minutes for the invoice . The waiter was friendly however the cashier was so rude didnt even smile! For the coffee we tried Gran cappuccino and moretto. Both less than average taste for such expensive price! For the sweet very bad i don’t like it! Very very disappointed!!!!!!

Superb coffee. Came in on a rainy day and the man at the register was very kind. He answered my questions about what to try and was always smiling. Definitely a great experience here, lots of locals. I had the main espresso drink. It was very sweet so I would probably do half of the sweetness, but still delicious. Also tried a cherry/custard dessert (can’t remember the name) but it was really good. Overall a great experience

Par excellence of coffee culture in Rome. Bold, balanced and smooth coffee. Pastries light and fresh. Being a tourist, I learned that sitting down at the outside cafe means you order from a waiter. It’s costs a bit more but worth it if you have time to sit down and enjoy. If you go inside, order your beverage and parties at the cashiers to your right, pay, and take receipt to the coffee bar to your left. You can stand at the coffee bar and enjoy or take it away in a disposable cup. You cannot take these your purchased items and sit down at the tables outside.

It's a tourist cafe. I tried their "best coffee granita in Rome", it was the worst I've ever had, basically frozen bitter coffee. They are over priced and the service is slow, but they do their job. I'd not recommend. Find somewhere else with real quality.

커피맛은 평범합니다. 같이 파는 크롸상도 맛없구요. 왜 유명한지 모르겠네요... 그리고 야외 테이블에서 서빙하시는 나이드신 남자 서버분.. 동양인한테만 메뉴 발음 엄청 쌔게 발음하면서 타액을 사방으로 다 튀깁니다. 일부러 침 뱉는 느낌.. 이랄까? 처음에는 뭐지? 했는데, 계산하고 나오면서 보니까 다른 동양인에게도 똑같이 그러네요. 서양인에게는 전혀 그런 행동 안하구요. 인종차별하는 커피 bar 갈 필요 있나요? 여기보다 훨씬 맛있고, 친절한 곳 엄청 널렸습니다. 여긴 가지마세요..

A Malaysian guy wearing glasses refused to take our order, so we sat there for about 30 minutes. My legs were hurting from walking so much anyway, so I just stayed put. When he came back after about 30 minutes, I confronted him about why he wasn't taking our order, and he just stammered and ran off. If my wife hadn't stopped me, I would have given him a good scolding, but I just held back. 안경쓴 말레이시안 놈이 우리 테이블만 주문을 안받아서 한 30분 앉아있었음. 어차피 그때 너무 걷느라 다리아프기도 해서 가만히 있었는데 한 30분 뒤에 오길래 왜 주문안받냐고 따졌더니 어버버 하면서 튐. 와이프가 안말렸으면 한바탕 하려고 했는데 그냥 참았음.

Il Cameriere è stato molto gentile, il caffè è buono, le brioche e le altre specialità ( abbiamo preso brownie, maritozzo e millefoglie) buone ma non eccezionali peccato che il servizio al tacolo( un tavolino piccolissimo per quattro persone ) sia veramente carissimo: abbiamo speso per due caffè , 2 cappuccini caldi, un maritozzo, un brownie, brioche e millefoglie ben 43 €! Praticamente come a Dubai!

Locale storico per degustare il caffè a Roma, celebre per la sua inimitabile schiumetta. Attenzione: se non lo volete zuccherato ditelo prima che ve lo servano, perché qui la prassi è portarlo già con lo zucchero. Posto pieno anche di idee regalo tutte inerenti al caffè come i cioccolatini ripieni di caffè liquido o col chicco dentro il ciccolato, gli amaretti al caffè ecc. Unico punto dolente il personale: sbrigativo e poco cordiale, fa sentire i clienti più gente da fare avvincendare il più rapidamente possibile, che persone che vengono per vivere un'esperienza di degustazione unica e storica. Peccato!

Sicuramente è un buon caffè da bere al bancone, un'esperienza da fare perché il caffè è di ottima qualità e schiumoso. Se ti vuoi sedere il costo di un caffè tradizionale sale de 3,50€ a 6€. Col mio compagno abbiamo preso due caffè tradizionali al bancone da 3,50€ l'uno. In totale abbiamo speso 7€. A me sembra eccessivo.

Una vergüenza. Por el servicio en mesa nos cobran 3 EUROS POR BEBIDA EXTRA (el cappuccino costaba 3,5 y nos cobraron 6,5 cada uno…) y 1,5 POR PORCION DE COMIDA EXTRA (de 2 euros a 3,5). Además, ni siquiera puedes pagar en mesa, solo pagas porque te traigan la comanda… Entiendo que cobres suplemento, pero es necesario especificar la cantidad. Nada recomendable.

El camarero nos atendió de forma inadecuada y abrupta porque le dijimos que se habían colado dos personas: solo italiano, a pesar de que luego atendía en inglés, dos expresos en vez de macciato y agua con gas, en vez de sin gas. No repetiremos ni lo recomendamos para nada. Precio muy alto. Relación calidad/precio ínfima. Cuesta poco atender con un mínimo de amabilidad. Grazie mile

Der Kaffe war super lecker, wir hatten den Granita von Panna. 테라스 자리를 문의했을 때 직원분이 제 말을 듣고도 응답하지 않았고, 눈이 마주쳤는데도 못 들은 척하며 지나가셨습니다. 그런데 남편이 말하자 바로 자리 안내를 해주시더라고요. 메뉴판도 테이블 위에 내려놓는 수준이 아니라 거의 던지듯 놓고 가셔서 상당히 불쾌했습니다. 또 뒤 테이블 정리 중 의자에 부딪혔는데 사과도 없었습니다. 다른 후기에서는 친절하다는 이야기를 봤지만, 저는 동양인이라서 차별받는 듯한 느낌을 받아 결국 그냥 나왔습니다. 참고하세요. When I asked about getting a table on the terrace, the staff member ignored me even though he clearly heard me and made eye contact with me. He walked away as if he hadn’t heard anything. However, when my husband asked, he immediately responded and showed us to a table. The menu was not placed on the table politely but was almost thrown onto the table, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Later, while cleaning the table behind us, he bumped a chair into me and did not apologize. I saw many reviews saying the staff were friendly, but as an Asian customer, I personally felt discriminated against and decided to leave. Please keep this in mind.

[결론] 에소 좋아하시는 분이면, 가능한 빠른 일정에 드세요. 개인적으로 최고의 커피 였습니다. 로마 커피면 다 비슷하겠지 해서 이동 경로에 있는 괜찮아 보이는 아무집에서나 먹었다가, 여기 먼저 올걸 후회 했습니다. 이동 경로에서 조금 벗어나더라도 들러서 먼저 먹어 보시길 추천합니다. 기호에 맞지 않다면 상관없지만, 기호에 맞다면 여러번 와서 먹을 가치가 있는 곳이였습니다. [참고] 사람이 가장 많이 몰리는 1시-2시 사이에 갔습니다. 바에서 먹는다고 말하고 계산하면 영수증을 주는데, 바리스타분이 잘 볼 수 있게 들고 있으면 달라고 손짓 합니다. 설탕을 넣냐고 물어보는데, 에소는 가게마다 적절한 설탕량이 다르니, 설탕을 회피하지 않으신다면 무조건 넣어 달라고 하세요. 산미있는 커피를 좋아하지 않는데, 전혀 거부감 없이 만족스럽게 마셨습니다.

Recensione: Un nobile ristoro dinanzi alla maestosità dell'Urbe Sostare al Caffè Sant'Eustachio è stata un'esperienza sublime che mi è piaciuta moltissimo, un autentico connubio tra il fascino eterno della tradizione e il piacere del ristoro. La collocazione di questo esercizio è un vero e proprio privilegio per il viandante, poiché adagiarsi ai tavoli di questa storica piazza, sita letteralmente a pochi passi dalle antiche meraviglie del Pantheon, regala un'emozione che squarcia il tempo. Rimirare il viavai della città da una posizione così caratteristica permette di respirare l'atmosfera imperitura e l'essenza più autentica di Roma. L'ambiente evoca sin d'un tratto i fasti e l'eleganza della "Dolce Vita", offrendo un rifugio di grande suggestione dove il servizio e l'arte culinaria si fondono mirabilmente. Nonostante il costante e impetuoso afflusso di avventori da ogni angolo del globo, il personale si è dimostrato solerte, cortese e di encomiabile efficienza, recando le vivande con impeccabile sollecitudine. הגעתי למקום ורכשתי פולי קפה מוצלחים, רציתי להזמין קפה ונאמר לי לשבת התיישבנו חיכיתי לתפריט ולבצע הזמנה כאשר הגיע המלצר ראיתי שחיבק שני אנשים שרק הגיעו באותו הרגע ואמר לנו לקום מהכסאות קצת התבאסנו, אבל בסדר. סך הכל לא שופט את המקום על חוויה יחידה היה נראה אחלה של מקום. עם קפה טוב ומטעמים טובים

Tellement bon !!! Meilleur cappuccino que j’ai bu. Les pâtisseries sont incroyablement délicieuses. On peut acheter à emporter ou consommer sur place en terrasse ou au bar à l’intérieur. Prix très corrects.

lieu incontournable mais devenu trop touristique … le café reste bon mais c’est lieu est clairement pensé pour le tourisme ( et ça marche ! ) vous devez faire la queue pour consommer sur place ou sinon au comptoir :) souvent beaucoup de monde

Sono italiano e vengo a Roma da tanti anni. Nella mia vita non ho mai pagato 10€ per un cappuccino ed una brioche. Leggete i prezzi prima di sedervi perché sono folli. Il caffè e brioche non sono meglio di altri mille bar di Roma. Non vale la pena

Locale storico per il caffè, sicuramente ci sono bar dove il caffè è anche meglio, sfrutta solo il fattore e il fascino del passato ma ormai non ha più la stessa cortesia di una volta, inoltre non accetta pagamenti con BANCOMAT, assurdo!

Caffè ottimo speciale Servizio con professionalità, gentilezza,cortesia,molta attenzione,hanno tanta pazienza nonostante l'affollamento continuo del locale,non manca mai il rispetto e il sorriso. Riescono ad essere anche spiritosi nonostante la confusione e la velocità con cui devono lavorare. Fornito di tanti prodotti a base di caffè,o per il caffè. Volevo aggiornare la mia recensione aggiungendo altri due tipi di caffè (il frappè e cioccolato e caffè freddi) sono eccezionali,gustosi,ottimi,da provare.

Πολύ ωραίο καφέ εσπρέσσο, 1,7€ στα όρθια όπως συνηθίζεται στην Ιταλία. Πήρα και για το σπίτι ελαφρώς τσιμπημένα στα 10€ το κουτί. Έχει και ωραία μαγνητακια κτλ. Βέβαια ο καφές για το σπίτι, υποτίθεται αλεσμένος για μηχανή εσπρέσσο είναι τόσο ψιλοκομμένος που τον εκχυλιζει με τα χίλια ζόρια στην μηχανή εσπρέσσο delonghi που έχω, δεν καταλαβαίνω για ποιες μηχανές κάνουν τέτοιο κόψιμο, πιθανώς επαγγελματικές διότι η delonghi θεωρείται από τις κορυφές ερασιτεχνικές οικιακής χρήσεως και παρόλα αυτά δεν τον βγάζει καλά τον καφέ. Από αυτό χάνει 1 αστέρι.
