30/05/2026Stayed for 3 nights. Was helped with bags when we arrived late and had a lovely room. Bed was really comfy and air con was powerful. Breakfast was nice- I was surprised that we couldn't take the water to our room and there wasn't a clear area to refill our bottles for our outings. However, overall a good stay and good location 👌 On a side note, there was a concert/birthday celebrations that went into the late hours of midnight which did stop us sleeping so it would have been nice to be aware of it.

16/05/2026We have been to Hilton properties throughout the world. This one is subpar or lackluster at best. The hotel seems like a catering hall with some hotel rooms squeezed in above it. The food was average, the service was average, the room was average. In fact nothing stood out except the price. We are Diamond members in Hiltons rewards programs and wouldn't come back here again. They do have a very nice front door.

10/05/2026This is a beautiful 4 star hotel, 1 km from the train station. The rooms are big and well appointed, the staff are friendly and helpful and the when having breakfast is hard to stop. The building is beautiful and has a long history.

06/05/2026The staff at this hotel are awful. We found Naples to be a terrible city to visit - everyone is rude and no one smiles. It’s dirty and run down and the hotel isn’t much better. They tried to charge us double the price of a taxi ride to the airport, when a free transfer was included in our booking. The spa is dirty - it isn’t a place to relax at all. I’d much rather say we had a great time but that simply isn’t the case. They were so unhelpful and rude, like I’ve never experienced in a hotel before. If you’re looking to visit Pompeii, stay further down the coast. Do not stay in Naples and do not stay at this hotel.

21/01/2026Great place to stay when in Naples. The location is fantastic and the front desk people are wonderful. Very accommodating with storing our bags after checkout while we spent the day touring the city. Plus leaving our rental car with them made it perfect.

19/01/2026Palazzo Caracciolo Naples was one of our favorite stays in Italy. The location is ideal—within walking distance of the train station, the iconic L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele, and various tour meeting points. As a vegetarian, I was thoroughly impressed by the breakfast; it was both a pampering experience and practical for a long day of sightseeing. Everything from the sourdough bread to their unique red beans recipe was delicious. As Hilton Diamond Members, we were upgraded to a stunning two-story duplex with massive windows and a lofted bedroom, which made our experience truly unforgettable

19/12/2025There was music playing at a hotel event so loudly that my bed was shaking. The staff said their hands were tied and it would play until around midnight. The other minor nuisances could be overlooked like the room phone not working so I couldn't contact them, the Wi-Fi not reaching beyond two feet from the door, and no way to cool the room.

18/12/2025I am a long time Hilton member as well as a team member and I have to say I was a little disappointed with my stay. The hotel is clean, and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The biggest issue is that they were holding events in their courtyard with music blasting until 11 pm. I understand that there is a large night life here, however the music was so loud that there was no sleeping. It echoched so badly within the rooms that ot felt like you were right down there partying with them. If we had known they held events like these, we wouldn't have stayed here. Nothing was listed on the website about these types of events and we were totally unaware of this. How are we meant to travel and enjoy our trip if we are running on zero sleep everyday. Would not recommend staying here if you have long days and are expecting a good night's sleep!

29/11/2025As a Diamon Member who travels for work and pleasure frequently. Will say this is a splendid hotel that accommodates it's guests well. Room was complementarily upgraded, when there was an issue with the room, it was quickly handled with better accommodations. Staff was very helpful with information, assisting in luggage, later checkout. Rooms were clean and the hotel location is perfect!! Highly recommend. The downstairs dining area is beautiful during the holiday season. The breakfast is delicious.

13/11/2025Location was very good for Centro Storico. The room was fine although hot. We were told they set one temperature for the whole hotel. Since it was November I guess they had already put the setting to heat. The only way to cool the room was to keep the window open which was very noisy. We were disappointed with service however. Check in and check out was fine, but at breakfast we were discouraged from sitting at a table in the courtyard because they said they had no tables clean and set up. There was only one table occupied. When we went inside though it was the same. The tables needed to be cleared and we had to set our own table. It was only 9:30am so it wasn't like we came at the very end of breakfast. The worst experience however was with the car valet service. It took 45 minutes to get our car. After 20 minutes we were told there had been a problem with the garage but it was resolved and the are was on the way. After 30 minutes we were told it would just be 2 more minutes but that the car was on the way. Finally after 40 minutes the valet attendant asked us our room number and went to get our key from the cabinet to fetch the car. Waiting 45 minutes when we were leaving for the airport was already stressful and a surprisingly long wait, but I was shocked that we had been told lies twice by the staff about the car being en route. It is completely unacceptable to lie to your clients. The attendant tried to make the excuse that he was the only one there and needed to stay to manage all the cars that people kept trying to leave, but that is a service issue that the hotel needed to manage. They had 4 people at the front desk. Maybe someone needed to go outside to help. I am still taken aback that we were lied to by the staff. That just shows a complete lack of respect.

30/09/2025Nice hotel with great staff that really do try their best. There was an issue with our first room so they switched us without an issue. Biggest problem was the bugs!! Our room had a bunch of little bugs flying around. Mentioned to front desk and they sprayed the bathroom but no change. We were in RM 126

01/09/2025I would like to thank the hotel manager Martina for her support and caring about the guest. I wouldn’t forget to mention Gennaro De Simone ,in the photo , who was very helpful with a smile unlike the other Gennaro who should be patient with guests and avoid the little grimace on his face. My stay was fantastic , the rooms were fine , the breakfast was great with full of varieties and my family had no single comment. As a Hilton member, this hotel and the team made my stray so comfortable and never failed to satisfy me even when there was a payment issue from my travel agent, Martina followed up and solved it.

31/08/2025This was a last minute booking. When I arrived Gennaro checked me in and was exceptional and attentive to all details. Even though I am Diamond Status and did not ask for an upgrade .. he went above and beyond and put me in the Suite Parthenope which was an Incredible Room. He answered all my questions and offered suggestions. This hotel was the perfect place to stay for an early morning flight out of Naples airport.

28/07/2025Booked a twin room but given a double as there were no twin rooms available and apparently the hotel was full. The room was small with no character. Furniture was in need of repair, scuff marks on the walls and there was a hole in the bathroom door. Overlooked the back of residential flats and the location was not great. Decided not to stay and moved to a much better 4* hotel. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

24/07/2025This is a Hilton affiliated hotel. It was okay, but wouldn't return. Rooms r small, as expected for European hotel. Can walk to some of the famous pizza places within 10-15 min. However, hotel sits on the cusp of an area where many homeless people hang out. If u cross under the archway across the street, the entire feel changes and it did not feel safe. As long as u stay on the hotel side of the arch, it was still a dirty, urban city, but it felt okay to walk around. Staff was nice despite very confused and kind of bumbling with their ability to check us in and handle payment. There were 3 of them up there and they all just seemed a bit lost. Probably took them 15 min just to get us r key. Room itself was fine. Bathroom was clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the water provided in the room. Booked a room with a pull out sofa/chair that was a bit precariously balancing on some pillows, but it worked out. We arrived the night of the soccer championship so got to watch a ton of very large fireworks right outside r window, which we enjoyed. View is of the street/neighborhood. They do have a nice courtyard so perhaps there r views of that available as well. I wouldn't choose to stay here again, but if this is your option, just make sure you stay in the safer area of town.

La chambre, simple mais très accueillante, offre tout le confort nécessaire, avec une belle salle de bains. Stanza 316 TOP ci hanno regalato anche una bottiglia e regalino per il compleanno di mia moglie, servizio impeccabile. Grazie mille

Nonostante la bellezza architettonica della struttura, l'esperienza complessiva è stata ben al di sotto degli standard attesi per un hotel di questa categoria. La zona di Via Carbonara è molto caotica e gli infissi non sembrano isolare adeguatamente dal rumore esterno, rendendo difficile riposare. peccato per un palazzo storico così bello, lasciato a una gestione che non lo valorizza affatto.

24/01/2026Sono stata al bar all’interno di Palazzo Caracciolo per un aperitivo veloce prima di un evento. L’atmosfera è sicuramente piacevole ed elegante, in linea con la location, e questo lo si mette in conto quando si accetta un certo livello di prezzi. Per il primo giro abbiamo ordinato due calici di Franciacorta, accompagnati da patatine, olive e un piccolo rustico: 30 euro in totale. Una cifra non economica, ma comprensibile considerando il contesto. Il problema è arrivato con il bis. Allo stesso prezzo (altri 30 euro) ci sono stati serviti soltanto due calici di Prosecco e una piccola scodellina di patatine, senza olive né altri accompagnamenti. A parità di costo, l’offerta è risultata decisamente inferiore, sia per qualità delle bevande che per quantità e varietà del cibo. Peccato, perché il posto ha tutte le carte in regola per offrire un’esperienza all’altezza del contesto. Un maggiore equilibrio tra prezzo e servizio, soprattutto nella coerenza tra una consumazione e l’altra, renderebbe l’aperitivo decisamente più soddisfacente.

05/01/2026Ho cenato alla vigilia di Natale nel ristorante di questo famoso hotel. Per quanto riguarda il servizio, la location e i piatti nulla da eccepire. L’unica pecca è stata la difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio perché la sera della vigilia non era disponibile il servizio di Car wallet, costringendomi quindi a cercare parcheggio per più di mezz’ora, mentre i miei commensali mi aspettavano. Ma nel complesso sono soddisfatto dell’esperienza.

04/01/2026Abbiamo scelto questa struttura dalla lista Boscolo e si è rivelata una scelta davvero felice. Due notti trascorse con la sensazione, rara, di essere ospiti e non semplici clienti: un’accoglienza calda, naturale, che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio, quasi come a casa. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, presente ma mai invadente, disponibile in ogni momento. Il gesto che ci ha colpito di più è arrivato in modo del tutto inatteso per il compleanno di mia moglie: rientrando in camera abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di spumante, un biglietto di auguri scritto per lei e una piccola maschera amuleto dell’artigianato locale. Un pensiero semplice ma autentico, di quelli che restano. La camera era pulita, curata, ben arredata, con tutto quello che serve per stare bene. Wi-Fi funzionante, nessun problema. La colazione è stata una bellissima sorpresa. Ambiente piacevole e scelta ampia, sia per chi ama il dolce sia per chi preferisce il salato. Io, lo ammetto, sono rimasto letteralmente spiazzato (in senso positivo) trovando delle mozzarelline di bufala freschissime: non mi era mai capitato di iniziare la giornata così, e a Napoli anche la colazione riesce a sorprenderti. La posizione è davvero ideale: ci si muove a piedi verso tutte le attrazioni del centro storico e, cosa ancora più importante, si ha la sensazione di viverlo, non solo di attraversarlo. Un ultimo dettaglio curioso e affascinante è la targa esterna dedicata a Totò, che racconta l’importanza storica di questo luogo e invita ad approfondirne la storia. Un soggiorno che ci ha fatto stare bene, fatto di attenzione, atmosfera e piccoli gesti sinceri. Ci torneremmo senza pensarci due volte.

28/12/2025Entrare a Palazzo Caracciolo è stato come attraversare un portale verso un’altra dimensione con migliaia di candele accese che disegnavano ombre calde sulle architetture storiche, creando un’atmosfera sospesa, quasi sacra. Ma quando il Sea Quartet ha iniziato a suonare, la magia si è sprigionata in tutta la sua potenza. Le note delle colonne sonore natalizie più amate — da "White Christmas" alla malinconia fantastica di "The Nightmare Before Christmas" fino al viaggio sognante di "The Polar Express" — si sono intrecciate nell'aria, vibrando sotto la pelle. È incredibile come quattro archi riescano a toccare corde così profonde dell'anima, regalando emozioni memorabili che vanno ben oltre il semplice ascolto. Gli artisti sono stati eccezionali perché non stavano solo eseguendo dei brani, stavano raccontando una storia, con una maestria e una sensibilità che ci hanno lasciate senza fiato. A fine serata, uscendo dal palazzo, ancora avvolte da quella scia di incanto, abbiamo incontrato i musicisti del Sea Quartet proprio lì fuori. Ci siamo fermati a chiacchierare e abbiamo scoperto persone dotate di un animo nobile e di una gentilezza fuori dal comune. Voglio ringraziare il Sea Quartet, anche a nome delle mie amiche, per aver reso questa serata un ricordo prezioso che porteremo nel cuore per molto tempo. Grazie per la vostra arte, per il vostro tempo e per averci ricordato cos'è la vera magia del Natale.

Il mix tra storia e innovazione è perfetto e rende l'esperienza davvero piacevole. Il personale offre un servizio impeccabile e premuroso. Menzione speciale per il chiostro coperto: una soluzione ideale per eventi con numerosi invitati che garantisce un'atmosfera magica anche in caso di maltempo. Da non perdere.

09/12/2025Palazzo Caracciolo à Naples est un très bel hôtel où nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le bâtiment, chargé d’histoire, offre un cadre unique avec une atmosphère élégante et chaleureuse dès l’arrivée. Les chambres sont confortables, bien équipées et très calmes malgré la localisation centrale. Le service est professionnel, attentif et toujours disponible pour aider. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité, avec des produits frais. L’emplacement permet de découvrir Naples facilement à pied tout en profitant d’un véritable havre de tranquillité au retour. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter.

06/12/2025A 5 minuti dalla stazione centrale. Bellissimo palazzo storico. La mia camera era con letto a soppalco molto alto, dotata di tutti i servizi, molto silenziosa. Non mi è piaciuta la vasca doccia (poco confortevole) senza tappetino antiscivolo. Nel complesso una bella struttura in un palazzo storico. Per entrare in hotel si salgono dei gradini , chiedere se c'è un accesso dedicato a persone con problemi deambulatori. Ci ritornerei volentieri .

Cibo delizioso, ma caffè bruciato e preparato con cialde (a Napoli è orribile questo!) ed è un peccato. Inoltre, il servizio non è di qualità: il personale spesso è impreparato e anche poco disponibile.

13/10/2025Pro: posizione, attenzione del personale rispetto alle esigenze dell'ospite, spazi comuni (ad eccezione dei bagni), colazione e ristorante Contro: pulizia totalmente insufficiente rispetto al tipo di struttura (nonostante le mie lamentele circa la pulizia del bagno, il giorno dopo non è cambiato nulla! Ho dovuto prendere le salviette igienizzanti e pulirlo da me! C'erano ancora i segni dei precedenti ospiti...); a conferma, il lunedì ho lasciato cadere una goccia di tè nel bordo del lavandino: la macchia è rimasta sino a venerdì quando ho fatto il check out (sigh!); mobilio rovinato e vecchio; anche la pulizia del pavimento del bagno in camera estremamente approssimativa; non tutti i camerieri sono all'altezza del servizio di ristorazione (ad una mia collega è stato rovesciato un calice di vino pieno mentre veniva servita la prima portata e la cameriera non si è preoccupata nemmeno di portarle un calice di vino nuovo, surreale); camera ESTREMAMENTE rumorosa (almeno, quelle che fanno sulla strada). Insomma, dato che per me la pulizia è in assoluto la primissima cosa da guardare in un hotel, sono rimasto talmente deluso che non credo lo consiglierei a nessuno. Da questo punto di vista, sono stato in 2 stelle decisamente migliori. Mi spiace dirlo perché la struttura ha un enorme potenziale ma cercate altro.

30/07/2025Wir waren vier Nächte Gäste in diesem Hotel. An den Zimmern, Betten, Sauberkeit war nichts auszusetzen, alles perfekt. In Anbetracht dessen habe ich nur einen Stern ⭐️ abgezogen, eigentlich hätte ich gerne mehr abgezogen, da das Personal beim Frühstück sehr schlecht war und sich um gar nichts gekümmert hat. Man musste sie auf alles aufmerksam machen, wenn was leer war, Teller wurden nicht vom Tisch abgeräumt und aufgefüllt wurde auch nicht, teilweise nicht mal mehr der Kaffee. Wenn man ein Getränk bestellen wollte, musste man auf sie zu gehen, statt dass sie zu einem an den Tisch kamen. Obwohl genug Personal vorhanden war für die wenigen Gäste, nahmen sie sich lieber selber vom Buffet und sind in der Küche verschwunden und standen dort und redeten. Vielleicht kann sich der Geschäftsführer oder der restaurant Leiter dieses Problems mal annehmen. Das gleiche gilt für den Service auf dem Zimmer, wo wir schon am ersten Tag darum baten , mehr Kaffeepulver zu bekommen, was aber auch nie umgesetzt wurde.

11/07/2025Un palazzo bellissimo, non lontano dalla stazione e dal centro di Napoli, ma non nel quartiere più bello della città! Una parte del personale gentile e accogliente, una parte scontrosa. Stanza piccola, ma accogliente, tutto il necessario, forse potrebbe essere pulita meglio (sopra il mobile armadio c'era un tappeto di polvere). Materasso pessimo. Infissi vecchi, si sentivano tutti i rumori provenire dall'esterno, per fortuna la mia stanza affacciava nel cortile interno, ma gabbiani, aerei e altri rumori possono essere un problema. Colazione ottima, ampia scelta di prodotti di qualità. Non ho avuto modo di provare il ristorante, ma vedendo il menù sembra un'offerta molto valida.

10/07/2025Albergo è molto bello, si trova in una posizione comoda. Abbiamo usufruito di un cofanetto di Boscolo e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti il personale molto gentile. La suite è bellissima. il letto comodo cuscini fantastici. La colazione abbondante e varia.e con dolci tipici locali. Il cortile interno è bellissimo. La camera pulitissima e ringraziamo Elisa per la sua cordialità. Un' espetienza unica. Spero tanto di ritornarci. Grazie di tutto.
