We thought this was awesome! We stayed in the joker room, which was better than we expected. 3 doors onto little balconies, it was great to let air in all night. You can walk from the train, and has great access to the metro. We found breakfast on the roof was decent and dinner out had so many options close by. The neighborhood felt a bit sketchy but we had zero problems even at night. I would stay again! -naples is a loud city. Bring earplugs for sleeping. Bathroom was clean and newly renovated. Better than we expected it would for the price.

Because the station is close you have direct acces to everywhere in napoli and a train to pompeii and sorrento. Centro storico is walking distance. Rooms are very clean and the personel is very helpfull and nice. Lovely view on the terras. Restaurant is also very good.

The photos are extremely misleading. They give the impression of a high-end hotel in a premium building and a nice, upscale area. In reality, the only positive aspect I can mention is that the place was clean. The rooms are very basic and far from what the images suggest. The rooftop pool pictures seem to be there only to attract attention — in practice, they are not something you would realistically want to use. The building itself is in a very poor and run-down condition, and the surrounding area is among the roughest near the station. There are homeless people outside, but more concerning are groups of young individuals that can feel genuinely unsafe for tourists. Overall, I strongly do not recommend this place and advise being very cautious about trusting the descriptions and photos shown online.

The breakfast ist great, the Staff ist very friendly. The location of the hotel ist not the best due to strange people in the next streets but it is perfect to start exploring the old town. The room was big enough for us and clean. With the hottubes on the terrace it is perfect to enjoy some time. Privat Spa is only for people older than 15 years.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, the coffee was delicious, and the staff was very friendly – they explained everything clearly and remained helpful throughout our visit. The hot tub was amazing and very relaxing. The location is also great, with everything we needed nearby. The only downside was a recurring smell coming from the bathroom, and the room felt quite stuffy, so we had to ventilate often. Other than that, I highly recommend this accommodation and we would definitely love to come back. I also want to praise the cleanliness; our room was cleaned every day.

Located a few minutes walk from the train station with access to many areas. Walkable to many restaurants. Exceptional service. Parking can be a little difficult. I was able to find street parking in front of the hotel. Can be a little sketchy but I had no issue with my car being messed with. The rooms are clean and get the job done. The only complaint I have is the rooms are not very noise canceling, I had a group of pink haired Americans next to me.that kept me up all night.

Wonderful hotel! Perfect location to visit the city of Napels, Pompeii and mount Vesuvius. We were with a group of six divided over 3 rooms. All rooms were good with great AC and amazing views of the city. The jacuzzi’s on the rooftop terrace were a nice touch as well. Had an amazing evening in them with wonderful views of the city as well. The bathrooms were ok, but water wasn’t a steady temperature. Sometimes too hot (burning) and sometimes cold. With a little bit of patience it was OK though ;-). Breakfast was perfect! I love grilled vegetables in olive oil. This hotel has many choices to choose from. Especially the barista is amazing. He makes perfect cappuccinos and espressos. I also recommend the hot chocolate. Don’t know how he makes them but they’re thick and perfect. An amazing sugar boost in the morning ;).

Fantastic hotel, staff friendly and helpful both for hotel related things and also directions and advice to places of interest. Room was fine just a concerning amount of water in the shower rooms floor which could be dangerous. Great position to locations however is let down by outside street areas look poor maintained and rough. Thank you for our stay.

OK, I don't know where to start. I was a little nervous being a solo traveller I booked 3 nights here because I loved the pictures and hoped it would live up, well I can certainly say it did! I had asked for a balcony room as its my birthday, I got the beautiful pink frida room 😍, perfectly suited my personality! Special mention to adelaide, I hope I get her name right. She put a bottle of prosecco as a birthday gift in my room, this is a beautiful touch! On reception so welcoming and chatty and helpful, all the staff are nice! Beautiful rooms had everything you need. Lovely rooftop terrace with a bar and hot tubs , really nice to lounge and relax after a day exploring , great breakfast spread and coffee! Ypu can enjoy whole overlooking the city! i will definitely be back and will recommend this place to everyone. Grazie mille. 💖

I stayed for five nights and it was a wonderful experience! Traveling alone in Naples, I was a bit worried about safety, but all the staff were so kind and really put my mind at ease. I actually encountered a pickpocket near the station, but everyone supported me emotionally and helped me feel better. I had dinner at the hotel, and the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and fantastic. The food was also delicious. If I come back to Naples, I would love to stay here again. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!

Wow. I almost have tears of gratitude & relief as I reflect on my stay at Sweet Sleep. TREMENDOUS VALUE After considering staying at the Grand Vesuvio (€400+) or Romeo (€800+) to pamper myself for one night in order to get a little spa time…. I realized these expensive places close their spa by 8pm, which didn’t work for my schedule. SUPERB QUALITIES I couldn’t believe my eyes when I found Sweet Sleep... - so conveniently close to the train station - so affordably priced - AND two hot tubs on the roof with epic views, open until 11pm! - a clear, organized website outlining their details making it easy to book. GREAT COMMUNICATION The team at Sweet Sleep communicated impeccably and promptly before my stay, in perfect English. They went above and beyond to recommend a gym nearby and even offered to schedule 1:1 off-hours personal training with a boyfriend of the staff. As a fitness buff, this was so cool to me! You can’t get this with a big buttoned-up hotel concierge, so in this way I would rank their service even better than a 5 star hotel 5 times their price. FOOD POISONING A twist happened when I got food poisoning and showed up weak & uncomfortable at 7am to drop my bags before check-in. The staff was so kind and efficient, and even offered me free breakfast. The fresh orange juice and fruit was just what I needed. I was instantly impressed by their breakfast buffet with a healthy assortment of foods (and not so healthy, for those who like to indulge 😉 ) SURPRISE COMFORT I had to leave my tour early due to food poisoning. When I got back to Sweet Sleep and entered my room, I was SURPRISED - wow, the beds are SO soft! This was the most comfy bed I’ve been in for a long time! GOOD WIFI I slept hard all afternoon, did a zoom call (WiFi was fast enough), and then wanted dinner. NEIGHBORHOOD - SKETCHY BUT SAFE While it’s true: the neighborhood feels a little sketchy…. I never felt in danger. I decided to stroll a bit and found an exotic fruit shop and a simple delicious pizza place only 3min from the hotel. INCREDIBLE TEAM - COMPASSIONATE, CLEAR, HELPFUL Overall, I cannot speak to how accommodating, helpful, efficient, and kind the staff was. This is a very special team and a very special place. SPECIAL ROOFTOP GARDEN The rooftop garden area felt like a really sweet burning man camp with its sometimes kitschy decoration, rainbow lawn chairs, and fuzzy umbrellas… but with awesome sunset views and 2 free jacuzzis!! This place really is a treasure. The founding story is on their reception wall explaining the humble & personal roots that they very much still honor. Don’t hesitate to book this if it’s available!

The very first impression of the hotel when we got to the 6th floor was very positive. A beautiful huge terrace bathed in the sunshine with a shadowed place with tables for breakfast, jaccuzi and big double sunbeds among green plants and sofas and armchairs to rest. After a while you could notice changing cabins and showers, umbrellas and hammocks. The modern design of this airy place and friendly young people speaking English, French and other languages comforted us from the very beginning, leaving the mess of the city behind. The view from the terrace over the city was amazing and giving the feeling of seclusion from the hustle and bustle of the city, simultaneously giving an insight into what was happening down there. The room was modern and clean, the bathroom small but quite new and comfortable, cleaned every day. The location of the hotel convenient close to the central station and the underground. The food served for breakfast was varied, freshly cooked and tasty: a lot of vegetables like red, green and yellow pepper, zucchini, aubergines fried in olive oil, fried and scrumbled eggs, sausages and bacon, fresh fruit in the fridge depending on the day: melon, watermelon, kiwi, pineapple, tomatoes in caprese salad, bruschetta, variety of bread, rolls, cakes and kimbo - the best coffee made by a real barista master. We arrived too early but we could have breakfast anyway. There was not a problem with anything, There was also a restaurant and the spaghetti we ate with white wine was really delicious, delicate and perfectly cooked. The young people working there are the most important however, because they create the atmosphere of the place. I really recommend this hotel ❤️

Absolutely fab find! Rooms immaculate. Air con was a major plus in 35° weather. Beds very comfortable but additional bedding would have been helpful as only one sheet on each bed. Pillows also too hard for me. Outside terrace was so lovely with hot tubs (too hot for me to be out in them unfortunately). Ate here several times and food was delicious! Limited menu but all was very well presented and tasty. Breakfast buffet was also good. Lots to choose from so something for everyone. Staff super helpful and friendly.

This is a remarkable place to stay in Napoli close to Garibaldi station. The rooms are large and clean. The staff are really friendly. The breakfast buffet it wonderful and the rooftop terrace with hot tubs is spectacular. The historic section is. The best hotel in the city. Very beautiful view to the city and perfect location in the center near the train station. The best quality for the price you will pay is here. The rooms are new and very clean. Breakfast is diverse and delicious. I stayed me and my wife 3 days and it was the best experience we had in a hotel ever. The owners are extremely friendly and they even gave us a plan to visit the landmarks and most important places around Naples. Without exaggerating, we had experienced the highest hospitality ever. Now we feel as if we have a family in Naples and we will definitely visit again and stay in this B&B

Room was comfortable and clean, with a clean spacious bathroom. The hallway smelled and there was a lot of noise from other guests (or residents) late at night. Wat een warm welkom in Napoli! Een fantastisch en super comfortabel hotel vlakbij het centraal station, dichtbij de historische binnenstad en op loopafstand van de haven en alle winkels. Hoewel het een oud gebouw is, is het geluidsniveau op de kamer heel goed (oké niet met balkondeur open slapen als je aan de straatkant zit), kamer is voorzien van alle gemakken en er is een lift in het pand aanwezig. Bedden zijn meer dan comfortabel. We kunnen het weten, want daarna waren we aan de Amalfi kust en beduidend minder geslapen. Het ontbijt uitgebreid en het personeel meer dan vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wat een cadeau om na een lange dag in deze drukke rumoerige stad op het dakterras aan te komen, zalig te kunnen eten met uitzicht en daarna op een loungebed van je drankje te kunnen genieten. Kortom een enorme aanrader!

Prima hotel voor verblijf in centrum van Napels. Binnen paar minuten lopen in het centrum. Vlak bij het centraal station. Goed bed in een ruime kamer. Goede douche. Goed ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Ook leuk om op het dakterras ‘s avonds wat te eten en te drinken. Wel kleine lift (2p), dus niet claustrofobisch zijn 😉, want receptie op 6e etage (kamers op 4e en 5e etage).

Vlak naast Piazza Garibaldi, dus op enkele minuten van alle bus- en metroverbindingen is de receptie op de 6e etage van het gebouw. Kamers zitten op de 4e, 5e en 6e verdieping waardoor je een prachtig uitzicht hebt over Napels. De kamer is voorzien van alle gemakken, tv, koelkast, airconditioning en een lekker bed, separate badruimte met wc, bidet, inloop douche, föhn en grote spiegel boven de wastafel. Balkon aan de kamer is geweldig, oké je moet geen last van hoogtevrees hebben, het uitzicht is panoramisch. Op de 6e etage is zowel de roofbar als daarboven het restaurant. Prachtige uitzichten!!! Lekker eten en drinken, normale prijzen en de jacuzzi kun je gratis reserveren!!! Ontbijtbuffet is voorzien van alle soorten lekkers en de koffiesoorten naar keuze. De Barista maakt het voor je terwijl je toekijkt. Locatie is geweldig, neem de dagkaart voor de metro en ga van halte naar halte om Napels te verkennen. Wandelen: vanaf de haven loop je in een half uurtje terug naar de B&B. B&B is eigenlijk misleidend, een 4* hotel is een betere benaming want het eten in het restaurant is super en het uitzicht..... Dat is geweldig! Even een drankje doen in de zon op het dakterras terwijl je naar de zonsondergang kijkt met een Duomo op de achtergrond of juist kijken naar de Vesuvius. Het kan beide. Napels is een stad met veel uitersten. Van goor met afval en zooi dat tegen de gevels ligt, daklozen die er slapen, tot prachtige winkels en gezellige terrasjes. Hier zie je alles.

L'emplacement de la chambre est prêt de la gare Centrale donc proche du métro. Malheureusement l'endroit est très bruyant et quartier peut rassurant. (Chambre 5). Très compliquer de dormir avec les personnes qui squat en bas de cette rue. Les photos ne correspondent pas fu tout à ce que nous avions vu en réservant Nous n avons pas pu profiter du rooftop car celui était en travaux. Ultima (per ora) notte in questo ottimo b&b, che dire,non abbiamo usufruito della cucina ma, la colazione è ottima (e se tanto mi dà tanto....), è dire poco ,se poi aggiungiamo la location in cui puoi farla,una meravigliosa terrazza che guarda tutta Napoli, in più una terrazza con vasche idromassaggio a disposizione per tutti e un meraviglioso solarium ben attrezzato.camere molto belle e originali (noi abbiamo l' asse di quadri) e per quanto riguarda la posizione del b&b bhe, strategica,a 200 mt dalla stazione centrale di napoli e con una metropolitana, diciamo, sotto casa che ti porta ovunque tranquillamente.una menzione particolare và allo staff, dà chi prepara le colazioni,al gentile ragazzo che prepara ottimi caffè, agli addetti alle pulizie (impeccabili)e ai gentilissimi e disponibili ragazzi della reception, grazie a tutti voi ..... dimenticavo, c'è pure una SPA. P.S.: non fatevi ingannare dal Portone d'ingresso,o dai ragazzi che vendono ottima frutta li davanti,una volta arrivati al sesto piano cambia tutto.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr gut auf unsere wünsche und Fragen eingegangen, sogar auf Deutsch. Ansonsten ist man mit Englisch auch sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Zimmer waren kreativ gestaltet und gut eingerichtet. Der Jakuzi auf dem Dach ist vor allem nach den ganzen Treppen in Neapel eine richtige Wohltat. Allgemein ist die Dachterrasse sehr schön aufgebaut mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Hängematten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich mit typisch italienischen Süßspeisen und auch reichlich herzhaften. Das Gepäck kann man nahe der Rezeption abgeben, wenn man noch nicht einchecken kann. Es hat uns so gut gefallen das wir nach unserem ersten Aufenthalt (2 Nächte) am ende unserer kleinen Rundreise gleich noch eine Nacht gebucht haben. Sollten wir wieder nach Neapel kommen (Lohnt sich, der Aperol Sprizz kostet in den Gassen zwischen 1-5€ :D ) buchen wir uns hier wieder ein Zimmer.

Super fint sted at sove.. personalet var super flinke og imødekommende. En fed ting var, vi skulle checke tidligt ud, så kunne ikke få morgenmaden, så tilbød de at lave en morgenmadspose som vi kunne tage med, det har jeg ikke oplevet andre steder! Super service. Desværre ligger stedet et meget “råt” sted, hvor det ikke føles så trygt at gå om aftenen.

Ha una posizione eccellente, proprio nel centro della città. Le colazioni sono ottime e complete. I jacuzzi sono molto divertenti e rilassanti, e anche la terrazza è spettacolare. Il personale è molto, molto gentile. La camera si trova in un altro edificio, molto vicino a dove si fa colazione e dove si trova la terrazza. Il letto è comodo e puoi cucinare o riscaldare qualcosa, hai tutto a portata di mano. L’unico inconveniente è che il bagno è un po’ scomodo perché è piccolo. Per il resto, tutto molto bene: è un posto sicuro e tranquillo. Inoltre, ci hanno consigliato loro stessi un parcheggio molto vicino e sicuro; tenetelo presente, è meglio lasciare sempre l’auto in un parcheggio custodito!

Hotel znajduje się w bardzo niebezpiecznej dzielnicy. Strach było z niego wyjść. Nawet w biały dzień byłyśmy świadkami, jak grupka młodych mężczyzn napadła na starszego mężczyznę próbując zerwać mu złoty naszyjnik. To wszystko działo się pomimo obecności praktycznie 24h wojska i policji blisko hotelu. Oczywiście nie jest to wina hotelu, jednak warto mieć świadomość, że okolica może skutecznie zniechęcić do przebywania tam. Sam hotel położony blisko komunikacji miejskiej, znajduje się w kamienicy, pokoje czyste jednak było czuć zapach grzyba. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, jedzenie przepyszne.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la estación y se llega andando en 15 minutos al centro de Nápoles. Lo mejor del hotel su personal, es encantador. Nosotros nos alojamos en un estudio en el edificio contiguo. La entrada resulta un poco decepcionante pero el estudio está bien, equipamiento básico, cama muy cómoda y baño pequeño pero completo. Buena limpieza. Lo peor para mí es que resulta un poco ruidoso, la calle tiene mucho tráfico las 24h. Hay y tiendas y restaurantes en la misma calle y nosotros en ningún momento tuvimos sensación de inseguridad. En resumen relación calidad/precio me parece una excelente opción para conocer la increíble Nápoles.

Das Hotel insgesamt war gut und ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Das Bett war bequem und ich konnte gut schlafen. Auch das Badezimmer war sauber und es gab genug Handtücher sowie Pflegeprodukte. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Check-in und Check-out verlief alles schnell und unkompliziert. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein wichtiger Punkt. Es befindet sich in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs (Hbf), was sehr praktisch ist, wenn man mit dem Zug reist oder schnell in die Innenstadt möchte. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut, sodass man viele Orte einfach erreichen kann. Allerdings ist die Gegend rund um den Hauptbahnhof etwas gemischt. Man trifft dort auf unterschiedliche Menschen, was für manche Gäste vielleicht ungewohnt sein kann. Trotzdem habe ich mich nicht unsicher oder gefährdet gefühlt. Tagsüber war viel Betrieb und auch abends war es in Ordnung, wenn man aufmerksam bleibt, wie in jeder größeren Stadt. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass das Hotel eine gute Wahl ist, besonders wegen der praktischen Lage und des fairen Preises. Trotz der gemischten Umgebung am Hbf hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und würde das Hotel bei Bedarf wieder buchen.

PROS: La habitación bien y muy limpia, el personal muy amable, el desayuno variado y buena ubicación. CONTRAS: Las tuberias a veces olian mal en la habitación y la cisterna no funcionaba muy bien. Si llegas mas tarde de las 23:00 para check in tienen un suplemento de 25 euros (nosotros llegamos a las 23:15). No critico la politica, sino que esta informacion no está fácilmente visible en la pagina y no te informan de este extra en la reserva sino que te lo dicen dos dias antes de llegar cuando ya no puedes cancelar sin penalización.

Avviso ai naviganti: l'androne di accesso al palazzo sconsiglierebbe di salire. Poi arrivi al sesto piano e ti trovi in un altro mondo. Reception bella e curata, una terrazza che mi piacerebbe visitare d'estate. Abbiamo dormito nelle due accoglienti camere all'uscita dell'ascensore. Belle pulite, accoglienti, con letti comodi. Non manca niente. La colazione è pari al migliore dei quattro stelle che ho visitato, ricchissima di salato, dolce, frutta e, cosa non da poco, con cappuccino e caffè preparati come al bar. In ultimo, ma non per importanza, tutto il personale, tra cui tanti giovani, gentilissimi, sorridenti e più che disponibili. Dimenticavo... rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. La posizione è vicinissima alla stazione e anche a Via dei Tribunali Ci tornerei molto volentieri!!!

Las habitaciones están bien, son modernas, y el servicio fue muy amable. El principal problema del B&B es la ubicación y el edificio en el que se encuentra. El edificio está en muy mal estado: es muy antiguo,están sucios los suelos del rellano y da sensación de abandono. Además, el edificio tiene un olor muy desagradable y, curiosamente, las toallas cogen un poco de este olor y no es agradable secarte con ellas. La ubicación tampoco es buena. Nada más salir del portal el ambiente resulta intimidante, con gente merodeando y una sensación constante de inseguridad. De hecho, presencié el robo a una mujer a unos 100 metros de la entrada y, para colmo, el ladrón me amenazó para que no dijera nada. Fue una experiencia realmente desagradable. En resumen, el hotel está bien, pero ni el edificio ni la zona, y en general la ciudad, acompañan.

Fazit am Anfang: Ich würde wiederkommen, aber nicht mehr in ein Zimmer im 6. Stock. Die Lage des B&B ist am Bahnhof praktisch für die Weiterreise, aber nicht das schönste Viertel Neapels. Der Service war sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam und die Dachterasse war wirklich toll. Essen im Restaurant und Frühstück waren auch sehr gut. Wir hatten ein kleines Zimmer im 6.OG und das war leider sehr heruntergekommen (siehe Bilder). Wenn man von der Optik absieht, war der Geräuschpegel im Zimmer auch nicht angenehm. Zum normalen Straßenlärm kamen die Geräusche der Kaffee-Ecke dazu, welche direkt an das Zimmer angrenzt. Ab 7 Uhr morgens war im Minutentakt das Ausklopfen des Kaffeepulvers der Siebträgermaschine zu hören und das war so laut, als würde jemand direkt an unsere Wand hämmern. An Schlaf war nicht mehr zu denken.

Ho trascorso 4 notti,la zona appena arrivati non mi sembrava delle migliori,ma nonostante la via un po' angusta,e l'hotel datato,mi ha sorpreso all' Intero,le camere nuove e funzionali,dotate di frigorifero per porerci mettere le nostre bibite e acqua sempre fresca. La colazione era molto buona e poterla farla sulla terrazza panoramica é un valore aggiunto. Il personale essenziale,nulla di più,ne gentile ne maleducato,si facevano gli affari propri,un po' in modalità risparmio energetico. Pecca dell' hotel e l'ascensore,ma é un palazzo molto antico. La posizione alla fine aveva i suoi vantaggi,essendo uno snodo importante,si poteva andare dappertutto coi mezzi,che ho trovato efficienti.

Das Hotel ist direkt beim Bahnhof (3 Min zu Fuß) und wirklich ein Geheimtipp für Städtereisen! Das Personal ist ein junges Team und sehr sehr freundlich! Jedes Zimmer hat ein anderes Motto und ist dementsprechend eingerichtet. Safe und Klimaanlage funktionieren. Im Bad gab es eine riesige Regenwalddusche! Wir hätten uns gewunschen, dass unsere Handtücher bei einem 5 Tages Aufenthalt gewechselt werden, aber zumindest wurden die Betten täglich gemacht. Das Frühstück ist selbstgemacht, frisch und hat große Auswahl. Abends haben wir köstliche Gnocchi und Spaghetti auf der Dachterrasse gegessen. Es gibt zwei Jacuzzis zum Entspannen (warm und kühler). Der Kellner bringt Getränke dorthin. Die Dachterrasse hat auch viele Liegemöglichkeiten. Die Getränkepreise sind für ein B&B zu hoch (Aperol 10 Euro).

Ho trascorso 4 notti presso questa struttura e devo dire che dopo il primo impatto all'arrivo, mi sono dovuto ricredere. Il B&B internamente nelle parti comuni andrebbe rivisto, mentre sia le camere che il terrazzo sono curati e ben gestiti. La colazione è molto ricca e come piace a me, molto fornita di cibo salato. La terrazza comoda per un idromassaggio e per prendere il sole dopo una giornata di visita in città. Ovviamente la posizione vicino alla stazione è molto comoda sia per chi viaggia in treno o per chi vuole usufruire della Metro. Nota molto positiva, ho avuto un problema con il climatizzatore e si sono prodigati risolvendo il problema. Per questo meritano 5 stelle e posso consigliare senza nessuna remora.

Ci ho soggiornato 3 giorni e mi sono trovato bene. Personale e servizio ottimi tutti carinissimi e gentilissimi. Ambiente interno curato e moderno,non si può dire lo stesso degli esterni e delle parti comuni. Bella e comoda la terrazza dove gustare la colazione o nel pomeriggio e sera sfruttare le due vasche idromassaggio e la zona relax. Comodo e vicino alla stazione della metropolitana e ferroviaria.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura per 3 notti. La camera è arredata abbastanza bene, peccato per la sporcizia riguardante briciole e una mosca morta sul pavimento. Il bagno anche questo arredato bene, ma con un forte odore di umido e fogna. La nostra stanza (4^piano) era caratterizzata da vasca da bagno con idromassaggio, posizionata nella camera, che una volta riempita PERDEVA ACQUA. Tanta da allagare fino a sotto il letto. Avvisato il personale, ci è stato detto che la vasca non aveva nessun problema e che probabilmente era stato un errore nostro e di riprovarci senza riempirla del tutto. Il giorno seguente abbiamo riprovato sempre con lo stesso risultato. Una volta raggiunta quasi la metà, iniziava a perdere da sotto. Anche stavolta abbiamo chiamato e ci hanno detto che ci avrebbero mandato il tecnico, peccato che dovevamo lasciare la camera la mattina seguente. Arrivati in reception la mattina seguente, pagando la tassa di soggiorno e chiedendo un rimborso per la vasca, ci è stato ripetuto nuovamente che era stato un errore nostro e che non era previsto nessuno sconto per il disagio dell’allagamento e del mancato utilizzo della vasca. Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene in questa struttura. Sarebbe stato preferibile riconoscere il problema e rimediare in altro modo.

Ho soggiornato con piacere in questo b&b e penso che ci tornerei.I ragazzi fanno di tutto per rendere il soggiorno piacevole.La pulizia sia negli spazi comuni che nelle stanze è ok.La terrazza con le vasche Idro offrono relax e refrigerio dopo le lunghe camminate durante il giorno.La zona nei pressi della stazione Garibaldi è da un certo punto di vista molto comoda per gli spostamenti,da altri non ti fa' sentire molto al sicuro la sera tardi e la notte.Ho optato anche per questo motivo più volte per la cena in albergo.Se posso a questo proposito dare un suggerimento:arricchite un po' il menù.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 7 notti e non potevamo trovare un alloggio migliore, con staff molto gentile. Camera spaziosa con tutti i comfort, ampio buffet dolce e salato, reparto caffetteria che offre tutto ciò che desiderate e deposito bagagli molto apprezzato. Il plus lo offre la terrazza al sesto piano, con vista città e Capodimonte e dove con la bella stagione si fa colazione. Qui ci sono ombrelloni, lettini, amache, docce, spogliatoi e 2 comodissime vasche idromassaggio fino alle 23. Per noi tornare alla sera ed entrare in vasca riscaldata con staff disponibile per drinks ha dato valore aggiunto alla nostra vacanza. La vista sulla città di sera da lassù è stupenda. Al tramonto a volte c'è anche un duo che canta musica napoletana e ti immerge pienamente nelle magica atmosfera di Napoli. Alcuni sconsigliano la zona stazione perchè pericolosa. Niente affatto. Tutto il centro di Napoli è sicuro oggigiorno e in pzza Garibaldi c'è polizia ovunque e niente senzatetto, nelle metro è impossibile entrare senza biglietto, visto che ci sono controllori ad ogni ingresso e quindi non trovi gente pericolosa o che bivacca. Consiglio vivamente di scegliere la zona stazione come soggiorno per visitare il centro della città e per il collegamento con tutti i mezzi di trasporto per visitare i dintorni (Caserta, Vesuvio, Pompei ed Ercolano, costiera amlfitana).

¡Nos ha encantado!! Es un bed & breakfast situado en varias plantas de un edificio de viviendas. La zona de escaleras y portería puede parecer viejo y sucio, pero tiene ascensor y las habitaciones y zonas comunes de desayuno y terraza son inmejorables. La habitación muy bonita. El desayuno completísimo. La terraza con jacuzzis, espectacular. Nosotros no nos sentimos en peligro en ningún momento en la calle y al rededores. Zona muy bien comunicada con el centro histórico y con los transportes públicos. No le pongo ningún problema. Una estancia inolvidable.

Wat een geweldig hotel. Ze noemen het B&b. Maar het was, zoveel meer. Midden in de stad. Alles op loopafstand. Zeer dichtbij bus trein en metro station. De kamer was zeer schoon, iedere dag weer. Grote moderne badkamer. Maar het dakterras was, fantastisch. Heel groot. 2 bubbelbaden. Overal ligbedden en hangmatten. Heel erg rustgevend na een drukke dag in Napels. Het ontbijt was, geweldig. Nergens in Italië zo'n uitgebreid ontbijt gehad. En een echte barista. Iedere kopje koffie of cappuccino werd met liefde gezet. En dan ook nog een zeer aardige ober op het terras. Dit verdient 6 sterren. En dat allemaal voor die prijs. Ongelooflijk. Houden zo. Zeer zeker een aanrader.

Nous avons déjà donné notre avis détaillé sur cet hébergement via le profil de ma compagne mais je souhaite apporter une précision au vu de certaines critiques qui mélange l’hébergement et la ville en elle-même. Certe Naples n'est pas la ville d’Italie la plus zen, elle est bruyante et les rues pas des plus propres mais c'est une ville ancienne chargée d'histoire et c'est une bonne localisation pour visiter pas mal de choses et là vous êtes en plein coeur de l'Italie! Malgré tout notre chambre était parfaitement insonorisée (pourtant côté rue), les lieux récemment rénovés et modernisés, une clim très efficace, un véritable rooftop très grand... vous ne manquerez pas de place pour le petit déjeuner. Le personnel adorable et à l'écoute. Côté pratique sur la localisation, nous avons pu faire des excursions sur l'île de Capri et une autre sur le Vezuve + Pompei et le lieu de rdv avec les guides étaient à peine à 10 min à pied. En ce qui concerne le port il est à 30 min à pied, c'est faisable sans problème. On doit donner son avis sur l'hébergement et non pas sur le quartier 😉

Hôtel très bien situé, proche des lieux de rdv pour les excursions et du centre historique ( près de la gare). Nous avons eu l'agréable surprise d'avoir la chambre Luxuria avec baignoire balnéo, spacieuse, propre et bien insonorisée. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et à l'écoute Le petit déjeuner est varié et complet. Le Rooftop avec les jacuzzis est super pour se détendre et boire un verre. Le plus, le restaurant qui propose une carte simple mais efficace avec des prix corrects. Mention spéciale à Patrizia, qui est vraiment top! Nous avons passés un très bon séjour.

¡Que grata sorpresa encontrar un personal tan amable! Hemos quedado encantados con el trato de todo el personal, de principio a fin. Nos sentimos cuidados siempre y muy bien atendidos. La terraza es fantástica y la comida del restaurante es buena. Las habitaciones son limpias y la ducha es magnífica. Si bien la ubicación es estéticamente buena (cerca de todo y bien comunicada) el ambiente de la calle no invita a pasear por el barrio, no obstante eso no depende del hotel, y ellos, por su parte, consiguen que cuando entras al edificio te sientas como en casa y seguro. Recomendaría el hotel sin dudarlo

To nasz kolejny wypad do Neapolu I zawsze wybieramy Sweet Sleep..mega pyszne śniadania,kolacyjka przy fajnym drinku na dachu z piękna panoramą pewnie ,że tak i nie drogo.
