14/06/2026If you visit it on a Wednesday be prepared that it will be very crowded as the others in the region are closed that day. Buying a ticket online in advance recommended. Very interesting though sometimes hard to follow all the information when you are in a group that big as we were. Still worth the visit.

13/06/2026Ok but far from great. Definitely overrated for what it was. The underground part was rather short, the rest of the tour was outside the facility and it felt like its only purpose was to stretch the time. Better to visit other underground tours in town for the same price.

09/06/2026The 1 star is for the extremely poor customer service and rude staff at the ticket counter. Online prices advertised at €18 and also says that if you buy it at the counter with cash only costs $15. Went to the site and explained this to a staff member who tried to make me buy the ticket online with a QR code. After mentioned that I want to buy it here with the $15 cash as advertised online he sent me to join the queue where the lady was extremely rude and raised her voice at me when I tried to explain that you advertise a €15 cash price online and that’s what your colleague also told me. Instead of apologizing she kept pushing and raising her voice to me saying that she will give me back the money and I don’t need to visit. She spoke behind my back in Italian with her colleagues thinking I don’t understand and made extremely rude comments. Absolutely disappointing. The place itself deserves 5 stars and definitely worth visiting. Naples is amazing and overall I had a great experience.

08/06/2026I’m not sure what to think about it. On one hand it was nice to see this part of the history. On the other hand… there was not much to see. And the price of the ticket still was quite a lot comparing to other places we visited that had A LOT more to see than this. Long story short - it’s not worth it in my opinion. Not much to see, and the history of the place you could just read, you don’t need a guide for that. Our guide was very nice and funny, so we enjoyed that. However the experience was underwhelming.

08/06/2026Literally accidentally stumbled across it while going to the Capella of treasures (i think it's called). Great place and it was unexpectedly entertaining and informative. Really good tour guide who knew how to gain our attention. It was amazing to see how deep civilizations go and it's crazy to think that under Napoli, there are ancient roman buildings and under those there are even older greek buildings. Must see! 5/5

06/06/2026I did the tour in English on the 6th of June 2026 at 10am. The itinerary is amazing - underground waters, secret tunnels, ruins of an antient theatre, an old Napolitain house!... This all was great, but... The guide was a desaster! A complete desaster! His prononciation in English was terrible, he spoke very low and fast without any energy, was if he was going to fall asleep any minute... I hardly understood 30% of what hi was saying, and when I started asking other people from the group, they said they understood even less. A very bad presentation of an extremely interesting place! Please, find normal guides who know how to their job! It's a shame!

02/06/2026The location and history is quite interesting and I think would have a lot of potential if there were more content exhibited during the tour. We were a large group (~40 people), and due to acoustics in the underground it was a bit difficult to hear the tour guide. The overall impression is that they are trying to shove as many people as fast as possible through the tour and the content is quite shallow. The skip-the-line ticket is not really skipping anything, but the tour does start on time. Maybe do some beforehand research or reading about the tunnels before visiting.

30/05/2026We chose to visit as we both like WW2 and history. After racing across Naples for our 12pm booking we were held in a queue for 10 minutes outside and then a further 20 minutes in a staircase to the lower levels. Once inside our English guide can be hard to be heard with the size of the groups as there was 40+ people and unless your near the front you couldn't hear anything. The claustrophobic elements are indeed small tunnels, but without spoiling the surprise, it is worth the 20 seconds of tightness to get to the end. Overall it was a nice attraction but the queuing wasn't fun in 28 degree heat. Be prepared for a wait but it is worth it.

15/06/2026Ho visitato Napoli sotterranea (accesso via Tribunali) molte volte nel corso degli anni da quando ero ragazza. Ci sono tornata con mia figlia ai primi di giugno per fare questa esperienza con lei ed ho trovato una guida deludente... Ha divagato, non ha spiegato bene tralasciando molte parti della spiegazione che io ben conosco, insomma non si capiva niente... Esperienza deludente.

Groupe avec guide s’exprimant en anglais ( impossible de comprendre car cela résonne beaucoup) et au moins 70 personnes dans le groupe. Très déçue car j’avais vu de jolis reportages avant de venir mais une fois sur place c’est plus pareil!

La visita non presenta tratti particolarmente stretti ad eccezione della percorrenza di un tunnel che però può essere evitata per chi soffre particolarmente di claustrofobia. Guida simpatica e preparata. Consigliato andare al primo orario di apertura delle visite per evitare lunghe code per l’ingresso. Pagamento sul posto solo in contanti, si consiglia di acquistare i biglietti in anticipo dal sito. Nel biglietto é prevista anche la visita ad una parte dei resti del teatro romano sotto la città di Napoli. Durata della visita 1h, gruppi molto numerosi e presenti fino a 60 persone contemporaneamente.

10/06/2026Die Örtlichkeiten sind auf jeden Fall sehenswert, aber die Organisation ist nicht sehr gut die Gruppen sind zu groß und folgen zu dicht aufeinander, so dass die Führerinnen gehetzt wirken und man nicht genug Zeit hat sich alles anzuschauen. Dafür ist der Preis sehr hoch.

10/06/2026Hochinteressant! Die erstaunliche Geschichte vom Sotterranea wurde vom Führer sehr gut erzählt. Im Untergrund ist es kühl aber nicht kalt. Gute Belüftung. Leidlich gutes Schuhwerk ist angebracht - es ist meist nicht gut beleuchtet und die Gruppe ist relativ groß. Insgesamt ist dieses Event sehr empfehlenswert.

09/06/2026Esperienza da fare per chi vuole scoprire una delle meravigliose sorprese che Napoli può prospettare. Un mondo nuovo, diverso, interessante e divertente non adatto però per chi soffre di claustrofobia perché un tratto dell'escursione prevede il passaggio attraverso un, seppur breve, cunicolo strettissimo (ci si passa solo camminando trasversalmente) e basso. Molto interessante. Lo consiglio vivamente.

08/06/2026Habíamos comprado las entradas con antelación para no tener que esperar porque primero pasan los que la tienen yacomprada y, luego, se rellena con otras personas hasta el total del grupo, con los que han ido a comprarla ahí en el momento. Como teníamos un café de take away, nos lo tuvimos que tomar antes de entrar y, entonces, una de las chicas que había en el acceso se empeñó en que teniamos que ir en el grupo del idioma equivocado, que ya no podíamos pasar con el grupo de nuestro idioma porque era demasiado tarde. Nos llamó la atención y nos dijo que éramos unas maleducadas y no nos dejaba ir con el grupo de nuestro idioma, cuando ya lo sabía su otra compañera chequeado y sabía que sí que íbamos en ese grupo y además fue ella la que nos dijo que nos tomáramos primero el café todo eso para cuando por fin bajamos tenernos esperando diez minutos en el grupo que era el nuestro e incluso estando allí unos mandó otro compañero para volver a comprobar si pertenecíamos a ese grupo de idioma muy mal educada y desagradable

08/06/2026Spannende Einblicke in eine Stadt unter der Stadt. Beeindruckend waren die unterirdischen Aquädukte, die noch künstlich mit Wasser berfüllt werden, aber auch die Historie während des 2. Weltkrieges. Ich kann die Führung nur empfehlen!

02/06/2026Intanto complimenti alla nostra guida veramente bravo. Diciamo che merita la visita soprattutto per la storia che c'è dietro. I vicoli sono molto molto stretti e in alcuni casi bui, sconsigliati a chi soffre di claustrofobia, ma niente paura ci sono delle vie alternative. I ragazzi dell'associazione molto bravi hanno fatto anche un negozio. Il tour dura circa un ora e venti. Le guide ci sono sia in italiano che in inglese ogni ora. Vi consiglio di portare con voi i contanti. Vi consiglio scarpe comode e magari non bianche . Il prezzo a persona sono 15€, non dispone di parcheggio

01/06/2026Wir haben eine Führung durch den Untergrund von Neapel gebucht und fanden uns in einer fast 50 Personen umfassenden Gruppe wieder. Die räumlichen Verhältnisse während der Führung brachten es mit sich, dass man den Guide in einer derart großen Gruppe über lange Strecken nicht verstehen konnte, zeitweise war er sogar bereits weiter gegangen, als wir den Bereich mit dem letzten Drittel der Gruppe überhaupt erst erreichten. Mehrfach standen wir im unterirdischen „Fußgängerstau“, um andere Gruppen abzuwarten oder ihnen den Rückweg zu ermöglichen. Die Lautstärke anderer Gruppen machte das Verstehen von Erklärungen in weiten Teilen unmöglich. Informationswert absolut ungenügend und den Eintrittspreis nicht annähernd wert. Fazit: Wir machen das nicht noch einmal!

31/05/2026Esperienza pessima… comperato il biglietto per 3 persone… ho dovuto rinunciare perché mia figlia stava male… mi sono presentata per chiedere se potevo avere il rimborso del biglietto e mi è stato negato… volevo regalarlo almeno a qualcun altro e mi è stato negato anche quello. Avevo trovato una famiglia a cui darlo visto che comunque non avrei potuto usufruirne e in modo maleducato mi è stato detto che non potevo e che se proprio volevo farlo dovevo chiederlo a quelli in cima alla fila… ma se regalo qualcosa posso decidere io a chi darlo giusto??? come avevo detto non volevo assolutamente soldi. Mi sembrava un gesto carino e altruista ma evidentemente c è qualcuno che pensa solo a fare soldi… vergognoso… non ho altre parole…

Siamo arrivati senza aver prenotato, ci siamo messi in fila alle 17:15 e dopo circa 30 minuti di coda siamo entrati. La visita guidata dura circa 1 ora e 15 minuti. Alcune zone sono un po’ “strette nel passaggio” ma se uno non se la sente può aspettare di ricongiungersi al gruppo in seguito. Un grazie speciale va alla GUIDA MATTIA per la passione e l’accuratezza che ha messo per spiegare la storia di quei luoghi, accompagnando le spiegazioni con una innata simpatia.

Realmente importante .Pero un paseo de turismo historico y cultural , debe contemplarse el guia turistico en idioma Español .O por lo menos una app o un audioguia en ese idioma. Es muy importante divulgar en una lengua que hablamos mas de 600 millones de seres humanos .
