    Terrible customer service. We ordered cappuccinos and were given a receipt, but no one told us we had to collect the coffee ourselves using it. They took our money, and we never received our drinks.

    During our stay in Italy it was the only place that made me feel like they want to bring Italian pastry to a higher level. Very good stuff, and we got one of those salty sfocliatella and it was full of cream, super tasty. Made us get a second one

    Abbiamo preso 2 sfogliatelle e 2 caffè la mattina verso le 10 e ci siamo portati le cose al tavolo fuori per consumarle , fin qui tutto ok …ritorniamo verso le 16 a prendere 2 smoothies e una sfogliatella , ci riportiamo le cose al tavolo e a metà consumazione viene un addetto a dirci che per stare al tavolo serve pagare il servizio al tavolo (cosa che non cè stata detta al momento del pagamento) , dopo pochi minuti arriva un altro addetto e ci dice nuovamente che per stare al tavolo dovevamo dargli 2€ e che era interesse nostro chiedere se ci fosse il servizio al tavolo o meno , mentre la mattina ripeto non esisteva tutto ciò 🤷‍♂️ che dire , sfogliatelle buone senz’altro ma loro molto scortesi ..non ci ritornerei

    commessa con i capelli scuri estremamente scortese , maleducata e infastidita da qualsiasi richiesta. Addirittura una ragazza spagnola stava chiedendo informazioni su un prodotto nella sua lingua lei le ha risposto in modo visibilmente scorbutico , continuando a parlare in italiano apposta , quasi prendendola in giro, non applicandosi minimamente ad aiutarla . Un atteggiamento poco professionale e decisamente poco rispettoso verso una cliente che stava semplicemente chiedendo aiuto.

    Er zijn 2 van deze zaken op dit plein. Wij waren bij die in de foodhall van het CS. Enorme selectie aan Sfogliatellas. We hadden die met citroen en chocola/nutella crème. Enorm lekker! Ook hele goede koffie.

    Heel onaardig personeel, vooral een oudere dame met een rode vlecht. Ik versta een beetje Italiaans en zij praten over ons waar wij naast staan. De medewerker had ook nog de bestelling van mij en een andere klant omgewisseld en wilde ze niet terug wisselen. Totaal niet klantvriendelijk
