01/05/2026We wanted some beverages first as we were not yet hungry (wanted to eat but later on). The waiter told us we have to order food now or have to leave. Very rude and something that I have never experienced in any restaurant all over the world. No wonder this place was empty.

13/04/2026I believe we were their first customers of the evening at 7:30 (they open at 7:00). It filled pretty quickly over the next 1/2 hour with locals and travelers. We ordered to share Caprese salad and they divided it for us. 1/2 carafe of the house red wine was equal to 4 modest pours. The pizza isn't precut for you, they provide a serrated knife, the crust is delicious, toppings of thin slices of ham, artichoke, black olives & mozzarella. The Gnocchi is meltingly tender and the sauce creamy tomato with pesto.

13/04/2026Being one of the few restaurants open on a Monday we discovered Cecco and are delighted we did. Arriving within 1/2 hour of their opening we were alone for the first 30minutes or so it seemed. Prior to leaving the place was pretty full with a party of 12 having arrived and seated in the back of house. The atmosphere is very nice and great for casual conversation. The food as well was above many others. I had my first hand crafted Italian pizza this evening. Not sure if it's usual or not but I was supplied with a steak knife and my pizza arrived uncut. The waitress (if I may still use that terminology) was a slightly older woman who was a delight, working through our language challenge. While other places appeared to be very loud throughout the evening Cecco's remained upscale and quiet.

I didn’t give it 5 stars because it was pretty typical food. Typical food done very well. It was also full of locals meeting each other for lunch. The whole experience was great. Go here if you’re staying close by.

10/11/2025I went to Cecco with my boyfriend, and I was really craving a good carbonara, it did not disappoint at all! We started with a burrata and sun-dried tomatoes, which was absolutely delicious, and the carbonara was a solid 10/10. The service was excellent too, quick, friendly, and attentive. Next time we’re in Milan, we’re definitely eating there again!

27/10/2025I came here for lunch with my family for the first time. The restaurant is nice and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I tried their risotto and pasta with salsiccia and mushrooms — both were amazing and delicious. They also offer pizza, as well as a variety of first and second courses, and many types of wine. I had the Dolcetto d’Alba, which is a red wine. Really recommended!

07/06/2026Pessimo servizio. Mi spiace per la persona anziana, ma inviterei il proprietario ad affiancargli qualcuno. Non sa più come si fa un servizio all'altezza. Cibo che non valeva il prezzo pagato. Se chiedo un piatto di vongole e mi arrivano tante vongole ma 2/3 vuote non va bene. Chef, magari dacci un occhio prima di impiattarle e portarle in sala! Il cibo è value for money ma se il piatto non vale il costo indicato nel menu, per il commensale sono dolori....[di portafpglio] quando vai a pagare. L'ambiente è confortevole, ma non basta.

Pâte tagliatelles bolognaise j ai trouvé bonne, la sauce tomate était bonne et les pâtes parfaitement cuite ni trop dure ni trop molle. On a pris une pizza 4 saisons aux artichauts jambon: la pâte est fine est croustillante et les bord moelleux, fromage et olives noires : c était bon . Le serveur était bien et l ambiance aussi table bien placée et fauteuil confortable.

Les légumes rôtis étaient très bons, un peu chers au vu de la quantité. Cependant, deux sortes de pain sont servis en quantité généreuse (même si l'un des deux était très sec). L'accès aux toilettes était compliqué car en travaux. Le service est facturé 2€50 par couvert.
