They forgot our water 2x, forgot we had ordered Pizzas (took 3 reminders and well over an hour to finally get them) and then switched off the lights while we were eating as it was closing time. Sitting next to the road with heavy traffic did not add much ambience-wise.

23/05/2026We had a very disappointing experience at Pizzium in Milan. From the service to the waiting time, everything was chaotic and poorly managed. First, we were seated right next to the toilets, and the door kept opening directly behind us, which was extremely unpleasant. We asked several waitresses if we could move, but no one was able or willing to help us. In the end, we had to take the initiative ourselves and move to another table — which had not even been cleaned yet. My husband ordered gnocchi, which were completely overcooked. The waitress placed our drinks on the edge of the table without even opening the bottles, and later she took away our bread to give it to another table. We specifically asked for the gnocchi and the two pizzas to be served at the same time. Instead, the gnocchi arrived first, and 40 minutes later we were still waiting for our pizzas while every table around us — including people who arrived after us — had already been served. Only after we called another waitress did our pizzas finally arrive 15 minutes later. To be fair, two of the waitresses were kind and efficient, but another one (the one who took the bread away) was rude, arrogant, and unpleasant. To make matters worse, the rosé wine was served warm. The only positive point was that the pizzas themselves were actually very good. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not make up for the terrible overall experience.

The food is extremelly poor, the portions are for chliden and we don't eat much. The service is poor, one waiter tell you a thing and the other one something else. Even in italian, they play not understanding what you are telling. The Caesar salad is a joke, some old meat with some leafs. Avoid the place, there are better places in Milan.

27/03/2026The service team was unfortunately quite slow and appeared unfocused, which gave the impression of a lack of motivation. However, I would like to highlight the hostess responsible for seating guests — she demonstrated excellent leadership, remained professional, and managed the flow of guests very efficiently. Her attitude made a noticeable positive difference to the overall experience. The pizza was excellent — fresh, well-prepared, and very tasty. Unfortunately, the Caesar salad was very disappointing. The quality was poor, and the dressing in particular did not suit a Caesar salad at all. Overall, there are both positive and negative aspects, but with some improvements in service and food consistency, the experience could be much better. 🍕😊

20/04/2026La pizza è buona, ma il problema è il personale e la coerenza con il menù. 1. Dovevano esserci i carciofi fritti, riceviamo la crema 2. Chiediamo coca zero zero (scritta sul menu) e ci viene risposto che non esiste 3. La ragazza presente in cassa, stava ferma immobile con il locale vuoto fissando lo schermo 4. La cameriera non ci accoglie, e ci porta i menu dopo che ci alziamo noi a chiederli 5. Il cameriere, l’unico un po’ più cortese, ma anche lui rispondeva un po’ malino quando lo abbiamo corretto alla rilettura del menú 6. Piuttosto che sparecchiare i tavoli, il vento e i piccioni hanno fatto scorta e ha tirare su le cose erano i passanti. Veramente un dispiacere per la pizza che offre

La pizza se non sbaglio Abruzzo con pecorino e guanciale è risultata senza sapore. Trovo comunque un miglioramento nel servizio e nella varietà dei prodotti. Personale gentile

Drink ben preparati e accompagnati da diversi stuzzichini molto buoni, tra cui anche qualche assaggio di pizza davvero gustosa. Atmosfera piacevole e rilassata, perfetta per chi vuole fare un aperitivo diverso dal solito. Il personale è stato gentile e veloce nel servizio. Un’ottima scelta per iniziare la serata.

08/03/2026Pessima pizza in tutti i sensi. Il cameriere oggi mi ha chiesto: "Pizza bianca o rossa?" Ho scelto rossa normale. (Bianca significa senza salsa in tutta Italia). Io abito in zona, ma qui non ci rientro più così. Indovinate un po'... mi ha portato tre pizze con solo salsa e senza mozzarella (pessime).
