12/06/2026I used to come here a lot many years ago. Not sure what's happened but I found the staff to be very much out of their depth, too few, not particularly skilled or welcoming - and that's on the management, not the staff members themselves. It was a pity to see it now. It's still a decent place to grab food if you're in the center, but they seem to have fewer things available whenever I visit (all the good stuff is gone and not replaced)... I'd say it used to be great but is now mediocre at best.

08/06/2026We came here for a quick, light breakfast and were very impressed. The place was busy, but remained pleasant and well organized. They offer a wide selection of fresh, delicious-looking pastries that make it difficult to choose. Despite the crowd, the staff managed everything efficiently and provided excellent service. We ordered a latte macchiato, tomato and olive focaccia, and a chocolate croissant. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious.

25/05/2026The blonde employee next to the bakery was rude and ill-mannered. She took tips from the Italians, and when I offered her a tip, she refused it in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Even if the pastries were delicious, I will never go back to that place again. The most important thing in work is ethics and manners.

05/05/2026I’m extremely disappointed and upset with the terrible service and racist treatment I received here today. Two white female staff members were incredibly rude and discriminatory toward Asian customers. They threw the receipt at me in a disrespectful manner. After I paid for my order, they deliberately refused to hand me my already packed food. Their attitude was arrogant, unprofessional and totally unacceptable. I strongly do not recommend anyone with an Asian face visit this shop. Save your money and go somewhere you will be treated with basic respect.

29/04/2026I recently visited this café in Milan and had such a lovely experience. The Aperol was absolutely delicious, one of the best I’ve had, and it came with a really tasty flatbread that made it even better. The coffee and pastries were phenomenal, clearly made with great care and quality ingredients. The only downside was the seating. The chairs are quite high, which made it difficult for my mom to sit comfortably. Aside from that, everything else was perfect, and I would definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

12/04/2026To say this was a bad experience would be an understatement. We waited in a long line, only to be treated very poorly. It was obvious that Italian customers were given priority, while tourists were ignored or rushed. The service was extremely rude. One of the staff members barely understood us and kept rolling her eyes when we tried to explain that our order was wrong. We also noticed clear differences in how customers were treated — locals were given proper plates, while we were handed plastic forks and knives and a piece of paper under our pastries. Another staff member was openly unfriendly, and overall the atmosphere felt unwelcoming. I waited a long time just to order coffee, while the staff chatted and laughed among themselves instead of helping customers. The prices are outrageous. We paid around €30 for four small, dry, and tasteless pastries that we couldn’t even finish and ended up throwing away. There are no prices displayed, so you either have to keep asking or just guess. And the restroom… absolutely horrible. Worse than a public toilet or even an airport bathroom — terrible smell, toilet paper all over the floor, and clearly not cleaned or maintained. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place.

I was buying alot and it seems the servers get annoyed if you buy alot.. there is a pressure to move through the customers quickly..but i waited my time in the que and expected to be allowed time to buy everything I came for. . The ques are long because this is an outstanding bakery and so so delicious. But it sadly has bad service...it gets crowded quickly. So something quick to sip and eat and go. Need more staff..perhaps one to take the order and one to bag up would help.

13/06/2026Kurze Version Wir sind eher gegen Feierabend bei Princi vorbeigekommen, deshalb war die Auslage schon ziemlich leer. Die Produkte, die noch verfügbar waren, waren aber sehr gut – besonders weil ich ein Gebäck wieder probieren wollte, das ich noch aus der Londoner Filiale von 2009 kannte. Das Lokal war sauber, aufgeräumt, hatte ein tolles Ambiente und das Verkaufspersonal war freundlich und einwandfrei.

07/06/2026Stavo facendo una foto al bancone quando uno dei dipendenti mi guarda con sguardo critico dicendo “signorina, non può far foto, c’è gente che lavora”. Nonostante la mia passione e ossessione per i dolci se fosse stato l’unico bar aperto alle 6:45 in stazione centrale me ne sarei uscita. Non pensavo che all’interno di Princi ci fosse un iter di privacy piu alto di quello della NASA.

Además, al decirle que nos explicaran el ticket pusieron mala cara. Una pena porque la comida sí está buena (hay que tener en cuenta que es un sitio caro, 40€ por tres focaccias y una quiche...)

A parte il costo spropositato (27 euro due tranci), vendono un prodotto che non ha nulla a che fare con il vero strudel di mele. Si tratta solo di un quantitativo esagerato di mele cotte molto zuccherate, stucchevole, con un velo di pasta che non contiene neanche le mele. Qualità pessima e sapore scadente. Una vergogna

12/04/2026娘の友達からティラミスが美味しいと聞いて娘と2人でランチに行きました。イートインスペースも空いていてすぐに食べる事ができました。ティラミスは大きくて2人で一個で ちょうど良い感じでした。特に美味しかったのはフォカッチャとティラミスとチョコがたくさん練り込まれたパンでした。チョコのパンは名前が分からないのが残念ですが娘が絶賛してました。店内もお手洗いもとても綺麗に清掃されてました。たくさん、買って帰りましたがどれも美味しかったです。もう少しお安いと嬉しいです。

Ora è tutto carissimo, considerando che è una panetteria arredata con gusto, ma questo non giustifica costi da bar dove ti puoi sedere ed essere servito. Tutta scena e poco arrosto...torta pastiera vecchia ! La ricotta sembrava inacidita e non aveva nulla a che vedere con la vera pastiera napoletana 😍
