17/06/2026We stumbled upon Maison Caffet on our way back from the Leonardo da Vinci Museum, and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Everything we tried—from the sorbets and chocolates to the teas—was exceptional. This is one of those rare places that truly understands its ingredients and executes every detail flawlessly. If you’re a chocolate lover, the chocolate sorbet is an absolute must. Intensely rich, deeply flavorful, and remarkably smooth, it delivers a chocolate experience unlike anything I’ve had before. In fact, if I had access to it every day, I might never eat ice cream again! What made the visit even more memorable was the outstanding service. A member of the staff spent considerable time with us, explaining the products, their origins, and the craftsmanship behind them. Their passion and knowledge elevated an already exceptional experience.

The chocolate flavor has a lot of long, chunky strips of orange peel, taking up almost half the volume—it was kind of hard to describe.

12/03/2026This was a bit disappointing. Many reviews mention getting three scoops in one cup, but both my friend and I only received two, and the scoops were quite small. The matcha flavor had many small particles, including undissolved matcha powder and even one dark grain that looked like a black sesame seed. The pistachio and lemon flavors also had a powdery texture, with a taste similar to raw cake batter.

18/05/2026Nous y sommes allés pour des glaces. Le choix était très sympa avec des goûts qui changent de ce qu'on trouve ailleurs. On m'a également dit que les gouts changent régulièrement. Personnellement mention spéciale pour la basilic-ananas, qui a été une incroyable découverte. Les cornets étaient vraiment bons (bien croustillants avec un gout de gâteau) Le service a été également très agréable, nous avons même eu la chance d'avoir des recommandations de choses à voir dans le quartier.

Si sente chiaramente il livello altissimo della pasticceria francese. Ogni assaggio è un vero piacere non solo per il gusto, ma anche per la qualità del lavoro che c’è dietro. 11/10/2025Il distinto proprietario parigino accoglie con estrema cortesia in questa cioccolateria/gelateria/pasticceria raffinata e discreta. Bisogna spogliarsi dei preconcetti basati sui gelati standard per approcciare le consistenze e le cremosita’ imposte dalle materie prime, senza nessun ingrediente artificiale o base industriale. In questo modo si apprezza al pieno l’esperienza di gusti intensi , molto diversi fra loro (finalmente !), che permangono in bocca lasciando la ricchezza degli ingredienti scelti con cura. Ci sono capitata per caso e ritornata più volte, pur abitando lontano, perché è diventata irrinunciabile.

Olivier persona piacevolissima ci ha preparato una cioccolata calda superlativa scaldandoci il cuore in un giorno di triste pioggia Convinto di non avere lasciato la recensione vengo a vedere e trovo questo testo che mi sento di dovere lasciare Aggiungo solo che Olivier ha colpito ancora... adesso pure il gelato è pazzesco.... mango albicocca e cioccolato... mango sicuramente il migliore mai mangiato e gli altri due se non è così siamo lì
