23/01/2026Top notch dinner and experience at La Bullona last night. From the ambiance (even the music was incredible), to the quality of the service, and delicious food and wine selection, it was a dinner I will remember. The red tuna ceviche I ordered as my appetizer was to die for: fresh, light, and delicately flavored. My main course was the carbonara with tuna ventresca and was perfectly cooked. It was such a creative take on the regular carbonara with guanciale. The homemade pistacchio gelato I ordered for dessert was the perfect ending to an amazing dinner. Highly highly recommend!

From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted at the door like family by Fabrice and Mohammad, whose warmth and charm set the tone for the entire evening. The wait staff and bartenders carry that same spirit of excellence; attentive, friendly and always on point. And then there’s Cristiano, the super cool and gracious owner, who makes you feel like you’re part of something special every time you step through the doors. I’ve been fortunate to experience some of the best nightlife establishments all around the world and La Bullona ranks amongst the top! The space itself is stunning; a vibrant atmosphere that somehow feels both chic and welcoming. Every detail, from the lighting to the music, creates an energy that makes you want to stay all night. The food? Exquisite. The drinks? Perfection. Each visit feels like a celebration, and I should know, I’ve been more than 7 times in a single month, and somehow each experience was better than the last. La Bullona is more than just a restaurant or bar – it’s an experience. Team Bullona has mastered the art of hospitality, and I am officially a huge fan. I can’t wait to come back. 04/07/2025Our experience at La Bullona was unfortunately frustrating and disappointing from the very beginning. We specifically asked for a certain type of wine, and while the sommelier offered a suggestion, what we received was the complete opposite of what we requested. When we politely raised the issue and asked to return it, we were told we had to pay for and finish it because it had already been uncorked — leaving us with no choice but to drink something we didn’t want. Things didn’t improve with the food. The pasta that was brought to the table was severely undercooked — to the point that it was practically inedible. For a place that presents itself as a refined dining experience, this was both surprising and disappointing. Honestly, the highlight of the meal was the bread — which says a lot. It was brought out twice, and we were genuinely more impressed with that than with anything else. For the price and the reputation La Bullona seems to have, this experience was far below expectations. I hope this was an off night, but I won't be rushing back to find out.

We specifically asked for a wine with a different flavor profile, but she brought us something we clearly didn’t ask for — and insisted it was “perfect.” When we expressed our dissatisfaction, we weren’t even allowed to trade it. It felt like a tactic to get rid of unwanted stock at the customer’s expense. Unfortunately, the food didn’t fare any better. The fish was mediocre, lacking both seasoning and freshness. The pasta was the biggest letdown: overcooked, flavorless, and carelessly plated. For a restaurant that markets itself as refined, the execution was anything but.

Maybe it was the day that I went to but even though it was not crowded at all it did take me 40 minutes to get a appetiser and drink.. I would not recommend this restaurant at all

31/03/2025I am speaking for the venue and vibes - must visit. Great party great people and fenomenal vibes. People are ultra happy and in the mood, we had such a good time here and can’t wait to come back. We came spontainously around midnight and it was full. They found a table for us but had to spend 500€ for a bottle, as we did. Music was dance hits only from ‘90s to afrohouse and we danced the entire time. Loved the vibes here, loved absolutely everything and people who adore going out and dancing should definetly come. Staff was so kind and nice, I was so happy here

Me sorprendió la calidad de sus platos, especialmente el marisco y los pescados crudos, que son frescos y están preparados con mucha técnica. 12/04/2026Siamo stati a pranzo di domenica in questo elegante ristorante di pesce. Per iniziare abbiamo preso le “Capesante” e nell’attesa ci hanno portato del pane caldo con i grissini ai cereali. Poi abbiamo preso degli squisiti spaghetti al dente all’astice blu; l’astice era estremamente gustosa. Proseguendo abbiamo ordinato uno spettacolare branzino all’acqua pazza: era freschissimo! Come dolci ci hanno deliziati con: un tortino caldo al cioccolato, un sorbetto al mandarino e una varietà di delizie al cioccolato preparate dallo Chef. Il cioccolato si scioglieva in bocca: era sofficissimo! I Camerieri sono giovani, sorridenti, simpatici e professionali: ci hanno consigliato i piatti in modo egregio. Alla guida dello staff c’era il giovane e gentile Leopoldo che si è assicurato che tutto fosse andato bene e che fossimo pienamente soddisfatti. Il servizio è rapido e curato nei minimi dettagli e l'impiattamento è ricercato. Ci hanno anche cambiato il tovagliolo prima dei dolci e questa condotta è degna di nota. All’arrivo ci hanno appeso i cappotti e fornito uno sgabello su cui appoggiare la borsa. Ciliegina sulla torta, anche i bagni sono pulitissimi ed estremamente profumati.

Praticamente ho chiamato ho prenotato , una volta giunti lì iniziano a ridere ( eravamo tutti eleganti camice pantaloni eleganti eccetera) un bodyguard algerino inizia a dirci che non c’è posto io ovviamente prendo il telefono e mostro che ho prenotato e ho anche scritto al telefono e mi hanno confermato tutto lui inizia dirmi no non c’è posto non avete ricevuto il link io mi sono incazzato pesante perché ho fatto 50 chilometri per infine essere deriso senza motivo , detto ciò sconsiglio ho amici che sono entrati cucina fa schifo prezzi allucinanti mettono veramente poco nei piatti propio per farti richiedere e spendere di più molto arroganti

29/03/2026Molto maleducati ho chiamato 1 ora prima mi hanno confermato tutto dal telefono abbiamo fatto 40 chilometri per niente una volta giunti lì Iniziano a dirmi cose che non hanno menzionato dal telefono “ link della prenotazione “ mi hanno chiesto dal telefono di mandargli un mess su whatsapp con nome cognome e tutti i dettagli , io ovviamente ho fatto e ho anche scritto su whatsapp che farò ritardo di 25 min per traffico loro mi hanno risposto ok va bene , ma non hanno mai chiesto link dal telefono . Non sono seri sono molto molto maleducati e senza rispetto per le persone che arrivano da più lontano , per qualsiasi persona che andrà chiedete tutte le informazioni necessarie perche sanno mentire bene !

12/02/2026Venivo in questo ristorante qualche anno fa e ne conservavo un ricordo davvero piacevole: un ambiente elegante, curato nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera rilassante che rendeva l’esperienza speciale ancora prima di assaggiare i piatti. Purtroppo, tornandoci di recente, sono rimasta profondamente delusa. La qualità della materia prima è rimasta indubbiamente alta: si percepisce che la selezione degli ingredienti è ancora attenta e di livello, motivo per cui consiglio i plateau cruditè. Tuttavia, la lavorazione è risultata pessima. Piatti sbilanciati e accostamenti poco armoniosi hanno mortificato prodotti che, sulla carta, avrebbero potuto dare tutt’altro risultato: il carpaccio di ricciola aveva dei pezzi di jalapeno talmente grossi che coprivano completamente il gusto delicato del pesce e il trancio di tonno coperto dalla quantità eccessiva di salsa teriaki.. Anche la location ha subito un cambiamento evidente, ma purtroppo in negativo. Quello che una volta era un ambiente elegante e raffinato, oggi appare confusionale che rende il soggiorno poco piacevole. Il rumore e il disordine contribuiscono a far perdere completamente il fascino che ricordavo. La Musica dal vivo troppo invadente, il sassofonista suonava a dieci cm dal mio orecchio con un piede sulla sedia accanto. Mi dispiace scrivere questa recensione, perché il potenziale c’è ancora, ma rispetto al passato il calo è evidente. Spero che il ristorante possa ritrovare presto l’identità e la qualità che lo avevano reso un punto di riferimento

30/01/2026Siamo clienti da anni, quasi ogni settimana siamo da voi. Tutto perfetto però cambiate per favore il DJ. Il venerdì 23.01 c’era il dj bravissimo che metteva i track belli e anche a scelta. Invece giovedì 29.01 c’era dj che sempre mette stesse canzoni, se vediamo al inizio di sera quello dj sappiamo che la serata sarà triste e noiosa. Adoro questo posto ma cambiate quello lì per piacere oppure insegniatelo mettere la musica che va un po con l’anno 2026 non 2005.

25/01/2026Ristorante magnifico e pieno di atmosfera. Ho cenato qui con un’amica ed è stata un’esperienza davvero bellissima. Il posto è splendido, curato in ogni dettaglio. Il cibo era eccellente: ho preso ricci di mare, un carpaccio di pesce e il polpo, tutto freschissimo e delizioso. La mia amica ha scelto fritture e pasta, anche quelle ottime. Persino il vino era perfetto! Musica, atmosfera, servizio… tutto impeccabile, ogni piccolo dettaglio era al suo posto. Un’esperienza da ricordare.

Tutto buonissimo, con una cucina curata e ben eseguita, ma ciò che colpisce davvero è l’insieme dell’esperienza. La carta dei vini è top, ampia e di grande qualità, perfetta per accompagnare al meglio la cena. Il servizio e l’accoglienza sono professionali e attenti, ma il vero punto di forza è senza dubbio l’ambiente, elegante, ricercato e con un’atmosfera unica, capace di rendere la serata speciale. In sintesi, super consigliato per una cena diversa, ideale per chi cerca qualità, stile e un’esperienza fuori dal comune a Milano.

07/01/2026Если хотите поужинать в обществе богатеев с эскортом - вам сюда. Но если вы не готовы сорить деньгами, то вас врядли обслужат вовремя и в целом уделят вам время, а лишь скажут ждать. Нам было холодно, но у ресторана не было пледов. Очень долгое и невнимательное обслуживание. Заказали биф филе - оно было пережаренным и порезано на мелкие куски, а не целым стейком, из-за чего потеряло свою сочность. Вместо картофеля пюре на трюфельном масле (которого у них нет), добавили жидкий дым, из-за чего был ужасный привкус копчения. Также, фишкой считается непрошеная вода, которую открывают и добавляют в чек в неконтролируемых количествах. Вечер был испорчен:(

05/12/2025La Bullona è un locale con un ambiente piacevole e sicuramente scenografico, ma purtroppo il resto lascia molto a desiderare. Il servizio è lentissimo e il cibo è nella media, niente di speciale considerando il tipo di posto e i prezzi che hanno. La musica è altissima dall’inizio alla fine, al punto da rendere difficile parlare e godersi la serata. L’idea del locale in sé potrebbe anche funzionare, ma così com’è non risulta affatto confortevole. Sono sempre andata perché sono stata invitata, ma sinceramente non ci spenderei mai i miei soldi. Non è un posto che sceglierei di mia iniziativa, ma in generale se si vuole soltanto divertire e non mangiare lo consiglio molto.

J’ai l’habitude des établissements haut de gamme à Paris et dans beaucoup d’autres villes, et j’ai été très déçu : le service était horrible, ils ont complètement gâché mon anniversaire, ma semaine, mon mois et ma vie. Les pâtes étaient affreuses, le serveur très impoli, et l’ambiance exécrable. Peut-être qu’ils se prennent pour des stars, mais ce n’est certainement pas justifié. Nous avons attendu une heure pour avoir le menu, puis encore trente minutes avant qu’on nous demande ce que nous voulions boire, et ensuite une heure supplémentaire pour être servis. Ils ont même fini par nous facturer un plat que nous n’avions pas commandé. J’ai été vraiment, vraiment déçu. La place où nous étions assis était horrible ; on nous a dit que c’était la meilleure table, alors que ce n’était pas le cas.

16/11/2025Nous sommes venus fêter un anniversaire à Milan, en arrivant spécialement de Paris. Ayant l’habitude de fréquenter les meilleurs restaurants parisiens, avec un service irréprochable pour les prix pratiqués, nous nous attendions naturellement à une expérience du même niveau ici. Quelle déception ! Nous avons attendu plus d’une heure avant d’être servis. On a même essayé de nous facturer plusieurs cocktails que nous n’avions jamais commandés. À notre arrivée, la table réservée n’a pas été respectée : on nous a placés très loin de notre emplacement initial, en prétendant que c’était “la meilleure place”, alors qu’elle se trouvait juste à côté de l’entrée de la cuisine. Le pire : ils ont rajouté une table sortie de nulle part pour installer deux autres personnes littéralement collées à nous. Les serveurs étaient visiblement agacés, presque désagréables, à chaque demande. Les pâtes servies étaient d’une quantité ridicule et surtout pas du tout cuites. Nous connaissons parfaitement les pâtes al dente : là, c’était simplement cru, immangeable. Au final, nous avons payé très cher pour un service et une qualité de cuisine absolument pas à la hauteur. Une honte. Heureusement que l’ambiance et la musique était bien, c’est le seul point positif…

La musica super coinvolgente, il personale cortese e disponibile, e l’ambiente davvero “figo” – gente piacevole, atmosfera rilassata e divertente. Tutto perfetto: dalla cena al dopocena con musica. 12/01/2025Il ristorante La Bullona è un bel locale, frequentato per la seconda volta, in occasione di una cena aziendale. Nel leggere le recensioni, ho notato anche diverse recensioni negative, che in parte tecnicamente non condivido se non si conosce la tipologia di locale cui si è alla ricerca. Se si cerca un locale Inn di Milano è il luogo ideale. Cenato a base di pesce crudo, con portate a seguire di primo e secondo con dolce, accompagnato da champagne e ottimo vino. Tutti prodotti freschi. Personale molto attento ai tavoli e all'organizzazione in genere di gestione del locale. Un po' eccessivo a mio parere il volume della musica ed il continuo versare di vino nei bicchieri. È un locale che personalmente mi sento di consigliare a chi ha la possibilità di spendere e/o vuole vivere un'esperienza milanese per una volta. Ambiente molto curato, bello e comodo anche lo spazio esterno riservato. Grande attenzione anche nei servizi igienici, fondamentale in locali dove il beverage è molto servito. Particolare è da osservare anche la bellissima scultura di Arnaldo Pomodoro.

Un cameriere è apparso scocciato per un minimo di attesa su un ordine. La cena media si aggira su un costo di 150 euro a testa perciò consiglio la gentilezza al personale.
