Very bad service! 0 communication skills and respect to customers. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Booked it but on the place they said we had to confirm booking via email even though we didn't receive any email and it was their mistake! would never go back to this place. The woman in the front (one of the employees) was very very rude!

SO IRRESPONSIBLE! We booked a table via WhatsApp and received confirmation there. However, when we arrived, we were told that the reservation also needed to be confirmed by email, something that was never clearly communicated to us. The most frustrating part was that there was still a free table available inside, yet the staff member(especially the woman in the front) handling reservations repeatedly said there was nothing she could do. We had travelled from another city specifically to visit this restaurant, and instead of trying to help, the staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly quite rude. The service was extremely disappointing. Having a busy restaurant and lots of customers is not an excuse for poor communication, lack of responsibility, or bad customer service. A little effort and understanding would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

Very disappointing experience. The reservation time kept changing while I was booking through WhatsApp, which made no sense. When we arrived, we were told there was no space available despite our reservation. The woman at the entrance was extremely rude and made no effort to help, even when other staff members were suggesting solutions. The lack of professionalism and respect completely ruined the experience.

This place has the best pistachio croissant I’ve ever tried. The pastry is soft and moist, and the pistachio filling is high-quality, plus, they definitely don’t hold back on it. The coffee may not be their strongest point, but the croissant is absolutely worth it. The decoration of the place is also beautiful, which makes the experience even nicer. During my six months in Milan, I went there several times, and when my family came to visit, this was a must-try spot. One time we arrived around 5 p.m. and the pistachio croissants were already sold out, but the staff kindly offered to fill plain croissants with pistachio cream for us on the spot. Definitely worth trying, but I recommend going early because they sell out quickly.

A lovely little gem hidden away from the bustling streets surrounding the cathedral. Fully worth the wait. Delicious food, helpful & friendly staff and great ambience. The restaurant itself is so quaint and beautiful. The octopus was our favourite dish but everything tasted divine. Thoroughly recommend.

We went to the LùBar for brunch. The atmosphere is so cozy and relaxing, such a beautiful place. Service was very friendly. Food was good but nothing too fancy. Only the granola was outstanding in taste. I would recommend getting that. It’s on the pricier side but overall we had such a pleasant experience and I would love to come back next time.

The price for things is crazy. 15 for a regular avocado toast doesn’t make sense, even the place is not that wow, it’s beautiful for sure very tiny but I felt like it didn’t worth the 30 euros I paid for a Toast and A Smootie. 🙌 I don’t know how’s with the dinner but for sure don’t go for breakfast it was a very tiny and regular toast. Plus if you want to add a poached egg you have to pay 3 more.. so it’s like a 20 euros avo toast 😂😂 funny right? I have had better for 5 euros.

Even though there were plenty of empty tables, when I said I wanted to eat alone, I was directed to what looked like a workspace for a computer. Of course, I refused. I also said I would finish my meal quickly, but they refused, saying there was no space. The inflexible attitude of the receptionist, who had a strange perm and glasses, was absolutely terrible. I don’t recommend here.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It used to be decent about two three years ago, so I came back expecting the same but that was a terrible mistake. We didn’t even eat the food; it looked genuinely unsafe, like it could give you food poisoning. The service was awful. It felt like the only thing missing was them throwing the plates at us. We were seated in a horrible spot with an open gap behind us, and when we politely asked if we could move to the empty table next to us, they refused, saying its a table for five. We were five :) and it was empty the whole time. On top of everything, it’s overpriced. Honestly, you’re better off throwing your money away than spending it here. So so so bad.

LùBar in Milan is a very well-known café, especially for brunch, and the location is truly beautiful. We had a reservation, which was definitely helpful, because while we were eating there was already a long line of people waiting outside. We ordered the avocado toast, one without egg (15€) and one with a poached egg (18€). Unfortunately, the egg was much more raw than poached, which was disappointing, and I did not eat it. The avocado toast itself was also underwhelming. It was basically just bread with avocado and a little olive oil, and it tasted exactly like that, very plain and not special. We also had a cappuccino with almond milk, which unfortunately was not for me, because the taste was a bit strange, it did not really taste like almond milk, but also not like regular milk. The regular cappuccino was good. The pistachio croissant had a lot of cream, almost too much for our taste. The yogurt with granola was okay, but nothing special. What mainly led to my lower rating was the fact that the avocado toast was supposed to be the main part of our meal, yet it felt disappointing and too simple for the price. I have had brunch in many different places, and honestly this did not stand out, even though the prices are on the higher side. In many other places, avocado toast comes with things like cherry tomatoes, feta, arugula, or other toppings that make it more interesting. The place has the potential to be really good, but for that the dishes would need to feel a bit more refined and special. Maybe lunch or dinner is better here. The interior and decoration are beautiful, but based on brunch alone, I personally would not come back.

Located in the building of Galeria d'Arte Moderna, looks ok from outside. I was trying to get there for a drink twice, at 12.30 and 14.15, but the staff didn't let me in with a comment "we're only open for a lunch now", even though at 2pm they already had 5 free tables in the terrace. I really don't appreciate places with such attitude of treating customers.

Absolutely amazing venue! Delicious food and a beautiful setting. We had carpaccio, shrimp curry, and the kids had pasta, along with oysters and excellent wines. Every dish was 10 out of 10. Special thanks to the waiter who recommended trying the local Italian small oysters🦪🦪🦪🦪🦪🦪they were incredible. We will definitely be back again. + The restaurant is located between two cool museums and a park, so it’s easy to visit and plan an activity around it.

The place looks nice, but the food is very average. I tried the club sandwich — just okay. The avocado toast was good and nicely crunchy. What really bothered me: I asked for tap water, and they said they don’t have any and only serve bottled water — which is not true. They were clearly serving tap water to the tables next to me. When I asked another waiter while leaving, the first one signaled him from a distance not to respond to me. Very unprofessional and dishonest behavior. Also, the staff were talking about customers while they were still sitting there — very disrespectful. Overall, poor service and lack of professionalism. I don’t recommend this place 👎🏻 because I’m a tourist

Location molto bella, elegante e tranquilla. Sono stata da LùBar due volte e, purtroppo, in entrambe le occasioni ho avuto la stessa esperienza negativa. Quando si effettua una prenotazione, nessuno informa i clienti che il tavolo è disponibile solo fino a un determinato orario. La prima volta ero con una mia amica: stavamo continuando a ordinare e consumare normalmente quando, all’improvviso, ci è stato detto che dovevamo lasciare il tavolo perché era stato prenotato da altri. Se questa è la politica del locale, dovrebbe essere comunicata chiaramente al momento della prenotazione. La seconda volta è successa esattamente la stessa cosa. Inoltre, un membro dello staff continuava a osservare il nostro tavolo come se stesse aspettando che ce ne andassimo. Avevamo ordinato due volte, stavamo consumando e conversando tranquillamente, quando siamo state nuovamente informate che dovevamo lasciare il tavolo. Trovo questo comportamento poco professionale e poco rispettoso nei confronti dei clienti. Chi sceglie un locale come questo non viene soltanto per consumare rapidamente qualcosa e andare via; molte persone desiderano trascorrere del tempo in compagnia, parlare e godersi l’atmosfera. Chiedere ai clienti di andarsene nel mezzo della loro permanenza, senza averli avvisati in anticipo di eventuali limiti di tempo, non è accettabile e compromette completamente l’esperienza. Un vero peccato, perché il posto è davvero bellissimo, ma la gestione dei tavoli e la comunicazione con i clienti dovrebbero essere decisamente migliorate.

Salve, non siamo di Milano, ma ogni volta che ci capita di essere in città ci piace fare colazione da LùBar. Purtroppo, l’ultima esperienza è stata molto deludente. A causa del ritardo del treno siamo arrivati circa 25 minuti dopo l’orario della prenotazione. Comprendiamo perfettamente la politica che prevede di mantenere il tavolo riservato solo per 15 minuti, ma dopo diverse difficoltà iniziali ci è stato comunque trovato un tavolo e ci siamo accomodati intorno alle 12:00. Alle 12:05 abbiamo chiesto di ordinare pane, burro e marmellata, ma ci è stato risposto che non era possibile perché si trattava di un prodotto del menù colazione, disponibile solo fino alle 12:00. Francamente, negare una richiesta per soli cinque minuti di ritardo ci è sembrato eccessivamente rigido, soprattutto considerando che eravamo già clienti abituali e che il ritardo era dovuto a circostanze indipendenti dalla nostra volontà. Tra l’altro, poco dopo abbiamo ordinato pane, burro e alici insieme a dei croissant: una richiesta quindi non così distante da quella iniziale che ci era stata negata. A rendere l’esperienza ancora più spiacevole è stato l’atteggiamento di una giovane cameriera bionda con gli occhiali, che per diversi momenti ci ha guardati e ha riso insieme a un collega. Naturalmente non possiamo sapere con certezza il motivo, ma la sensazione percepita è stata quella di essere oggetto di scherno, cosa che ci ha messi profondamente a disagio. Siamo rimasti molto sorpresi da questa esperienza, soprattutto perché avevamo sempre apprezzato il locale. Purtroppo questa volta il servizio e l’attenzione al cliente sono stati ben al di sotto delle aspettative.

Se cercate un posto dove rilassarvi, una colazione sfiziosa in un ambiente accogliente e curato, LuBar non vi deluderà. Il personale è super gentile e solare, il menù sfizioso con scelte golose e/o salutari. Naturalmente molto del mio entusiasmo è legato alla location che è una vera coccola per gli occhi: un ambiente curato in ogni minimo dettaglio senza risultare eccessivo. La Limonaia è incredibilmente bella dal momento in cui siamo entrati, ogni angolo ci è sembrato quasi paradisiaco! Siamo entrati come walk-in, ma consiglierei sicuramente di prenotare in anticipo. Le hostess sono state molto disponibili, cosa che abbiamo davvero apprezzato, e un ringraziamento speciale ad Adele credo davvero che ogni posto del genere abbia bisogno di una persona come lei, così raffinata, calorosa.

Una serata davvero piacevole. Accoglienza ben gestita e squisita, il cameriere che ci ha servito lo abbiamo trovato oltre che molto gentile anche preparato nel suggerire vino e piatti. Il cibo ottimo, ben cucinato e digeribile! Molto apprezzata l'idea della foto scattata con la Polaroid e regalata a fine cena. L'ambiente è molto caldo e accogliente, la musica non troppo forte e i tavoli sono distanti. Insomma assolutamente da consigliare

Ma personale disponibile e poco professionale, oltre a una progettazione sciatta del servizio (es. long drink presentati in tumber bassi, senza nemmeno un tovagliolino o un sottobicchiere). . Musica insopportabilmente alta (non si riesce a intendere i propri interlocutori seduti allo stesso tavolo). . Cocktail carichi d'alcol ma per niente equilibrati (ho ordinato uno spritz e dopo due sorsi ero brilla), cibo mediocre e svoraprezzato.

Posto meraviglioso, servizio PESSIMO. Personale lentissimo e sgraziato, chiaramente con poca esperienza e/o zero training (aspetti su cui potrei sorvolare fossero stati molto giovani, ma così non era). Ho cercato più volte di lasciare i dati di fatturazione e la carta di credito in anticipo, dicendo che eravamo con un ospite e non volevamo vedesse la fase di pagamento - niente, arrivo per ritirare la carta all'uscita e non era stato preparato il profilo cliente nè inseriti i dati lasciati, tanto valeva che portassero il conto al tavolo davanti all'ospite. Mentre lasciavo carta e dati, inoltre, mi sono stati fatti complimenti su "gli occhi affascinanti" - completamente fuori luogo. Abbiamo inoltre chiesto gentilmente di abbassare la musica, veramente TROPPO alta, e ci è stato risposto "noi abbiamo degli standard" - anche noi, tipo poter sentire cosa ci dicono le persone al nostro stesso tavolo. Anche il posizionamento della toilette crea intoppi: impossibile andarci senza sbattere contro camerieri o personale di cucina che corrono di fretta da una parte all'altra. Comprendo il lavoro frenetico, ma allora gli ospiti non devono passare di lì. Esperienza decisamente non all'altezza nè della location nè dei prezzi.

Très belle expérience dans ce bar. La cuisine était juste et gourmande. Le service a été particulièrement agréable : accueillant, attentionné, et sincèrement chaleureux. Sono tornata da Lubar perché in passato mi ero trovata bene, ma questa volta l’esperienza è stata decisamente deludente. La location resta molto bella, ma siamo state fatte accomodare accanto a un diffusore di profumo nascosto tra le piante che erogava fragranza in continuazione, con un odore molto intenso e persistente, davvero fastidioso durante un pranzo. Abbiamo chiesto gentilmente se fosse possibile fare qualcosa, spegnerlo o spostarci di tavolo (considerando che c’erano diversi posti liberi), ma la richiesta è stata gestita con poca attenzione e la situazione è rimasta invariata per tutto il tempo. Anche il servizio, purtroppo, non è stato all’altezza del contesto: poca cura, poca presenza in sala e una generale sensazione di distacco, sia nel momento dell’ordine sia nel chiedere semplicemente il conto. Unica nota positiva, il ragazzo all’ingresso, molto gentile. Sul cibo, la nota più dolente è stata il rapporto quantità-prezzo, soprattutto sugli antipasti: porzioni davvero minime a fronte di prezzi difficili da giustificare. Gli arancini, in particolare, sono stati una sorpresa in negativo: piccoli, piuttosto costosi e, cosa più strana, quasi completamente insipidi, con un riso anche leggermente scotto. Le polpette di melanzane invece erano molto buone, accompagnate da una salsina ben fatta e molto fedeli alla tradizione nel sapore, ma erano minuscole: anche qui, un prezzo davvero eccessivo per il tipo di piatto. Primi e secondi nel complesso più convincenti, sia come quantità sia come gusto. Tuttavia, anche qui con qualche pecca evitabile: il polpo era ben cotto e tenero, ma la parte del tentacolo risultava completamente bruciata, coprendo il sapore con un forte gusto amarognolo. Inoltre, per il primo avrei gradito poter avere un po’ di ricotta salata a parte, cosa che avrebbe reso il piatto più completo e curato. Infine, un appunto sui tempi: locale molto rigido sulla gestione delle prenotazioni, ma, una volta arrivate (in orario) abbiamo aspettato più di 5 minuti per accomodarci e un quarto d’ora abbondante per prendere l’ordinazione. In sintesi: ambiente splendido, ma per qualità dell’esperienza complessiva — servizio, comfort e rapporto qualità-prezzo — questa volta non ci siamo proprio. Mi dispiace per la location ma credo che non tornerò. Ci sono tanti altri posti a Milano che giustificano il prezzo elevato con servizio e qualità del cibo impeccabili.

점심에 갔다가 저녁으로 당일예약하고 먹었습니다. 저희 테이블을 담당한 웨이터가 유독 그랬는지는 모르지만 테이블을 전혀 안 살펴서 디저트를 주문하거나 결제를 하는 게 힘들었습니다. 사람이 많고 좁아서 조금 시끄럽고 조명이 어둡습니다. 그래도 기본 토마토 파스타는 맛있어서 먹어보고 싶은 분이라면 추천합니다.

Perché mi faccio trascinare in questi posti? Una cena non cena pagata 148 euro per 3 polpettine di baccalà (sembrava un entreè offerto), 3 arancini surgelati, una caponata, 3 primi e 4 calici di spumante (48 euro). Servizio orrendo (es. portano la pasta senza sparecchiare gli antipasti in un tavolo già minuscoli - vedi foto), una comanda sbagliata, mise en place inesistente, 3 fette di pane in 3. Io e mia moglie siamo stati benissimo da Lubar. L'accoglienza (una gentilissima signora di nome Adele) è stata molto cordiale e paziente. Ha risolto alcuni problemi che avevamo con la prenotazione e l'abbiamo apprezzato molto. La nostra cameriera, Sara, è stata molto premurosa e il servizio è stato eccellente. Il cibo era fantastico, tutto era delizioso e fresco. Consiglierei sicuramente questo posto.

Luogo bellissimo, quasi magico all’estrema propaggine del più bel parco di Milano e all’interno degli spazi del Pac. Estremamente rilassante, nonostante fossi in compagnia di una bambina. Servizio cordiale e cortese, caldo. Senza richiesta, hanno regalato alla mia bambina un set per giocare e un dolce con la candelina perché era il suo compleanno. ci sono venuto un anno fa e devo dire cucina e atmosfera del quale sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. debbo però sottolineare che oggi, avendo prenotato un tavolo all’esterno siamo stati invece messi in veranda sul bancone. chiaramente abbiamo preferito non restare ed andarcene, se avessimo saputo che ci avrebbero messo al bancone non saremmo neanche arrivati e ci saremmo risparmiati il viaggio. purtroppo oggi, l’esperienza è stata negativa

Очень были удивлены, почему это место с таким низким рейтингом в гугле, учитывая, что внутри заведение очень атмосферное и стильное, играет классная музыка, еда нереально вкусная с интересным меню, где хочется попробовать всё. И чем дольше мы там находились, тем постепенно стали понимать. Мы забронировали столик заранее внутри в ресторане, но нас посадили на улице возле уфо. Хотя внутри были свободные столики. Мы попросили сесть внутри, разрешили до 21:00. И ровно в это время нас попросили пересесть во даорик обратно. Обслуживание было долгим и официанты путали заказы, приходили по пару раз переспрашивали. Вконце оказалось, что нельзя расплатиться наличными, только картой, что было большим удивлением. Но у них висят таблички при входе, мы просто не прочитали. Из приятного это интерьер, открытая чистая кухня, чистый туалет, атмосфера, еда с напитками. Им я ставлю 10 из 10 и обслуживание и другие детали 5 из 10
