30/05/2026Finding truly authentic Chinese flavors so close to the Duomo is an amazing surprise. The food is incredible and the taste transports you straight to China. If you love heat, the spiciness is excellent and perfectly balanced. The restaurant is always full and packed with people, which is no surprise given how delicious everything is. Highly recommended!

Beef with Garlic Sauce: The sauce was amazing, though the beef itself was unfortunately a bit tough. Beef Ramen: The broth was perfectly hot—exactly what was needed for the weather. 24/04/2026Most dishes were good. When the steamed shrimp dumplings came out, I bit inside and it was still cold so I advised staff. They brought out a new dish within 2 minutes. I tried it again and the inside wasn’t cold, but it was warm and not hot.

12/04/2026Overall a decent experience with okay food, but a couple of things worth noting for improvement. The restaurant could benefit from better air circulation — it got quite warm when the place filled up, and turning on the AC during busier times would make a big difference for comfort. Also, the rice didn’t taste fresh, which was a bit disappointing. Hopefully these are easy fixes, as the place has potential!

19/03/2026Excellent chinese authentic food. The xiao long bao were delightful and exploded with the soup juice and the chinese gnocchi so well flavored. Spicy and depth of flavor. The celery with cashew and chicken so amazing. Potato salad the BEST. YUM.

Service was efficient and courteous. The meal was very well priced. If you are looking for an excellent Asian restaurant the Duomo area that won’t break the bank, this is it!

02/12/2025I’m very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. As a Chinese customer, I felt that the staff treated foreign guests much more kindly, while their attitude toward Chinese guests was noticeably colder and less respectful. What bothered me even more was that the dish I ordered, which was supposed to be beef, tasted and looked very much like pork. When I raised the issue, the restaurant denied it completely and refused to acknowledge any mistake. Overall, the service and honesty were far below expectations. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

02/11/2025We had a wonderful experience at this Chinese restaurant. The dishes we nice and spicy (like we enjoy) and the food was very flavorful and enjoyable. We had the pork strips with hot peppers (H02) and the sauteed chicken with spicy sauce (A16). We will return for another meal very soon!

18/10/2025One of the best Chinese restaurants in Milan. The place is very small and you need to book in advance, but it's worth it. The menu is large and you can choose between many dishes of the Chinese tradition or more contemporary plates. They have vegan options and if you don't like spicy food you can choose to take hot chilli peppers out of your plate. We got potatoes in sweet and sour sauce, stir-fry green beans, rice with pork bacon and leeks, and pork ribs. Everything was e-x-c-e-l-l-e-n-t. The price are fair, we paid 15/20€ each for all of this. The only downside is that the place can get very crowded sometimes.

03/08/2025We ordered four courses for our dinner and the all came separately. I had to remind one of the waiters that we still missing the last dish. My main course of veal with scallions and ginger was sitting on a strange sauce that looked more like gravy. I ordered a bottle of the house Chardonnay and it was a lightly fizzy Italian wine, certainly not worth the €16 it cost and the worst Chardonnay I ever had. I would not go back again.

29/07/2025A hidden gem chinese restaurant near the Milan Duomo called Yuan. If you are tired of spagetti, pizza, risotte etc, you shouldn't miss out this lovely place. It's not IG-able where you can take petty pitcures, but you definely get great food. Maybe this reason they can keep their prices of food relatively reasonable. We went there at lunch time so we have to wait a little bit. But the ladies staff still keep their smiles when serving us. We ordered canton fried rice, soup noodle and spicy beef rice. Brilliant.

23/07/2025Arrived around 7pm, half of the restaraunt was empty. I was told no availability, reservations only. So I made a reservation for the next night at 6pm. I arrived the next night to see no one in the whole place, but the young hostess asked if I would eat and leave within 30 minutes. I thought there was a language barrier so I asked for manager because who has ever heard that before? The manager basically said I wasn't welcome because i was Caucasian and my bald head (from chemo) but she would let me buy food for 30 minutes until chinese patrons started to come in. It was hands down the weirdest moment I've ever had trying to eat while traveling the world in my life. I left immediately. Spare yourself the humiliation... go anywhere else.

Abbiamo preso: ravioli di carne, ramen saltato con gamberi che era spaziale e piatto unico di riso con gamberi e cipolle piccanti. Avevo chiesto di farlo poco piccante ma ahimè era davvero troppo forte e purtroppo sovrastava tutti gli altri sapori. In totale per questi 3 patti e 1 bottiglia di acqua abbiamo speso 27,50. Spaghetti di riso ottimi, così i ravioli di carne ed il maiale saltato con verdure e uovo (sinceramente non ho visto nessun uovo o frittata ma vabbè, magari era nascosto nel piatto). Non si può prenotare ed è molto frequentato quindi bisogna sperare di trovare posto. Prezzi molto onesti

28/10/2025Uno dei migliori ristoranti cinesi che ho provato finora a Milano. Il cibo ha un ottimo sapore, le porzioni sono buone e i prezzi, considerando ciò che ti servono, sono davvero convenienti. Il servizio è normale, ma va sottolineata soprattutto la rapidità con cui portano i piatti: sembra che abbiano tutto quasi pronto e per questo motivo servono tutto molto velocemente. È la seconda volta che passo di qui e sicuramente tornerò!

16/09/2025Ero in giro con un amico e avevamo voglia di ristorante cinese. Devo dire che rispetto alla media dei ristoranti della stessa tipologia, è sopra la media come qualità. Il cibo era più che buono, le porzioni erano piuttosto abbondanti e il prezzo tutto sommato era accettabile. La location è molto minimal, nulla di altezzoso o moderno nonostante sia nei pressi del duomo, ma penso che il locale voglia proprio rievocare la semplicità della cultura e dei loro piatti. 06/05/2025炒饭和手撕包菜都可以，小炒牛肉不太喜欢，这边的中餐炒牛肉好像都喜欢改变牛肉本身的质感，嫩肉粉之类的，切法也比较奇怪，切成肉条，不是切薄片，不过我猜这跟这边牛的品种也有关系～总之想吃中餐可以来吃～肯定是家常菜的味道

21/04/2025계란볶음밥: 살짝 꼬들하긴한데 맛있어요. 인당 하나는 먹어야할 듯 마라샹궈: 진짜 진짜 짭니다 오이무침: 마라맛 나는 오이무침, 리프레시하기 좋음 새우만두: 맛있긴한데 가게에서 제공되는 간장에서 날벌레가 3-4마리 같이 나옴.... 말하니까 새 간장으로 바꿔주고 만두도 새로 내줌. 근데 찝찝해서 그냥 간장없이 먹음

15/04/2025I piatti autentici cinesi e buonissimi.Il prezzo è onesto anche se è poco distante da proprio Duomo. Verso l’una sempre pieno di gente, quindi è meglio prenotare prima il tavolo.
