I loved the atmosphere of this place the interior is quite pleasant, although the terrace outside however could be a bit more entertaining. The service is fast and polite, but the servants' English could be better, hard to understandwhat they say although they try to be helpful and at times funny. The food didnt impress, we ordered two pizzas and a salad, nothing was particularly outstanding. Salad was just a mixture of veggies with a bunch of fishes on top, no dressing. Concerning pizzas, although the bottom was properly thin, the overall impression was rather mediocre, e.g., the tomato sauce was pretty simplistic with no spices or even salt; it felt like someone just poured the sauce out of the can to the pizza bottom with no special touch at all. Not a big deal that these were not culinary masterpieces :) but the price could be lower. The overall bill was close to 50 euro (although each of the dishes was around 12 euro + a bottle of water) because of coperto and whatever other fees that were added, which all togetger felt too much for the experience we god. We came to this place because of good google reviews, but the reality was somewhat disappointing compared to the expectations. We mostly heard English speech around, no locals, so I guess many end up there like us.

First time travelling to Italy, was very welcoming. Food was excellent and the staff where very welcoming, even though our Italian was useless, it was so good we had to go back again before our flight out. Would fully recommend and will be back next time we come to Milan.

the atmosphere of the place is pleasant, and it was nice to notice that it didn’t feel like a typical tourist spot – most of the visitors seemed to be young italians, which usually says a lot about a place’s reputation. the pizza itself was good, but it would have been much better if it had been served hotter. it felt as if it had been ready for around 10 minutes before reaching our table and the cheese was no longer stretching and the pizza was only warm rather than hot. when my girlfriend ordered limoncello, the staff asked whether she would like water with it and if it should be sparkling or still. however, it turned out later that the water was added to the bill. this wasn’t mentioned beforehand, so it felt like a hidden extra charge. another downside was the cleanliness of the restroom (at least the men’s one). despite the nice interior, the floor was wet, honestly hard to guess with what — and there was toilet paper on the floor and the overall condition didn’t match the look of the place. overall, the restaurant itself and the prices are good, but better service and properly hot food would make the experience much more enjoyable. as it was, the pizza was fine – just pizza 🙂

Super friendly staff and delicious food. The prices are reasonable too. We had our first pizza here on the day we arrived in Milan, and it was a great start to the trip. You can either walk in or make a reservation online. We went at noon and had booked in advance, but there were still plenty of tables available. 10/10 — definitely recommend!

Delicious!! Local favorite and you can tell from how busy it is! Pizza is amazing and good prices (8.5€-14€) and the tiramisu is delicious! Staff is really nice and we got a table 10 mins after arriving with no reservations. Definitely recommend for some good, thin, fresh pizza.

Pizzum a Milano è semplicemente eccezionale! 🍕 Appena entri, vieni accolto da un’atmosfera calda e autentica, perfetta per una vera esperienza italiana. Leider fanden wir das Essen nicht so gut. Es war in Ordnung, jedoch nichts besonderes. Dagegen gibt es in näheren Umgebung, deutlich bessere Pizzerien. Das Restaurant war innen nicht besonders schön gestaltet. Bei der Deco kommt eine ein großes Fragezeichen auf.

Pizzium in via Procaccini è stata una piacevole scoperta. Le opzioni vegane e vegetariane non mancano nel menù molto ben organizzato. La margherita vegana con qualche aggiunta è stata deliziosa. L'impasto morbido e fragrante, digeribilissimo. Il servizio molto gentile e disponibile che si sposava perfettamente ad un ambiente tranquillo e rilassante. Ci tornerò con tanto piacere.

Dei vari Pizzium che ho provato quello di via Procaccini è il migliore, sia per l’accoglienza del personale che per il clima del locale. Pizze sempre ottime e curate nei minimi dettagli e scelta varia in un menù sempre originale. Tutto lo staff è gentilissimo e siamo stati seguiti e “coccolati” da Rania che ci ha fatti sentire come a casa, torneremo sicuramente 😊🍕

La location non e male ma il servizio e pessimo: Avevo chiesto una Pizza con wurstel e patatine, ma mi hanno detto che non hanno le patatine (nel big 2026 come fai a non avere le patatine fritte?) quindi dopo ho chiesto una pizza con wurstel doppio e poco pomodoro, ma c'era molto pomodoro e sette wurstel in croce. I tavoli sono molto stretti e essendo i piatti grandi, c'è poco spazio inoltre, fra i diversi tavoli c'è poco spazio. Inoltre, abbiamo chiesto un'acqua frizzante e c'è arrivata dopo 10 minuti. Nella scelta dei vini, come nella scelta dei dolci, c'era poca scelta, poiché molti erano terminati. E non si può scegliere l'impasto della pizza.

Prenotazione alle 21. ( procaccini ) Arriviamo con 10 min di anticipo, e troviamo il locale affollato. Davanti a noi un tavolo che aspetta da più di 45 min. La responsabile sfuggente, ci dice che c’è da attendere solo un attimo. Ci rendiamo conto subito che così non è .. visto anche la fila fuori di persone in attesa. Passano 35 min, e ancora in piedi. Persone anche loro con prenotazione ricevono la stessa risposta ( risposta non corretta perché in realtà c’è molto da aspettare ) Tavoli terminati in attesa di essere puliti. Per me è un no secco! Esigente? Può essere. In tre abbiamo ordinato una Pizza Lombardia,una marinara e una Puglia chiedendo al posto della bufala della provola ma è arrivata senza vabbè...Ma è inconcepibile mangiare con l'odore insopportabile di detersivo tipo Lisoformio che proveniva dalla cucina e alle mie rimostranze mi viene risposto che stavano facendo le pulizie e che la prossima volta mi conveniva scegliere un tavolo più lontano ...Ma scherziamo?? Un altro appunto:gli ingredienti della pizza FVG non ci azzeccano nulla con la regione!! Da rivedere totalmente!

Mi ritrovo purtroppo a dover scrivere questa recensione. Ieri sera abbiamo ordinato Pizzium a casa, prima di tutto queste erano le condizioni di una delle frittatine ( tra l’altro sbagliando anche l’ordine, avendo preso una frittatina e un crocchè di patate) insipide e unte con la pasta completamente scotta. Non era assolutamente da presentare al cliente, dato tra l’altro anche il prezzo. Le pizze discrete ma niente di eccezionale.

Conoscevo la catena solo per fama. Abbiamo provato questo locale per un pranzo questa domenica attirati dalle numerose recensioni positive: tavolo prenotato per 8 organizzato sul momento; diversi piatti ordinati sul menù che però erano finiti in quanto il locale non era stato rifornito adeguatamente dal laboratorio esterno: la lasagna ad esempio mancava ma era presente come piatto in evidenza anche sulla lavagna all'ingresso del locale. Mancavano anche le crocchette di patate e i maritoslzzi. Abbiamo percepito uno stato di tensione e di poca organizzazione. Unica nota positiva: la pizza, molto buona e servita velocemente. Ottimi i pizzaioli.

Wir sind heute zu Gast in Mailand und waren zum Abendessen heute im Pizzium. Super Ambiente das sofort zum wohlfühlen einlädt. Das Personal super freundlich und auch bei Sprachbarrieren hilfsbereit. Pizza davvero ottima anche se un po' cara. Putroppo, a mio avviso, mi pare che il successo del posto, che conosco da anni, abbia fatto calare sia il servizio, che risulta ogni volta di più frettoloso e impreciso che soprattutto l'ambiente: sempre sovraffollato e rumoroso. È un locale che vale ancora la pena provare (non di sabato sera), ma temo che le stelle scendano al mio prossimo passaggio. Spero di no.

Sono una cliente storica di Pizzium: frequento il locale da quando ha aperto, con cadenza settimanale. Proprio per questo mi sento in dovere di scrivere questa recensione. Non so cosa sia cambiato nel management ultimamente, ma da due settimane consecutive l’esperienza è stata completamente deludente. Oggi il locale era pieno, anche per il periodo delle Olimpiadi a Milano, ma la vera causa del caos non era l’affluenza: era la lentezza del servizio. In sala c’erano tre cameriere, ma solo una prendeva le ordinazioni. Ho aspettato un tempo interminabile prima che qualcuno si avvicinasse al tavolo, nonostante le altre due fossero presenti. Al momento dell’ordine mi è stato “vivamente consigliato” di prendere antipasti perché ci sarebbe stata attesa per le pizze. Peccato che l’attesa fosse dovuta esclusivamente alla lentezza della cucina: i pizzaioli infornavano una pizza per volta, con una moviola mai vista prima. Intorno a noi diversi tavoli si sono lamentati per oltre un’ora di attesa. Quando finalmente è arrivata la pizza, l’aspetto era pessimo: cornicione completamente bruciato e impasto biscottato, lontanissimo dalla classica pizza napoletana che Pizzium ha sempre proposto. La cosa più irritante è stata scaricare sui “tempi” la proposta degli antipasti, quando il problema era evidentemente organizzativo. La confusione e il mancato smaltimento dei tavoli erano una conseguenza della loro lentezza, non della quantità di clienti. Dopo anni di fedeltà, è con grande amarezza che dico che non metterò mai più piede in questo locale. Un declino inspiegabile e inaccettabile.
