The store was not busy, yet the staff appeared uninterested and lacked basic friendliness, which affected the overall experience.

20/04/2026If you are looking for great coffee, this is the spot! We had a cortado and a shakerato, both were 👌🏻 They are very busy with seemingly lots of loyal customers, but the staff were efficient and accommodating nonetheless. I highly recommend this place, no doubt!

18/04/2026Tiny place with very little seating. The barista was efficient without being friendly. Ok coffee - nothing special. The Ischian croissant was interesting and fresh, but overly sweet. There was some flavour in the creme pat I couldn't quite work out: not unpleasant and worth trying once but more a novelty than a place to come back to.

26/03/2026I came here on a coffee tour in Milan and wish I knew about this place before I came. The crema di caffe was amazing. I love the touch of a glass of water to cleanse your portfolio first. I would have come back for another one if I hadn’t reached my caffeine limit for the day.

Only few places to sit, but conversation is better on foot 😀. I greatly recommend. I learnt that there are 14 coffee shop like this one and will try them one by one.

18/11/2025A small café with just a tiny bench if you want to drink your coffee on-site. The coffee is good, but not exceptional, and the selection of pastries is quite limited-mainly croissants. The staff, however, are friendly and welcoming.

23/10/2025I dropped into Caffè Napoli Giardino for a proper espresso in Milan and was genuinely pleased. The blend I had was very good, rich and satisfying. It came with a thick cream on top, just what you want in a strong espresso. The coffee style felt very Napolitan: strong, bold and full of character. Great stop for a quick coffee or two if you are nearby.

14/05/2026J’ai récemment été chez Caffè Napoli pour un cappuccino. Leurs cafés sont délicieux et abordables, très bon espresso, macchiato et cappuccino. Le cappuccino est particulièrement appréciable pour sa mousse onctueuse et son latte art. Les cafés plus élaborés semblent tout aussi appétissants que les classiques.

03/03/2026Si vienes de España, prepárate porque estos croissants (cornetti) no tienen nada que ver: ¡son de otro planeta! 🥐🇮🇹 Pedimos tres: uno de Nutella (que venía a reventar de chocolate), uno de mermelada de fresa y el de pistacho. Este último es una recomendación absoluta; en España es imposible encontrar algo parecido, sabe a pistacho de verdad y vale muchísimo la pena. También pedimos tres cafés con leche (13,50€ por todo, un precio excelente para la calidad). Aunque no estamos acostumbrados a este tipo de café, el espumado del capuchino es una auténtica maravilla, súper cremoso. La única pega es el personal, que fue un poco borde, pero la comida es tan espectacular que se te olvida. ¡No te vayas sin probar el de pistacho! A tener en cuenta: muy poco sitio para sentarse dentro, pero cuando fuimos nosotros no había nadie y pudimos instalarnos

12/01/2026Caffè Napoli ligger precis intill Duomo, men känns ändå som en plats för det vardagliga. Utanför rör sig människor i alla riktningar, kameror höjs mot marmorfacaden, steg ekar över torget. Inne på cafét är tempot ett annat. Här doftar det espresso, porslin klirrar mjukt och samtalen flyter lågmält förbi. Kaffet är exakt som det ska vara. Kort, kraftfullt och serverat utan krusiduller. En cornetto till, kanske stående vid disken, medan man ser staden passera utanför. Det är inget som försöker imponera, och just därför känns det så rätt. Man stannar inte länge här, men stunden sätter sig. Caffè Napoli – Duomo är inte bara ett café vid en sevärdhet. Det är en liten paus mitt i Milanos puls, där det stora och det enkla får samexistera – sida vid sida, precis som staden själv.
