04/06/2026Very nice pizzas, rich in ingredients, and very tasteful. We also tried the croquettes and the gnocchi, also very tasty. Honest prices, pleasant place, but they have to hire waiters that actually know english. The two asian waiters knew little english and they mixed up our order,not understanding we had ordered a second pizza and we had to wait for it,also messed up bringing us still water instead of sparkling,and they had a pretty tough time understanding simple questions about the menu. The tables are too small also. Other than that, one of the very few options with honest pricing in the whole center of milan.

09/05/2026Very long waiting time, they cannot cope with orders. As to pizza itself it was absolutely average. They charge €2.5 coperto, overall it's not worth the price. Also they forgot to give us cutlery so we were waiting with already food served for even more time untill our food got almost cold.

I seek out gluten free bakeries and pizza places around the world and this place truly stinks. 18/10/2025This is a good place to get pizzas. We tried their fried pizza and two from their da zero menu - bufalina and deviola. The pizzas were all good but nothing exceptional. Would recommend this chain pizzeria for a meal with friends or colleagues. The service can get slow during lunch hours

02/10/2025It is not coincidence that "Da Zero" being named as best pizza place in Milan. The Capricciosa that I had here was literally the best pizza in my life, it was an explosion of perfectly matching tastes. If your are in Milan, be sure 110% that you will visit them. By the way, they have multiple locations, this particular one has more table, so you will have leaser chance being waited to have a seat. Kudos to the manager, chief and personnel. Will visit you again next time I will be in Milan

17/05/2026Las pizzas muy buenas, encima tienen variantes con una masa elaborada por ellos que tiene un +50% de proteína, un +40% de fibra y -25% de hidratos. Decir que el dueño del local con los extranjero no le hacen mucha gracia, por comentarios que escuchamos dichos por el a un cliente y como...no nos trato al pagar como am resto de clientes por decirlo de alguna manera. Se recomienda hacer reserva, tubimos que esperar casi 1h para sentarnos en la mesa.

La margherita poi era totalmente insapore, senza equilibrio né carattere. Ricordavo un’ottima pizza da Zero Milano in via Luini, ma qui siamo su tutt’altro livello, purtroppo molto più basso. Una pizza del genere forse può andar bene per qualche turista di passaggio, ma chi ha mangiato una buona pizza napoletana capisce subito che siamo lontanissimi dagli standard.

Ambiente un po' troppo caotico e soffocante. Molti tavoli, tra cui il nostro, sono posizionati su un soppalco, tutti molto molto vicini. Peccato, perché quando siamo stati Da Zero la prima volta (in un'altra sede) ci era piaciuto molto. Diciamo che per quello che paghi una pizza, ti aspetti decisamente di più.

26/12/2025Sono tornato recentemente da Da Zero in via dell’Orso e, rispetto a qualche anno fa, l’esperienza è stata nettamente peggiorata sotto tutti i punti di vista: la pizza non è più all’altezza, con un impasto poco curato e sapori piatti, decisamente deludente considerando i prezzi alti del menù. Anche il servizio è apparso lento, mentre il locale ha perso fascino; particolarmente negativa la situazione del bagno, che sembrava in piena ristrutturazione, con tubi a vista, porta rotta e condizioni di scarsa pulizia, inaccettabili per un locale di questo livello. Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non regge più e la sensazione è che sia diventato un locale pensato soprattutto per turisti, lontano dallo standard che lo aveva reso apprezzabile in passato. Forse hanno cambiato diverse gestioni perché anni fa era decisamente un locale di qualità; non tornerò.

06/12/2025Las pizzas estaban muy buenas pero el servicio fue pésimo. Nos entraron rápido sin reserva (15 min. de espera, pero es la unica parte buena) y nos enviaron a la planta baja, sin acompañarnos a la mesa, nos tuvimos que “buscar la vida” para saber cual era la nuestra y hacia donde dirigirnos. Una vez nos sentamos, la mesa estaba sucia y tardaron 20 minutos en limpiarla, sin ponernos mantel ni cubiertos. Luego tardaron otros 15 para que nos traigan la carta y nos tomen nota. Habian 3 mesas al lado nuestro que llegaron mas tarde, y les sirvieron antes las pizzas. Nos tuvimos que quejar dos veces y finalmente después de 1 hora y 10 esperando, nos trajeron la cena. La verdad que fue horrible y tengo claro donde NO repetiré al volver a Milán y donde no recomiende ir si me preguntan.
