My partner went to sit at the table and I went to order and the guy at the entrance told my partner “ first you order and then you come sit down “ even though he saw that we walked in together and I went to order. I decided to not order us anything and left

Fast service and a perfect spot for a quality espresso while exploring Milan. Highly recommended and I would definitely come back.

He even offered for me to have a seat to taste their newest addition flavour — french lavender & vanilla flavoured :) Truly his service made the whole experience feel much more welcoming and enjoyable. 05/05/2026Quite disappointed with my takeaway cappuccino from Nespresso. I paid €3.20, and for that price I expected a bigger cup and an actual drink, not a cup that was more than half filled with very thick foam. Since it was takeaway, the foam was so dense I could barely drink it and couldn’t even properly get it out of the cup, so I ended up throwing most of it away. For the same price, I’d rather go next door to the Starbucks Reserve Roastery for a much better coffee experience.

30/04/2026Had a great time at the Nespresso flagship in Milan! Huge thanks to Mara at the bar for the coffee and Giovanni for helping me with my capsules. Both were super friendly. I ended up picking up more slabs just to get the free gift with the custom engraving. It’s the perfect reminder of this Milan trip and exactly why I need my daily coffee. Such a memorable experience, highly recommend stopping by!

08/06/2026Entré en la tienda y nos recibieron bien el chico de la entrada, otra coffee specialist también muy simpática, pero el chico que nos atendió era un poco seco para trabajar en una marca así, tampoco se nos ofreció degustación post compra. Como trabajador en Nespresso, es aconsejable siempre la degustación. No volvería a esta tienda.

Il personale è molto gentile, ci hanno coccolato offrendoci anche un “cocktail” fatto direttamente dal ragazzo che ci seguito per la vendita. Ci siamo trovate molto bene. In più, nella sede di Milano cordusio ci sono anche vari gusti introvabili da altre parti. Bellissima esperienza.

Giovanni, gentilissima persona oltre che professionale e competente, che mi ha proposto degustazione miscela Buenos Aires sulla base dei miei gusti. Apprezzo molto la disponibilità nel consigliare con cura. C’è un’attenzione sincera verso i clienti che fa la differenza. È uno di quei posti in cui entro sempre volentieri e da cui esco con il sorriso! Consigliatissimo!
