23/05/2026We would not recommend eating here. To be honest, a very disappointing location. There are almost no options for vegetarians. The chicken tenders are breaded in a weird way. The chicken itself is not tender at all. The service by Federico was great! Right before we left, they had music playing upstairs and downstairs but it was different music which made it very noisy and chaotic. Edit: we only went here because we wanted something easy that we had a good experience with in other cities and it was right in front of us. I beg you to skip this one.

It was quite empty and I felt they started cleaning up already. From all Hardrock Cafe Visits we had so far this was at the bottom of the List.

Found it strange for the food to come out early The bread was dry. The cheese on the mac n cheese and chips were rubbery. Felt like the food had been microwaved. Felt robbed 60 euro for one burger, bacon cheese fries. Mac n cheese and a drink I like hard rocks but this one abit of a let down

12/06/2026Waren heute im Hard Rock und haben sehr gut gegessen. Die Bedienung war freundlich und sehr bemüht. Danach waren wir noch im Shop und wurden beim Bezahlen sehr freundlich von LUCA auf deutsch (wienerisch) begrüßt und haben uns nach dem bezahlen noch kurz unterhalten.

10/06/2026Opzich prima gegeten zoals in elk Hard Rock Cafe, toch waren er 2 minpunten vond ik. Sunehil (weet zijn naam niet meer precies), die buiten rond liep stond binnen 1 minuut aan onze tafel om te vragen of we al wouden bestellen. Misschien moet je ons wat meer tijd geven? Ten tweede, de pin, ik spaar de pins van elk HRC waar ik ben geweest. Bij deze pin hadden ze doodleuk de prijs van €20,95 doorgestreept om er vervolgens €28,95 (!!!!) van te maken, triest.

10/06/2026görüntü olarak en beğenmediğim hard rock şubesi oldu. çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. iki katlı bir yer. hatıra eşyaları sadece serpiştirmişler gibi duruyor. mağazadan bir şeyler almak için uğramıştım, görevli sürekli bana bir bardak satmaya çalışıyordu. t-shirt olsun pin olsun mağazada satılan ürünlerin çeşidi de azdı. şehir çok kalabalık olduğu için kalmamışta olabilir. yemek yemedim zira italyada yemek için tercih edilebilecek bir yer olmadığını düşünüyorum.

Çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü, servis hızlıydı. Özellikle burgerleri ve kokteylleri çok başarılıydı. Şehrin enerjisini hissedebileceğiniz, hem yemek yiyip hem de keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz güzel bir mekan. Milano’ya gelenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. 🇮🇹✨

26/05/2026L’Hard Rock Cafe è per noi una tappa obbligatoria ovunque andiamo, così come obbligatorio è il souvenir ( calamita, portachiavi, t-shirt) ma questa volta siamo rimasti davvero colpiti, negativamente, dal prezzo delle calamite. Ne abbiamo diverse ma nessuna mai ha avuto un prezzo di 24,90€ o 19,00€. La stessa calamita a forma di chitarra acquistata in altri posti, a Milano è costata 18,90€, ma la cosa assurda è stata la risposta della commessa “ a Milano costano di più.” Essendo un franchising ho avuto davvero difficoltà a pensare che ognuno potesse fare ciò che meglio crede, e nonostante tutto il souvenir l’abbiamo comprato… ma solo quello. Il menù è molto più misero di altri Hard Rock Cafe e decisamente più caro… con 20,90 € richiesto per un panino con hamburger ho piacevolmente mangiato un risotto allo zafferano in crosta di parmigiano in un altro ristorante. Il locale non è coinvolgente ed entusiasmante come quello di Roma, ad esempio. Siamo stati seduti circa 15 minuti senza che nessuno venisse a prendere le ordinazioni nonostante il locale fosse quasi vuoto e quando abbiamo deciso di andare ad investire le somme in un altro ristorante nessuno si è accorto che stavamo andando via. Peccato, per chi come noi ama la catena Hard Rock Cafe è stata una delusione.

Ei salattia/ papuja. Jos Italiassa, niin käykää Rooman ravintolassa. Siellä kansainväliset kriteerit täyttävä Hard Rock Cafe!

20/05/2026Ambiente colmo di cimeli, suggestioni Hard Rock assolutamente evocate, ma tovagliato inesistente; personale davvero gentile, disponibile e dell'ottimo inglese. Servizio rapido e attento. Sulla qualità del cibo purtroppo ho dei rilievi. Eccellente la bistecca NY strip per la pezzatura e il gusto; graditissimo accostamento con pure' e verdure che però potevano essere un po' più abbondanti; sui panini invece non ci siamo proprio; gli hamburger sono acquosi, perdono troppa consistenza addentandoli e in taluni casi la marmellata di cipolla finisce con il coprire tutti gli altri sapori, rendendo il tutto troppo indistinto e dolciastro; BIBITE inspiegabili la pepsi zero servita al tavolo era praticamente acqua naturale zuccherata, pessima; quella da refill, gustosissima e frizzantissima! PREZZI: risultano già estremamente elevati per la qualità complessiva dell'esperienza (e la disqualità dei panini) , ma giungono ad un livello assolutamente ingiustificato per i 6 euro delle bibite non alcoliche e il computo a percentuale del servizio, attualmente al 12,5%; anche in coppia rischiate di spendere 10€ solo per quello a fronte di una media milanese che è praticamente 1/2. Non ritorneremo

Milán es una de las capitales de la Moda, pero también guarda un sitio para el rock. 🎸 ⚡️🎸. Recomiendo los Pins edición especial de Milán. Son de lo más bonito.

Hanno coccolato la nostra bimba, che si è divertita tantissimo, e hanno mostrato un'attenzione perfetta per le sue allergie e problematiche alimentari. Lo chef è stato disponibilissimo e super simpatico, si vede proprio che ci tiene. Sul cibo: l'hot dog di manzo era pazzesco e la torta di mele... beh, la più buona del mondo! Diventerà sicuramente una nostra tappa fissa a Milano.

14/05/2026Buongiorno oggi ho avuto il piacere di visitare l'hart rock di Milano via Dante 5 bis sono rimasto deluso dal personale poco professionale e molto sgarbato ero al banco con famiglia per prendere un caffè e non mi sono mai sentito umiliato dal il personale di nessun altro locale come quello di hart rock in un giro di 15 minuti mi hanno chiesto di pagare il conto 3 volte io educatamente le ho detto che aspettavo famiglia che tornasse dal bagno e avrei pagato ma loro insistevano come se fossi un ladro

12/05/2026A me non piace fare recensioni negative, ma a volte ci vuole… Oggi sono stata a pranzo con altre tre persone e abbiamo mangiato malissimo: le costine erano troppo grasse, la salsa barbecue eccessivamente dolce, le patatine piene d’olio e anche le bevande non erano buone. Il servizio è stato scarso: il cameriere ci ha portato tre bevande appoggiate sul braccio invece di utilizzare un vassoio. A dicembre 2025 sono stata all’Hard Rock Cafe a Londra, dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene: era tutto molto gustoso, l’ambiente era bello e il servizio impeccabile. Siamo tornati a mangiare lì più di una volta. A marzo siamo stati anche all’Hard Rock Cafe a Roma e anche lì abbiamo mangiato molto bene, tanto da tornarci un’altra sera per cena. Quello di Milano, sinceramente, non rispecchia il livello di questo franchising: la qualità è molto inferiore e, per quello che offre, non dovrebbe nemmeno utilizzare il nome del marchio. Una grande delusione e sicuramente non tornerò più.

Ovviamente non mi aspettavo l'eccellenza, ma fare anche peggio del mcdonald ci vuole impegno. 21 euro per un smash oltre essere eccessivo di prezzo almeno ci si aspettava qualcosa di commestibile. Patatine non descrivibili secche vuote e piene d'olio, alette di pollo credo cucinate per terra con i piedi. Posate bicchieri tavoli unti, servizio pessimo italiano parlato a modo neanche primitivo. La ciliegina sulla torta era che sul conto c'erano 10 euro di servizio per il cameriere che ho dovuto chiedere 2 volte la.birra ordinata e Tovaglioli. Complimenti per il progresso nel paese della cultura del cibo. 1 pepsi con ghiaccio 1 birra piccola 2 panini 1 porzione di alette 8 pezzi 82 euro!!! Almeno fossero commestibil li avrei dati di cuore. Grande fregatura Cultura al Americana continuate così.

10/05/2026Beschiss bei den Getränken. Man bestellt ein 0,3l gezapftes Bier, bekommt aber ein 0,25l Bier und auf Nachfrage bei der ersten Kellnerin, sagt sie, das sei die Anrechnung von oz auf ml. Beim bezahlen haben wir dann gesagt, dass wir nur 0,25l Bier hatten und nicht wie in der Karte deklariert 0,3l. Daraufhin hat der zweite Kellner gesagt, dass dafür das 0,4l Bier im 0,5l Bier ausgeschenkt wird. Bezahlen mussten wir aber 6€ für 0,25l Bier. Frechheit
