06/06/2026⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Visited Five Guys in Milan and had a great experience. The burgers were fresh, juicy, and cooked perfectly. The toppings were generous, and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. The fries were excellent—crispy, flavorful, and served in the classic Five Guys style with plenty extra in the bag. The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the service was quick despite being busy. It’s not the cheapest burger place, but the quality and portion sizes make it worth it. If you’re craving a proper American-style burger in Milan, Five Guys is definitely worth a visit.

02/06/2026This review is written for my American compatriots. If you want to try burger that Five Guys used to make when they just opened 20 years ago in US, stop by and order one here. It's very good. Just as it used to be back home. Tasty, juicy ( probably due to a fact that patties have actual thickness ). Even the bun is better. They had potatoes from Netherlands, it was interesting to try . Fast and friendly service. I almost stopped going to Five Guys back home, as it's far from being good for some time now. So yes, it might be strange to come to Italy and to go to eat a burger, but it's so good, Italians will excuse you.

25/05/2026We needed an American burger after enjoying two week of authentic Italian food. Five Guys Milan tasted the same as in the states. The burgers are great with the various toppings, the French fries were plentiful and tasty. The milkshake was good, the plastic straw not so much. Plenty more seating upstairs, and outside.

10/05/2026We went there a few days ago and of course the food was perfect, we got there at 22:30 and asked them if they serve food and they said yes but exactly after five minutes that our food was arrived, they started playing very very loud metal music ( I guess to force us to go),this was so rude and annoying. I also used to work as a waitress before in many restaurants and somehow I know how these things work! But this was really rude and unacceptable. If you wanna close or the time is not suitable for you, just don't accept customers and orders!

10/04/2026Super place, food is really great, free refills after you buy a drink and a big place to sit, the only isdue is the fries had too much seasoning and too much salt, other than that the place is very good. Not too much people and the stairs are a bit narrow.

Potatoes were not crispy, they were said and as they were said, they had a soft disgusting taste that were never fried with peanuts oil. Also, it’s not like it’s such a bad moment to give a hamburger one drink and a potato such a high price like 25€. I will never come again. Remove the writings like “the best hamburger in the world” that you hang on the walls and put the worst hamburger in the world. I forgot to write, I said hamburger with double meat but they gave me a single meat .

07/03/2026Absolutely love this Five Guys location. I’ve been there multiple times and it has always been a great experience. A lot of the lower reviews seem to come from locals who aren’t used to this style of food. Traditional Italian cuisine tends to be more balanced and subtle when it comes to seasoning, while Five Guys leans into the bold, salty, very American style of burgers and fries. If you’re open to trying something different, or if you’re a foreigner already used to how food is seasoned in places like the US or Canada, you’ll probably really enjoy it. The only downside for me is the price. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but to be fair, it’s pretty much the same as what I paid at Five Guys in the US and Canada. So while it’s not cheap, the pricing feels consistent with the brand.

15/02/2026This was the first time I ate at five guys and I have been excited to try it for a long time. The fries were extremely salty!!!!!!! The saltiest fries I have eaten in my 38years of life. Terrible. None of us could eat more than 10. Never eating it again!

26/01/2026I visited the Five Guys Dante location with a group of at least ten friends. Unfortunately, the experience was so bad that it made me cry. All of my friends ordered directly at the restaurant and sat upstairs. I placed and paid for my order through the official app. I then waited for over one hour. During that time, I repeatedly asked the staff when my order would be ready, and each time I was told “it’s coming soon.” My friends finished their meals and came downstairs, and my order still hadn’t arrived. After asking again and again, the staff finally told me that my order was not showing in their system. I showed them both my bank receipt and the confirmation from the app proving that I had paid. Despite this, I was told that they could not give me my food unless the order appeared in their system, and that I should “wait and see if it shows up.”!!! This meant that I had paid, waited an hour, and was still being refused my food. I felt extremely embarrassed and upset. Only after my friends intervened and threatened to file a complaint and involve a lawyer did the staff agree to take my IBAN for a refund. This situation caused me an extreme amount of stress over something as simple as a burger. I was made to feel anxious, helpless, and blamed for a problem that was clearly not my fault. I am honestly only grateful that my friends were there to support me and stand up for me. Without them, I genuinely believe the staff would have had no issue ignoring me for another hour or more. I had not eaten anything since the morning, and we were about to go somewhere where we wouldn’t be able to eat for several more hours. I was already in tears when my friends went back again and insisted that they didn’t want the refund — they just wanted me to be given food. I eventually received my burger and ate it while crying. The way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. There was no empathy, no effort to solve the problem, and no basic customer care. I don’t think I will ever visit Five Guys again after this experience.

He explained everything and kept calm while we always changed what we wanted on our burger😅Thanks for that! The other cashier guy (don’t know his name) was also very helpful and nice when I asked about my milkshake. Only minor problem that there wasn’t many avaible options on the drink machine. Recommended place overall.

Servizio anonimo, prezzo decisamente spropositato rispetto all’offerta. Panini mediocri, freddi e asciutti. Vale lo stesso per le patatine. Questa è la mia seconda visita in uno dei locali di five guys, sono rimasto veramente deluso. Note dolenti il cibo, il prezzo e la pulizia. Non penso di ritornarci.

09/03/2026Un hamburger costava quasi 13,45 euro e una frittella 5,50 euro. Non sarebbe più conveniente mangiare al ristorante accanto? Le patatine erano pulite, persino la buccia esterna, e il tavolo era estremamente sporco, nonostante fosse stato pulito. C'era persino un insetto morto alla fine, che soffocava letteralmente. Per il momento non l'ho provato e non tornerò una seconda volta. Spero che in futuro sarai solo un cliente occasionale. Se compri l'acqua devi pagare un bicchiere.

15/02/2026Hamburger assemblato come in una catena di montaggio, tutti gli ingredienti sono freddi. Le sottilette sono fredde e poggiate sul pane freddo a sua volta. 15 euro per un hamburger che forse ne vale 5. (solo quello, senza patatine e bibita che vanno pagati a parte. Andate altrove!

09/02/2026L' ambiente ricorda il classico fast food alla Mac. Impostazione e sistema quasi simile. Ordini e attendi che sia pronto: ti chiamano da un punto diverso dalla cassa. I dipendenti lavorano ad un ritmo spersonalizzante. La carne è abbondante e sembra di buona qualità. Anche le patatine sono tante (e meglio del Mac). Il panino non è piastra ti e si sfalda completamente con il calore dell'hamburger. Ambiente molto poco accogliente. Onestamente, sarà che non ho l' età per questo tipo di locale, ma non ho apprezzato molto.

09/02/2026Buone le patatine, veramente ottimo lo shake al caramello salato, la carne però era praticamente insipida, peccato perché era carne di qualità ma non sapeva di niente, bene le salse free e le bibite che puoi riempire più volte, ma 23 € x un menù più lo shake, mi sembra troppo. Comunque c'è di peggio.

08/01/2026E' l'esperienza peggiore che io fatto dopo la guerra in Bosnia nel 95: i panini avevano il sapore di cemento armato, la coca cola non era gasata e sembrava che fosse stata aperta nel 2004, c'era un piccione al primo piano quando siamo entrati (l'ambiente sembrava sporco e tenuto male). Abbiamo provato il te alla pesca per riprenderci dalla coca cola ma sapeva al 99% d'acqua con un po di zucchero dentro, il cibo era veramente troppo costoso: 80 euro per 4 panini 2 bibite e 2 patatine, per quei soldi volevo un concerto durante il pranzo. Five guys: 5 giorni di diarrea con aggiunta di preghiere in chiesa.

06/01/2026Locale in centro, spostato da non molto tempo da altra zona centrale, adeguato per il tipo di servizio che ci si aspetta da un self-service. Sono stato nel pomeriggio,il locale non era affollato ed era piacevole mangiare al primo piano guardando il passeggio sotto in via Dante. Ho mangiato solo delle buone le patatine fritte, fatte da patate fresche (non surgelate); come spuntino pomeridiano una razione "regular" é più che sufficiente.
